Can you tell me please? >> My own. >> I'm going be honest with you. I don't even know where the number is. >> 31. >> Yeah. >> 31. >> Are you $31? >> Can I see what it's worth for? Y $31. >> I know. I like it. >> Yeah. >> 31 for what? We went through all that. >> This is paper. >> Yeah. So everything in there is paper. >> So it wasn't paper. >> It's already over there. Oh, >> I did a slow moment. Right. >> I t the numbers in the car. Some I was real good. You >> already have it printed out the disc? >> No. >> Yeah. >> Yeah. If you can do >> y'all have anything in y'all purse that's like a weapon or anything? >> Mind if I look? Y >> look at our purse. >> Yep. Here. Grab >> mine. [laughter] Okay. But I got like you didn't see us put nothing in our purse. >> It's not easy. >> I hit this in here. That's over there. >> Can I hit this in here? God damn. >> You ask what I got in my bag. You wanted to check my >> But could I? >> It's not >> all of this. >> You about to take my wheel? >> Yeah. >> So, I You better take my stuff. >> I can't for what? >> You can't take this with you to the jail. >> This is what I What? >> You can't take this with you to the jail. >> What? Wait. Jail? >> Yeah. >> Who the is going to jail? Yo, >> who the what? Hold on. >> Are you serious? >> Serious. >> Are you dead ass? >> Hold up. Hold on. >> Get off. Get up. >> Wait. Where are you? >> Stand up. Turn around. >> Why you wait? Why me? >> They're locking us up. They're locking us up. >> Yo, mom. >> I'm getting arrested in Walmart. So, um, yeah, I'm getting arrested at Walmart. >> I don't know. I don't know. >> Hold on. Come outside cuz some stuff wasn't scanned at Walmart, bro. A dollar. >> I like it could have just take the money off my card. >> Oh my god. >> We're coming outside. >> Get off. >> 26. Can you run them all for 543s? Yeah. Well, he's doing that. Let's get this car. >> All right. >> The blanket's going to fall off, though. >> Let me see that blanket. I'll bring it with you. But >> I'm I'mma bring it with you. >> Damn, I look too pretty to be locked out. >> This is crazy. I wish I could like this crazy. >> Get in the same car. >> Damn. Seline, we'll see you at the jail house. >> This is my first time going. Oh my god. >> You got him. >> All right. That's my problem. >> You still got to get in. It's not going to stick. >> It is going to stick. >> You'll be all right. All three women were charged with retail theft involving approximately $31 worth of merchandise and were trespassed from Walmart property. Court records later showed that two entered guilty p and received probation and fines while the third initially contested the charge and continued through the court process. September 10th, 2025, Los Angeles police began pursuing a white Honda believed to be connected to a shooting investigation from earlier that day in Boille Heights. Rather than surrender, the occupants led officers on a lengthy chase through city streets and major freeways through city terrace. Still north of the 10 and uh another right turn onto First Street here. Still no intention of pulling over. Not doing crazy speeds, but still doing just about the speed limit. Appears to be slowing down for some of these intersections here, but still not pulling over. I mean, he's not putting a lot of distance between him and that primary unit. But what you can see right there is a passenger in the right seat there. Those side windows, those passenger windows are tinted, but if you if you caught the windshield there, uh you were able to see some movement on that from that passenger seat. You can see LAPD with their airship overhead here. Again, I count eight units right behind him and they are right on his tail. This is a hot pursuit of two at least two shooting suspects uh on the streets of East LA here as they continue to make some random turns here. Looks like he's making looks like he's getting ready to make a right turn. Let's widen just a little bit here and see where this is going to put him. This is going to be still First Street and he is going straight down First Street. He's catching a lot of green lights here. Not a lot of traffic on First Street in the next couple of blocks to get onto the 110 freeway or he can just continue south on Surface Streets, but it looks like he is committing to Bodri at least for the time being. Mark >> running through that red light at Bodrian second heading toward third. This the numbers go up as they head further south of course in Los Angeles. Uh again, more intersections ahead. He passed the Dorothy Chandley Dorothy Chandler Pavilion a little bit ago, passed by city hall. some of the landmarks of downtown as he uh continues to try to flee from police. We are seeing him now. This is where we have seen other suspects, have we not, duck into some of these underground parking structures. We have seen them use freeway overpasses to link up with people and switch cars. Uh so this is uh uh becoming a more uh frequently used tactic is to head into downtown and do what you can there to try to get away. And the question now there he is. We thought he might have perhaps gone into a parking structure, but no, not uh not at this point. >> Again, still booking it as he makes his way eastbound. >> All right, let's see where he goes once he gets off the uh off the freeway. This is at eastern as you mentioned. There's a car in front of him. There's likely to be some traffic once he gets onto surface streets. There's going to be cross traffic. There's going to be uh the potential for uh uh red lights to be run and the dangers inherent in that, but we will see. Oh. Oh, he just went off the road. Oh. Oh, he's losing control. Losing control off the 710 freeway at the 10 and the 710. Losing control. Looks like he may be slammed into a light pole there at the intersection of Ramona Boulevard and Ramona Road. We'll see if anybody jumps out of that vehicle, but it does look like the vehicle is now disabled. It looks like the driver's side door is still closed, but there is somebody walking around. He may have gotten out of the vehicle. That's the driver and a passenger now running up the embankment. There's a passenger running up the embankment. Somebody else walking, staying right behind right around that vehicle. It looks like he doesn't want to run, but one of those suspects is on the run up that embankment at the intersection of Ramona Boulevard and Ramona Road. He just passed the 710 freeway and at the end of Eastern Avenue, slammed into that curb after losing control, he just took it way too fast. And uh it looks like this person is ready to give up. He's got the night sun on him in his face. There were We know there were at least three people total at a minimum. There were three. Uh one person has gone running up the embankment. We have one person standing right by the vehicle. This is This looks like he's a passer by this just asking if he's okay. That's a good Samaritan who is just pulling over to check on this. The back story is >> he has no idea. Yeah, he's got no idea what's going on. But we still have at least two people either unaccounted for unless that third person is still in the car. Something tells me the other two probably both were able to get out of there and are running for it. But we have one person now walking down the sidewalk as if nothing happened. I believe that may be the driver. Uh it is the driver. That's the driver now walking casually down Ramona Boulevard. Two other passengers. >> He's limping a little bit. >> Uh, you know, I wouldn't even be surprised if that airbag went off. I don't know for sure, but he took that turn way too fast and then slammed into uh the curb and eventually either into the uh retaining wall and possibly even into the light. Look at he's struggly walking down the road here. and uh you know maybe even convinced that he's gotten away with it. Uh but it took him a minute to get his bearings. Somebody another good Samaritan apparently stopping potentially. Uh he's talking to somebody in the passenger seat and uh that vehicle is continuing on. So he's just walking through this neighborhood. Uh it's a commercial area and here comes >> California Highway Patrol. Uh they're gonna be approaching him here momentarily and we're going to try and get around this tree. >> All right, there he is. I don't know what story he's trying to tell him, if he's going to try to tell him a story or what, but you're you're under arrest, sir. And that's that's that's it for that. Um hands behind the back. He is now in the custody of the highway patrol. Now the question is what has become of the other two people that were in the vehicle that is now what about two blocks behind him that crashed first lost control as it was heading down that off-ramp at Eastern Avenue and then crashed into uh a a uh the curb and then the retaining wall we believe and the uh the traffic light. There it is. >> Yeah, that's where it ended right there. You can see the vehicle, but uh unfortunately Mark, without any real presence here, you have CHP now pulling into the area off of the freeway. LAPD nowhere to be seen suddenly. Again, surprisingly, because they were right behind him for so long. There's a couple of units, but for the most part, there is not nearly enough police presence to establish a perimeter. We know that at least one maybe two of those suspects walked up this embankment here uh onto private property and uh are probably hiding out as we speak. But again, without any police presence, I would be willing to bet that they are going to be uh making their way home in all likelihood. just not enough police prep. They're going to, you know, again, just as LAPD was dedicating uh a lot of units. CHP appears to be willing to uh to dedicate a lot of resources as well at the end of this pursuit. And now you get Look at this. There's somebody walking right out of the bushes with his hands up in the air. That may be him. It certainly appears to be one of the passengers that is now walking through the parking lot. appears to be obeying command with his hands up in the air, stepping towards those officers at gunpoint and now on the ground. That is now going to be two of three in custody. That we know for sure. We know there were three at least and uh this will make a driver and a passenger. Now, >> police eventually took all three suspects into custody following the crash and subsequent search operation in Monterey Park. Investigators stated the case was tied to the earlier shooting investigation with allegations including evading police and offenses connected to the shooting incident. On November 24th, 2024, Florida Highway Patrol troopers spotted a Dodge Charger racing along Interstate 10 without headlights or tail lights illuminated. The driver, Marcos Tulio Rivas Jr., ignored attempts to stop him and continued driving in an increasingly dangerous manner. TURN LEFT. GOING. HEAT. HEAT. HEAT. HEAT. HEAT. HEAT. HEAT. OH, Both troopers involved in the crash were transported to Tallahassee Memorial Hospital with serious injuries while Rivas was also hospitalized before later being arrested. He eventually entered a nocontest plea to felony fleeing and received jailtime probation and a driver's license suspension as part of his sentence. August 28th, 2025, a stolen BMW M4 convertible drew the attention of law enforcement as it raced across Central Florida at speeds reaching 136 mph. Investigators would later allege the vehicle was connected to a much larger luxury car theft operation spanning multiple counties. >> Alert. I got it. It's uh westbound Lake Mary coming up to I4. Looks like it's about to get back on I4 east. >> All right, let's uh let MHP know see if they want to get involved. It's getting on I4 east from Lake Mary and Levolution now. >> Yeah. Super signal 12 eastbound I4 copies. 2611. I'll head over to 600 and I4 entry coming. Keep the channel clear, please. It's uh eastbound deary a past Delton Boulevard. >> He's slowed down a lot. If we can give us a over here or anybody that may be able to handle this car. >> All right, you turn westbound at the very >> A. Uh driving on the median >> westbound to vary. Uh about to go under or actually looks like he's getting back on I4 >> possibly >> changes mind still westbound to Barry A. Hey, what shoulder? >> He was on the right. Now he's back in the left lane. If he gets back on the shoulder, I'll keep you guys posted so he doesn't hit you guys. >> All right, he's back in the right lane. Right lane, center lane, and left lane. Back on the left shoulder. Left shoulder. All right. Right shoulder. In the grass. In the grass. In the grass. Back to signal four. Signal four. Signal four. Signal four. Bad. Bad. Bad. Signal four. Cars on fire. Start FD. >> Where's he at? >> Uh, there's a U-turn break here. I think I think the units are near him. >> Is it you involved? Negative. >> Copy right now. We need right now. >> We're getting We need a better car. >> You can get out of the car. >> T-bone exploded while >> it's going to be about three miles uh south of the Deberry A. They got an I4 west and shoot south. They'll they'll find it. >> If there's a second passenger or not copies, we're getting empty line. Both occupants survived the violent crash despite the BMW being torn into major sections during the impact. Authorities later connected the incident to a broader investigation involving dozens of stolen luxury vehicles resulting in racketeering grand theft motor vehicle burglary and related theft allegations against multiple suspects.
