all right I made in this position while I explain the task do you understand okay when I say begin tilt your head back to about a 45 degree angle and close your eyes so I'm not gonna close my eyes but just your head back 45 degree angle so about 45 and then you're going to close your eyes okay okay all right when I tell you to do so so for now just you just hang up okay okay yep all right all right when I say right you must touch your right index finger to your nose when I say left you must touch your left index finger to your nose do you understand okay all right so begin left left on those okay I'm gonna read these instructions to you one more time okay ready to put it back down I'm gonna need you to tilt your head back at a 45 degree angle and close your eyes while I'm doing this okay yes okay okay all right left right [Music] left okay no no right right that's right same thing all right you can open your eyes look back at me okay all right all right first Nest task I'm gonna need you to place our hands Palm the Palm with one hand up and one hand down like this okay yeah just like this see all my hands are look at my hands one on top one on top of the other okay okay all right remain in this position while I explain the task do you understand okay when I tell you to begin you're going to turn the top hand over and count out loud one then you're going to turn the hand back over and count out loud two counting only when the hands may contact like this it's gonna be like one two one two repeat this speed up as you go and do not stop until told make sure to keep your hands and fingers parallel during each patch like this one two one two one two do you understand yes sir yes sir okay you can begin one two to so we can speed up one two one two one two one two one two one two one two one two one two okay stop your speed I'll talk about that in a second okay so okay next I'm gonna need you to make a fist with both hands place your left face Center of your chest and your right fist against your left face like this yep okay remaining in this position while I explain the tax do you understand when I say begin you must perform four tasks the first task is this is to count out loud from one to four while moving your fists in a step like faction making contact between your fists at each step so it's gonna be like this one two three four like one two three four yes okay okay the second task is to memorize position of your fist after you have counted to four and clap your hands three times and return your fists to the memorized position so it's gonna be like this watch me watch me I'm gonna demonstrate for you okay one two three four this is important for him so okay so that and then so clap your hands three times and then come back to the memorized position okay and then the third task is remove your fists in a step like fashion in reverse order counting out loud from from five to eight returning your left fist to your chest so five six seven eight and then you're like this here chest Force task is to open your hands with the Palms down and place them in your lap just like that Palms down after after eight pops down like this Palms down on flatten your lap like that yep okay I'm gonna run you through that one more time okay so one two three four one two three five six seven eight yeah so the left fist in the center of your chest yes okay so do you understand yeah okay you can begin five six seven eight there you go okay uh maybe you didn't understand I'll explain it to you one more time okay so watch one two three four you clap three times one two three just watch me I'm demonstrating okay then here you go five six seven eight all right so you can go ahead and do it again yeah okay so the left is the closest off the start you have your starting with your left against your chest okay so you understand now so I'm gonna go one two all right I'm gonna tell you to begin just go back to this position okay so left close to the chest yeah right here okay so ready begin then I'm gonna go to the chest right you told me you understood the task so I don't know I mean if you give me one two three four that's money one two three four it's money three four it's money more what did I do wrong all right man so let's just get this straight away all right so based off what I've seen I'm detecting all the signs of impairment that was um you know obviously that was very evident to me that you're not okay to be operating a vessel a vehicle anything like that so what I'm going to do now is to stand up and turn around and put your hands on your back okay so just go ahead and stand up for me come on yes I'm serious I'm trying to put your hands on your back okay you're under arrest for suspicious you don't want to do this you can arrest me okay if you're gonna pull my hand away like that again you're going cuffs as well I don't understand please just please take a seat right here it was me hey AJ just have her move over here man I don't want a place here in the cops as well let's go ahead Step Up step up on the deck here watch watchful you can drop it right here we're just gonna walk up here okay I'm sure do you have shoes on the boat just go and sit down right here man you sit down for me please sit down this is all your stuff right here oh yeah you put on it on a different stance right here you want to get up on the flat ground is that going to be easier for you call somebody else or something do you have shoes on the boat yeah okay are they sandals or do you know where his shoes are okay [Music] shoes it's like if you if you get somebody else you take us home I don't have to drive my truck home I don't I don't know my problem is you are already operating The Vessel I mean I gotta go back to doctors and in the State of Florida you are allowed to consume alcohol while you're driving the boat but there is a legal limit when I had my immediate personal contact you are stumbling you've dropped your glasses you dropped your wallet you couldn't provide a divided attention I asked you three times to grab this is for sure as well to me I'm sorry that I have a duty to protect the citizens and then the fact that we we see that and then allow you to pull a trail down here and then go drive that down the road that's not that's not allowed no that's not nobody goes around me oh that's not how this works okay so is this your shirt as well okay it's a little bit damp would you like to put it on in your shoes as well yeah so I'm going to take them off you and then you can get this you can get dressed and then I'll put it back on you okay as long as you comply going though you're gonna be going you're going to jail for suspicion of by putting on the influence okay you all can can't call nobody else and like get this thing fixed like it's not that's not always works I don't have to drive home can you show that [ __ ] seven [ __ ] 15 reference I'm gonna stand you up and we're gonna get you guys trust me if you think it's okay I'm not going yep she if she wants to that okay yeah if you wanted her to take come on it's cold Steve I'm begging you man I mean just so somebody I don't put the hand on top of your head it's not about that no problem no problem take it off put them on my head just slums I'm not gonna see it there's somebody who shot me home oh you can go ahead and get your shirt on and your shoes okay you made choices Ain't Nothing Gonna Change what they're doing it's a done deal I just want to know where with the rest of the people that came in here like I knew that was wrong understand something I don't have an answer respectfully we'll read it back the trailer down and I saw something and see what it's going to be because I lost the kid today and that that's the whole reason we do this is to prevent people from dying okay yeah go ahead and then just put shoes on and then I just gotta put these cups back on you okay and then uh you can choose what you want to take with you to jail if you want her to take some of your property it's up to you um any cash or anything like that if you want to leave it with her I mean well you might need it for if you're gonna bail out so you really gotta take me a joke yes okay go ahead and put your hands back behind your back please you want to leave your glasses with her the last stuff you take with you the jail the better even those gold necklaces do you want to just take his ID his ID yeah I just need his ID out of there and then if you want to have your phone or something like that you can and otherwise you could just leave it with her yeah yeah you could take them off and leave it with her if you would like to as well shouldn't have to go there I don't think okay because you've already violated the law by driving a vessel on state waters right your normal faculties are there okay thank you would you like your watch off too here you go thinking yep all right come on let's go over to the you mind transporting her because uh you don't have the case I don't have a cage like no he's fine he's fine okay I'm gonna go get your car and bring it over here I understand listen just please just please okay so what do we do you have anyone who can come pick up your vessel in your truck anybody I know foreign hey Christopher how old are you 20. it's from 21 a couple weeks so he's underage too yeah all right so he's got someone coming for the boat she would have said that yeah he's going to take care of the boat put the boat on the trailer and then just park it here okay so I I understand and then just can I cannot have your ID just so I can have to call him yeah I just have to call in who we release the vessel on the vehicle to I know you declared your vehicle yeah I mean I'd rather I mean yeah that's good you want me I'll transport that's no problem yeah I mean that's good I just want to get with you make sure I got everything in order before I head out of here so so heart we're gonna go ahead and put you in the truck okay the truck yes go where where do you think you're going you're going to the gym they're taking everything I still gotta go to jail for what yes you're gonna go to the blood alcohol testing facility and they're gonna give you the option to provide a breath sample which you can refuse it's a 500 if it's your first refusal if you've never refused before I don't need to and I I'm trying to understand okay for Bui voting Under the Influence your first refusal is only a 500 civil penalty if you've had a prior refusal for DUI or anything before it would be constitute a misdemeanor and your license would be suspended yeah I never had anything in my life okay all right so we're just gonna we have to place you in the vehicle so you're going to go to the blood alcohol testing facility you'll be have your chance to provide a breath sample you can refuse there if you chose and after we finish at the back where he's going to transfer you from the red blood alcohol testing facility and up you into a gun club Main Jail yep right at the same right next door to each other AJ which you just mind running over everybody to help me out with it yeah you got Robin I'll go over there with you okay but I just wanted to get that first of course nothing else can do to not get me in there let's go let's go yeah yeah it would be a lot quicker and smoother yeah oh come on why you turn it around man come on let's go let's go let's go get me in That's it man that's it that's it I've never been in my life okay so do you mind just putting them in your cage I'm not for that man uh just give me one moment okay send me home no man that's not how this works why not because look you're breaking the law and you have to deal the consequences though okay so that this smoother smoother this goes go through the process and you move on with your life okay okay but now listen to me so from the time you've been arrested so now so once you're replacing handcuffs you have eight hours from that time and then you'll be released from jail okay but you have to be processed and then it goes from there okay so then it's an eight hour window so then you're gonna set the range for somebody to come pick you up okay people die every day from accidents you know you're slightly impaired you actually you accidentally swerve or something like that but you you even said it right there you were about to go drive right you were about to go back that trailer down you're about to go drive down that road and you see why that could be an issue and then you can be issues you Zig when you should have zagged or you've been you missed a light or something like that next you know that that's somebody's life that's somebody's family you know what I'm saying give me a joke when somebody else can drive my truck okay well look I'm Not Bummer myself that's not that's not how this works okay you're repaired operating I'm not I'm not supposed to be in the situation I'm saying well you are now that's awesome let's go ahead and just hang out in front of the truck all right yeah yeah I just I don't trust you okay nothing you can do Ken it's getting me not to go to jail I have I understand I am totally it is this here's the understanding okay you make choices don't have an answer for your choices you make they made their decisions they made their decision their decision is final it ain't Let's Make a Deal to thank Bob Barker and which thing we can choose it's not you put them in a position safety their observations were clear it wasn't a so he's not doing the right thing and he's not doing the other thing when he had no doubt so he put you through all these tests and made you go back through this again multiple tests but he went yes but he went back through again giving you the benefit of the doubt because most people they'd have been done in 10 minutes he went through it because I could just ride home it's the point is is hurt in front of them they observed it somebody is listening like a speeding ticket this ain't like oops I understand AJ take a picture of them tell somebody three things and like yeah unless he wants to take a picture for it we just saw the picture of the Mahi yet oh no he's gonna leave him up there okay okay he says hey I'm arresting him Beyond I mean I'm just gonna check your pockets you have anything his dad's coming here my bad all right sir did uh she already leave with uh okay but it's okay to give that to your dad sounds like a will say that there's no I never I never did anything in my life there's it do you have uh can I take it come on I'm not going anywhere would you grab your truck keys and your trailer keys you think I'm gonna run away you said you were gonna allow him to drive here right there yeah they're going to allow for him to pull your yeah five minutes if you want to go ahead and we can place them in my car I clear my cage come on let's go I understand what you're saying don't see the record it's never been like it's never it's not the end of your life yes it is I'm trying to get fvo legislama and dad and I can't get in there when you get a regular money you can you can get a lawyer no reason there's no reason to be man it's gonna be taken care of okay why can't I see until my dad gets here though you'll be able to speak to yourself please come on I don't know why this I've never been like this that's the point get them all I know you're being cool now but you never know that's what that that's a thing like you seem like a very good guy just be cooperative and everything will be okay okay where am I gonna run all right I want to close in okay [Music] [Applause] [Music]
