You ran a stop sign, you were doing 63 mph in a 45 mph posted zone as you were northbound back there on Route 31 onto Trinity Drive. The other one is for driving license suspended. Like I said, your license is currently suspended. Court date is going to be the same for both citations. It's going to be uh February 20th, 2025 at 1:30 at the McHenry County Courthouse in Woodstock right off of 47, okay? So, these are your copies. And then, instead of posting any type of bond or anything like that, it's called the uh notice of pre-trial uh conditions and release form. Okay, that's what this is called now. So, I just have to read this to you. I'm going to give you a form, you're going to have to sign it, and then you're going to have to sign my copy. And then, you guys will be on your way, okay? Submit himself or herself to the orders and process of the court. Not violate any criminal statute of any jurisdiction. Defendant shall file written notice with the clerk of court before which the proceeding is pending of any change in his or her address within 24 hours after such change. This This other part's not really going to apply. I just have to read it anyway. Pursuant to 725-5-110-10B, if the defendant is charged with a criminal offense and the victim is a family or household member, pursuant to 725 ILCS 5-112A-1, the following conditions shall also So, also be imposed. Defendant shall refrain from contact or communication with the victim for a minimum period of 72 hours following the defendant's release, and defendant shall refrain from entering or remaining at the victim's residence for a minimum of 72 hours following the defendant's release.
