like anybody else pushing her cuz she's conversational >> and I didn't know what was going on. And the the Navy guy said, "Back up. Back up. Back up." And I I started back it up. >> You're going to kill my dog. >> Do I speak another language that you don't understand? >> Let's throw up a little bit. Let's act like adults. Okay. >> He pushes him or something and then he [music] smacks him >> cuz it kind of looks like he almost does a swing at him. Customers are often told they're always right. But some take that idea far beyond its meaning. [music] They lash out at employees, attack innocent bystanders, and even assault police officers who try to stop them. These are the times when entitled customers thought they own the entire store. Welcome to This is Law. We hope you have a wonderful day and enjoy a few moments of entertainment while watching our video. If you're new here, don't forget to like and subscribe. Let's enjoy. Starting with this entitled couple who thought no one but them had the right to shop. >> I'm not leaving. I need >> You're touching me. You're touching me. That's assault. Assault. It's not assault. >> It's assault. It's assault. >> I am for you. You want me to run over? You don't want nice. Why you touch you? >> On the 26th of April, 2024, officers received a call from a shopping mall reporting that two customers, a man and a woman, had threatened other people. Officers quickly responded to the scene, but they had no idea the situation had already begun to escalate into a tense confrontation. >> Come here, please. >> We're in the snow and they're ignoring my plans to stop. >> Come here, please. >> No. >> What do you mean no? >> No. >> Please do not talk to them right now. I need to deal with them. She likes >> Okay. You're not leaving. I need >> You're touching me. You're touching me. That's salt. Salt. It's not a salt. Salt. Is it salt? You're touching you. Put your hands on me. >> Whiskey person over here. They're refusing to stay where I'm at. And >> I got to stop talking. >> No. >> Yep. Stupid. >> I can follow you all day. >> Don't care. That's your dog. >> Yep. >> Right. >> Are we? >> Yep. John >> I'm going to get you more. >> Thanks God. I got a lawsuit against y'all. You want to add to the lawsuit? >> You what? >> I already got a lawsuit against y'all. Keep acting. >> Oh, do you? Who? Not against me. You don't. >> Against the police department, though. >> Hey, don't call. We don't call >> to verify your crime as well. You need a protection. >> They're running westbound towards the interstate. >> I think >> the two suspects kept walking away despite repeated commands from officers to stop. As one officer stayed close behind them, additional patrol units arrived just in time to cut off their path, and the situation quickly descended into chaos. Come on, man. Take a look. Right here. Right here. Here. Come here. Get in the left one, man. I'll take to where? Where my [ __ ] handcuff? Just >> stop resisting. >> I'm not resisting. I'm trying to help your stupid ass. >> You want to roll on your stomach. >> All right. Say peace. Roll on your stomach. If you move, I don't want to hit you in the neck, dog. >> Roll on your stomach. You're going to be dog bit. >> You understand me? >> Hey, if I call 911, you going to pop up, right? Roll onto your stomach. >> I see your face. >> Okay, I see your face. Roll onto your stomach. >> It don't matter. I can pop up anytime. You got to roll. How about roll? Force about roll. >> Roll onto your stomach. I am put >> you get down. Stop trying to break mom. I ain't going to do [ __ ] Can you stop or something? Y'all break my [ __ ] and [ __ ] >> Why are you on your back? >> Cuz y'all ain't being nice. >> Hey, get the [ __ ] off me. Hold. >> All right. Here. >> Hey, bro. Don't grab my dick. >> Hey, >> I am. >> I'm [clears throat] all right. >> So, what's the problem onto your stomach? >> What's the problem? What I'm being detained for? >> What I've been arrested for? You are being detained for an investigation. >> What investigation? >> Something happened to the mall. I don't have to explain myself there. >> Where I'm at? I'm going to let the mall. >> Nope. >> So, this part of the P, right? >> Officers struggled to handcuff the man as he actively resisted, but he immediately denied resisting in an unreasonable manner, insisting that he had every right to act the way he did. >> Why? Well, you resisted for about 5 minutes. >> I didn't resisted. I had you pinned. I told I would help you. >> No. Yes, that's not how this works. >> Yes, it is. Can I tell y'all? >> I said you're detained. You pulled away. >> You pulled away. >> I had them in and I was telling them to stop >> and they stop. You said no. >> Yeah, cuz y'all got no reason to touch me. So, the fact that you touched me cannot deter. >> Yes, I can. No, >> I'm a citizen. >> My first amendment. >> So, you violated my first amendment, my fifth amendment. People hate the news at all. >> I do. >> Shut up. You're just making yourself. >> Look at my record, fool. >> Why? You've been arrested. >> Then you should know that. >> Guess what? I know a lawyer. Real good, fool. >> Yes. >> Meanwhile, another officer remained at the shopping mall to interview employees and gather statements about what the suspects had done before police arrived. >> The guy that was in the family restroom come out and basically told me. >> Okay. So, you know, I'm like, "No, this is my business. I work here. I'm secure." >> Yeah. >> But, uh, after after I got her to do the tag for the restroom for the lady. >> Yeah. >> Uh, he comes out of the where both of them came out of the >> the girl and the guy. >> Okay. >> Yeah. He comes out of the family restroom and she came out of the nursery and that's when he said to her and to me that both of us >> would get popped. >> Get popped. Did he make any gestures like towards >> he was pointing his finger and everybody? >> Okay. Cuz uh officer uh Hulcom was telling me sometimes he was reaching reaching toward his pants and reaching toward his bag. Right. >> Okay. Uh he at that time he was not. >> Yeah. This was after he went in the common area outside of the restrooms. He made motions to go towards his bag or his waistline. He did it all around South Pennies as they walked off site. >> Okay. >> They were on the golf cart and he kept making like a motion >> heard a movement. Okay. Um and she was saying Officer Hulk was saying they they've been here and done this before. >> So I I was here one day. Uh Carile came out. the guy, they came to our security door because a a scooter they apparently rode got an overnight parking citation on it and they were going to come here and us up. They came banging on the door. We followed them through the mall. They went out uh the east or east side of UF and Carl got them out there on 62nd. >> Car comes to me and says by the bus stop, >> I'm just up from it south of it. >> He said there's nothing I can do yada yada. And then I said I mean they clearly assaulted us. Every witness and employee gave consistent statements describing the couple's behavior. Meanwhile, the female suspect showed no remorse whatsoever, denying every allegation against her. >> Funny cuz I didn't do anything. I'm really like confused. I work at the mall. I work at Gohead. [clears throat] >> Let me let me explain it to you. But I need that clear to you before I explain it to you cuz you're going to ask questions and I'm going to ask questions. I'm going to go back and forth and Yes, sir. >> I need everything to be clear. So a situation happened at the mall. >> Pretty much as part of our investigation, we have the right to detain people who are part of that. >> So when the officer told comes up to you and says stop >> and you walk away, you walk in the snow co, you walk out of the snow co, you keep walking down the street, >> that gives us probable cause to arrest you for resisting without violence. When you're given a lawful order to stop, you have to stop. >> What? No, >> I didn't know that, but I don't know. >> Okay. You don't. No one's ever told you if a police officer tells you to stop, you have to stop. >> If you're not guilty, no. >> So, you just get to determine that you didn't commit a crime? >> No, sir. >> So, we How do How do you >> Explain this to me. How do we investigate a crime if anybody can just walk away at any particular point? >> Exactly. So, we have to be able to detain someone to do that, right? Yes, sir. >> So, we have to be able to for physically force them to stop. Now, as I read your rights to you, you don't have to talk to us, but we have to be able to identify you, have witnesses identify you, and conduct an investigation in relative calm, which doesn't really work if you're walking away and and not following commands to do so. So, you understand all of it. Okay. So, [clears throat] basically, at any point, did anyone say anything about a gun inside the mall? >> Neither one of us. No. >> So, someone else said something about the gun? >> Yeah, but that's what I was like. He literally lost his. >> In the end, the couple was charged with disorderly conduct, resisting [music] arrest, and aggravated assault. When people believe they are above the rules, they often mistake lawful authority for oppression. Refusing to cooperate, escalating a confrontation, and dismissing the concerns of others rarely proves innocence. It only creates more victims and leads to far more serious consequences than the original incident. Next, this woman caused chaos at Walmart by letting her dog run wild. You're going to my dog. >> If it comes at me and bites you, >> you're going to my dog. You, you, and you, and you. Raise the gas. >> On the 9th of April, 2025, at around 9:22 p.m., police were dispatched to Walmart after receiving a report of a customer who had brought an aggressive pitbull into the store. When they approached the woman, she completely avoided the officer's questions and showed no intention of cooperating. >> Hey, excuse me. Stop. What's going on today? >> Somebody called and said your dog's biting people. >> He is. >> Okay. Where's the people that got bit? >> Unit check. >> You have no idea where they went. >> You can't talk or nothing. What's wrong with you? >> Okay. Are you bit? >> I don't know. >> Can you just tell me if you're bit? You can't You can't tell me. >> Hey, stop. >> Come here. You're not going anywhere. You're going to stay here. I want to follow. >> Okay, that's fine. >> I want to file a report. >> Okay, can you just stop? >> Okay. >> Okay. >> Hey, >> who did your dog bite? >> Um, somebody >> hold the dog with your both hands on the leash, please. What? >> Why? >> Cuz I've said so. >> It was clear that the woman had no control over her dog and showed no concern about whether it had bitten anyone. At that point, the officer gave her a warning, but all he got in return was an even more hostile reaction from the woman. >> If your dog comes at me and tries to bite me, I'm >> You want You're going to kill my dog? >> If it comes at me and bites me, >> you're going to kill my dog. >> Do I speak another language that you don't understand? >> So, you said you were going to my dog. >> Yes. If your dog bites me, I will. >> Okay. >> All right. >> Let's grow up a little bit. Let's act like adults. Okay. >> All right. You want to hold on to your dog? >> I got it. >> Okay. I don't think you want to play these games. Okay. >> I got my dog. >> Good. >> What's going on here? Why am I at Walmart today? >> Go ahead. We'll need another unit here. This uh dog owner is not going to be cooperative. >> The woman's behavior escalated the situation to the point that four additional police units and animal services were dispatched to the scene. [music] It was also confirmed that there was more than one victim as multiple people had been bitten by her dog. Okay, I'll be with you in a little bit. Okay, >> I said if you better have >> who got bit gentleman in the store got bit. >> Where'd you get bit, sir? >> I got the video. >> I got bit in the other. >> Okay. Do you want an ambulance? >> Do you want an ambulance, sir? >> Yeah. >> Okay. >> I want to file a report, too. >> Okay. You can do that with animal services. Okay. >> You can't file a report. >> We don't do that. That's animal services that'll handle that. >> I was attacked. >> What's that? I was attacked. >> Send a video to me. >> Based on the woman's behavior, the officers began to question her mental state. She showed no concern for what had happened and repeatedly caused disruptions even while the victims were trying to explain what had taken place. >> WHAT YOUR SHIRT SAY? I GOT YOUR BACK. >> OKAY, >> DUMBASS. >> OKAY, we'll have the come check you out. Okay. >> All right. >> You dumbest. >> Can you stop talking like that? >> I'm not TALKING TO YOU. AM I >> Can you stop talking to other people like that? Why are you yelling? Can you act like an adult? >> Can you act an adult? >> You [ __ ] You don't talk to me like that. Are you my mom? >> My dad. >> You ain't going to do about it. Tighten up. Tighten up. Okay. >> Watch out for that pole. It snuck up on you, didn't it? >> Yep. >> You don't fit three people. Look out. >> Don't know. >> Go ahead and do that. All right. >> All right. We'll have the fire department come check you out. Okay. Did you see the video? The animal services will handle all of that when we come out here. Okay. >> Animal service will handle all of that. >> Look, I was just walking by and the damn dog. You better camera right there, too. >> Yeah. You on camera. You see me on camera. >> Look, your dog is out of control. >> And your mama is out of control. >> MY MAMA >> AND MY mama big. The woman continued lingering with her dog near the store's entrance where other customers were passing through, prompting the officers to move her to a different area. >> I don't know. >> Can I get your name? >> Hey, you can't get a thing out of me. >> I'm asking your name. >> You can't get a thing. >> Why not? >> You can't get >> play hot boy and then you can get the away from me. >> That's what you do. You you and you and you are racing that cop. >> I don't know. Miami. >> Do I got a car? >> Yeah. >> Yeah. Do you want to see it? >> Sure. Is it here? >> No. >> Oh, you watch it. Okay. >> Yeah. Let's go. >> Let's go. >> I told you to stay over here. >> And I told you to stay right there, >> man. YOU UNDERSTAND YOU'RE NOT >> I understand everything. >> Good. Very good. Thank you. So, you'll know to just stand right over here. >> And I know you better get back. >> I don't think you want to play with me. >> Yeah. I don't I don't think down that road. Sit down. Down. Down. Hey. Down. >> Can you please get your dog in your mulch? >> Grab your Grab your >> Thank you. Get out of the road. That's all I'm asking. >> At that point, the situation became even more tense. The officers began positioning themselves around the woman in preparation to arrest her and she appeared to realize what was happening, prompting her to try to flee. >> We thought it's going to grab her. >> Yeah, I don't when he grabs the >> ball. That's what we're going to do. >> Hey, hey, hey, >> come back. Where are you going? >> Where are you going? >> Where are you going? >> Where? >> I told you to stand here >> and I told you to stand here. >> We're not doing that. >> And we're not doing Look at me right now. >> You could be there. You stay right there. All right. >> That's all. >> That's all we're doing. >> Don't touch. >> Don't touch him. >> Don't touch him. >> You got it. >> Don't touch him. >> Put your hands behind your back until we get this sorted out. Cut your >> light up. >> Okay, >> I got it. Got it. >> Yeah. >> You better move back. on her belt. I think back >> get back Draco. Draco, >> Draco. Draco. Draco. >> Stay here. >> Draco. >> Draco. [screaming] >> Don't rattle around her waist. >> Draco. Draco. Get. >> Who's got a knife or scissors? I got We're just going to go this way. Draco. >> I'm going to have to hold this. Go. Can you cut it? The >> leash. Just cut the whole thing. >> You're good. Give me my shoes real quick. >> Don't go near. >> No. Yeah, I'm not I'm not going there. >> My shoes real quick. >> Until your dog is >> Give me my shoes real quick. >> Until your dog gets away from the shoes. >> You shouldn't have kicked them off. >> After placing her in the patrol car, the officers began questioning her again. However, the way she responded only further reinforced their concerns about her mental state. >> No. See, >> are you diagnosed any mental illnesses? C. You see me? Do I see you? Yes. Ci Z. [ __ ] D. You see a D. A Z D. That means D and D O. A away from me. That's what that means. D [ __ ] Z. >> Oh, Z. >> Pull my asking you a simple question. >> My ID. >> Okay. So you're not you're telling me you're crazy, but you're not. >> How much? I'm crazy. >> Are you a town kid right now? >> Very. >> How much you have to drink? >> Drink. I don't drink. I smoke. >> What do you smoke? >> Well, what do you smoke? >> I don't smoke anything. What do you smoke? >> Attention zone to Walmart, Orlando market. Right now. Right. See? Right now. >> That's my sister. Where is the dog? >> He's going with air control. He's bit four feet. Wyatt, what the >> Okay, I'll talk to her. >> Talk to her. >> This window up here. >> Can I ask you question? What's the deal here? >> In the end, the woman was charged with resisting an officer without violence. Failing to control a dangerous pet and refusing to cooperate with officers can quickly turn a manageable incident into an arrest with lasting legal consequences. Next, this older woman pretended to be innocent after assaulting another customer. >> Oh, I came in to just order some food and people were freaking out >> and I didn't know >> something started. She was yelling in her face and then she pushed her and then she's conversational. >> On the 28th of June 2026, officers responded to a McDonald's after receiving a report of a physical altercation between two female customers. As soon as they arrived, one of the women stepped forward and voluntarily gave her account of what had happened. >> So, I came here weekend to get food. I was on the phone with my friends. She comes, she's like, "You cannot lower your voice. Lower your voice." >> Sorry, but I'm just mad. She's like, "Oh, sorry. I'm Cuban. That's just the way I speak." Like, I tried to lower my voice. This is the way I speak. >> I know. I'm Cuban, too. >> She was like, "You cannot talk like that in McDonald's. You cannot do this." And mind you, I was just on the phone with my friend. So, I'm just telling her, "Mind your business." Like, I'm on the phone with my friend. So she started screaming at me, telling me a whole bunch of [ __ ] calling me a saying that my mom >> person >> her, that old person sitting right there. She's saying that my mom didn't raise she her she's saying that my mom didn't raise me, right? She's saying all these stuff. So I come up TO HER LIKE SAYING one more stuff. I'm on the phone with my friend. He was pulled up. He like seen everything. She's like, "Oh, um I pulled up to her like say one more thing about my mom. Like what is wrong with you?" She's like, "Oh, your mom." I didn't even hear what she said, but she's like, "You're a your mom didn't raise your business now. You're a So, I'm getting mad and then she starts grabbing my chain." She ripped one of my chains and then I lost the other one. I don't know where it went. And that's what she said. >> Do you have your ID with you? >> No, not on me. >> Not on me. >> All right. How old are you? >> I'm 19. >> Okay. Do me a favor. Have a seat. I'll be right back. >> The officer then spoke with the other woman involved in the incident. Her version of events was completely different as she insisted that she had done nothing wrong and claimed nothing had happened to justify the confrontation. >> Cham, what's going on? >> Hi, how are you? >> Hi. Good. >> Oh, I came to just order some food and people were freaking out >> and I didn't know what was going on and the Navy guy said, "Back up. Back up. Back up." And I I started backing up. >> Excuse me, sir. >> Navy. Navy guy, do me a favor. right here. >> Continue. I was waiting for my food. I have my food. I wanted to walk out. She grabbed me by the back of the hair. Ripped my earbuds out. >> Okay. >> And [ __ ] started. >> And what's the reason she What's the reason she done that for? >> I have no idea. >> You have the idea. Absolutely. I do. >> Because the two women gave completely conflicting accounts of the incident, the officer began interviewing the witnesses nearby to determine what had actually happened. >> I know you all didn't see nothing, but did you see something? What went on? >> Anything? Did you all see anything? >> Oh, I did. >> Did you? >> Did you? You got the older lady and you got the younger lady. Are you friends with with any of them? >> I mean, I'm associates with the young girl >> with a young girl. >> You know what happened? >> Oh, I guess from what I've seen, I seen a video one of that girl right here in the green. She has a video of the the older woman getting out all up in her face and then she touched her chest and then obviously she she uh I don't know what happened. >> Which girl has a video? >> The one in the right there. >> Look it up. You better tell her to look it up. Stop talking. >> But it's not worth it. >> Hey, friend, just stop. Just stop. Just stand there and don't talk. >> I want this way. I I Okay, I'll just look this way. >> I'm not trying to have trouble. I can't figure some damn want to go home. >> From what I seen, like they were both getting each other's faces. They were chesting chest, but the other lady's the one who put her finger on her chest, though. I will say that. >> Are you friends with her? with who? >> All the group right here. Do you have a video? I might have seen what happened. >> I know. I know all of them. >> Hold on. Did you have a video? What happened? >> I don't have video. I I walked in here and all this [ __ ] happened, but I'm trying to clean it up because I feel badly. >> All right. >> How you doing? >> Every witness stated that the older woman had started the incident, further proving that she was pretending to be innocent. One witness also had video evidence. >> Beginning like the very very beginning. [screaming] This is when the touching started. She was yelling in her face and then she pushed her and then she's conversational as it is. So pushing her is the wrong idea. Like like anybody knows pushing her is the wrong idea cuz she's conversationalized in her face. Pushing in. >> Yeah. [crying] I just want to run it down. But how it all started in the bathroom and then she's coming back out of the bathroom. She's on the phone with her friend and she's cussing with her friend because she who your friend she was at her phone >> and then we come out right here [screaming] and she's still cussing at him on the phone. She was her and we're standing right there. you have to turn around and say something to her about why she's being so disrespectful. And then she said, "Your mother raised the you guys are so disrespectful D." And then that's when she wanted to get close for her and then she wanted to yell at her face. And the very first contact, like the actual contact, she chestbumped her. >> Okay. >> Okay. I just want to say that she bumped her off. >> The officer continued interviewing other witnesses, including employees in the store manager. Every account confirmed that the older woman had initiated the physical contact, but she continued avoiding responsibility and pretending to be innocent. >> Search everything I have. I don't have anything to do with that anything. That girl has attacked me, and I just want to go home. >> Okay, come here. Yes, absolutely. >> Yeah, sure. Do me >> a favor. Turn around. Of course. Stop moving. >> I'm sorry. >> Where are you going? >> I'm sorry. I just wanted your hand behind your back. >> Of course. >> Am I being detained or arrested? >> You're being arrested >> for what? >> Disorderly conduct at at the minimum. >> For For why? because of you. >> All right. >> I I I don't even know how where to begin to explain if you don't understand. >> Um I came in to get my food at McDonald's. I don't know what I did. >> Can you tell me? >> That's the part of the problem is you don't know what you did. >> You don't understand. Have you been drinking tonight? >> Yeah. >> Um I had a couple drinks at Bobby's. The drove here. >> I came here. >> Yeah. You drove here? >> Um no, I didn't drive here. I don't drive. >> Okay. >> Come on, Paul. 46. I have one female. 10:15. Be >> careful. >> Okay. Walk careful down the stairs. Yep. Just like he said. And we're going over to this patrol car over here. >> Okay. >> Do you have anything on you that's going to poke me, sick me? >> No, not at all. >> Okay. Anything? Any drugs? >> No. >> Weapons? >> No, ma'am. >> Um I tell everybody if you don't tell me and I don't find it, we get it into the jail. That's a felony. >> No, ma'am. I have a um I have a um >> In the end, the older woman was charged with disorderly conduct, a first-degree misdemeanor. [music] A disagreement can quickly become a crime when someone chooses confrontation over self-control. [music] No matter how strongly you feel, provoking a fight and then denying responsibility will not outweigh witness statements in the evidence. Next, [music] this man also played the victim just as convincingly. >> Guy trying to get a stop. He pushes him or something and then he smacks him. >> Just hit have no repercussions for slapping me across the face >> because you walked up to him. On the 30th of September 2025, officers were dispatched to Walmart after receiving a report of a battery. The suspect was accused of tearing up another man's petition paperwork while he was collecting signatures. To better understand what happened, let's hear the victim's account of the incident. >> Hello, sir. >> Hello. >> Would you mind coming and talk to me over? >> So, I was petitioning right here and I had a gentleman actually signing. So, while I was signing, I pitched that guy that's in there. So he came, grabbed my board, >> tore up all my paperwork in front of me, okay? And then I was like, "Dude, what are you doing?" So I went and said, "Hey, what are you doing?" So he pushed my hand, and that's when I pushed him. So then he said he I assaulted him. So I'm like, "Bro, how you how assaulted you if you coming over here and you're tearing up my paperwork?" >> Okay. >> Yeah. So I mean, I'm like, I don't know what's going on with him. >> Do you want to go try to contact the RP? Do you have your ID on you? Is that for me? >> What does the guy look like? >> He's sitting right there. The officer then contacted the suspect who remained completely calm and claimed that he was actually the victim. >> Hello, Officer. >> Good. How are you? Good. >> Just kind of explain to you. >> Yeah. So, I'm not sure why this guy hasn't been trespass. They tried to get him picked off three times. >> Okay. What happened today? So, I went up and uh he handed me a petition and I ripped one of the pages and then he came up and slapped me across the face. >> All right. So, he came from behind the table, walked around and slapped you in the face. >> No, no. I came up to the table like on this on the short side of the table right there. >> Like exiting? >> Yeah, I was exiting. >> Okay. >> Um I came up to the table, he handed me a position. I ripped the petition and then uh he used his left hand to slap me across the uh just my face. >> Did you say anything or >> Yeah, just yelled at me. I don't remember exactly what he said. >> Okay. You have your ID? >> Yep. >> So, obviously my partner wants So, we got a call. You didn't call, right? >> No, he called. >> Yeah, he called. >> He called when the store called. Okay. >> Um, so all we got in our initial call was that he he claimed that he got hit in the face by somebody. >> So, I have like I had somebody sign it, >> right? The guy actually the the state trooper got his information. The guy was waiting. >> Okay. >> And he'll tell you everything. We were standing right there and the and like I said, dude just came out of nowhere and just I pitched him. He was just >> Okay. I'm like >> And was this for things that were already signed or can I see it? >> Okay. Interesting. All right. >> The suspect accused the victim of assaulting him instead. Officers then confronted the victim about the allegation. And once again, the two accounts of what had happened were completely different. >> I pitched him. I said, "We're trying to stop boys from getting in girls sports." What he did was he took my boys, split it, and then pushed it in front of me. >> Okay. >> And that's when I retaliated. There was a guy standing right here. The dude said, "Dude, what are you doing? If you didn't agree with it, you didn't have to tear up the paperwork." >> He was like, "Oh, yeah. Well, if you want to if you want to hit me again, I'll call the police." I said, "You know what? Call the police." Cuz he said, "Oh, you just assault me. Go ahead and call the police because this doesn't make any sense." >> So, when you say you retaliated, what do you mean by that? So when he he pushed the uh the board to me and that's when I pushed him back. >> Okay. So just like pushed him to get away. >> Yeah, cuz he was he was literally in my face. I'm I was standing right here. You were standing like literally right here in my face. So >> look at the cameras real quick. See? >> Yeah. >> Cuz he's saying that you slapped him in the face. >> Yeah. No, I did. I I But that's after he pushed me. That's after he pushed me in my boards. >> Okay. >> So it's just in retaliation. >> Gotcha. >> Yeah. Simply listening to the statements from those involved was not enough. The officers asked Walmart's loss prevention team for assistance and reviewed the surveillance footage of what had happened. You can't really see cuz they're in a weird spot. Okay, >> this is but you can see this is him. >> Starts ripping it up right there. Guy trying to do the stuff. He pushes him or something and then he smacks him >> cuz it kind of looks like he almost does a swing at him. did a little thing like this, >> right? And he just missed, >> right? >> All right, we'll be right back. >> So, we we took a look at the video. Based on what I saw, I mean, it looks like he was kind of the aggressor in this situation. You were just kind of pushing. >> I was trying to listen the whole time cuz I'm not going to lie. I don't know if you guys seen it on the news. We've been getting a lot of flax for this >> and this is a lot of people think it's against transgender and it's not. What it is is basically making sure we protect girls and girls sports. So, what's been happening, if you guys watch the Olympics, you seen two transgenders like uh >> competing for Yeah. No, I got you. So, one one of the things I just want to get at is we're going to see if Walmart just wants to like trespass him, get him off the property. >> Okay. Would you want to go any further than that and like pursue any? >> Yeah, cuz man just make him so he he doesn't try to do this with any other other people because like how am I going to turn that in? So now I got to sit down and I got to try to pace this up so that it can go through so that they can actually count this towards getting it on the ball. >> Yeah. And honestly like one of the problems we're running into is like I feel like that's got to be a crime somehow. I I just I just don't know which one it is. Right. So we're kind of looking a little bit to see >> Yeah. Cuz this is it's it this does it. It's crazy, man. Look at this. What's happening is whatever group they're in, they're actually they're on Facebook. So, they telling them that wherever locations were at, hey, they're they're at this location. This is what's going on with them. >> Okay. >> Yeah, but I'll pursue it. >> The officers had a clear understanding of what had happened, and shortly afterward, they explained their decision to both parties. >> Um, but we're also going to give him a trespass, so we're going to make sure that he leaves the property up. >> Okay. >> Yeah. Cuz I'mma I'mma leave. I'mma leave, too. Cuz I >> I had too many people calling like, "Yo, are you okay?" I'm like, "Yeah, I'm okay. I'm not sure. It's just like, bro, I was like way out of No, I got I'm like, man. >> All right. Want to talk to this guy? >> All right, David. There's your ID back. So, what's going to happen today is the first thing is they are going to have you trespass. They want you to come back onto Walmart property. So, this is a trespass notice that's valid for 3 years from today's date. If you come back, you risk being arrested. >> Uh, I'm not. Yeah, it's just this one. All >> right. So, I'll have you sign that real quick. >> Is he going to be trespassed? >> Nope. >> What's going to happen? >> I'll explain that here in your copy. This is going [snorts] to be a criminal citation for you for malicious mischief. All right. So on the top here, you're going to have a court date bait. >> All right. Do >> you have any other questions? >> The officer's decision did not seem to satisfy the man. [music] He questioned the officers, insisting that he wanted the victim to face punishment just as he did. >> I I want to know why he can slap me across the face and have no repercussions. >> Why does he have no repercussions for slapping me across the face? Because [snorts] you walked up to him, took his property, ripped it, and then pushed him, and he responded by defending himself. >> I did not push him. >> Okay. The video shows otherwise. And you damaged his property. >> I did not push him. >> Okay. Well, you damaged his property, and there was some kind of altercation prior to >> Yeah. He was slapping me across the face. >> Can I tell you something? You have the right to remain silent. Anything you say can or will be used against you in the court of law. You can exercise this right at any time. >> Do you want to keep talking? He slapped me across the face. >> Okay. Okay. Why did you rip up the documentary right in front of him, the signatures? >> And why did you shove it right into his chest forceful motion? >> That's what it looks to be in the video. So, why did you do that? >> I was >> I'm I'm not going to answer. >> You don't have to answer, but you do have to leave the property. >> I just >> I just want to know why he's not being like >> he just he just gets away with it. >> No, he doesn't get away with it. But you are trespassing. I would like to speak to a sergeant. >> That's not going to happen today. You can call. >> You have to leave the >> If you refuse to leave, we're going to arrest you. >> This is ridiculous. I mean, like, >> are you kidding me? >> You can explain that all at your court date, >> but you need to leave the property. >> In the end, the man was charged with malicious mischief, issued a scheduled court date, and trespassed from Walmart for 3 years. Destroying someone else's property and provoking a confrontation can quickly turn you from a complainant into the person facing criminal charges. Actions matter more than claims, and surveillance footage often determines what really happened. Worse, the man continued creating a chaotic situation that became increasingly difficult for officers to control. >> Take me to jail for what? Yeah. >> On the 28th of August 2025, police officers approached a man named Richard at a grocery store after receiving reports that he was causing a disturbance by repeatedly yelling and pouring milk on himself and others. He appeared to be in an unstable mental state. So, officers immediately took action to control the situation. >> What's going on? >> Um, take me to jail. >> For what? >> Helping. Thank you. Careful. >> I got him. I got >> Oh, god damn it. >> They might still need >> I don't know. I'm not really sure. >> Go grab your hub. >> God damn. >> What are you doing? >> Stop. What are you doing? >> I'm not moving. >> Why are you doing this? >> I'm not moving. >> Why are you doing this? >> Um, it's it's for a goddamn uh [ __ ] ass [ __ ] >> That's why. >> That's why. Hey, goddamn mother. >> Hey. Yes, sir. You hit me. Go ahead. I love you. The officers successfully detained the man, but he showed no signs of stopping. He continued making aggressive remarks and unintentionally admitted that he had used multiple types of drugs. >> Needle in my back, dog. Richard, >> you did. >> You did, mother. >> Richard, he has a needle. What did you take? >> Bunch of little bit of acid, a little bit molly, some coke, some godamn I did a whole freak of cocaine if you do that one more time. >> Nobody's doing anything. I'm already >> moving and I keep doing that leg. >> Immediately afterward, the man's embarrassing behavior continued. However, with his legs restrained, he no longer had to walk on his own. What my head? God damn it. God damn it. That hurt mother. >> Hey there. [laughter] >> I promise. God damn it. >> Yes. Yes, >> the goddamn needle, dude. What the [ __ ] hurt? >> I'll get the door. >> Stop taking him out. Put your magnaming. Hey, you know what? I bet the mother uh president will love me. >> President Trump, I need your help. >> What are you doing? >> RICK FLAIR. >> RICK FLAIR THAT [ __ ] >> RICK FLAIR. COME ON. LET'S get in the car. Richard. >> After placing him in the patrol vehicle, one of the officers returned to the store and began gathering statements from the employees about the man's actions in order to collect evidence for the case. >> I can actually do it right now without you. Oh, okay. >> You know what kind of mug it was? >> It was the half gallon album. >> Just one. >> I believe it was just the one. That's the only one I saw him with in his hands. >> I don't know if he had another one. >> Someone said whoever called in said he was pouring it on himself. >> He on himself all like borrowing it like >> So, was it more than one? Is it all just one ball? Is it all just a half gallon? >> Are they all the same price? >> It's a one half gallon of milk is what he was pouring. >> There's only one destroyed milk. We did a walk. >> No, just put milk everywhere. >> That's enough. >> I want to say y'all's turn around time was real quick. >> We were actually like I saw here and then next thing I know. >> Next thing I knew I had like six of you guys were like here. I was like, "All right." >> Thank you. Thank you. You're welcome. >> Um, so you just saw him? Yeah, it was literally right at the same section right before you guys. >> I mean, this was literally seconds right before we got here. >> All right, cool. I don't think I should have to get a statement from you. >> It did not stop there. A person close to the suspect also arrived at the scene and her statement further confirmed the man's unstable condition. >> I know her. >> Hold on. What happened? >> He's not It's not He went in there and started showing his ass. He poured milk all over himself. He's throwing [ __ ] everywhere. >> Okay, listen. >> What did he get? >> Yeah. What did he tell? He's been cracked out on >> Okay. >> for like 4 days. I've been trying to do stay. >> How come you didn't talk to me last night when we were there? >> Cuz he wasn't making no sense last night. Hey, you need to move your truck. Will you pull that way? That way they can drive by. >> I don't even know. >> He's tripping crazy right now. >> I know. He needs to He needs to come down. What he needs to do. I've been trying to get him to lay down or sit down to calm down to just chill a minute, you know, he won't like what I do, you know, time. So, I just let him go and I just he just he went to jail for 60 days. He got out and got and his that time he was in there, you know, the level came down and he came off of it. >> Yeah. and he went behind just >> he's just been ever since. >> He's been out there. >> He's been out there. >> He's right now he's either going to be bakered. I don't I don't know what happened whenever they first got in the store with him, but he's not been compliant. He's been pretty uh not right now. Medical has to talk to him. Okay. When officers returned to the suspect, he continued banging inside the patrol vehicle and spitting everywhere, causing the officers to once again face a tense situation as they tried to figure out how to deal with him. Look at that. Oh, look at that. Look, this >> knock it off. >> Now it's a twitch now. 56 56 battery on the other. Put the shirt over his head so he can't spit anybody's face again. God doing part it. Yes, sir. Find some train and get some a little bit. There we go. >> All right. >> All right. Ready? I love you. Yes, sir. You are the Youn. >> The man was charged with disorderly conduct and criminal mischief for causing a disturbance in damaging store property. This incident shows that refusing to cooperate and allowing emotions or substance use to control your actions can quickly turn a minor situation into serious legal consequences. Even worse, the woman assaulted the officers simply because they had woken her up. >> What happened? >> I'm not sorry. >> Just fell asleep. >> I got you. You okay? >> No, you don't. >> We are not doing this, >> man. I don't care. >> Y'ALL PISS IN THE ALL Y'ALL WANT. On the 9th of September 2021, [music] police were dispatched to a Circle K convenience store after receiving a report of a woman who had fallen asleep there. Concerned that she might have been in distress, an [music] employee called the police. When officers approached her, they quickly identified her. >> Morning. >> Hey, you okay? >> Oh, yeah. >> All right. What happened? I'm laughing. Sorry. >> Just fell asleep. >> I know. >> I got you. You okay? >> Yes, I am. >> Hey, you look like you were sleeping pretty good. >> Okay, ma'am. What's your name? >> Okay. What's your name, though? >> I >> I'm sorry. I can't hear you. Emily, [music] what do you have? Your ID, ma'am? I just need to identify your police ID. You know, I lost everything. I'm homeless in here in Savannah, Statesboro, Georgia. Give me my name, number, social security card. >> I just need your name and birthday. How about that? >> B A T R 10. I ain't even go home because my stupid ass. >> I paid for them damn checks. >> What y'all want done? Y'all just want her gone? Y'all want her ced or what? What you want to do? >> The woman appeared to fall back asleep shortly afterward. Meanwhile, officers ran her information through the police database and what they found prompted them to immediately notify her. >> So, you do have a warrant for disorderly conduct. Okay. >> Out of Candler County. I know that it's just over an assault to an officer when he chest cam and I sat there and it's like this. I know I have a warrant and they let me go when I left Tombs County after Tombs County laid on me, kept me for a week, GOT THE MATTER, GOT HERE, I done paid for the civil suit CHECKS. I SHOULD NOT BE ON probation here. >> I got you. Yes, ma'am. But you do you still do have that warrant that is active right now? >> You want to transport me? I'll take you. >> Yes, ma'am. That's what we're going to do. We're going to take you. We're going to go meet >> jail and sit there and then I'll be in prison >> cuz I'm going to county cuz they should never revoke me. Yes, ma'am. >> I ain't got to do anything. Gus, if y'all want to fight, we'll fight. >> No, ma'am. We're not going to do that. >> When I post to help y'all, >> ma'am, y'all going to start. Miss Jackson, we need you to turn. >> We I'm going to get to put MY STUFF IN YOUR TRUCK AND WE F TO GO. >> YOU'RE GOING TO put your >> CUZ I COULD CALL MY MAMA. I CAN CALL MY DAD. >> YOU'RE GONNA PUT YOUR HANDS BEHIND YOUR BACK FIRST. >> All right, Miss Jackson, you're gonna put your hands behind your BACK FIRST. >> I AIN'T GOT NO HEAD. I CAN TAKE OFF RUNNING. >> OKAY. WELL, WE'RE NOT GOING TO do that. >> Yeah, WE GOING TO CHASE THE NIGHT IN THE RAIN. >> BAREFOOT LAUNCH. >> I'M NOT GOING TO MATTER AND SIT IN THE CELL FOR HOURS ON TOP OF HOURS WHEN I'VE BEEN DROPPED FROM THEM CHARGES. >> I GOT YOU. THAT'S SOMETHING YOU'RE GOING to have to speak WITH THEM. >> THEY TRANSPORTED ME HERE. MAGISTRATE COURT SAYING I COULD NOT COME BACK UNTIL I GO TO COURT. SO TELL ME ABOUT THAT. >> It was clear that the news instantly woke her up. Concerned by her increasingly tense attitude, the officers quickly decided to take control of the situation before it could escalate. >> Y'all going to chase. >> We're not. >> We are not doing this, >> man. I DON'T CARE. >> Y'ALL CAN ALL Y'ALL want >> Let go of the bag. >> NO, IT'S MY STUFF. LET GO OF >> FOR Y'ALL TO GO THROUGH IT AND [ __ ] WITH ME ALL THE TIME. I DON'T WANT Y'ALL TO have >> quit resisting. >> Stop. >> Stop. I already DONE THAT. >> YAMIST. >> Stop resisting. >> Stop resisting. >> Stop [ __ ] with ME. YOU TRYING TO MAKE ME HIT THE GODDAMN FRIEND. I COULD BE OUT HERE IN PEACEFUL. NOW YOU GOING TO WORK. On the ground. >> Get on the ground. >> Get on the ground. 310. Step it up. She behind step when y'all could just let me get in. >> Put your hands behind your back. >> No. >> Now. >> Hell no. >> We're not asking. >> I don't care. Got in. >> We tried to do this civily. >> Call your truth. >> Stop resisting. >> Jackson. >> I don't care. I ALREADY FOUND THREE PROS IN HERE. [laughter] HEY, you can put them in the front, but you rather do it. >> They're not going in the front. >> Okay. >> She showed absolutely no intention of cooperating. Instead, her behavior became even more erratic, forcing the officers to take her to the ground in order to gain control of the situation. >> Stop posessing. [laughter] I got, >> man. I got this. I got this arm. I got this arm. I got the left arm. >> I got the left arm. We're good. >> Got it. >> Need another pair. >> No, we got that. >> All right. We got >> in your [ __ ] >> You going to get [laughter] What had just happened made it clear that the woman had assaulted an officer, but she seemed completely unaware of the consequences her actions would bring. Even as she was transported to the police station, she continued screaming the entire time. >> Hey, come on out. >> Leave me the alone. >> Come on out. >> LEAVE ME ALONE. YOU'RE getting fight. >> Do we want to get tased? >> MOTHER, >> HUH? >> I don't give a damn tight anywhere. >> What? >> You up YOU don't give a DAMN ABOUT YOUR SKINNY B in the house. She's up. >> Who's Mexican? [ __ ] ass. >> You mean the one that you fool? I don't give a damn. >> She staying here. >> I whoop HER ASS WITH NO HANDCUFFS. >> ALL RIGHT. Come on. We're getting Come on. >> Go the other side. Push her. >> I got Stand your big ass up. >> TWO COPS CAN'T TAKE DOWN ONE. SHOULD HAVE SUCKED MY BEST FRIEND. >> They should have sent me. >> Yeah, I would have been in the car with y'all ass. >> I appreciate it. >> The woman was charged with battery on a law enforcement officer, resisting arrest with violence, and resisting arrest without violence. Arguing with officers never changes an active warrant, but choosing to resist and assault an officer only adds more serious criminal charges. Cooperating with police and resolving legal issues through the court is always the better option. Even worse, the women showed no sense of guilt for being caught. >> I I don't I'm going to tell you again. Step out of the car. Okay, step out of the car. >> Get out of the car. >> What I'm going to do is >> for the for retail theft. I think we've been over this multiple times. On September 5th, 2025, police received an emergency call from a sporting store reporting an ongoing theft where two women accompanied by a minor concealed multiple items and left without paying. Upon contact, both showed difficulty cooperating and denied everything. >> No women. I ain't catching them for nowhere. >> I got you. >> I ain't got [ __ ] My baby. I ain't >> I get it. How old was that little guy? >> He's six. >> Six. He didn't have school today, huh? What you looking for, dear? >> My keys. >> Your keys? >> Not me. You got him? >> No. Oh, this is not your car. >> Oh, okay. >> Okay. Do me a favor. >> Yeah, we'll just stop doing that. >> Yeah. You don't need your keys right now. Not until you get home. Whose car is this? >> I'm going. >> Did they take anything or >> Yeah. >> Yeah. Okay. >> Yeah. That So, that black that big black bag she has, >> that is full of stuff. >> It's full of stuff. >> Yeah. She did not walk in with that bag. >> That's why we when we verified that she didn't have the bag, that's when we >> Do you guys know what all she >> We didn't see her actually conceal. We just saw her with the bag full of merchandise. We checked camera to see if she walked in with it. It's She didn't walk in with it. So, she know we know she got it here. >> Yeah. >> So, that guy in that red hat, he's walking towards over there. >> Yeah. Okay. >> He was in here carrying around a bunch of shoes. We were watching him too. The guy in the red hat. >> Did he take anything or >> We don't think he took anything. He gave us bag. >> There's two of them, right? Two black females. >> There there's two black females. Yeah. >> There's one like a denim jacket and then that one. So, a black bag. Did it is it Nike or anything like that? >> It's Kia. It's won't be branded or anything. It's like built almost like has pattern and it has stuff inside. You saw them put stuff inside? >> Yes, we saw them put stuff inside it. We just don't know exactly what it was. I I know it's most likely 19. >> And that bag was stolen as well? >> The bag was stolen as well? Yeah. >> I'll be right back. >> So, the employees account directly contradicted the woman's denial and officers immediately pressed her on this. >> You guys got receipt? You got receipts for me? >> No, I don't have no receipts. >> You got nothing. There's no merchandise in this car. >> You going to let me go? I'll be honest. >> Tell me. Be honest with me. >> I I got merchandise. Can you please let me go? I got my baby in me. I do got some merchandise. I bought some stuff in there, though. >> Okay. >> I had bought an outfit in there and I had took the outfit in the bag. He reaches for >> He's doing something, man. I got to make sure. >> We got no black and white one was mine. >> Okay. So, this is You did not take this bag, right? You took the bag inside. >> Yeah. He trying to say I took the bag, but I didn't say. >> Okay. You mind if you I'm good if I look in here? >> Yeah. Go ahead. >> I'm going to put it right on my car. >> This fit in there. What you eat is mine. >> Is there anything else in there? >> No, sir. >> Nothing. >> I promise. >> Okay. >> The woman's admission showed no sign of remorse while a man in the distance repeatedly attempted to interfere, prompting officers to issue a warning. >> Get off. >> You know this guy. Go back. >> Yeah, I just told him. >> Stay back there. >> Stay back there. You just got to me. >> No, you won't. You'll get off the scene. Go back. Go back there or go to jail then. Either way is fine with me. You're just getting too close, man. It's all right. It's >> I understand. You're just getting too close to what we're doing here. >> Hey, he ain't got nothing on him. That's my brother. >> I know, but I need him to stay back. We're >> just step over there so they can >> I know. I know. It's fine. We're not saying you did anything. I just need you to stay back. >> I just need you to stay off the scene. >> All I need you stay away. >> How you going to say she was acting as killing me and by >> I'm still trying to We're still trying to investigate all this though. I just showed up. >> Hey Hey, >> he's trying to start some [ __ ] now. He just walk towards you. That's starting [ __ ] Get the back. Why is he >> Exactly. Why get your mother employee like he's starting [ __ ] for not >> cussing us when I cussing it's you? Why he walking up? >> You already walked up like 10 ft further closer than where you were earlier. You keep on pressing. >> What? >> You keep on pressing. You keep on pressing. >> I ain't pressing [ __ ] man. I ain't w No motherucking word. You steady walking up on me, man. Listen, I'm not trying to mess with you. I just need you to stay back. >> That's all I'm asking. >> That's perfect. That's perfect. That's all I'm asking right there. >> You don't have any physical. You have any like you got a >> I just told you I want to die and tell a truth. >> I'm I believe you. Hey, just we're not getting anything back. You got You got a credit card or anything? I just got to confirm it's you. >> The woman became extremely frustrated as she realized she could not leave after her criminal actions. And once officers successfully got her out of the car, they proceeded to detain her. Man, I ain't even lied about my [ __ ] name. I just gave you my [ __ ] and my birthday and told you the truth to get handcuffed is crazy. What you talking about? >> I don't [ __ ] know my baby is crying. He ain't never cry and I just say gay my [ __ ] name and my birthday. You told him the [ __ ] truth. >> I didn't tell the [ __ ] >> I appreciate you being cooperative with me. He's over $400. a felony. >> I don't know who it is over here. >> So, you you've done this before, right? >> Yeah. I'm being honest with you, dog. I can get a citation. >> I understand that and I I appreciate you being honest with me. You understand the severity of this, but I got a couple more things. You saw me turn my lights on. I saw you run out. You didn't stop >> because I was trying to park and my baby and I and I was trying to figure I was trying to figure out to call somebody for my baby cuz I knew I had these wounds. >> I wasn't going to run. If I was going to run, I would have just sped off. I wasn't running. >> When When are they [ __ ] Glenn Corbett and Ellis. They is Glen Corbin in Fairview Heights. >> In Fairview Heights? >> Yeah. Yeah. These two out here in Illinois. >> You got any other tattoos? >> One right here. >> So, I'm trying to confirm is you? >> Yeah, they on my arm. >> Okay. Nothing else on your You got the one that under? >> Yeah, there's one right here. It's just that my baby name. >> Okay. >> So, one suspect was successfully taken into custody. And naturally, the second woman could not avoid the same outcome with her resistance clearly evident from the very beginning. Am I stepping out? Please get out of the car. I I don't tell you again. Step out of the car. Okay. Step out of the car. >> Get out of the car. God, man. You hear what we're saying to you? >> You've been out of >> Yeah. Go ahead and sue us. >> I am. I just snatched you out the car like that. >> As you get out of the car. >> Ask you twice. Get out of the car. You're telling me no. >> Your hand. >> I'm not arguing. >> I'm not arguing with you. Telling you get out of the car. >> Shut up. Pick my [ __ ] up, cracker. >> I'm telling you. Whoa. You got anything on you? >> Pick my [ __ ] up. >> What you saying to us, man? >> This is mine. This I I have nothing in my bag. I did. You see me go in there and grab anything? Touch anything. No, you do not. I have nothing. >> Exactly. I'm stoing the out of them. Watch. I I ain't got to say nothing. Watch. Just make it easier on yourself, please. >> No, cuz y'all doing too much. We >> not doing anything. >> Oh my god. Y'all straight doing too much. The drama did not end there as what had just happened made the man increasingly aggressive and his repeated movements of putting his hands into his pockets raised suspicion prompting officers to warn him as well. >> To her we going to get real active in this. >> I think she was stealing. >> We going to give I don't give what's going on. Y'all do get things. >> Oh, you ging up too, bud? >> I ain't coming up on [ __ ] >> Turn around. Do it. Do it. Taser. Taser. Taser. YOU WHAT DID I TELL YOU? >> HUH? WHAT DID I TELL YOU? YOU TALKED YOUR WAY INTO THAT, didn't you? >> Talked your way into that, bud. Come out here and just mouth on to us. We're going to find out who you are real quick. >> Real quick. >> Yeah. Go ahead. We're going to find out real quick. What does that mean? Keep expecting that one. >> Oh, yeah. I've had enough of it. >> They're mouthing off to us. >> You came up trying to pick a fight with us, dude. Why? >> [ __ ] >> Why? That ain't do [ __ ] That ain't do [ __ ] >> No, >> I ain't do the [ __ ] It knock me down. I mean, you ain't do it. >> No, I did. I pulled, didn't I? >> You pulled a drink on some [ __ ] >> right? >> Yeah. >> I get off on doing black people like that. >> Returning to one of the initial suspects, she still seemed irritated after being caught red-handed and showed no concern for her own wrongdoing. >> Well, I'm going to jail for >> the for retail theft. I think we've been over this multiple times. >> All right. What's the the >> What's the charge? The charge is retail time. >> That's fine. I'm asking you what's the attitude cuz I >> The attitude is we've been asking who you are. >> My name 10 times. >> So, you don't you don't have a Missouri driver's license. You don't have an Illinois license. >> I just I looked in the back. You were standing right there. I was looking. She said it's not in there. >> You He got me. I ain't got a lot. >> Who Who is the other girl to you? >> My friend. >> Okay. Can the child go with her? >> How he going to go with her? She not going to jail? >> No. She It's only you that were was committing the crime. >> Well, you can get Yeah, he can go. >> I don't know what's been going on out here, but you're the one that was stealing. >> But he grabbed her out the car. So why he grabbed her out? >> We can ask anyone out of the car. You guys are under investigation. >> Attitude. I'm asking questions because I thought she was getting arrested. She My son can go with her. >> Yeah, she she's not. >> Yeah, my son can go with her. That's fine. >> We thought she was uh involved, too. >> She wasn't. >> In the end, the suspects were charged with retail theft, resisting arrest, and obstructing justice. Attempting theft, denying it, resisting arrest, or interfering escalates danger and ensures legal consequences. Cooperating early minimizes risk and protects everyone involved. Next, the shoplifterss appeared even more clueless than the consequences of their own wrongdoing. >> Any Walmart be >> Sam? >> Yeah. On the 14th of April 2026, police received a report from Walmart regarding the occurrence of a shoplifting incident with the suspect believed to be a couple consisting of a male and a female working together. For more detail, the statement from the loss prevention employee at the store clarified the situation. >> What she's wearing is ours. And in her purse, they have conceal electronics like a speaker, more clothes. >> Okay.
