And then she just came up to me and just punched me right here. >> But officers feared their erratic behavior could lead to even more dangerous situations. SIR. >> Wonder if she wanted to hold on to her purse. >> Here are the times [snorts] when entitled customer with attitude problem meets nononsense cops. We hope the footage in this video brought you some entertainment and positive energy. We are This is Law. Don't forget to leave a like and subscribe to give us the motivation to keep bringing you more videos. Starting with this woman who might have caused something far worse if the police had not arrived in time. >> Too late. You've been asked to leave several. >> This thing was right where she could have grabbed it if I would have given up wrestling her. >> On the 25th of September 2025, police were dispatched to Walmart after receiving a report of a woman causing a disturbance. The incident reportedly began after she accused an employee of losing her belongings. When officers arrived at the scene, the employee gave a statement about what had happened. >> So, she's claiming that her SIM card. >> Yes, sir. My name is Joseph. She came in here, her phone being frozen on the screen. So, I took the SIM out, put in one of the demo phones to see about send a text from our tablet to see if I can search her order in the system. It wasn't recognizing the SIM, so it couldn't send a message. So, I took SIM out and put it back in her phone. I tried power and cycling the phone cuz it's frozen. It wouldn't get past that part. Like, it powered down and went back to the same thing. Now, she's saying that she had two SIMs, but the thing is the phone only takes one SIM. It has a micro SD slot, but there was no micro SD slot. >> Okay. So, are you guys wanting her trespass out of here or do you want me to help mediate a conversation with her or >> he keeps explaining, but she keeps getting aggress? Yes. >> Okay. Did you want to come? Can you let her know that? >> Cuz he's saying, you know, that why would he take it? >> Oh, yeah. Like, what's the point of that? Why would she influence? >> The employee suspected that the woman was under the influence of something [music] as her behavior appeared mentally unstable. Because of that, the story she told afterward was difficult to believe. >> What What's the issue you're having? >> Um, okay. The issue. >> Can you take a few steps back? >> I don't need you standing that close for me. What's going on? That that's that's the link that is known. Okay. Believe me. >> What is going on? >> I know military. >> Okay. >> But anyway, >> yes. >> The fact is that I came here to get my phone replaced was actually um 2 days ago and they refused to do it. They said there was a problem with the person that sold the phone to me, which is a corporation. It doesn't matter. So, I bring the phone back again. I had a SIM card in it, of course, that was supplied and then I put a memory SD in it. The SD all of a sudden went missing. Then I'm asking for service and then but hold up. The whole problem is somebody else on my phone, which they won't regulate. Where's all the four others? >> Well, at this point, the issue you're maybe having, the complaint you're trying to make is not going to be handled here. It can't be resolved at this level. So, the only option you have is to contact his office that he represents, the company he represents, and file a complaint directly through the company. >> You want me to you want me to contact um Eric? >> Who's Eric? >> You want me to show you? >> I'm letting you know is that what's going on here is not resolving anything. >> So, because of the disturbance you're causing to the store, he's going to ask you the chilies. >> And the only way you can resolve this complaint? >> Yes, you have. >> I'm asking them. I have. Um, and the main person I was speaking to, he didn't shake his head. >> He's not represent to the store that he does. >> You can't be raising your voice. >> I'm not raising my voice. You see, almost behaving. >> You could probably tell from the woman's behavior that she was not going to leave willingly. The officers at the scene thought the same, and they took action shortly afterward. >> Are you going to leave the store like you've been requested? >> No, I didn't request that, >> sir. Wait, what? No. >> No. What are you doing? Put your hands behind. I'm leaving. I told you. No, sir. I'm leaving. >> You said no. Stop. >> No. I said I'm right here. They just stay right here. I'm going to end up cuffing you on the ground. Is that what you want? >> No. Can I please? >> No. No. Stop. Just like you are, >> sir. I am. But listen. >> No, >> sir. I'm leaving. No, I'm not going to come. >> Stop resisting and stand still. >> Sir, you understand me. Just >> too late. You've been asked to leave several. I'm going to >> sir. >> What are you doing to me? I didn't do nothing. I'm asking you to go. >> RESISTING ARREST BEHIND YOUR BACK. >> Behind your back right there. >> Help me ask you politely. You're asking me politely to come. Oh, you guys are crazy. >> Come on. Behind your back right now. >> You guys are crazy. You better help me. Eric, come here. Eric, 911. 911. Please help me. [laughter and clears throat] You better get off me. You're going to get in trouble. More of you. All of you. I swear to God, I didn't do nothing. GET OFF ME. [screaming] GET OFF ME. >> Within minutes, chaos broke out. further proving that without police intervention, she could have made the situation even worse. Even while being escorted away, she refused to stop, [music] believing she had the right to make the situation as difficult as possible. >> Come on. >> Get my hair out of my mouth, please. >> Stop. Can somebody get my hair out of my mouth? >> Come on. >> You're going down, too, Letty. You're going down. >> All right, buddy. Go. Come on. >> Yeah. Lick your lips, you dumb. >> Stop grabbing my finger. >> No. Oh, I thought you'reing me. That's why. >> Stop grabbing my finger. >> You'reing me. You're going to see. All of you are getting in trouble. And you even know me. >> I didn't see the road. >> Oh, you guys came on that end. >> Yeah, you guys did. As you can see, you tell them to handle me like this. >> No, I let go. You're going to grab and catch me again. >> Watch. I'm going to show you all. I didn't do nothing wrong. >> This is it. Just turn. Sorry. >> Can you stop handling me like that? >> May May I speak with you, honey? This is a woman's car. >> Put your chest against the car. >> Yes. >> Who's going to give you a pat down? You're going to my car. >> I ain't going to no car because I want to see I know. I want to see the evidence. There's got to be probable cause. >> You were trying to leave and you didn't. No, you didn't. Nobody told me to leave. I asked to speak with you. >> You're wrong. And I can't wait to show my integrity. >> What's he wrong about? >> I'm going to I want to talk to you. >> And to further show that the situation could have become much worse without police intervention. [music] What officers found in her bag served as clear evidence of that. >> Freaking knife on her. This thing was right where she could have grabbed it if I would have given up wrestling her. It looks familiar. I bet I've dealt with her before. You know, if she destroyed or damaged anything that's either up along the counter's edge or over here. >> I think so. I know she's kicking this. >> Yeah, she kept kicking it. I think all I did was lift it up. Five units. >> Oh, yeah. That's who she is. I know exactly now who she is. arrested her before fortunately for other things. >> Wonder if she wanted to hold on to her purse. >> Holy. >> She is out there. >> That doesn't look like it heals either. That's fixed. >> My goodness are not fun to be out there. This I'm going to leave. I can't bring that to the jail. >> Carry this nice purse out. In the end, she was convicted of resisting an officer, battery, and [music] trespassing. A disagreement with store staff should never turn into refusing lawful orders or resisting police. Staying calm and following lawful instructions can prevent a minor dispute from escalating into criminal charges. Next, this woman even assaulted a store employee after being caught in the middle of her own wrongdoing. >> Hey, settle down. >> I know what happened. >> Settle down. Settle down. >> He's not hurting. It's your >> On the 25th of February, 2025, while an officer was on duty at a Walmart, he suddenly noticed a disturbance unfolding inside the store. A customer was reportedly assaulting a Walmart employee. The officer immediately rushed over to intervene and bring the situation under control. >> Hey, you're you're under arrest. Stop. YOU'RE UNDER ARREST. >> WHY AM I UNDER ARREST? >> Put your hands behind your back now. >> Resisting at Walmart. >> How am I resisting? HOW AM I RESISTING? >> YOU'RE under arrest. >> How am I resisting? Stop. >> How am I resisting? HOW AM I RESISTING? >> I'm over at the >> Why ARE YOU BECAUSE I PAY FOR ALL MY WHY ARE YOU STUCK TO ME? I'M NOT doing anything. You're twisting me. >> Stop it. >> I know. >> The woman clearly had no intention of cooperating, making it extremely difficult for the officers to place her in handcuffs. As a result, they were forced to take her to the ground to gain CONTROL OF THE SITUATION. I'M GOING TO DIE. [screaming] I'M GOING TO DIE. I'M GOING TO DIE. >> WILL YOU PLEASE STOP? >> WHY ARE YOU HURTING ME? >> Cuz you're hurting ATTACKING THE GUY. >> I'M NOT ATTACKING ANYBODY. >> STOP IT. WHY ARE YOU HURTING ME? I'M NERVOUS. >> WHAT do you think about the officer's response? Do you think it was reasonable in this situation? Don't forget to leave a comment and share your thoughts. As for the woman, she appeared to use the events that followed to portray herself as the victim. >> A bunch of stuff. I think your gloves on. You're literally HURTING ME. YOU'RE LITERALLY DOING IT ON PURPOSE. THAT'S WHY YOU JUST SAY RESISTING. WHY ARE YOU HURTING ME? I'M not doing anything. WHY ARE YOU HURTING? >> JUST SETTLE DOWN. >> I KNOW. Settle down. Settle down. Stop hurting me. >> He's not hurting me. You're chasing up. Stop. >> No, I'm not. He's squeaking my fingers. >> STOP. >> OH MY GOD. I'M NOT RESISTING. WHAT AM I DOING that's resisting? WHAT AM I DOING? >> THANK YOU. PLEASE. CAN YOU STOP? I'M NOT DOING ANYTHING. >> STOP. We're not going to stop. >> I know. I'm So why the [ __ ] are you guys HURTING ME? >> I KNOW. SO WHY ARE YOU HURTING ME? >> NOBODY'S HURTING. YES, YOU ARE. You're a little typ. >> No one sees this HURTING ME. >> NO ONE SEEING me >> for what? CUZ I PAID FOR my >> How stupid you sound the whole >> Have a seat. Seat. >> There we go. >> Please get that off. Hurt me for what reason? I'm flat. [ __ ] my car. >> I took a spot. >> All right. What do you got? Did anybody want to meet? >> Uh, so she was physically pushing and and like >> she was >> No, no, I know her, but to who? >> An employee in there. >> The officers then returned to the loss prevention office to hear the employees side of the story. It turned out the incident had stemmed from another act of wrongdoing by the woman. >> Able to reimburse her for that? >> Um, aggravated assault. >> Is it a >> or aggravated theft? Yeah, >> depending on Was he Were you trying to stop her from stealing merchandise? >> Yeah, I think >> so. So, you saw her scanning the self checkouts? >> Yeah. >> And then you said that she can you scan everything? She said, "Yeah, but I think can I see your receipt?" I asked you to be angry. He asked her receipt and then you asked her, "Can I see your receipt?" And she said, "4 she started hitting you out of nowhere, just grabbing you, hitting you." >> Yes, I am. Why you hit me? >> Yeah, we we'll do aggravated theft. And um >> depending on if he wants to do charges for assault, we can do assault. If not, I'm going to do disorderly conduct, then interference. Here she is. I got >> The suspect's family members arrived shortly afterward. Instead of helping deescalate the situation, they showed up with an equally confrontational attitude. >> The baby was right in my house. The baby's sad. Everybody's sad. Everybody's just not You're not the only like why you all doing all that to her. >> I'm saying she's breathing just fine. >> Why she said step back there? >> Shut the [ __ ] up. >> Step back there. That's why your hand's bleeding. Cuz you're a [ __ ] >> Nothing scary back there. She's not hurting anybody here. So, as long as she stays right up, not a 411 sized woman like murderer or something. >> This is private property. If you like, >> you can leave. You guys are >> I don't need to. I'm here for a reason. What are you here for? >> My sister. >> No reason. Correct. >> Cuz y'all are murderers. >> No reason. >> Murderers. >> Can we have your badge number? What's your badge number? I already have everything else on recording and I'm going to take a picture of that too cuz we're this is exactly what we're doing. I'm about to do a lawsuit now because of all this. We were trying not to do that because of that. His hand is Yeah, exactly. Cuz he's a you don't you ain't going to fight nobody else. You ain't fight no man without no badge on my whole family's going through so much cuz y'all >> because of us. Okay. >> On the ground. >> Because of us. Okay. Ma'am, please stop blowing your smoke on her face. I mean, that's going to happen. Like, you guys have right to say, >> you're literally trying to be my a little girl. I had >> the woman was charged with aggravated theft, assault-causing bodily injury, and interference with official acts. No matter how minor the original incident may seem, responding with violence, refusing to cooperate with officers, and resisting arrest will only make the situation far worse. Staying calm and handling the matter through legal channels is always a better choice than allowing emotions to turn a single accusation into multiple criminal charges. Next, a woman's outburst of anger led to serious consequences. >> And I threw a drink at her and she swung at me and we was fighting. >> Okay, >> so she Don't touch. >> Okay, then get out of the car. Get out of the car. Get out of the car. Get out of the car. You're >> losing your mind. >> On the 19th of March 2024, officers stopped a woman as she attempted to leave the Hooters's parking lot after she was accused of throwing a drink in an employes's face. Here's what happened next. >> Hello. How you doing? I'm okay. >> Good. So obviously you know why I pulled you over. Correct. >> For what? >> What? What just occurred in the Hooters? >> I don't know. She pushed me. >> She pushed you? Okay. Give me a sec. Let me get your ID while you while we're at it right here. >> Thank you. >> 311 from 312. You can go ahead and go to the Hooters. I got the offender here. I'll try to get the story from her cuz you can get the story from them. >> All right. What were you guys there? You just ate some food. >> Yeah. >> Okay. All right. Who's this gentleman in the passenger seat there? >> That's my friend. >> Your friend? Hey, friend. You got an ID on you, sir? He is saying yes. >> That has nothing to do with anything because your ID. Yes, sir. >> May I have that, sir? I appreciate it. Thank you. So, walk me through. How long have you been at Hooters? >> We were sitting down eating and a girl just came out of nowhere and I told her >> we were sitting down eating. >> Okay. And then what happened? >> She pushed me and I hit her ass back. >> What was the push for? >> I don't know. You told >> So, no, I don't know. I I I literally just got here. >> She assaulted me. >> How did she assault you? I mean, you need to give me more than what you're just telling me right now. You got to tell me what happened. You're sitting down. You're eating your food. >> Pushed me and I hit her back. >> What was the reason why she pushed you? >> I don't know. >> You don't know. So, she just randomly just went up to you and pushed you for no reason. >> As I was exiting on the door. >> There was no words exchanged or anything like that prior to the push? >> I don't remember none of that. >> You don't remember none of that? >> No. >> Okay. All right. Well, we're going to try to figure this out. Okay. >> I figure it out. >> Yeah. So, just don't go nowhere yet right now. Shortly afterward, the woman admitted she had done what she was accused of, but instead of taking responsibility, she repeatedly tried to shift the blame onto others. >> Exactly happened. Okay. So, I just want you to make to make it clear to me that the individual >> she pushed me and I threw my drink at her. >> Okay. But why would someone just push you for no reason? >> Because there's any Let me Let me talk. She pushed me. >> Okay. You said that already, but was there anything said in between or before that? >> She pushed me and she hit me in my goddamn eye. >> What did she push you for? She cuz she was out of control. >> Well, how was she out of control? >> Where are the cameras? >> Well, they will do that. >> I'm ready. >> Okay, that's fine. >> So, I know it was probably a hostile situation in there, right? Someone someone got pushed. Someone got a drink thrown. You got some Let me Let me talk. >> I threw my drink at her ass. >> I got it. I got it. >> She hit me. >> Okay. But what's the reason for all that? That was >> No reason. She don't know how to talk to nobody. >> What will she talk to you about? >> I don't even know. I can't even hear that good. You can't hear that good? No. What's wrong with your hearing? >> I got my grandma ears. >> You got your grandma's ears? Yes. How's that? What? What kind of ears did your grandma have? >> I'm hearing impaired. >> You're hearing impaired. Do you need a hearing aid? >> Huh? >> She tried to portray herself as the victim and [music] blamed the employee for the incident instead. The officer calmly listened and appeared to go along with her account, encouraging her to continue talking. In doing [music] so, she unknowingly provided a more detailed admission of her own actions. So you so you were trying to walk out with a drink. You were supposed to walk out, >> right? >> But so she was telling you you couldn't walk out with that, correct? And then she pushed you. How did she push you? With her hands, she body. >> Okay. >> And I threw a drink at her and she swung at me and we was fighting. >> Okay. >> So she escalated all that. I told her I need to sit down. Let me >> What happened to the seat you were sitting at originally at? >> We were walking out the door. They just came out of nowhere as we was leaving out the door. It was like >> But I'm sure they didn't sit somebody in your seat real like that quick. >> No. >> So you still had your seat that you were sitting in? >> Sitting by the window. >> Okay. And the the high booths there. >> Yeah. >> Okay. All right. No problem. >> Shoot. She hit me. Sucked me in my [ __ ] eye. >> All right. Well, we're just uh holding tight. Okay. We're trying to see what happened over there and what their side of the story. I'm not a provocative person, >> but if somebody put their hands on me, >> I will defend myself >> as you should. Can you have the fine gentleman give me his ID, please? >> I appreciate it, sir. Thank you. You don't have to come out. Do you have to step by for you to give me the ID, sir? >> I understand. I mean, I'm asking him a question. Is he able to get the ID without getting out of the vehicle? >> Okay. Thank you, sir. While the woman appeared to believe she had convinced the officer with her version of events, the officer took action based on the evidence gathered. However, the suspect's refusal to cooperate quickly turned the arrest into a chaotic confrontation. >> All right, Miss Johnson, step out of the vehicle for me. >> No. >> Can you please step out of the car for me, please? I'm going to ask you one more time before I pull you out. I already told you because you're going to be placed under arrest battery. Okay. >> Yes, ma'am. Okay. I need you to step out of the vehicle, please. >> Give me a white shirt. >> No, there is no white shirt. We don't have any white shirt. No, ma'am. Fine. Who's your >> I'm going to I'm going to ask you one more time. >> You can speak to them in the station. You can speak to the supervisor at the station if you like. >> I can follow y'all to the work. >> She hit me. >> Ma'am. Ma'am, you're under arrest. >> You're under arrest. You've been told you're under arrest. So, it's going to be last and final opportunity I give you or else you're going to be pulled out of the vehicle. Yes, ma'am. >> No, you're not. >> Yes, I am. She hit me. >> Two. Okay, then get out of the car. Get out of the car. Get out of the car. >> Loosen your mask. >> Do not You're going to get another charge if you don't step out OF THE CAR NOW. DO NOT LET HIM. YOU'RE GOING TO GET STEP OUT of the car. >> Out of the car. You're under arrest. >> WHAT ARE Y'ALL DOING? >> You're under arrest. >> WHAT IS Y'ALL DOING? >> Let me go. What is >> Put your hand behind your back. You're under arrest. >> You're under arrest. >> You know what? Let me go. >> You're under arrest. >> Don't do it. Give me my phone. Give me my phone now. >> Give me my phone. CB, get my truck on the phone. >> Got one. >> Baby, baby, let me go. Let's stop. >> Ma'am, you're under arrest. >> You're under arrest. >> Baby, give me my phone right now. >> Baby, GIVE ME MY PHONE. BABY, >> take it to the ground. >> Get on the ground. >> There was no sign that she had calmed down. In fact, the behavior she displayed during the arrest was the same aggressive attitude the employee at the restaurant had reportedly experienced earlier. She even began shouting loudly, seemingly trying to convince everyone around her that she was the victim. >> Let me go, baby. >> Baby, do not come up. Do not come up to us. >> Baby, they're killing me. GET THE CHICKEN OFF OFF ME, BABY. Get >> I swear to God, baby. >> All right, get on your side. Get on your side. >> No, you get on my side. >> All right, going to sit up. >> Put your knees to your chest. Put your knees to your chest. >> We're trying to help you stand up. >> No, you was not helping me at all. >> Pull your knees to your chest. >> I'm not this type of girl. That [ __ ] hit me. >> Baby, give me my phone. Give me give me my phone. >> Coming with you. >> No. No, it's not. Relax. >> Stop. >> No, it's not. >> Baby, no. >> No, it's not. I touched my >> I was touching your private car. Did you stop it? >> No, he did. >> No, he didn't. >> When I was on the ground, >> BABY, GET MY OTHER PHONE. >> THE woman was charged with battery and resisting arrest. Even more astonishingly, [music] after assaulting a restaurant employee, the woman insisted that the officers worked for her. >> Listen, move your finger. >> Your job is to move your mother finger because you work for me. >> My hair is wet. My bob is wet. My shirt is wet. He hit me with a drink. >> On the 25th of August, 2024, [music] officers responded to a restaurant after receiving a report of a disorderly woman. She was accused of getting into a physical altercation with an employee. When the officers arrived, she denied all of the allegations, but her attitude was anything but calm. >> Are you guys okay? >> Uh, she attacked him a bit. She was throwing glasses and everything. >> Okay. >> Okay, ma'am. >> No. No, you will not act like I'm the problem. >> I'm not. I'm not. >> Okay, good. Thank you. Calm down then. >> No, I'm fine. >> Go speak to the officer, please. >> I thought that you were acting >> No. So, you can talk. >> B I D A L. >> Talk to the Hold on. Hold on one second. Hold on one second. >> What department are you with? >> John's Creek. >> You're with John's Creek. Okay. And you are V I D A L. Point your sergeant out right now. >> There's no sergeant. >> Okay. Call one. I'm done talking. Call one. Call a sergeant first. >> Excuse me. Call a sergeant first. >> The officers decided to split [music] up with one group questioning the woman while the other interviewed the restaurant staff to gather their statements about the incident. >> She hit me so bad. She threw away a lot of stuff inside the restaurant. She put to a lot of customers and the manager here, she don't have money to pay, but he have a little issue because she don't have to. >> She was super nice at first. She got here and have she got a drink. Then she like met a couple who was sitting in the corner. They got in conversation. She got another round of drink and the guys bought two rounds of shots for her. So she got before [music] at least I don't know here. She got two shots, two drinks. She in her tap was only two of her drinks, one of her uh food, her meal. She was acting nicely. >> I witnessed it all in a moment. >> There was no everything was great. There was no tension, nothing. Eventually, a couples left. She also asked for a check. Start getting abusy. I'm running around. I give her a check. She gave me the card. I run the card. Cart charge only 10 bucks because there's my system says it's insufficient funds. I bring it back. Can you please check your card? Maybe some kind of mistake. You know what it happens? She's like, "You need to know." I'm like, "Darling, I'm not working just with you. Please check your card. I'll be with you in a second. I'm coming back. She was giving me card the second time running again. Now it's charging 14 bucks and it's still not an after card with the whole deal. I was like sweetheart, please make sure. And she's like, "You need to slow down." Like, "Sweetie, once again, I can stay with you." She's like, "I need to check my bank. I need a Wi-Fi password." I explained to her how to get to our Wi-Fi. Spent couple of minutes making sure she finally going to get connected. After this, I was like, "Okay, I'm going to go." She's like, "No, you need to stay with me." I'm like, "Once again." I got other customers that are looking right now at us. They waiting for me. I'm going to go back. After this, she started yelling. Said, "I need to come back." I went and escooled her to make sure that she's going to be all right because once again I got bunch of customers. As soon as he came to her, things escalated. I haven't heard what was happening. I just see she started yelling at him, throwing stuff at him, throwing glasses, almost hit couple of the customers with the glasses. Like she was throwing stuff around everywhere. >> Back with the suspect, her confrontational attitude continued. However, unlike the employees accounts, she insisted that she was the victim of the incident. >> Look at my hair. Touch my hair. >> What's wrong with my hair? What happened? What happened? >> Touch my hair. >> I see it. I see. touch it. Okay. If you're not touching my hair, I'm not talking. Can you touch my hair? >> Hang on, man. >> Do you Okay, [ __ ] both of you guys. >> Okay, ma'am. >> What happened? >> I just literally asked you to touch my hair so I can explain my story and you refused. So, I'm not talking. >> Did you call your sergeant? >> He's coming. >> So, I told the guys, call the police because she start threw away everything like salt, the paper we have in the table. >> I don't know. I feel so >> Are you okay? >> Yeah. I'm so like I don't know. So nervous. >> Yeah. It's okay. You know, we're here. >> Yeah. So, especially with the customer up front. >> I talked to the GM. He's the owner. >> Okay. >> And I don't know. She's getting mad because but honestly, it's a lot of glass. No, only your superior. She went feral on me. [laughter] >> She I mean, I'm not kidding. She almost killed that woman with a long brown mirror. We were sitting right next to her. >> I mean, that that was like like Trump. It was like right by her head. >> Do you know what vehicle she drove through or >> the Jeep in the front? >> Oh, that's hers. Yeah, cuz she was going to get in it and I started screaming. >> So, the officer has all this. >> Yeah. two kids out front >> and management obviously does not want her to come back in. >> While the employees, witnesses, and the available evidence all pointed to the woman as the one who started the incident, she appeared completely unaware of that. Instead, she continued portraying herself as the victim, delivering her claims in what came across [music] as a theatrical, self-pittitying tone. What did you tell him? >> Because he was pointing towards the door >> and then I said, "Hold on. Wait. I have enough money. I'm sorry. >> Because you don't want to do your job. >> Why is that? Why you saying that? >> Because why wouldn't you touch my shirt for evidence? >> Because that's not >> Evidence is important in every case, especially when law enforcement is called. So, I will be activating absolute internal affairs on you not wanting to touch evidence. I'm soaked and I'm wet. >> At this point, the [music] woman realized the situation was not unfolding the way she wanted. She decided to take matters into her own hands by putting on a pair of glasses to appear more credible, then started live streaming on her phone while lecturing the officers with her own interpretation of the law. >> I had to defend myself in order to make it out safely. >> And now these officers are here. I've asked them to touch my shirt. I've asked them to touch my hair. I've asked them to help me prove that I'm soaked because I am drenched in a margarita that I did not drink. >> Go ahead. >> So, as a result of that, >> um, I have complaints across the board at this point and we're going to make this public because, you know, Superwoman don't deserve this. I don't deserve this. You know, you guys know my family. You know who I am. You know what I do and all over me not paying fast enough? This happened again. >> You don't stay over here. >> You know that I stood around all excuse me. >> No, I'm not going to excuse you. Listen to me. You are detained at this point. And if you do not go in handcuffs, okay, step up. That's fine. That's fine. Step up, guys. I'm taking a picture and a video of the title of the restaurant. Ma'am, >> and this guy is on his white supremacy shirt. >> You're gonna go in handcuffs in a second if you don't stop. >> You can't put me in handcuffs. You wanted to. You know why? Well, let me tell you why you can't put me in handcuffs. >> Because I have not done anything wrong. Defending myself is not a crime. No matter how bad your white ass wanted to be. >> Mhm. >> Okay. >> There. Are you done? >> No. No, I'm not. >> Are you done? Me either. That's why we are still recording for the next 15 minutes and then I can start it over. Listen, move your finger. Your job is to move your mother finger because you work for me >> and I don't deserve this. >> I don't deserve you >> and I don't deserve this. >> Of course, nothing the woman did changed the outcome of the disturbance she had caused earlier. At that point, the officers decided to take action. >> You have not seen the beginning of the video. All right. >> Do you understand what I'm saying? >> And it's not the it's not the truth. What has happened here is not the truth. >> And what he saw is not the truth. >> And I'm telling you to grab the beginning of the video. >> We will. We will. >> And you're not grabbing the beginning of the video. I have the right to defend myself >> in court. You're racist. >> Can you listen to me for a second? racist and my previous flawed, imperfect record that is also not true has resulted in you guys making this poor decision. >> If you thought the woman's arrest had brought the situation to an end, unfortunately, her arrogance said otherwise. Even inside the patrol car, she continued causing problems and moments later, she ended up face down on the ground. >> This is my son. You're doing this to my kids. GET OUT. DON'T TOUCH ME. DON'T TOUCH ME. OH MY GOD. >> I'm sick of you. Go >> ahead everybody. It's good. It's good. >> I'm sick of you. You're going to have to answer to this. >> Girl, he hit me. twist so we can get it on right. >> Otherwise, he's going TO HURT YOU. >> I'M NOT DOING ANYTHING WRONG. >> The woman was charged with disorderly conduct, obstruction of law enforcement officers, terroristic threats, and escape. Refusing to cooperate, ignoring repeated lawful commands, and escalating an already chaotic situation only leads to more serious consequences. Staying calm and allowing officers to complete their investigation gives everyone a fair opportunity to present their side. While disruptive behavior and additional violations often result in extra criminal charges. Next, this woman even tried to play the victim after assaulting a store manager. >> She was very assertive. She acted like she understood me and she had six people show up and punched me [music] in the face. I asked her. Yeah, I have it on video. >> Lots of witnesses. On the 26th of April 2024, police received a call from a Safeway store reporting an incident in which the store manager had been punched in the face by a customer. When officers arrived at the scene, she met them outside and provided a statement [music] along with evidence of what had happened. >> Hello. What exactly happened? >> She punched me in the face. I need to talk to the people that this the other man called. >> Laurel, you're under arrest. So I need you to put your hands behind your back for me. Okay. >> I'm not going to do that. You can talk to them. They called you. M >> I'm waiting for the people that this man called. So I need I have a I have a right to express explain what I I understood. I have a right to talk to someone about that and I have a right to conflict resolution. YOU NEED MY RIGHTS AS MUCH as you need hers. >> Put your hands behind your back. >> You need my rights as much as you need hers. >> Put your hands behind your back. >> No, I'm waiting. You are going. >> Where are my rights? I'm a little girl more than she is. You understand? There's six people that showed up after she harassed me verbally. Six people. >> What do you think of her attitude? Could she be one of the people often described as a Karen? She immediately portrayed herself as the victim and began telling the story from her own perspective. >> She was very rude. She was very assertive. SHE ACTED LIKE SHE UNDERSTOOD ME. And she had six people show up and like uh stare at me. One being a 300 lb man who's 7 foot. >> I need you to face the wall for me and put your hands. I DON'T WANT TO TALK TO A CONFLICT RESOLUTION. I don't want to I don't want to handle the other things I HAVE TO HANDLE. She is not welcome around young women and she's not welcome in the public. Did you Did you talk to Are you with the the man who called or you with her? >> Are you with the man who called or are you with her? >> If you didn't notice, the officers were still trying to listen to her side of the story. However, because her earlier assault was already grounds for arrest, one officer quietly approached from behind before taking decisive action. >> The woman who um woman who called >> You're under arrest. Stop. You're under arrest. Okay. Knock it off. Okay. >> Um >> you >> You're under arrest. [screaming] >> KNOCK IT OFF. >> 9. >> DO NOT SPIT ON ME. >> WELL, you deserve it. >> Grab a foot. >> All right. >> Shortly afterward, the officer returned to the store to learn what had led to the incident from the victim's [music] perspective. >> What? So, what led up to her punching? >> So, she was sitting there. like who's been calling me up at the office. So I was watching her talk to herself. I'm like, "Okay, she's talking to herself. I'll be down in a minute." So I and I then I heard the yelling so I could hear it upstairs. So I brought another guy with me, my assistant. So we went to go approach her and I was about right here. I said, "Hey, can you come here with me?" And she started she was yelling and then I said, "Ma'am, can you come out with me and we need to go outside?" And she's yelling at me and then she stands up. I said, "No, you need I get firm with her. You need to come outside." I think I was standing right here. You were here. And then she starts walking towards me. I'm like, "Come on." And I start walking this way. I'm like, we should not deal with this at work. >> Finally, she was charged with assault in the third degree, assault in the fourth degree, and resisting [music] arrest. She also had outstanding warrants for failure to appear related to assault, obstructing an officer, and malicious mischief. [snorts] I I have to hold you up. We need you to sit up. Can you at least do that for us? For a brief moment, her calm demeanor made it seem as though the encounter would end peacefully. But that was far from the case, as she soon engaged in reckless conduct that only compounded her growing legal troubles. >> Do you understand why you're in handcuffs right now? >> What am I? >> Do you know why you're in handcuffs right now? >> Why? >> Do you understand why you're in handcuffs? >> Understand why? >> We're just trying to help you out. So, this way. I'm trying to hold her hands away from you guys. >> Sit her up and then we'll put this on. There we go. Two. Three.
