today we're here to recognize the hard work and support of the OHSU night Cancer Institute staff specifically Dr Tyner and his team in Fall of 2021 Personnel from East Precinct began directing stolen vehicle missions to curtail auto theft and serious crimes with ohsu's oversight and Analysis of data sets ppb began focusing on enrichment factors and nearly doubled its success rate of identifying stolen vehicles resulting in higher arrest rates and improved outcomes through the the work that you've done we have this data driven system that's now taking shape and it's shown tremendous results more stolen vehicles have been identified with fewer stops more cars have been returned and more guns and drugs have been taken off the streets again with fewer stops from the officers that are out there from the community you all are really what helped us get their stolen cars back stop the crimes that are in their Community do the really really good work and we couldn't have done that without you so thank you
