We are part of an attorney general initiative in Flaggler, Valuchia and Bvard County closing down on these uh games of chance, these video gambling establishments. This is one of a group of search warrants that we're participating in. You know, these are illegal, okay? They take your money, they money launder it, and they send it overseas to be used against our country. So, when you're in there thinking you're making 50 bucks, they're sending hundreds and hundreds of thousands of dollars overseas. We're going to work with the attorney general to come after the scumbags that own these establishments and they know what they're renting them out for. And you'll be surprised at some of the names that come out that they know what's going on here that people are dumping their pension checks in here for money that's used against us so that these slum lords can make money on the back end. So, we need help from the legislature though. You got to make a decision. Either you're going to legalize it, tax it, and regulate it or you're going to shut it down and hold everybody accountable that's responsible for us. Uh this morning we're here to announce about 40 unlawful gambling operations were taken down in the last few days as part of a widespread sting. Let me say this. If it looks like a duck, if it quacks like a duck, if it swims like a duck, it's a duck. What we're seeing here is illegal gambling. And when we go in and we exam examine these machines, we find out that many of them are even set to not even pay out. There is no chance that you can even win playing these particular machines because they are unregulated. So that's that's theft. That's cheating. That's that's whatever you would like to call it. These these individuals that are coming there believing that they're going there to to win um stand no chance when they walk through the door. They are being prayed upon by the people that operate these locations.
