Police officer as just like a normal like us, you know? They're not mean. They're nice. Ramadan is a month of reflection, growth, and community. Public safety is not created by government alone. It is built through relationships that are rooted in trust. Before coming here, it was like being with the police, how that will be? Sitting with Jessica, it was really good. She was really a nice person. >> I love getting to talk to everybody. It's a gift. This isn't a relationship that other cities enjoy. And the idea of not having connections to make things go smoothly and to make sure we get victim services where they need to be, that's such a loss for everyone else. They care about the Muslim community, you know? And that's a lot for me and I would have the good experience with that.
