You see the part Tony's not telling you is he likes to dabble in that whole sovereign citizen madness, but then claims he's a veteran and has a totally clean criminal record, which we'll check in a little bit. Let's get through traffic stop. I am a law-abiding citizen that was minding my own business and actually on my way to the police station to pay a ticket that I had received a few days before when this encounter occurred. It was the third time in less than a week that I had been pulled over by Howell Township police here in New Jersey. As you will see in the video, I was basically fed up and felt that I had a target on my back, so I just refused to comply with their unlawful demands and began evoking my constitutional rights. As we all know, the cops tend to get upset when we don't bow down to them and do what they say. So, sure enough, this government minion came onto the scene and quickly started escalating the whole situation over me having tint on my vehicle windows. Last time I checked, that wasn't a capital offense for him to escalate the situation to the extent that he did. I thought their job description says that they are supposed to de-escalate the situation. But, anyway, you will see up to the part until my phone was taken away by the police and they turned off the recording. Subsequently, I was put into custody and arrested because after I got out of the car, I had a pocketknife on me that is not even illegal, but they were on a witch hunt to find anything they could call a weapon and charge me for it. The icing on the cake was that they towed my vehicle because they claimed it was unsafe to drive because the front driver side tire had a little worn tread. Unbelievable. Has anyone ever heard of a car being towed for not perfect tread on the tire? It was a first for me, too. The Howell Township Police Department is a bunch of nitpicking wussies that have nothing better to do than harass a military veteran who served my country honorably and hit me off with a bunch of frivolous tickets just to meet their quotas for the month. Mind you, once again, I am a law-abiding with no criminal record. All right, Tony. Come on now. Look at all these charges. And all those charges from 2022? No criminal record? I'm just looking at 2022, pal. Yeah, this isn't the the only page. Let's check the next page and continue. Yeah. No criminal record. Okay, Tony. Yeah, we're your story now. I'm not a convicted felon. For the love of God, I have never had a speeding ticket in my whole life. Tony, I've just shown all your charges and right there, 75 in a 55, reckless driving, you were speeding. And I got my driver's license in 1998. There is a backstory to this and why I get harassed by these degenerates frequently. I went to high school with half of the department and they were losers who got picked on and have some kind of psychological complexes and in their sick twisted heads want to get back at everyone or anyone that they feel did them wrong in the past. All right, Tony. So, let's take a look at that traffic stop. Motor vehicle stop, I'm requesting your credentials. Are you the registered owner, sir? I'm going to record this for your protection, my protection. That's not a problem. Can you do me a favor? I can't hear you. Would you mind putting out the two things? Put out the cigarette, please. I'm allergic to smoke. Um yeah, I can put the cigarette out. Thank you. I appreciate that. Now, the second is I can't I can't hear what you're saying. I I can hear you perfectly fine. I I I don't want to sir. I can't hear you. I can hear you perfectly fine. Okay, I can't hear you. You might be able to hear me I have a sunroof open and I have this on. your license, registration, insurance, please. What's a favor. Don't reach down there. I'm not reaching down. My hands are right here. Talk to me and tell me what you're doing, sir. Okay, if you got to grab your credentials, I'd like to know that. Um I'm asking what the emergency is. registration, insurance, please. I'm asking what the emergency is. Sir, there's no emergency. You're on a motor vehicle stop. I'm asking you to be cooperative on a motor vehicle stop. HOW CAN I HELP? I'M SORRY, I CAN'T HEAR YOU. HOW CAN I HELP? I'd like your license, registration, and proof of insurance, please. I'll be more than happy to give it to you without any due cause, but I'd like to see your license, registration, insurance to see who I'm dealing with, please. I'm sorry. or information you're alleging that gave you probable cause to stop and accost me? I'd be more than happy to answer that. One is you have tint on the window. The second second reason is, are you the registered owner? The tint on my windows My window is rolled down. me a question. I'm answering your question. I'm going to request your license, registration, proof insurance, please. I'm going to have to plead my Fifth Amendment on that. Okay. Are you the registered owner, sir? I'm going to have to Make sure your camera and your audible is on on this one. I'm going to have to remain silent on that. I had the right to remain silent. But I didn't have the ability. Okay, I'm going to ask for your license, registration, proof insurance, please. Again, for the fourth time. I understand you're pleading your Fifth Amendment. You told me that that door does not open. You told me the window doesn't open. I complied and came to this side. Yeah, it doesn't. That's not a problem. That's why I have the red tape on there. owner? Yes, I am. Okay. Second reason why I stopped you is because you are the registered owner and your license is expired. You big cold-blooded dummy. That's not That's not correct. Could I please see your license, registration, proof and please, to verify? Yes, I'm going to grab it right now, officer. As long as I know where you're grabbing and what you're grabbing, I appreciate it. I see you received some tickets already. I'm on my way right there right now for the same reason you're pulling me over, sir. Okay. So, so there is reasons to stop you. I just got stopped the other day. You asked me a question, you were pleading your Fifth Amendment, and then you asked me what's the reason why I stopped you, and I gave it to you, Mr. Anthony the Third? Yes. Okay. There's There's no statute in New Jersey that says I have to Absolutely, because there's a separate summons that you can be issued for not having a license in your possession. But look what But But if you look what it's for, it's for failure Where's your driver's license? You have to have it by law on you when you're driving. That's the law. So, you're telling me you don't have insurance on the car, which means you'll get a summons for that. No, I didn't If you don't present me your your license or your registration, you are getting summonses for that. You also get one for not have You have a front plate? You're handing me tickets that I was on my way to take care of, and you guys pulled me over. license, registration, insurance by law. It says it right there. It doesn't matter what it says. I still need by law a license, registration, and proof of insurance. Please step out of the car. Are you threatening me? order to get out of the vehicle. Do it now, or we'll do it by force. Is that what you want? So, you're threatening me? Yes. Yes. You're threatening me, officer, with with physical harm. out of the car right now. I will break your window and drag you out the window. Step out of the vehicle. So, you're threatening me with physical harm. Step out of the car. Why are you threatening me with physical harm? Because you're not You can't fix stupid.
