she was heavily moving in the front

to this yeah well he says that she works
for the Danville Police Department so if
that's if not true she works for another
the uh the bag had a presence of cocaine
in it okay what bag there was a baggie
where she was sitting he don't know

sergeant for some security compan she
does two things yeah where's her
credentials for her I where's her badge
where's her he's going to call and
verify her dispatch so you saying we had
cocaine in our car there is there is a
bag baggy there's no way there's a bag

was a bunch of little white powder in it
and it came out of my car it was sitting
right where she was sitting right
underneath her feet see the blue and the
pink mhm so that shows for positive
present cocaine I tested the substance
that was in can you open your mouth for

backpack it looks like um I haven't
gotten the trunk yet I think I'm going
to char with personating a police
officer yeah cuz I'm not saying anything
with her being a police officer
he's saying he's a felon though he's a
felon yes that' be felon in possession
of farm okay and she was making fur
movements for there anyway and she don't
have a credential of her working
anywhere she don't have um her concealed
carry permit out of Virginia that's
showing in her wallet she's got an armed
security guard uh card I don't know how
to validate verify that what was going
on was we're trying to detain you uh you
decided not being cooperative physically
and we had a basically work to get you
in cuffs what was going on with that I
well I was sleeping like when I you were
sleeping as he was like ripping around
the corner I was sleeping so like I fell
as I was tired and that's why we were
coming back here to my dad's house and
when we pulled in cuz I felt him turn
and pull in and he just looked up and
said are you serious and I looked back
and that's when I saw the blue lights
well we saw you kind of leaning all the
way uh forward were you sleeping with
your on the dash on the dash no I think
I my head back like this that's where
that's where we seen you way up there
and stuff like that so maybe at first I
can agree with you you might have been
dazed if you're going on the story of
you were sleeping the whole time but
when we had you out obviously we're all
wearing uniforms body cameras flashing
lights all sorts of stuff when we're
trying to Tain you what was what was
with you just not cooperating with that
I'm sorry well first of all for my
daughter you know I just when I said she
was a minor and I wanted her to go
inside we allowed that
but as far as putting the handcuffs on
oh I don't I'm sorry just I was grab
well you say sorry I was grabbed a hold
of and I just react we're we're
detaining you we don't know what's going
on in the vehicle you guys are I mean he
is obviously the one that was driving
but driving all over the road speed like
we don't know what's going on he's
driving like what we would in an
emergency we don't know if there's an
emergency we don't know if someone just
got shot we don't know if he's drunk we
don't know okay so um did you explain to
her what was found in the car I told her
about the bag or yeah the bag with so
the reason why we had you step out is
cuz immediately after all these furtive
movements everything I look down and
near your right ankle is this bag that
has a white powdery residue on it

purchased the car you can see the tags

that you were a certified officer police
officer working for the Danville Police
Department I that's where I did work

concealed you have to be currently

it this suspect was charged with
resisting possession of drug
paraphernalia and falsely impersonating
a law enforcement officer she is
innocent until proven guilty in a court
of law today we have a case out of
Panama City Florida woman gets stopped
for a traffic violation what does she
say I'm a police officer and she
allegedly also had illegal drugs in her
car now impersonating a police officer
charg in Florida is a third deegree
felony but they'll figure that one out
in court one of the officers also stated
that she made furtive movements toward
the glove box which allegedly also had a
firearm now furtive movements is when
you're trying to conceal something
secretly out of the view of the police
by placing it under the seat in between
the seat or behind the seat
