this information is correct, but from what they can see that's not okay. >> Yeah. So the license is fake. >> He said like, "Hey man, I'm into scamming. I'm into this kind of stuff." >> Yeah. Basically saying that I could get easy money. >> Scams are always happening quietly around us. Many scammers foolishly believe they can't be caught. Even with security and surveillance cameras everywhere, that false confidence is exactly what makes them pay the price. [screaming] >> [laughter] >> There are the times when scammers think they can steal thousands without consequences. It's great to see you again. We're This is Law and we hope today's video brings you another entertaining watch. Don't forget to like and subscribe to support the channel. Beginning with a woman who was caught after returning to the very place where she was already wanted. >> I've seen her today. We have this. >> I have all of Mary's. >> The cameras caught you walking in empty-handed. >> On the 20th of December 2024, officers received a call from a Best Buy reporting the return of a familiar face. A woman believed to be a repeat scammer attempting a fraudulent return. As soon as they approached her, the officers immediately detained her for investigation. No, >> police for investigation. Put her in cuffs. >> Hey man with police. So we are just going to detain you for a second. All right. Just under investigation right now. >> Appreciate your ongoing cooperation. And we'll explain a little bit more once we go outside so we don't have to blast your information. >> Is this your credit card? Cool. >> Is that your ID? >> Is this your first >> and then this product? >> Um, >> so just so you know, you're not under arrest. You're just detained right now. Um, we're just investigating a fraudulent return. So, we'll ask you some questions and then we try to get you. >> Um, so they're calling in cuz they're saying you're trying to do a fraudulent return. Can you tell me what's going on? I'm just buying Christmas gifts. >> Buying Christmas gifts? >> Yeah. >> Okay. So, are you here to return anything tonight? >> Tonight was just the Polaroid, which I have a receipt for. >> You were returning the Polaroid? >> Yeah. Okay. >> The woman was suspected of attempting to return merchandise that she had allegedly tried to steal earlier. The officers became even more suspicious when she struggled to provide a clear explanation about the transaction. >> Where'd you buy that? >> Uh, I want within the last two weeks. >> Last two weeks. Okay. And I bought the uh tablet, which I don't know if he charged my card. >> The tablet? >> Yeah. >> From tonight or >> tonight? >> Okay. >> Uh I have to check my credit card someday cuz I can't remember if he processed that. >> Okay. >> I don't think he did. >> No, because he was trying to get me to sign a program. >> The teller rules. Yeah. Yeah. And so that's why we didn't go uh proceed with the transaction cuz he wanted to uh run my credit card uh my credit report so I could just Okay. Yeah. >> Um so why do you think they're saying it's fraudulent? >> Did they say? >> Yeah. That's why they called is they said you were making a fraudulent return. >> I have no idea. >> Did you buy it at this Best Buy last time? The Polaroid? >> I I might have been. >> Does it say on the receipt? >> Yeah. >> Yeah, it says it. >> Yeah. I mean, I have a receipt for it. >> The woman remained completely calm and showed no intention of telling the truth. The officers then questioned her about the origin of the items she was attempting to return. >> Okay. So, when we review camera footage, it's going to show you entering the store with those two items. Yeah. >> Okay. Did you go anywhere else but then the store or did you just go straight to the customer service? >> No, I probably at the switch and stuff. >> Okay. Um, did you select anything else? >> No, only they got this. >> Oh, what kind? >> Uh, the Lenovo. >> The Lenovo. Okay. Um, they didn't have it on the counter, so I don't think they charge you anything like that. Yeah. >> So, yeah, when we review the camera footage, it's going to show you coming in with nothing or it's going to show you coming in with the vacuum and that Polaroid camera. Yeah. >> How'd you carry it in? >> Uh, on the cart. >> Uh, that blue shopping cart right there. >> Yeah, the one I have. >> Okay. So, we'll show those two items in there. Um, the items should match the serial numbers on the receipt, I'm assuming. >> You think so? Yeah. Um, have you open have you opened them before? >> No. >> Uh, have you done anything like this in the past? >> No. >> Why would they say that you're have done this before? >> I have no idea. >> Okay. Cuz they called the police before. They have a case number. They haven't gotten that far yet. Um, why don't you grab that case number from them? >> The officers questioned her in detail about the origin of the items because it was the easiest information to verify at that moment. Shortly afterward, the store employee gave a version of events that directly contradicted the suspect's story. >> The lowown on this gal just altogether. Um I seen her today. We have this. >> Um I have all also has a case number on the hat >> for her doing it over there. I think that's all I got. Um Stevie takes a really good note. >> When is this from? Do you know? Um. >> Oh, dang. >> It was Let me see. >> Here's her notes on her. >> Oh, we got time on that day. >> 12:06. >> Like a [laughter] >> everything that she's done like in the store and stuff. >> Did you guys complete the refund? Do you know? Did she get money from EIS or any kind of goods? >> Uh, no, she >> she didn't. >> Okay. So, >> not tonight. >> Not tonight. Okay. Yeah, we know the previous ones. I know she's >> which is why I I got myself involved in this one. I'm like, we already lost enough. I don't want to lose anymore. >> Perfect. And do you guys recognize her from the previous one? >> Absolutely. >> Perfect. >> So, what do we have for >> What do we have? >> Attempted [music] lift. >> Uh, tonight. Well, she she was listed as a suspect as well, >> which they recognize her from. >> Um, is this a statement for today? >> Yeah. Could you include in there that you recognize her from the previous theft, the exact case number, and just write it in there? >> Um, have you already did that? You may have. >> I was going to say you guys are pretty much subject. >> Perfect. Um, >> will you put the case number? >> She doesn't need. >> No. >> No. Well, we Well, you already gave it to us. >> Yeah. I give it to you. >> Mom, take photo. >> Returning to the suspect, the officers gave her one more opportunity to tell the truth, but it seemed nothing had changed. >> Did you walk in the store with those two items? Okay. Did you walk in the store and pick up those items and then go to the counter? Cuz they have it on video and we just watched it. >> No. >> No. What? >> No idea. >> No idea. >> No, I have no idea. >> Okay. So, what about the previous contacts? Cuz they have a running list of you coming into the store and kind of just pulling the same thing all within this month. >> Yeah, because I'm I'm shopping for >> Are you But you're coming in empty-handed and saying you want to return stuff that you took off the shelves. >> Maybe from one purchase, but the other two times that's not the case. What do you mean? you tonight. The cameras caught you walking in empty. >> Wait a minute. I need to go pick. >> So, okay, we won't ask you any more questions. You can uh search our >> Okay, go ahead and stand up for me and then Can I please pick up my organiz? >> I need you to just stand there and face the vehicle. >> Do you have somebody or something? >> Uh, no family friend, no friend. Just stay facing the car and widen your stance. Don't face the car and widen your stance. Face the vehicle and widen your stance. >> What do I need to do? I need to pick up my son. >> There was not the slightest sign of guilt on her face, as if she believed she would soon be free again. What she asked the officers next only reinforced that impression. >> Okay. >> Certain amount of money. >> I don't know how much available. >> We're trying to help you out as much as possible. >> Officer. >> Officer, please. >> Yeah. You're just delaying everything right now. >> Please officer going to jail. >> Can I please? What is What is going to do to pick up my son? Is there anything I can do? >> No. >> Tonight, please. >> You can bail out probably, but you got to get processed first. >> Oh my god. >> So, you think this is going to make me feel like >> I want a resolution. What do I need to do? resolution is you're getting revolution and the moment you get >> Oh my god. >> and then bail out. But if you keep acting like this lady, >> how long will it take? I need to be my son. >> You're not going to do that right now. >> How long will that take? >> First of all, how old are you? >> I'm 42. >> Okay, start acting like me. You're acting like a child. >> I'm worried about my son. >> And that's why we're going to try and let you make a call. We don't have to. You're not entitled to a call. Is she search? >> Yeah. >> Put her in the car. >> Oh my god. >> I need to pick up my phone. >> Mom, I'm so sorry. >> Thought about that. >> I'm so sorry. >> In the end, the woman was charged with organized retail theft. Every dishonest shortcut trains your mind to believe that consequences can always be avoided until the day they can't. Build the habit of doing what's right before doing what's easy. Next, this woman even fell straight into a trap that the officers had set. [snorts] >> Locked off. Locked off to where they cannot get back in. On the 21st of August 2025, officers received a call from a man reporting that more than $1,200 had been charged to a hotel room on his bank card, even though he had not made the transaction. At that point, the officers reviewed the surveillance footage and began to piece together what had happened. >> Basically, the card was used to purchase room 432 and room 440 up under his name. This guy is not here. He called and noticed that the charges were done in his car and basically he contact the hotel to let him know that he's not here and he didn't authorize any charges to be on his room. Uh these are the rooms that they're written uh possibly two people per room. Uh thing of it is uh like I said he don't we're not sure if they're here or not. You know what I'm saying? So as soon as I wait we get some other officers. We can probably go in there and >> is that his phone number? >> This is the uh guy here. Miller's phone is Miller. So that's just >> Mhm. Okay. Called here and said that his credit card was just used for two rooms in the hotel. >> Correct. >> Or there was a charge on his card. >> Yep. >> Okay. >> So, I would assume that they're probably here cuz they extended their stay this morning online. So, >> Oh, they did it online. So, they were already here. >> They did a walk-in reservation at first and then extended their stay online. >> So, it was originally one night. Now, they're staying again tonight. >> So, was the original charge on the same card or was this? >> Yep. Okay. And so they walked in and had a card when they walked in. >> Okay. Do you have the information for the guests of that room? >> Uh yes. >> At that [music] point, the officers decided to approach the suspects who were staying at the hotel. However, to ensure everything remained under control, they carefully planned the operation before making their move. [snorts] >> What I want to do is while y'all go and check one room, I'm going stand by the other. So they should be down from the two. So they make some contact and try to run out, they come in. that work this way. >> Man, she d >> they got the hell on quick. >> They ain't get their bra and nothing. They can see >> two police cars right there. >> They just >> Mhm. >> check. >> Yeah. >> No one was found in either of the two rooms connected to the case. At that point, the officers changed their strategy with the hotel's cooperation. >> Okay. >> Nobody's in the rooms. >> No. >> Oh, no. We need those rooms locked off. Locked off to where they cannot get back in. You can >> do that remotely or do you need to send somebody up here with a key to change the >> Nope. That's the they can't get back in because we made new keys for you guys. So, >> okay. I just want to make sure that's that's the first step and make sure that nobody [music] has access with the keys that were given prior. >> Later that evening, the suspect returned and just as the officers had planned, she went to the front desk to request a new room key. That was the moment they approached her. >> Hey, excuse me. Hey, can we um talk to you over here, please? Um, we we just trying to figure out some things, too. >> You want to step outside? >> We just got to ask you a couple questions. Okay. >> All right. So, the reason why we're here is they're saying that whatever card or ID you are using is fraudulent. I'm just getting to the point. >> Okay. I can get cash and bring that back. >> Bring what back? >> Like money for my room? >> No. Um, so um, do you have the car or whatever you used? >> I had a phone that didn't have tap on it. >> No. Where where's your ID at first? First, let's figure out who you are. Who are you? >> I gave them my ID. >> They have your ID? Mhm. >> They have it right now. >> They don't have ID. Where's your ID? You don't have there her ID >> for your identification cuz we were talking. >> It's okay. Let's get your ID. It's just a simple conversation. >> Okay. Your name is Jessica J. All right. Give me just a second. I'm going answer those questions. on a note. >> It was clear that the woman was hesitant to provide her personal information to the officers. The officers then confronted her about the hotel reservation and she gave her version of the story. >> Are you booked under a room for your name? Cuz she said they don't have a room with you or your name. >> No, I I used what? >> Like your sisters? >> Yeah. >> Okay. Where is that? Can we see that? Whatever you presented to them. Can we see that? Okay. >> Is there a cold one on her or >> huh? >> Do you have any cold ones on? >> Not like >> So So this is your sister, Amanda Gail. >> I just I'm hu I don't want to speak anymore. >> Yep. It's She completely avoided the officer's questions, which only made her behavior seem even more suspicious. She even attempted to walk away moments later, prompting the officers to act quickly. >> Yeah, you're about to. So, just stay here. Yes. >> Hold on. Wait a minute. Go ahead. Go ahead. >> Go ahead. Go ahead. >> Go ahead. >> Where are you going, ma'am? You're not free to go. >> It doesn't matter. You're talking to police officer. You're not free to go. >> You have to write your man out. Everything you say can do against you before the law. So now I'm just trying to get like the physical copy of the um card and stuff. So basically she's using somebody's account. >> Yes. James. >> Yeah. The victim called like I'm not even at the camp. So I just need busy. Uh I just need like a picture photo ID or something. Okay. We go ahead and take a like I'm >> What do you mean you may have things on you >> in the back? What's in here? >> Just like >> Well, I need to like I don't need to have been >> well. >> The officers also found a straw and illegal drugs inside her bag. In the end, the woman was convicted of financial transaction card fraud, identity fraud, and possession of a controlled substance. No matter how carefully someone plans a fraud, the smallest mistake can be enough to unravel the entire scheme. Next, what began as a fraudulent vehicle purchase quickly led investigators to uncover a much larger operation. >> They say this information is correct, but from what they can see, that's not >> Yeah. So, the license is >> what? >> Someone gave me >> Okay. Someone gave it to you. >> They can't just give it to you with your picture on it. On the 9th of February 2026, officers were dispatched to a Tesla dealership in Miami Gardens after receiving a report that a 19-year-old Asian woman was attempting to purchase a vehicle using a fake driver's license. At the scene, dealership employees explained why they believed the transaction was fraudulent. >> Because you could see the license feels it's not right. And when you start to see the watermarks, it's missing a watermark here. Um, we contacted our loss prevention department. They say this information is correct, but from what they can see, that's not >> Yeah. So, the license is fake. >> Yeah. You can see I mean CLEAR as >> um they went and they got a cashier's check. I mean, the cashier's check looks legit. I don't know what this company is because she's buying it personally under her, right? [snorts] But obviously, you can tell we're not going to deliver it. But because it's a fake, they did say for us to contact. Although the vehicle she was trying to purchase was a Tesla Model X valued at $11,000, officers were skeptical that everything was legitimate. Given the suspicious identification and the circumstances surrounding the transaction, they detained her so they could investigate further. >> Talking about what's going on, >> you from here? >> No. >> No. You here visiting? What you doing? >> Yeah. Give me a minute. >> Huh? She didn't give us this. the customer. >> I don't know if that's something you >> She came back. >> I don't know if it is legit though. >> I mean, everything called >> Yeah. Yeah. >> Oh, so maybe she probably got fake ID. >> I think it's just fake ID, but everything else might have been or she for somebody. I don't know. Oh, >> because the there's like a company name on there, >> but the car she's trying to get was in just her name. >> So, I don't know what the deal is, but I don't know if you guys want to take that. >> So, the check is from her or from the government. >> You can see it's from the public. >> The case had clearly become much more serious with someone almost certainly behind the woman, providing her with the fake check [music] and forged documents. At that point, she was still unable to explain where those documents had come from. >> Who is this person? >> This is you. Okay. Where did you get this driver's license from? >> Um, from government. >> What government? >> So, shipped to my home. >> It was shipped to your home. In order to get Have you had a Florida driver's license before? >> No. >> Okay. So, you can't just have something shipped to your home. You have to go in person. And you were attempted to do what here? >> I want to buy a car. >> You want to buy a car? >> Okay. What type of car are you trying to buy? >> Model X. >> Model X. >> Okay. Do you have a social security number? No. Where did you pick the checkup from? >> Uh, from the business account. >> From the business account. But what bank? >> Bank of America. >> Okay. Whose business account is it up under? Is it your name? Somebody else's name? >> Some account. >> Okay. Who owns the company? >> Um, >> since it's under a company's name, like where is this this check? They gave you that check to get a Tesla. >> Yes. Who who gave you the check to get a Tesla? What? >> My friend. >> Your who? >> My friend. >> Your friend? What's your friend's name? >> You have a phone number for him? >> You don't have a phone number for your friend? >> Yeah. Can I please know what's going on? >> It was clear that the more the woman answered, the more suspicious the story became. Officers continued questioning her in an effort to verify the information she had provided. >> Why does your Florida driver's license have a different name than these names here? Uh, that's no money. >> That's not you. >> That's no money. >> What's not yours? The Florida driver's license. >> No money. >> Okay. But you just told me you got it from the government. So now it's not your license. >> Came in the mail. She said >> it's his license. >> No, no, no, no. >> Okay. Whose zone is it? >> I don't know. >> Okay. How did you get it? >> Just someone came and then asked me to to buy the car. >> Someone did what? >> Someone gave me >> Okay. Someone gave it to you. Yeah. >> They can't just give it to you with your picture on it. >> Uh, they put my >> I don't know. >> Yeah, this is my >> How did you get the the driver's license? >> Someone shift to me. Actually, I don't know the person. >> You don't know the person? Okay. >> It's just online. >> So, you got Okay. So, tell me the story. How did you get to get online to get it? Did you know the person or >> just someone friends? So, I don't know the person. my friend five. >> And you purchased it or gave it to you or how did you get it? >> They mailed it to me. >> Okay. For free? >> No. Pay? >> You pay? How much did you pay? >> Uh $100. >> $100. >> $100. >> Okay. And when was that? >> I think last week. Did you grab the check? >> Oh, yeah. We got it. >> We'll take it. >> Okay. >> One more. Why were you trying to purchase the Tesla with that name? Uh cuz I think it has the good credit. >> Because it has good credit. And you don't think you have good credit? >> Mine is 7 6 700 because I don't know how to do the lawyer. So I don't have the good credit. >> In reality, the woman was still lying about why she wanted to buy the vehicle. She [music] had no intention of keeping it for herself. Instead, she planned to ship the vehicle to China and resell it at a higher price. [music] The vehicle documents officers found in her luggage were strong evidence supporting that scheme. Oh. Oh. >> Uh-uh. She can't have this. >> Mhm. >> These fraudulent documents. >> She can't have none of this. >> Nah, dog. They got to come out. It's too much. >> Yeah. Tell them to recall that. She got fake titles. A bunch of them. Hey S, they got to come out. She got all these fraudulent documents, man. They She can't have this >> fake title. She got a bunch of them for vehicles. Yeah. >> Yeah. >> It's another passport. >> That's her passport. Yeah. >> Well, I got passport. >> She got a lot of fake sign. >> Okay. This is her. So, I asked you she got a social security number. She told me no. So, this is probably >> that's her real name. That's fake. That's somebody else's. >> And you might want to send somebody else. Man, this lady is in possession of a whole bunch of fake stuff. She got a whole >> uh >> titles for vehicles. >> Tell them it's uh titles for vehicles. >> How many titles? >> It's over 20. >> You got over >> Oh, look. She got a whole another uh Look at that. >> Oh [ __ ] >> Tell them tell them she's transferring a lot of money around in different bank accounts. >> It's It's 38,000. 38,000. >> She got Yeah. >> So those cards have cars in them. >> No, they blank. >> Yeah. >> You can fill this out. >> You fill this out. I can go take Put your car information in here like I got. This is a no no dog. We cannot get this unless you go to the DMV. >> Chen was convicted of scheme to defraud a financial institution, secondderee grand theft, fraudulent use of personal identification, organized scheme to defraud, and transferring a vehicle title with no purchaser name. No matter how sophisticated a fraud scheme may seem, fake identities, forged documents, and financial deception will eventually leave evidence that investigators can trace back to those responsible. More shockingly, the scammer even assaulted a police officer. You >> right now have to stop touching me, sir. >> Miss Bane, you are under arrest. Miss Bane, you are under arrest. >> Stop touching me. >> How is it too late? You didn't give me a chance to talk. >> Do not resist. Do not pull away. >> Sir, stop touching me. >> On the 17th of January 2024, [music] police received a call from a bank reporting that a woman had attempted to deposit a counterfeit check worth $50,000. What initially appeared to be a straightforward fraud investigation quickly took an unexpected turn as the woman's behavior escalated into something far more shocking. Here's what happened when officers arrived at the scene. >> Can you come talk to me, please? >> Yeah. >> Okay, >> let's step right in there if you don't mind. You can have a seat right there if you want. >> So, I'm Detective Weekly with the Couchar Sheriff's Office. So, I'm a I'm a financial crimes detective. >> Okay. >> Um I have a case where your name has come up. It's a case number 24-3117. It's a bank fraud case. >> Yeah, I that's what I'm coming up here for. >> You're coming up here for some bank fraud stuff? >> Yeah. >> Okay. All right. So, before I ask you any questions, I have uh I have a form that I'd like you to sign. Uh Miranda Wright's form. So, I just need to fill out some information on it and then we'll get right into it. So, we're at uh 2255 East McNe Street, Southwest Louisiana Credit Union. Uh, also present is Miss Linda Sterland and >> Christina Davis. >> Christina Davis. Y'all are And y'all are bank employees. >> I'm the chief lending officer. >> Chief lending officer. >> Risk officer. >> Chief Risk Officer. Before officers even finished explaining the allegations, the suspect showed little sign of surprise, as if she already knew exactly why they were there. Her demeanor then became increasingly tense, especially after her mother became involved in the conversation. >> Yeah, I had just I was in my account and I'm looking or whatever. And >> you can step outside. Please step outside. >> Mama, just step out. I don't I'm trying to figure out the same thing. >> If you interfere in my investigation, I will place you under arrest. Just trying to figure out. >> Please step outside. She's She's an adult. She's an adult. >> Okay. But you don't have to disrespect my mom anymore. >> Step outside, >> ma'am. >> And you don't have to. And I'm going to tell you, you don't have to disrespect my mom neither. >> I'm not going to ask you again. >> At the same time, like that's that's what I'm here for. >> Just Mom, close the door. Please close the door. >> 450. Can you send me a patrol unit? You don't have to be disrespectful towards anybody's parents. That's my mother. She's She's trying to figure out what's going on. >> It's none of her business. >> It is her business. >> It's not. >> It is. >> You are an adult. >> It doesn't matter. And that's still my mother. >> Can you please lower your voice? >> I don't have to lower anything. >> Okay. >> Anyways, ma'am, like I was saying, so that I was looking in my account cuz I had did a a flash loan or something like that. >> Yeah. and they called me earlier and so I was like, "Well, I don't my debit card got lost." So I was like, "I need another debit card." So I told them that I would be coming up there to get another one. So that's what I went to do. And then that's when she told me that I needed to speak with someone from the wrist department. So then I came here. >> Okay. >> So that's what I'm saying. If if if I had if I wanted to do anything fraud, why why would I walk in here myself? That that's pointless. She tried to use the fact that she had still shown up at the bank to prove that she had done nothing wrong. She claimed that she was there to resolve the issue herself. However, contrary to that claim, her actions were anything but cooperative. >> This is not what I'm waiting for. Yes, this is not what I'm waiting for. >> It's my cousin had deposited a check into my account. That's what I'm saying. It was not me. >> All right, Miss Spain, I have this form. Can you make sure >> I'm not signing nothing until I see everything that you have? >> Go ahead and stand up. Go ahead. Stand up for me, please. >> Stand up for what? I just want to see what's going on first. I don't want to be arrested for something that I don't even know anything about. THAT'S WHY >> LOOK, I try to get you I try to get a statement from you. >> I'm giving you a statement, but I want to know. >> No, you just told me you're not signing anything, so I can't ask you any questions. You have >> No, ma'am. You can go ahead and stand up. >> I don't want to be arrested for something that I did. >> It's too late. The decision's already been made. Go ahead and stand up. >> What am I being arrested for? >> Please stand up. >> Miss Fain, please stand up. Can y'all please like tell me? >> I'm not going to ask you again. Please stand up, Miss Fain. >> After repeatedly ignoring the officer's lawful commands, her uncooperative behavior had escalated into resisting arrest. At that point, no matter what she tried to do next, it was already too late. Sir, >> I will sign. >> It's too late now. >> How is it too late? You didn't give me a CHANCE TO TALK. >> DO not resist. DO NOT PULL AWAY. >> SIR, STOP touching me. >> STOP PULLING AWAY. >> GIVE ME A CHANCE TO TALK. NO. STOP. >> STOP TOUCHING ME. >> STOP TOUCHING ME. >> YOU BETTER >> STOP. SIR, I'M TELLING YOU. STOP TOUCHING ME. DO NOT TOUCH ME. DON'T TOUCH ME. DON'T TOUCH ME. >> 450 33. >> WHERE'S MY MOM? DON'T TOUCH ME. >> DON'T TOUCH ME. >> GIVE ME YOUR HAND. MISS >> NO. >> COANTE. GIVE ME YOUR HAND. >> DO NOT TOUCH ON YOUR LEFT. >> I WAS FOR WHAT? I DIDN'T [screaming] DO ANYTHING. >> GIVE ME YOUR HAND. >> I DID NOT DO ANYTHING. MISS BANE, >> I DID IT, [screaming] SIR. I DID IT. YOU WERE UNDER ARREST. >> Miss Bane, you were UNDER ARREST. >> PLEASE, WHERE'S MY MOM? Can you get my mom? >> Miss Bane, you are under arrest. >> CAN YOU GET MY MOM? STOP TOUCHING ME. >> MISS BANE, YOU ARE UNDER ARREST. >> RIGHT NOW, STOP TOUCHING ME, SIR. >> Miss Bane, you are under arrest. >> Miss Bane, you are under arrest. >> Stop touching me. >> Miss Bane, >> stop touching me. >> You already under arrest for attempt of a POLICE OFFICER. >> I DIDN'T DO ANYTHING. >> PLEASE DON'T MAKE THIS ANY WORSE FOR YOURSELF, >> CHRISTA. Miss P, >> I'M GOING TO JAIL FOR SOMETHING THAT I DID NOT DO. BRO, [screaming] >> STOP TOUCHING ME. >> GIVE ME YOUR HAND. MISS PAIN, >> STOP TOUCHING ME. >> MISS PANE, YOU NEED TO STAND UP and put your hands behind your back. >> Bro, >> I'm at the bank trying to get another cardist >> and they came in here A A SHERIFF OR something came up in here TALKING ABOUT I'M UNDER ARREST FOR BANK FRAUD. I didn't even do anything. >> With the assistance of a backup officer, police immediately moved in to arrest the woman. What happened next quickly turned the entire room into chaos. >> Stand up for me, MISS 337426. STOP TOUCHING ME. >> I KNOW. Come on, baby. Don't do that. Don't do that. Call my mama. >> Okay, I'm going to GET YOUR MAMA. GIVE ME YOUR HAND. >> I'm going to get you, mama. You just >> You got cuffs. >> I didn't do anything. >> Okay. Well, we going to >> We going TO FIGURE THIS OUT. >> THAT'S WHAT I WAS TRYING to do. >> Okay. Well, unless we going to do that, but you going to have to calm down. >> I DO. >> But it's going to be Hey, >> I'm trying, but I didn't do it. >> Okay. Okay. Okay. There we go. >> I did it. I didn't do anything. >> Is that the other side unlock? >> This boat. >> Hold on. We got >> my mom. >> I'm Look, I'mma get you, Mom. You going to have to calm down. >> I'm calm, but I didn't do anything. That's what I tried to tell you. >> Okay, but but you you're resisting and you're fighting. >> I understand, but I didn't come in here. I didn't do it. >> Go ahead. Stand up. >> Stop [laughter] getting HIM OFF OF ME. I DON'T WANT HIM TOUCHING ME. SIR, CAN YOU PLEASE GET ME OFF? I DON'T WANT HIM TOUCHING ME. >> STOP TOUCHING ME. >> I GOT I GOT >> Stop touching me. >> Come on. Come on. >> Come on. >> Linda, let me get her. >> Shortly afterward, officers escorted her outside. They also explained to her mother what had happened and the reasons for her arrest. >> Hey, can you please? She's under arrest for attempted bank fraud, battery of a PO, resistant force surveillance. >> Okay. >> You can call the jail to find out what her bond is. >> She resisted. >> So, did you hit my child though, son? >> No, but she hit me. >> Okay. >> It's all on body camera. You get a copy of the video from the sheriff's office. >> I'm not trying to I'm just trying to confuse you. You was being rude to me. Like, I was just trying to figure out what was going on. >> Please don't approach. Please, >> Kelly. Get away from me. Like seriously, >> just just just calm down and just go ahead. >> Don't do nothing. That's all I tried to tell him. >> All right. Well, just go ahead. Just go ahead. Just go ahead. We going to figure it out. Just go ahead. >> Just don't create any more trouble for yourself. 05 Suzuki in Colorado. >> I'm muted. Charles Wait, wait. >> The woman was charged with attempted bank fraud, battery of a police officer, and resisting arrest with force or violence. Refusing to cooperate and resisting a lawful arrest can [music] quickly turn a fraud investigation into multiple, far more serious criminal charges. Next, this man went even further by using fraudulent prescriptions to scam numerousarmacies. >> Hey, what's up? >> Of course I weapons or anything on you? >> So, it's more or less I could be losing more money. I most I just threw it myself like >> on the 22nd of July 2025, police received a report of a fraud at a pharmacy. The suspect was believed to be a man who had attempted to obtain multiple medications using fake promethazine prescriptions. However, the case was far more complicated as investigators began to suspect it was part of a larger organized scheme. >> They're sending in like fax prescriptions for home uh DM for a plank which was our first red flag and then they don't ever pick up this other coffee indication that is getting off syrup. >> So my tech yesterday helped him but then today asked me please. So then I didn't hold it and we have another one from him. There's actually some other brickyard location as well and one he's supposed to be coming to pick up today. And is it the cough syrup with coding? Is that what it is? >> I'm like, I don't know what it's just cough with the DM. So it's what are you doing? You're just causing more pain. >> So you confirmed with the doctor everything is they're not legitimate prescriptions. >> The detectives want to go and get him. >> What initially appeared to be a simple case took a surprising turn when just 4 hours later, another pharmacy called [music] the police after encountering a nearly identical incident. >> Are the scripts, but I found more. I was looking. These are the ones that came in here to us at this location. This is another one that he filled in at the district, our district location. So, you can get that one, too. >> Okay. >> And this is um the contact at the hospital. So, that's his cell phone number and that's his email address. These are just the Promethazine. Oh, I guess they all have both of them on. >> Yeah. Sorry you guys been waiting out there for a while, but >> it was worth it. It's worth it cuz sometimes, you know, >> it seems like watching him pull up and like a bunch of kids with him. I was at first like, "Oh, it's like a bunch of kids." And then after watching on the cameras, it's like some dude pulls up on a bike next to him was like hanging out with him. I'm like, "What the hell is going on? Are they They have like an older guy who was telling him what?" >> Police launched an investigation and identified the man believed to be behind the scheme. A warrant was issued for his arrest. About a week later, officers quickly received a call from a third pharmacy reporting the same man. Here's what happened next. Hey. Hey. What's up? >> Let's go outside. Talk to me for a minute. Okay. Any weapons or anything on you? No. Give me a quick break down. Let's go outside. >> Why? Cuz you're picking up prescriptions that don't belong to you. That's why. >> What do you mean? >> What do you mean? What do I mean? >> Okay, I'll be honest. Someone sent it for me. >> I know people are sending it for you. >> It's not me. I promise. >> I'll I'll read you your rights and then we'll talk about it. >> Okay. My mom's outside, too. >> I know. We're out with her. >> Oh, you are? >> Yep. >> Okay. Okay. Um, is your mom is she just your ride or what? >> Yeah. >> Okay. All right. Um, after I read your rides, I'll ask you a couple questions and having these rights in mind, you go speak with me really quick. >> If I say an attorney, I'll have to wait for them, right? >> Yeah. So, if you say I want an attorney, >> I have to go down to the station. >> Yeah. You I wouldn't be able to speak with you until you spoke with an attorney. >> Okay. >> Prior to any questioning. So, having these rights in mind, would you like to speak with me? >> Yeah. >> Okay. All right. So, what's been going on with the prescriptions? Where are they coming from? >> I've I get them from someone out of state. I met them on Telegram. >> Okay. Telegram. >> Yeah. >> All right. Um, is that like a messaging app? Is that social media? >> That's a messaging app. >> So, there had to be an entire organization behind this, right? It wasn't as simple as someone being able to easily create fake prescriptions. The suspect admitted everything shortly afterward. >> And I've just been like in need for money. I have a kid on the way next month and I shit's just been going ass. So I've just been in insane need for money. So I've been doing that and just picking these up. >> So is he telling you to pick them up or >> Well, he he offers me and if I want to pick it up, I can, but I don't have to. Okay. So, does is there an exchange of money of some kind? >> Yes. >> Yeah. >> Okay. So, he tells you, hey, here's the location. >> Yeah. >> And >> the name and the birthday. >> The name, the birthday. >> Yeah. >> Okay. Um, do you know who those people are and the names and the birthdays? >> Nope. >> Are they real people at all? >> I don't think so. I think he makes them. >> Okay. And then, so you go you go to the front counter. >> Yeah. I just go to the go to the uh pharmacy. Just ask them. Okay. How much do the prescriptions cost when you normally pick them up? Like do you have to pay to get them? >> Yeah, like 30 bucks. >> 30 bucks. Okay. >> Yeah. So, it's more or less I could be losing more money. I most I just do it myself. Like I don't really sell it unless like a close friend would ask for it. >> What What you're What you're picking up? >> Yeah. So, that was from That's for me. Yeah. That's for personal use. >> So, for personal use? >> Yes. >> So, are you paying the guy on Telegram or is he paying you? No, I'm paying him. >> You're paying him to to >> to get them? Yeah. >> To make the >> He makes He makes them and I just pay him. >> Okay. Add him on Telegram. >> Yeah. I just met him through random group chat. >> He said like, "Hey, man. I'm into scamming. I'm into this kind of stuff." >> Yeah. Basically saying that I could get easy money. >> Easy money. Like he's saying, "Hey, if you want to buy these." >> Yeah. If you b if you buy these and you flip them, you can make easy money. I haven't flipped them though. I've just been using them. >> Been using them? Okay. How often do you ask him for versus? >> Like not that often. Like maybe once every twice every 3 weeks. >> He had only intended to use the fraudulent prescriptions to get medication at a lower cost, but it was clear that he also planned to sell it to other people. Did you notice that he never actually intended to stop? [music] At that point, officers tried to work with the suspect to track down the organization behind the scheme. things on your phone. I think and the government thinks that we can find other things that relate to other crimes in other areas beyond you >> off my phone. How? >> Because >> from your phone, I can get information to the people you're talking to. I can get phone numbers like >> So, what am I like on a watch list or what is it? >> Not on a watch list. I don't think you're understanding what I'm trying to get at. >> Well, you're you're acting like I'm some big drug dealer. Like I have so many connects in my phone, but I don't. >> I think your phone connects to somebody who's bigger. Does that make sense? >> I guess >> like you're just the low-level guy who just buys $30 prescriptions from this >> this guy, right? >> Yeah. >> That's the guy that I want to look into more. Does that make sense? >> Yeah. >> And yeah, he could be out of state. That's fine. That's great. >> But I can send my case to other agencies to investigate. So I'm not trying to like ruin your whole life and say you're this like huge drug dealer. Like that's not what I'm trying to get at. I'm just trying to say like your phone can give me information the people that are are involved in this crime. >> Okay. >> Right. Because you're not the one who's sending the facts. You're request you you know sending the facts with the prescription to somebody else. Right? You're just paying the guy to do it for you know to create the things and send them you know to theies picking them up. Right. >> You're just pretty much a customer. You have any questions? >> Uh it's not the weekend right? >> No. Thursday. >> In the end, he was later charged with four counts of conspiracy to commit forgery. Even a low-level participant in a criminal scheme can face serious felony charges while helping investigators uncover those behind the operation. Next, this woman confidently believed she could cash the victim's check from over a thousand miles away. >> And then when I went to look at the signature, the signature looked like it was done by someone else, like like if somebody tried to forge it. >> So, the friend told her that here's check on me. That's what she told you. She get some of the money. >> On the 26th of January 2024, police responded to a bank after receiving a report of a 20-year-old woman attempting to cash a $20,000 check belonging to an account holder who lived over a thousand mi away in Philadelphia. Here's what happened next. >> All right, ma'am. Come with me real quick. Grab your stuff. Nope. We'll deal with that later. We're going to go in this lobby real quick. >> Put your stuff down right there for me. Put your stuff down. >> All right. Turn around for me right now. You're just being detained. >> What? >> Yep. You're being detained. >> Apparently, you're using a front lane check. Yep. You're just being detained until we do our investigation. Okay. >> Okay. Come on. >> We'll get it. I'll get it. >> Immediately after placing the woman in the patrol car, officers returned to the bank to learn what had raised the bank employees suspicions in the first place. >> So you she handed you the check. Um she handed you her what her ID and the credit card as well or was it? >> She handed me her ID and then I said I need a second form cuz she's not a customer. So that's when she gave me her. >> Okay. So um what um what red flags kind of >> So it was the amount at first because for one we had to make sure we have it. So I double checked it and then when I went to look at the signature the signature looked like it was done by someone else like like if somebody tried to forge it. And then I looked at other checks that came in and I saw that the date was written differently that the the way that they write the amount was written differently. And then I brought it up to one of um customer service reps up here and then he told me to go to someone else and then Dette, which is the one we just spoke to, she ended up taking it and then she looked at it. She decided to call the customer and the customer where >> did the check itself look fraudulent like the paper or is it >> I didn't even feel off about it. It was a small little detail that kind of >> Yeah. So So the the biggest red flag you the amount and then how things were written. You were able to pull up previous checks and compare the two. >> Mhm. >> Okay. >> The twos were written differently and usually in between >> like the actual number and the change they put and that and was not in there. >> The hes are written differently. The D was written differently and that that signature just sometimes I can tell when it's trying to be written by somebody. >> To further confirm what was unfolding, officers also called the victim the rightful owner of the check to verify the situation. I got a call this morning from uh first from uh TD Branch Bank in Charleston, South Carolina telling me that someone had called pretending to be me, but she was a little suspicious because you know why is she calling a branch in Charleston when I live in Phil in Pennsylvania near Philadelphia. >> Yeah. >> She suggested I go immediately to my teeny bank local branch. Um and you know cuz she suspected fraud. Um, so on my way to my local branch, I got another call from ISW switch Massachusetts TD branch saying that there [clears throat] was a, you know, similar fishing call there from a woman claiming to be me. And then when I was actually working with the TD branch local bank manager to close the account, I got a call from TD Bank saying there was someone there trying to cash the $4,000 check. So I, you know, the the branch manager there said, "Absolutely not. you know, we're that's a fraud. Call the police. Um, you know, this is I have me sitting right in front of me. This is not that person though. That's when the police were called and they stopped payment. They didn't stop payment. They actually the the um checking account is closed. We think what happened is this person had access to a check that I wrote to City Cards for payment of a credit card. >> Okay. And so there she had I'm assuming it was a she. I think she was said it was a she. I hope it was a she. Um but that person had my full social security, my full checking account number, my birth date, my address. I was pretending to be me calling um my branch manager said that she called seven different bank branches trying to like fish for information like account balance and stuff like that. Back with the suspect, it was clear she had made multiple phone calls to the bank in English. And even during the initial contact, she appeared to speak it fluently. Yet, once the investigation began, officers suddenly needed the assistance of an interpreter to question her. Where did the check come from? like I don't give her no money. Okay. Uh, so she said that she was given to her by a friend um who asked her to cash it for him and she would give he would give her a portion of the money and she asked him if he you know she's like I don't want any trouble with the police and she said that the person told her she wasn't going to have any issues that it was a good check. >> Who is that friend? >> Uh she said she has messages as well. Just Ray. >> Just Ray. >> So, I'm just thinking about it. >> Um, can you ask her where the bag came from? >> She was holding She was holding a bag. Okay. So, she said that there's uh that's the person's female's bag that was in the car with her. Uh the only thing that in there that's hers is a like a black small wallet with a black um puck on it or something, she said. >> Okay. Who is Kayla? >> Kayla. She tried to avoid responsibility by claiming she was only following a friend's instructions. But as officers questioned her further, her story increasingly resembled an organized check fraud scheme rather than a simple favor for a friend. >> Did she know that the check wasn't wasn't hers or any of her friends? No, she said she said he gave her the check and told her to cash it and that he would give her some of the money. That's what she >> So the friend told her that here cash this check for me. That's what she told you and then she get some of the money. >> All right. Um, you didn't ask your friend about the check at all, where he got it from. She said that she said it was she told there was some sort of reimbursement coming in from the house or something. >> Did she know that the purse wasn't She did I ask that she knew the purse wasn't hers. Like did did she take it or did Kayla hand it to her? So she said, "No, take the purse and put the money in because she only had a small wallet with her." All right. Well, looks as though Kayla handed it to her. So yeah, you're going to farm her leg. Okay. In the end, Glattis Carmona Morales was convicted of passing a forged check and fraud for obtaining property under $20,000. Never cash a check for someone else just because they promise you a share of the money. If you don't know exactly where it came from, you could end up facing the same criminal consequences as the people behind the fraud. Next, this new nurse lost her job after six shoplifting incidents were uncovered. They've been watching you on the camera the whole time and you're going to take them, right? >> I >> Yeah, >> I think they understand. I'm a nurse. I'm a super my kids died and that's why I came here. >> On the 24th of January, 2024, police approached a woman suspected of shoplifting at a local retail store. She was fully prepared to lie and deny everything she had done. But little did she know, the officers were already one step ahead, completely shutting down her chance to play the innocent victim. Here's what happened. >> Good. You can keep going. >> Yeah, you're good. You can keep going, sir. >> They've been watching you on the camera the whole time. >> Yeah. >> We We know where we're at here. Okay. >> Okay. >> So, we're gonna see what's in here. All right. Stop. >> Stand over here. >> No, we're just going to detain you. All right. Okay. Yeah, hang >> out. Give that to him. I was in there, too. >> No, no, it was okay. Sorry. >> Okay, sorry. Mercy is in the back. >> Even after confessing to the crime, her demeanor was shockingly cheerful, acting as if getting caught stealing was just a minor inconvenience. She quickly shifted gears into begging for a break, showing absolutely zero embarrassment or shame for what she had just done. >> The thing is, I just got my job. I just heard a way that there was a nurse and like if it shows up on the for the nursing then I'm going to lose my license and I just bought my house. >> I get I get what you're saying man but there's really nothing there's nothing we could do about it though. >> Hey stay right just stay back here man. >> I just wanted to know the total >> you guys you guys are good. You can come down. >> Can I can I say something to you please? >> Sure. I just I know it's your thing. I I'm winning. And the thing is, sir, I just just left my house. I have kids. I just started Orange School. And I don't >> This is the first time this ever happened to you? >> Yeah. And I know once once they do this, I'm going lose my legs. >> Well, here's the thing. They have you on several different accounts doing this at this store and the Serville store. So, this isn't your first time doing >> No. No. The first time I got caught. I'm not going to lie. First time. If you give me a warning, I promise you something. >> She tried to portray herself as a nurse, as if that alone made her an honorable person and even used her responsibilities as a mother to appeal for sympathy. It could be said that she was highly skilled at manipulating emotions. But these nononsense cops weren't buying it, and her theatrical performance proved completely feudal. >> I'm a single parent. My my kids died and that's why I came here and I started doing this. I promise I was going to die. Once I get my license and start working enough money, I just got this job. >> Here's the deal. Either way, if we charge you, they're going to charge you either way. Either way, you're going to get the job. >> Yeah. But the thing is, I just don't want to go. >> Either way, it's going to go in the system. >> And then I don't want to keep the thing. If you have a hard like 50 learn. I don't want to teach I go to school. I just just started out. >> That's why I go to school to better myself so I can take care of myself. >> I get it that it's tough. >> Stealing is not the answer. >> No, I know. But the only thing I took is like meats and stuff like that. >> Yeah. But all that adds up. He said this isn't your first time. And today was $142. So, you know, if you do take $142 a few times, we're up to already $500. You know, >> as things turned out, this wasn't just a one-time mistake. With a total of six separate shoplifting incidents uncovered by police, her Saab story carried absolutely no weight. Even then, she showed no genuine remorse for her actions. Instead, her only real concern was how this arrest was going to affect her job. >> Delicious. We let everybody go that just started school or just started pumping. We had no money. >> They gave me the food. I wasn't working. >> Yeah. So, I don't lose my job. Nobody's going to lose your job for you. >> It's a disorderly person. It's not an indictable car. >> Huh? No, but the thing is even though have a seat. >> All right. >> In the end, the woman was charged with felony theft. Repeated dishonesty eventually removes credibility entirely. When someone continues to offend and then tries to rely on sympathy, excuses, or personal image to avoid responsibility, those tactics lose all impact. In the end, actions define consequences more than words, and self-interest cannot replace accountability. Next, this shoplifter tried to use her civil rights as a shield to hide something. >> I have a metal plate in my arm. >> Stop. >> I'm going to give you more charge for resisting if you don't stop right now. I didn't even steal >> who isn't a [ __ ] who touched me like you did. So don't talk to me. Thank you. >> On the 28th of February 2026, police responded to a report of a woman shoplifting at Walmart. As it turned out, this was far from her first incident. So when officers approached her, she remained completely calm and immediately pushed back against their accusations. >> Police department. Okay. >> I paid for everything. Okay, we're not being detained. >> I paid for everything. Put your phone down. >> I paid for everything. >> Put your phone down. >> But I paid for everything. Okay. 67. Anybody available though? >> I paid for everything. >> Okay. Well, we watched you on camera. It's not paying >> for light bulbs. >> Yes, I did. >> And then >> Yes, I did. Look again. >> I watched it. >> Okay. So, we're past that. >> I paid for everything. >> We'll figure that out. But right now, you're being detained >> for what? I paid for that. I told you that. >> But I paid for everything. >> Okay. I'm telling you right now. I watched it. We watched what we have on cameras. That's fine if you feel that way. >> I did. >> Okay. That's fine if you feel that way right now. You're not free to leave, though. >> But I paid for everything. >> You can keep saying that all. >> I paid for everything. >> Okay. Well, check your receipts then. >> Check that. >> Where? >> So, check that. >> We're doing that right now. >> So, do that. >> Right after. >> I just show that to you. >> Stand right here. >> No, I pay for everything. >> The wall. >> Don't touch me like that. No, I'm not. I'm standing right here. I'm not going to get more charges for resisting. I have a broken wrist. My I have a metal plate in my wrist. Turn around. >> No, I didn't do anything. >> I didn't do anything. >> I have a metal plate in my arm. >> Stop. >> I'm going to give you more charges for resisting if you don't stop right now. >> No, I didn't even steal. >> Okay. >> I didn't even do that. >> Hey, put your arm behind your back. >> I didn't do anything. >> I paid for everything. >> Okay, we'll figure it out. Okay. >> I You don't have to twist my I have a broken I have a [ __ ] Stop doing that. >> Stop resisting. What the? I'm literally reporting. What are you doing? Let go of me, you. >> The situation quickly escalated due to her lack of cooperation, but she showed no signs of backing down. She even attempted to use gender equality arguments as a justification. >> What do you mean? >> I don't feel comfortable with you guys touching me. >> That's fine. We're going to search you. Okay, >> that's fine. I don't give you consent. I want a woman. I want a woman. No, because of how you guys handled me. I want a woman. Officer, >> we don't have any female officers. I don't give you consent. I do not give you consent to touch me. Don't touch me. >> You're being autoision. Don't touch me. Okay. You >> That's fine. Don't touch me. I'm not under arrest. >> You're going to get searched. You're under arrest. You are >> Don't touch me. No, I'm not. >> You are under arrest for what? >> For theft. >> I didn't steal. >> Okay. Yes, you did. I want >> I don't give you consent. I want a woman officer. You're against the It's No, it's my right. >> Okay. >> So, don't touch me. No, I do not give you consent. I swear to God. Do not touch me. >> I know my rights. You're not allowed to touch me. Just wait for >> Okay. >> So, you can't have this conversation again. This is going to happen. >> I want a woman officer. I don't want you to touch me. You hurt me officer. >> We don't have even do anything wrong. Too bad. >> I It's my right. >> So, right now, you are under arrest. >> No, I'm not. I didn't steal. No, I'm not. >> Yes, you are. No. >> You want to get those receipts ringed up and make >> Yes, please. >> Insane. >> Negative. What's your name? >> Lori. >> Lori? What? >> So, it's not your right to tell us we can't search you anymore. >> No, it is to have a woman officer. I am allowed to legally request >> for our sergeant here. >> So, then wait for him. >> We are waiting for him. >> Can I sit down? >> Then you're not going to sit down in here because we can't search you and I don't know what happened. So, if you allow us to search you, I will put you in the back of my car to sit down. >> I don't want you touching me. You guys already hurt me. She appeared to be invoking her rights out of anger, but in reality, she seemed determined to find any excuse to delay the officers. Her constant arguments showed how familiar she was with these situations. Meanwhile, loss prevention had already documented evidence of her repeated thefts. >> Uh, most recent one is going to be this one right here >> for today. >> This one was last week, but I'm getting the most recent one. >> We're getting you a receipt for I'm working on it. Let's work on the one for today and what we have and uh we'll go from there. >> Okay. >> Okay. So 6911 [snorts] you said >> or 6352. 6352. >> Okay. We're going to walk out. >> My sergeant's here now. So we can talk to him about the search. But again, I'm not going to put you in the back of my car with stuff in your pockets that I can see. >> I don't hide. It's my vape. >> Well, you wouldn't even let us grab it out. So >> why would you need to grab my vape out? We don't allow things to go in the back of our car. >> But I can't even grab it. >> People can. I'm not saying you, but people can. And we can't trust that. That's our >> That's our policy. Okay. >> Well, I need a female officer. >> We don't have a female officer. You can talk to You can talk to our sergeant. >> I will. >> That's why we called him out here to come talk to you. [snorts] >> She's not allowing us to search her. And keep >> I just want a female officer. >> We adviser. I don't need I I I really don't I I can't have a a male search me. >> You don't have one available. >> I need one. Get um female anything. I can't do that. Is there female security here? >> At this point, officers tried to explain that their actions were a response to her resistance, but she completely denied it and even attempted to twist the narrative. >> Me like four times now >> cuz you keep saying we're allowed to search you and so we're saying we're recording. Nothing's happening. So what? >> But yeah, except were you recording when that officer like hurt me? >> Yes, both of my camera was on. >> Okay. Using excessive force when I wasn't. It wasn't >> necessary. So I did tell you to stop resisting multiple times. >> I wasn't resisting. You told me to go against the wall >> and then I told you to turn around, face the wall. >> You told me to go against the wall and I did. >> No, you didn't. >> And then you grabbed me and then he grabbed me 10 times harder. >> So we're not going to talk about >> He grabbed me harder and he didn't need to. >> Well, I'll come up to that part. >> No, you won't.
