you're going to do is you're going to do a walking turn exercise all right so I'm going to demonstrate how it's gonna how I want you what I want you to do Okay so your left foot is on the line right right foot in front of left foot hands to your thighs and stand in this position so that's how I tell you to start okay so what you're going to do is go ahead and put yourself in that position okay just stay in that position until I tell you to start okay so what you're going to do is you're going to take nine Heel To Toe steps down the line and Counting them out out loud okay on your ninth step you're going to take a small series of steps and keep your left foot on the line and take nine here just toe steps down the back down the line all right your heels and Toes have to touch all right so it's gonna look like this all right obviously I don't have my line so I'm just going to go about it just so you can see it okay or can you give me some light so you're like this right all right you're gonna count nine so you're gonna go one two three and so forth until you get to nine okay on nine you're gonna take a small series of steps keeping your left foot on the line and count and take nine heels or toe steps back down the line one two three do you understand these instructions all right all right make sure you put yourself in that position left foot on the line right foot in front of left foot heels the toe touching and count out loud to your steps oh oh okay and then your nine steps back your nine steps back down the line [Music] [Music] all right so this next exercise all right it's just a balanced thing a balance exercise okay all right so what I need you to do is as feet together hands to your sides like so all right arms out two thighs okay all right do not perform this testing do not perform this exercise until I tell you to do so do you understand okay so when I tell you to start I want you to raise either leg left or right approximately six inches off the ground keeping your parallel foot on the ground okay You're Gonna Keep both legs straight arms at your sides and you're going to hold that position and count out loud 1001 1002 1003 and so forth until I tell gonna Point whatever foot you decide okay you're gonna stand here heels to heels touching towards it touching arms to the side okay and you're gonna pick up whichever foot all right so if you do a foot whatever foot you decide to pick you're gonna look at look down at that foot it's going to be pointed like so all right okay so you're gonna do this 1001 1002 1003 and so forth you understand
