I meant [Music] Welcome to Facts or Frauds. And let's go back to Colorado for our friend Star Hills and her common law husband. And another phone call. It's after 1:00 in the morning here. I reserve the right to be wrong. Yes, you reserve the right to be wrong. We've heard that before. I think now let's talk about that phone call from Star again. Can we do that? Before I even uploaded that last video, I'm like, you know, I listened to it once and then started the upload and I'm like thinking about it. This is I'm like, God, should have said more about this or that. Maybe not save something or other, you know, just Yeah, that's typical sovereign Monday morning quarterback. Could have, would have, should have. But let's remind you what actually happened. I've talked to Michael on text. Um, well, first of all, if Kevin is there, I mean, really, an argument of facts at this point is is pointless. But if he happens to be there, he he he's the president of the school district and would be a key character witness at least. Michael's telling me on text that, you know, that u he's going to try to talk to the public defender and have they're just going to dismiss fine for for uh or, you know, down to the served and time served and maybe a fine or dismiss. He's going to try to talk to the public pretender there and then she's going to shut up about jurisdiction. So yeah, pretty much you just stick with this with your I'm sorry. Please forgive me. I don't [Applause] understand. I mean, I don't know. Let me just read what I have written. Are you documenting? He says she can walk easily if she just shuts up is what Michael said. That's right. You can walk easily if you just stop the whole sovereign citizen script. But Star, what do you have to say about that? How dare he? So, what was I going to say? Um, what did you say to him? Oh, just some things and whatever. So, we're holding on to the hope that they're just going to drop the charges because there's no evidence. There's contraries. I mean, there's evidence is all against them. We never we're on a public street. I mean, argument of facts really is irrelevant right now, but it can be. school property. Yeah, that's the element of interfering. We supposed to, you know, we have to be on the school property and violently interfering with their duties. That's, you know, part of what the code says, but but really, I mean, just try I mean, maybe just try to keep it simple. I don't know. That's that that is a little willing look wordy, but it my first impression is right. I know. Again, I I have every reason to believe they will try to conceal me from any witnesses and hold the hearing in closed chambers by video, but I could be wrong. But just be aware of that that you know, they not only kidnapped me, but now they're concealing me. And um that is the case. And they've denied me due process. They deny me uh access to even uh talk to the public defenders this time. They offered the public defender before, but they haven't. Yeah, because going to appoint the public defender. Well, because you denied it. You denied it on the first hearing. It's been not, you know, you you now have to request it in this hearing if you want one. But I did. I did. No. No. I mean, I'm talking about to the judge and this, you know. Hell yeah. But but but it's a big butt. Everyone I know has a big butt. Butt because public, you don't you don't need this. I mean, this is not a you don't need a public defender. It's that that's you know, there's no charges. There's no claim, no valid charges that are going to hold down. So that's that's the key point they're looking at. Here's the charges. Will they hold, you know, the evidence? He looks at the evidence and you know that then I don't know that there's no charges. I mean, allegedly they're holding me here for some charges of resisting or obstructing or something. They haven't even told you to comply. They have some some charges. They're just not informing me of them in the language that I understand. or giving me any due process of law. So if for any reason that they try to conceal me and just run rush then yes and they don't allow me any more communication with anyone and seek or habius corpus. Yeah, that's what Allan's been contending from last week. He was saying a habius corpus. They haven't filed a charge or even informed you of it. I mean this I've had to drag it out of the sheriff just to see what they're trying to charge. It's it's so right. So you're all witnesses to this and you you've all heard you know me talking on the phone have it recorded. So this is, you know, and if they injure me any further, man, I mean, I am today I've been hit with I I feel like I'm being hit with more frequency like I'm losing consciousness and and disoriented and and under some type of drug or something. Oh, the humanity in jail. Well, let's get to that new phone call from Star and see how she's doing now. Hi. Hi. Um, well, I just talked to the uh public defender. Okay. And uh she danced around every single question I asked her. Of course, like I asked her if uh she was under oath to the con to the US Constitution. And she kind of she tried to dance around it. I asked her if um if she said she is has an oath. I I asked her if she was um uh if she uh was something about God, if she believed in God, if she was under, you know, the oath of God. And um I asked her if I am presumed innocent until proved guilty. And she agreed. And I stated to her that um that I I was of the understanding that the judge only appointed her to interpret legally for me and that not to stand in mystead. And um I asked her who my accuser was and what to explain the charges to me. And she would not she did not. Um she just said, "I just want to get you out." Well, first she said, "I just want to get your uh bond or bail reduced or whatever." And I said, "Are you uh going to do everything in your power to free me immediately? That's what I I want to go home. I demand to be freed right now, immediately." Um and uh she asked me how long I've been in Colorado. I told her off and on for 40 years. She asked me who was in the courtroom. I told her, "Well, the president of the school board who I lived with for two years and um my friend Michael and his family are the owners of Penrose Manufacturing for 45 years. And I've been staying on their land for a few months now." Um, and uh, she asked me what I if I worked and I said, "Well, I I volunteer my services for free as a gardener and a chef and nutritional um, provider and I'm a free musician. I'm a busker and I um and I just accept donations for for my life and God provides for me and I have faith that he always has and always will." And uh those questions are establishing jurisdiction and residency. any of the working that's yeah you know so anyway and I asked her again you know like several times um if you do uh stand in mystead uh it's of course it's under duress but um if you are to uh try to talk for me you know I was under the impression you're just here to interpret this foreign language for me. But you know, I have no choice here. Uh I told her how I told her. She didn't even want to hear my side of the story. I said, "Have you been informed of what happened?" And she said, "I I said, "How can you know the truth and you haven't heard my side?" She says, "Well, I've heard their side." And and I said, "Well, I'm going to tell you my side." Yeah. the she said there's claim I've been and all they're doing is working on a certificate of complaint from their imaginary friends. It's not even a a to maintain 100% innocence and if you ever talk for me, you must be of that understanding and you must be under your oath and um and that's all. If not, no one is to enter any guilty or not guilty or anything on my behalf. only maintained my 100% innocence. I did not resist anyone. I was uh defending myself. I told her about the officer that um putting me in the car and that I didn't consent. And I told him he would have to make me go in. I wouldn't go in on my own free will. That's right. Star does not consent and doesn't go to jail on her free will. Until next time. Hi. Well, that's just about it.
