Ma'am, so this is what This is what's going on. The The tag on his vehicle does not appear like it's it's proper back to any state. So, it appears the vehicle is unregistered. Then on top of that, I come up here. I'm asking for his identification documents, and he's handing me a stack of the papers instead of a driver's license. So, I'm concerned he might be driving without a driver's license, and his vehicle might be unregistered. >> because he signed a heart treaty, and you are in violation of it right now. >> What? Okay, where's your What's your name, boss? Sir, what's your name? >> Destry. Well, this is the thing. If we cannot properly identify you, then then could be a potential issue for us coming up. All right. Well, that's fine. He doesn't necessarily have to talk to me, but he does have to obey my lawful commands. >> Sir, as you know, as you know, the terms of the Geneva Convention clearly state that you are required to have knowledge of every term. >> Hey Murphy, why is he looking at my stuff for? >> This is part of his job. Hey Murphy, can you just switch to me real fast? Who? Lieutenant who? What what Lieutenant who? Lieutenant who? I think you mean trying to say Galarza. >> Yeah. >> Just hold on one here. I just got to look at something real fast. >> Your uniform, that's going to be negative. Comes back on a blue 2012 Ford registered to a Loralyn DeBonsi out of Lake Helen. Expired by 8 2022. >> All right, sir. This is kind of where we're at. So, I checked the uh >> Hang on. Hang on, Michelle. Hang on. Hang on. Hang on. Michelle. Michelle, hang on. >> So, this is kind of where we're at. So, I checked the VIN. The car is currently looks like it's unregistered. So, if you don't have Do you have a Florida driver's license or a driver's license out of another state that I can check to ensure that you're a licensed driver? >> Right there is all I got. >> Okay. Well, there's a problem. So, I tried to search you up under this. I can't find anybody, you know, I can't find you. So, if I can't verify that you're you have a valid driver's license, then how am I supposed to let you drive off? >> She's coming. >> All right, that's not going to That's not going to change anything. >> He's saying I got to have a valid driver's license, which I operate a motor vehicle in the state of Florida. Yes, sir. >> Yeah. Okay, sir. This is is a simple question. Do you have a valid driver's license? >> Right there is all my paperwork I got. >> Okay. >> Is your middle name Mark? Well, it's cuz he's got it right here. He's got paperwork in his hand. All we're trying to do is just identify it and send you on your way. Um, is that your last name? >> No. >> Okay, is your ID through Florida? >> No. >> What state is it from? >> I'm right here. >> Yeah. What state is it from? >> What state she's coming to talk to me. >> That's fine. What state is your ID from? >> I don't have an ID. I would surrender my ID and my birth certificate in here. >> When you used to have an ID, what state was it from? >> Um, Colorado. >> Colorado? >> Yeah. Okay. >> What's your What's that? >> It don't It don't It won't register because of Fine. Here she is. She's right here. >> That's fine. I I don't need her actually and she's not going to come over here. Um, what is your date of birth? >> It's right here. Everything's right here. >> No, it's not everything is right here. Okay. >> Does that make sense? >> Not at all. Destry, hop on out. >> Step out of the car, please. Have I done something wrong? Wait, whoa, whoa, whoa, whoa. Why are you dragging me out of the car? What have I done? >> Hop out of the car. >> Have I done something wrong? >> You're failing to You're failing to identify yourself. >> I That's not a That's not a law. That's not a misdemeanor. It's not a law. Don't get in my car. What are you guys doing? >> Get out. >> Don't get me out of the car. All right. All right, I'm getting out. All right, getting out. Getting out. You guys >> Now, you're under arrest, buddy. >> Damn. >> We're not doing anything. >> What do you call it? >> Okay. Yes. Do you want to talk to him or not? If not, we're going to get him out of here. We're trying to give you the keys. Hey, what >> Hey, watch your back. >> I need to identify myself because I have a phone number for him. >> Unlock this door now. >> No, I'm not going to un- You >> Get out. >> We're breaking in? >> Open the door now. Yes, sir. Now, get out. Get out. >> I'm not booking into your >> Actually, 951. >> Yeah. >> All right. >> We have another 10-50. Do we have a watch commander en route now? >> Well, that didn't go as planned, and we're about to hit every single rabbit hole in the sovereign citizen playbook. But first, >> What we're going to do right here is go back. Way back. Back into time. >> In 2002, Michelle Lynn legally became Laura Lynn Michelle. Same person. >> [music] >> Remember both names. By 2020, a business record lists Ephraim Bait Ranch Company [music] in Lake Helen. Remember that name as well. Then on November 11, 2023, Destry is arrested and charged for an unregistered vehicle, resisting without violence, and driving while license suspended habitual offender. That's a felony. And Michelle arrives during the stop and faces two felony charges, resisting with violence and battery on an officer, plus five misdemeanors in a totally separate case. Two people, four cases. That's right, sovereign overachievers. Michelle initially gets released on her own recognizance. No cash bond, just a court-ordered version of we're trusting you to come back. Destry's release, on the other hand, came with a $3,500 cash bond. So, the court was willing to take Michelle at her word. And in six days, that decision is going to age spectacularly. And six days later, Laura Lynn files a UCC form claiming 7 million kilograms of 99% pure monoatomic gold. 3 hours and 29 minutes later, Destry claims $25 million in treasury instruments. Same trust, same address. Now, keep in mind, a UCC filing is just notice of a claim, not proof of the claim. Her debtor box says Nabozny. Her collateral text says Walgerman. She called Destry her husband, but which one did he marry? Michelle or Laura Lynn? November 21st, the prosecutor charges Destry with three misdemeanors. The habitual offender felony from the arrest was dropped as part of a plea deal. >> [music] >> Destry takes the deal and pleads no contest to the misdemeanor charges. Two days in jail, credit for two served, plus $323 in costs from his cash bond. No additional jail time. And Destry's criminal case ends [music] there. And Michelle's is just starting. December 7th, Michelle files 21 pages of demands, including a motion to cancel and dismiss, replacing her public defender with the trustee. And then the affidavit gets a grammar inspection. Pronouns, adjectives, adverbs. [music] This is quantum grammar thanks to guru David Wynn Miller. If parts of speech dismiss criminal charges, my eighth grade English teacher could empty a courthouse by lunch. The misdemeanor case gets the trust, foreign defense language, and a fee schedule. And look, Destry signs it, too. Government authority is not a Columbia House membership. You can't mail it back saying, "Please cancel." January 9th, Michelle misses her felony pre-trial. The court issues a no-bond capias, and she's taken back into custody. That ROR decision is aging well. The next day, Alliance Bail Bonds posts a $5,000 surety bond. The form is signed by Destry and checks promissory note, and the $500 was paid. Also in January, the felony court orders a competency evaluation, and attorney Brown appears for the defense. February brings another case, [music] and this one is about the Lake Helen property. Fairwinds Credit Union sues Laura Lynn and the Bait Ephraim Yeshua Trust [music] to foreclose. The credit union says it has the original note, and apparently naming your trust on a UCC form does not make the mortgage disappear. Fairwinds also records a lis pendens Notice that the [music] Lake Helen property is subject to a foreclosure lawsuit. That's an actual court case involving the same trust we just saw claiming all that gold. Now, keep an eye on what Michelle does with it. By May, Laura-Lynn, or Michelle, [music] sends the foreclosure court what she calls an amicus brief. That means friend of the court. [music] Writing it on the cover does not make you one, though. She also calls herself a bounty hunter and proposes capturing and liquidating a fugitive in a mortgage case. Yes, I checked and we did not switch to a western. [music] Page two calls her the appointed bounty hunter and banker. Appointed by who? This paper does not establish an appointment or give her authority over the lender's property. On page three, the trust is announcing its own foreclosure rules, contracts, and jurisdiction. Those are her claims. The court still [music] has a case to decide. By June, the evaluator says Michelle is incompetent to proceed, but restorable. Attorney Brown asks the court to dismiss her cases, but the court orders a different path. The judge orders restoration on conditional release with monitoring. Michelle crosses out all in the instruction to obey laws and writes that she will not breach criminal laws. Yes, breach, to ease. Her spelling. She offers notice if she moves. The plan requires court [music] approval. She signs it, and remember that signature. The misdemeanor court separately adopts the incompetency finding. That is its own order, not a dismissal. In October, the provider reports no progress, non-participation, and that Michelle absconded. Those are the provider's statements to the court. Now, watch what happens next. Remember the foreclosure case and that self-described bounty hunter? In January of 2025, the court decides $373,815.08 due to Fairwinds [music] Credit Union, the plaintiff. Michelle and the trust are defendants. Her May filings did not stop the judgment. Reality brought receipts. Nine days later, the felony hearing couldn't proceed because Michelle was absent. The sovereign trusts and quantum grammar filings didn't win. There was no hearing. In March of 2026, the misdemeanor case is dismissed without prejudice. [music] That does not dismiss her felony case, though. Next, a paper calling itself the Ephraim National Supreme Court with a return address care of diplomatic courier, New Rochelle, New York. Mail can get there, but judicial authority, however, it calls Laurel Ann a corporate fiction name and Michelle Lee the beneficiary. Remember the name change in Colorado? One woman, two legal names. That's the straw man theory. This tries to split them into two people and is rejected by [music] courts everywhere. It alleges federal crimes and declares judgments vacated. Creating your own National Supreme Court does not vacate a Florida judgment. Here are the names: Hadasha Mishael, Bradley Carl, and Pablo Ramon. The page calls them trustee, justice of the peace, and chief clerk. I'm not sure what language it's written in. It looks to be a fusion of Hebrew and Latin glyphs. And these titles and seal do not create a court. Otherwise, every office supply store would need a judicial wing. So, Duster took the plea deal, Michelle's misdemeanor case was dismissed [music] without prejudice, and her felony case remained open. And that is where the court record ends. So, when your defense needs a trustee, a vessel, millions in gold, and a Supreme Court with a courier address, you may need a very particular attorney. >> I'm attorney Scary H. Parker, and I work for you. Listen to these satisfied clients. >> I was in an accident. My husband removed the brakes from my car and I applied into a concrete wall. Scary Parker got me $25,000. >> Why are you sitting at home when you could be in a car accident right now earning a nice chunk of change? I'm Scary H. Parker and I'm ready to fight for you. >> I stretched my body across the tracks of a roller coaster at a world-renowned amusement park. I was split down the middle. Scary Parker got me two settlements. >> Don't waste your time in front of the TV. Get out there and get hit. My office is open 24 hours. Operators are standing by just waiting to make you rich. I'm Scary H. Parker. Call me. 1-800-NO-BONES. Remember, the bigger the gash, the bigger the cash. >> Scary H. Parker got me $2.1 million. >> The previous testimony is from a head on a plate. There is no guarantee that you will live. Death and dismemberment a great possibility. No [music] purchase necessary. Void where prohibited. >> Facts or frauds. If this is the kind of follow through you want after the body cam, like the video, [music] subscribe, give it a hype, share it with your friends, and tell me which document made you look twice. And to our members, thank you. [music] Your support helps me get the records, read beyond the captions, and put both the claims and the court outcomes on screen. I appreciate you making that work possible. One issue. [music] Thank you. We grew up being told to read the fine print. When somebody promises all the rewards and none [music] of the responsibility, somebody is selling something. And that lesson survived eight tracks, dial up, and every guru who discovered a printer. Question authority? Absolutely. [music] We practically make that a hobby. But question the person selling the shortcut, [music] too. Especially when that shortcut leaves you holding the consequences. Till next time, I'll see you soon.
