On July 11th, 2025, officers conducted a traffic stop on a vehicle for speeding, loud exhaust, and a late turn signal. >> Hi, good evening. I'm Deputy Pulio with the sheriff's office. The reason for the stop is cuz you didn't use a turn signal until last second over there. You seem to be going just a little bit fast, and your exhaust is just a little bit loud. Not that I'm going to write. Yeah, >> it's not very loud. >> This is not stock. I'm not going to write you a ticket for it. Uh, what? >> It is stock. Well, it's not supposed to be making audible noises. You know, you know, if you were to get in my truck, you wouldn't hear it. Again, I'm not going to write any tickets, so we don't have to argue about it, but it's the reason for the stop. Okay. You have your driver's license, proof of insurance. This is a big difference from the big uh pink truck. I had no idea you didn't have the big truck anymore. Molly, I smell a little bit of weed in here. You got weed in here? >> No, but I just got done smoking before I like I don't even have No, I don't. >> I have smoked today, but >> there's none in the vehicle. >> No. >> Okay. >> None. I don't even quitting smoking. I got cigarettes. I have to have surgery. >> What you having surgery for? I have to have C4 through seven replaced. >> Oh, wow. Uh, here's that. All right, hang tight for me. Okay. [Music] Are >> you watching? >> Huh? Yeah. >> She leave. >> Oh, she's flying. I don't have a radar, but she didn't turn her turn signal on till the very last second over there. >> Did she show you insurance? >> Yeah. >> Really? >> She did. take take down the policy number and the phone number on the back of it so I can call it tomorrow >> and verify that she actually has insurance. >> Yeah, but she's acting kind of funny. I could probably aide her. >> She's acting real weird. >> Do it. >> Yeah, I'm going to run her in >> history. >> I'm going to run her info real quick. >> I'm going to ask her for that insurance card again. Does this not roll down? Can you open the door then so I can talk to you? >> Okay. So, we have to talk like this. >> Yeah. >> Okay. >> Same way you did with Ryan >> that way >> through the back window. >> No, I was standing on your side. >> You go back. >> Why Why are you being so argumentative? >> I'm not being argumentative. >> Okay. All right. Can I see that insurance card again? And I guess since you don't want to roll down your window, open your door, you're going to have to hand me that phone so I can write down that information cuz you don't have a card that I could just take a picture of. >> Everybody has it on their phones now. >> I don't mind. I'm just telling you I'm going to have to hold it so that I can write it down. >> Yeah, it's fine. >> Can I have it again? >> Yes, I'm looking for it. >> Wow. Do you think that this attitude is very necessary? >> No, it's just [ __ ] ridiculous. >> What is ridiculous? >> But you guys keep pulling me off. This is the second time. Actually, this is the first time in my entire life I've pulled you over >> two days. >> I don't know anything about that. Okay. All right. Hang tight. >> What's that? >> You see the windshield's going to crack all the way across there? >> No, I didn't. >> All right. Well, here's that. >> All right. Now I'm just trying to figure out >> a policy number on here. >> Yeah, it's a top. >> Hey, Molly. Yeah. >> Okay. So, you said you smoked a little while ago. You're showing me signs of impairment. I would like to know if >> this is [ __ ] >> Okay. I'm I'm trying to talk. So, I'm asking you if you would consent to field sobriety to prove to me that you're not under the influence of any intoxicating compounds. >> I'm not under the influence of anything. I was just crying. Oh my god. Well, I don't I didn't No, you don't have any bloodshot eyes. It's your behavior. It's the aggressive behavior. It's the slur speech. >> I have aggressive behavior because you guys are harassing me. I'm about to sue you guys. >> Well, that would be fine. But >> this is the second time I've met you in my whole life, so that's kind of crazy. But that's fine. I People do this to me all the time. But I'm asking you if you would consent to field sobriety. >> No. >> All right, hang tight. Did >> she tell to you that she smoked earlier >> earlier? Yeah. She said, "Well, her car smells of weed." And then she told me it's because she was just smoking. Well, it was a couple hours ago. So, she did just say that. >> Well, I mean, she she's admitted to you that she smoked weed. I mean, you don't know how long she's talking. >> She did say that she just did and then she changed it to a couple dollars. >> Well, then she you know, she intoxicated from >> She seems like a guest. >> And that would probably be enough to pull her out. >> Yeah. I'm just going to get boss dogs approval. >> So, that's fine. >> He didn't answer. You know what she's admitting is she smoked marijuana. >> She changed it. But yes, and I smell it. >> Her aggression. >> It's the aggression. She has like a very thick tonged, slow and like slightly slurred speech. >> When she did, she texted them. >> Yeah, I saw I saw her texting on that. >> That's why he he come riding by. And then Sabrina was standing right down there at the end of the street. So I think you got more than enough to have to pull her out. She's admitted that she smoked weed. >> Well, if I pull her out, it's cuz I'm arresting her. Well, >> why else would I pull her out? She She denied. >> You going to do some test on it? >> She She said no. >> You've been doing some drugs, smoking some weed. >> 10. >> Giving you the opportunity to show me that you're not around the influence. >> You admit it to me. >> You ready? >> Hey, you can't be talking to her on the stop. Okay. >> What's that? That's a first. >> That's obstructing cuz she's here with me. We're on a traffic stop and now I can't go up to the car because you're talking to me, which is obstruction. I'm very politely asking you to back up. You want to record? You can do all those things. >> All right. >> Thank you. Nope. Keep going. Keep going. I'm going to have you step out. Okay. >> No, I'm not stepping out of my vehicle. >> You are going to step out of the vehicle? >> Signal is not a reason for me. >> Do you hear me, Molly? >> No, I'm not. You're going to get a You're going to get an obstruction charge. Do you want that? >> How am I obstructing justice when >> I'm asking you to get out of the car? >> The law states >> The law states I could tell you to get out of the car. >> No, you have to have probable cause. I know the my law. >> Am I going to have to take you out of the car? >> You have to have a probable cause. >> No, I don't. >> Yes, you do. >> Get out of the car. >> I know the law. >> Get out of the car, Molly. >> No, I'm not getting out of the car. >> You're going to make me take you out of the car? Really? There's no reason for you to take me out of my own vehicle. >> I do not. There a turn signal is not probable cause. >> Can you turn off the car, please? >> No. >> I'm asking you nicely. >> No. A turn signal and I had it on, but you think you claimed it was late because you didn't see it until after I got over the tracks. >> That's not what I said. >> This is ridiculous, Jess. Come on, >> Molly. Listen. I'm not here to argue with you or anything else. >> No. >> Okay. >> No, this is ridiculous. But listen, >> I don't have anything to hide. I'm not impaired. >> But listen, if a police officer >> coming from >> police officer tells you to exit the vehicle, you have to you have to exit. >> No. >> Okay. >> No, I don't I don't have to exit my vehicle unless I have probable cause. >> Turn signal being late is not a probable cause. And because you smell hot, there's not a probable cause anymore either. >> That is no longer a probable cause. >> It stays right in the log. Can you get that out of my face? It like kind of like blinds me with my glasses on. >> Okay. Well, here's the deal. You're under arrest. >> How am I under arrest? >> Cuz you're obstructing and I believe that you were DUI. >> Obstructing. >> I asked you to get out of the car. You're not getting out of the car. >> Because I don't have to get out of my own vehicle unless you have problem with God. >> No, because No, you guys already. You're going to get out or we're going to pull you out. >> I know, but I don't have to unless they have probable cause. No, >> I don't give up. I'm not getting out of >> Get out of the car. >> No, I'm not getting out of my car. >> I'm going to tase you. >> You need a probable cause. >> I'm arresting you. >> Tase me and I will steal your ass. >> I will sue >> What did you say? >> I will sue you. >> Okay. Ida, you don't have a probable cause whatsoever. >> Don't touch me. >> No, there is no reason. An insurance turn signal light is not a reason for me to get out of my car. >> Can you go over there? >> No, I'm not getting out of my car. >> No, I'm not. >> Molly, >> I am not kidding. >> Step out. >> Get out. >> Step out. >> No, I'm not. >> Listen, she's giving an order. >> There's no reason. I don't give a [ __ ] I have my own right. >> Step out. >> No. >> Step out, Molly. >> No. >> You're going to make us drag you out? >> That's silly. >> You can't. Go ahead. It's against the law to drag me out of my own. >> And you open my car. >> Yes, I did. You're under arrest. >> Come on. >> No, I'm not under arrest. >> You're under me against my >> This is not fair. You turn that up. >> Allie, you're harassing me. Why are you doing that? You know what? I >> You better turn around. >> You break my neck, I'm going to sue you. >> Do this one. >> I have a neck injured. >> Baby, this isn't bad. I didn't do anything. I'm dying. This is so wrong. Quit moving. >> I'm not moving. >> This is ridiculous. I don't care. >> It's the pressure on me going the jail. >> I didn't do anything wrong. Mom, >> you're so doing this on purpose. >> Let's go that way. >> And I swear to God. No, don't touch it. >> RT, you can take my car. >> No, he can't get in. >> Yes, he can. I gave him permission to >> that car. >> Get in it. Go. >> What am I being arrested for? >> You're being arrested for suspicion of DUI and resisting and obstruction. >> Suspicion of DUI? What does that mean? >> Well, I'm going to give you the chance uh after I read you your morning warning to motorist. I'm going to give you the opportunity to submit blood and urine to prove to us that you're not >> any blood or any urine or nothing. >> Well, we'll talk about it. >> We'll talk about it. >> Justice. No. >> What? >> No. >> Okay. I can't do what? >> You can't take my blood. >> I It was a consensual thing, but you said Okay, we'll talk about it. >> Okay. >> I mean, technically, if you wanted to charge her with battery officer cuz she pushed on me when >> Did she push you? >> Yeah. But >> you would have to probably do it. >> I ain't going to worry about it. It's not like I got hurt over it or anything like that. >> Well, all the charges she's got going on, it wouldn't hurt. >> I mean, she's got resisting and and uh what else you got? Resisting >> obstruction. >> Okay. >> Resisting. >> But I told you these two would be a handful. You haven't seen nothing between the two of them yet. >> Well, they're being cool >> like now, but I'm just saying you're just getting a taste of how they are. >> Yeah. I'm going to fill this out and sit in my car.
