Hello. The reason I'm stopping you is expired registration, okay? Um and then we got a complaint from the hotel over there that your window was broken out. >> going to >> Okay. Do you have your driver's license on you and proof of insurance? You said you were going to report that later? Okay. Yeah, I mean you're not in any trouble over it or anything like that. We just wanted to figure it out and make, you know, see if you wanted to press charges and >> Yeah, I do. And then she also Oh, I got my foot ripped the road or whatever. She kicked my door and then put a nail in my tire, too, and then she also assaulted me. >> Okay. And is that Danielle? Okay, that's what we figured. Okay. Do you have a picture of your insurance card? Do you have an updated one by any chance? I'm sorry. >> Phone call completed. >> Mhm. Okay. While you look for that, I'll be right back, okay? I'm going to get her out and >> Supposedly, she was going to call the cops. And then my manager told me to call the cops. I'm going to have to call the police. Lady is real rude. Why call them out? They walked in. >> Yeah. >> Like there was clothes on the counters getting from the room, so >> I'll get her out. Do that. She's got like five kids in the car with her, so Yeah, we're going All right, go to the mall. Yeah. So, I'll get her out real quick and >> the Who's with her? >> Just kids. Just the kids? >> I haven't seen the backseat, but >> [bell] >> Hello, sir. Good. Find that insurance card. >> I didn't I didn't know I had I forgot once I got an insurance card. I didn't have gotten insurance >> Okay. >> Are you James? >> Yes. >> Ten-four. What's that? >> [music] >> Yeah, I mean, if you don't have proof of insurance, I'll have to. >> Can I James, can I see your phone real quick? >> Not yet. Cynthia, could you step out for me, please? >> Um >> [music] >> I can't um cuz I was going to turn myself in or whatever for >> Well, you got to take care of it now. >> All right. So, I have to turn myself in. There's no way that I could >> You have what? >> I could lose my >> I know. So, what What we'll do is I I got to confirm the warrant. And then um from there they'll see if you have a bond, if you are going to go over the county, like they'll they'll decide it. So, but we have to take care of it now. Okay? >> Huh? What are you going to tell the kids? >> I know. Could you just step out for me, please, Cynthia? Do you have anybody that [music] can come pick up your kids in the car and everything? >> I do. >> Okay. >> [music] >> Just walk towards [music] my car. Walk over this side. I'm just going to cuff you in the front, okay? >> Do you think I'll have a bond? >> I'm not sure what they're going to I haven't talked to the county yet, so. What's that? >> Wait a minute, you guys are bothering me right now. >> I know. >> I do it, but I don't want to sit there all day, you >> You don't have any weapons or anything illegal on you, do you? Want to step down there and just face my car. I'm going to >> Can you go arrest her? >> What's that? >> guys going to go arrest her? >> If you'd like, I mean, if you want to press charges for the >> and everything and then she tried to get into my kids' room last night. >> Okay. >> I pushed her away and then I >> Okay. So, we'll have Officer Bentley speak with you about that, okay? Cuz he was the one that was talking with you through the back door. And he'll talk with you about that, okay? Just turn around for me. I'm going to pat you down using the back of my hand just to make sure you don't have any weapons, okay? Is it I don't Yeah, somewhere. I I don't know. I'll figure it out. >> [laughter] >> All right. So, yeah, you're good to get in the car. Let me just make sure that you're good to go. I think you're you probably are. I mean, you're nothing's wrong here, so um Yeah, let me just confirm and then we'll go with you, okay? >> Can you Can you meet us back at the kids' in just a couple of of protect you. I'm going to read you your rights, okay? So, you have the right to remain silent, do you understand? Anything you say can be used against you in a court of law or other proceedings, do you understand? You have the right to a lawyer for advice before we ask you any questions that apply to you during questioning, do you understand? If you cannot afford a lawyer, one will be appointed for you free of charge before any questioning if you wish, do you understand? The only reason I read that to you is because I got to ask about the kids because of the the division that you did with them because you they were up on the second floor. You were down on the first floor. So, you weren't in contact with them. What? Which kids were upstairs? And how old is the youngest one that was upstairs? What are What are the ages? For the ones It's a crime in the way of supervision because if something happens, you're on the hook for it. And seeing as how she marched into the room with them, you were nowhere to be found. I understand that that makes it a problem because they're unsupervised there. If she had done something I understand. That's why I'm I'm asking cuz I don't know how the how the youngest is One of them looks like they're pretty young. If you want to get in the car, you you're good. >> five-year-old. I'm not saying that >> All kind of fall 30. >> Did they have phones to make a contact here? >> I'm not sure if we told you >> 95 They'd be able to tell me what to do in an emergency. >> Confirm that. >> What to do in the case of a small fire or medical emergency with a five-year-old, okay? I I wouldn't be doing that, okay? I I have to contact DCFS and let them know about this. I'm not saying anything's going to come of it. I'm just letting you know. The The motel doesn't know all the laws. It's just it You need to have an adult there to supervise. So, if anything happens, like I said, if she'd have gone in there and committed some kind of crime, you're on the hook as well. And if you weren't there supervising, if she went in there and did something to the to the youngest child, and if you weren't in there, you could be on the hook for it. Well, I'm not saying that. That's why That's why I'm not going to say that you You're not going to be charged with anything, but I have to refer to DCFS and let them look at it to decide, okay? Chances are they're going to say, "Yeah, that's no problem." It's the same thing like at your house. Leave them there, and you know, 14 years old and they're supervising a couple of 5-year-olds. In my eyes, the way the law's written right now, it's okay. Because as long as they can as long as there's certain factors like they can say what an emergency is, they know what to do in an emergency, have contact with you, then in our eyes, it's okay, okay? But, I'm not going to say that cuz I can't speak for them. They're completely different entities. At this time, it's just a report. So, which which ones were upstairs in the room? Okay. And Hannah's your niece? So, you have a a niece and a nephew. Okay. Who is the parent of the other So, tell me Katie. And Katie and what's her last name? >> Dorn. >> We have all of this stuff to go through with you. And that would be you, Stephanie or Katie? They'll probably talk to them. They're different different kids. They they would want to make sure that So, do you have any questions for me? Um When you go down to the station we'll have them have you sign charges. The battery, like I said, I got to go down there and look at that and see. So, have you And I'll bring pictures to you of the van. So, where where all at you said? The window? The door? Was that earlier as well, the door? Cuz all I saw was the window. So, she's taking the sliding door? Past the front door? All right. So, no questions? Okay. Do you understand what you're going for? I'm going to write for failure to appear. >> What's that? Yeah, I don't know what's going on back there. >> All right. We're going to be finding out shortly. >> What's going on up >> This whole thing So, they called, which I still don't know why she left. They called because >> They let me know when >> He's good to go. >> Well, I got to check >> Oh, okay. >> The hotel called because she reported them that the window was busted out. So, she went and looked at the video. So, she went back looking at the video, sees this woman in a white jacket. It's very It's not a very good video, but uh she goes and she walks over and you can see her doing something and then um Robin up there says she watched She was watching the whole thing through and said that nobody else ever approached the van. When it gets light out, you can actually see that there's that window is missing. Um and there's glass all over the ground right there. Um so, she says she kept watching. This lady comes back in the beat-up old van and is kind of hanging around, bopping around, ends up pulling around front, goes inside, unlocks the doors. It's like she wasn't She's not a customer there. And uh she sees a couple of kids, you know, down at you know, down at trying to get looking at breakfast. She goes into the room. She goes into the room. She's in there for maybe like What What do you say? >> Or you didn't see that. >> see that. Uh maybe I 10 seconds at most and then backs out of the room. Leaves. I thought it was Danielle Fischka. I had described the van and her to him and he goes, "Sounds like Danielle Fischka." And he went in and looked and it's her. So, now she's saying that she got beat up by her. So, we'll have to go back and watch the video. >> There's four >> See if there's an actual fight. Um But I mean otherwise, I I got her for the criminal damage. So. >> Yeah. >> Let me grab my phone. >> Yeah, that's >> She must have dropped the other kids off then already. >> There's four in here. Yeah, she said she had her niece and nephew in that room, too. >> Oh.
