our officers just are some of the most resilient people i know and they humble me all the time i see and i hear them doing just wonderful things a lot of the work that they do they do it just because it's in their heart and it's not because somebody's watching them do it or it's not like they're seeking recognition i think it's my job to try and pay attention to that and also recognize them for the the good work that they are doing regularly
