on August 4th 2022 an officer was
patrolling through the area of a park
when he observed a female walking near
the road in La Crosse Wisconsin
the female was identified as 31 year old
Cara Venable
the officer was able to identify Kara
through previous contacts and was aware
she had pending charges of a party to a
crime delivery of methamphetamine
in order to avoid escalating her the
officer didn't advise yet what the
charge was for he called for a second
officer
according to ETL with Kara and Venable
and Prescott Park
we just needed a I think an officer had
a question with you about maybe like a
theft or something I'm not entirely sure
but can you hang tight the front of my
car for me

I'm not gonna go anywhere that's fine

Dakota was charged with felony battery

he was released on a 500 signature Bond
a bench warrant was later issued for
Dakota on October 12th for failing to
appear but he returned the following day
