video contains the interview of a man suspected in the murder of one of his oldest friends in August 2006 Washington D.C lawyer Robert Wong decided to spend the night with his longtime friend Joseph price and prices two partners Victor zaborski and Dylan Ward at some point before retiring for the night one was drugged he got ready for bed which included putting in his mouth guard and went to sleep in one of the guest bedrooms at some point of the night after the drugs had taken Effect one was sexually assaulted and then stabbed fatally three times when the police responded to the 9-1-1 call placed by zaborski they arrived on the scene to find no sign of a break-in nor any sign that there had been a struggle in one's room at Thor fingerprinting that knife I mean somebody jumped our fence and went through that door he'd used to tell you what what I know we emit alarm system or was the alarm thinking has a function where the doors chime if you open the doors or they will walk me after Robert was there the app drinks around you know sink went upstairs to show Robert where the shower was or the bathroom was right down the hall ears are bad we'd already made out the pull-out bed foreign won't had decided to stay the night at Price's apartment after working late at his DC office I went upstairs been like I saw the last five minutes of the show and then started watching the first 10 minutes of blink some other thing on Spike CD and I hear Richard was getting annoyed that I wasn't turning off the team lead the side Captain Bob and everyone's sleep um the next thing that I know I hear the shuttling it's two beeps give me even though what happened until you heard they're trying to write I know enough until I hear the shine so you wasn't asleep immune I was asleep but it wakes me up there there are two controlling into the one but I regular a new bedroom yeah this one's down so I hear that another concern it wakes me up but I hear it and I think oh Sarah came home Sarah's our tenant she looks out of the basement she had sent to her so I'm going to go with top a job somebody I might come back I might not you occasionally I don't have a guest room she'll just trash that oh I thought she came out no problem she's very happy Julian come upstairs I wasn't worriedly but I was just gonna come by Robert Dean have a cow or anything and she just come in and go downstairs I don't know how long it was from aware of the chime it was not long enough for me to go back to sleep and I hear what it's you know it was yelling but it wasn't it was just like grunts or something which you don't know how long it was I don't know how long it was but it was not I didn't fall back to sleep I was still awake well I heard it and it was pretty close in time to right after I hear of a chime so Victor and I both jump out of bed we'd run downstairs there is you know the stairs end at the door you know I see the doors open I see Robert is laying there the bed cover is pulled back won't had been stabbed three times each wound would have been fatal by itself he's laying there there is blood on him uh his hand was out like when I was out like this and one arm was up like this I think or somewhere across his body uh and there was a nice I I believe it was odd laying on him on like on his stomach or something like that I picked up the knife I moved it I left him a picture and I could see clearly see there was one you know puncture word right on his belly I looked it up his shirt a little more there was like a lot of blood on his chest uh I mean needs to be before I touched Robert I I Mitchell became very hysterical and I yelled at him to go call 9-1-1 I'll meet you I'll just go do that he ran upstairs he got the family came back down or whatever I know was on the phone without he gave he handed me a towel that you know they were selling having said reply Crusher yeah we were doing that uh I was yelling at him about tell them you know we need an ambulance right now I'm gonna need an ambulance right now and uh you know the eventually the the ambulance got there about you know big guys came up they got Robert um for a Mana stretcher and you know the police were right after the bicycle some white women downstairs like if you were told we had to go downstairs and then when I got downstairs Dylan or somebody many than one of the officer said oh I think he was still enough that the back door was open in our jar on I'm locked program and I looked at it right then and in fact the door was you know a little open it wasn't completely closed but it was coarse um that's a [ __ ] that when you came downstairs let me Jamie by your selfish house no Victor might rain and down the stairs to be like and then what would suit he saw the door was there it was open there was Robert laying on the bed the cover was pulled back you were still he was in his room I saw him you know I never witness time frame come out of this world he you you know I don't think he heard the childhood on the I don't know but uh so when we talked when the officers got there who had the roadblock you do now about Dylan had one on another travel out and yeah I was still in my underwear you're true the Sibley yeah the detectives suspect that this was staged to make it seem as if all three men had been Disturbed and called the police right away while call pretended to sit there wrong but tonight either we didn't put the alarm on we don't we're generally when we're home you know you know when we leave the house we usually turn it on I don't know truth they told me well when Sarah comes soon if it's on she comes in and disarms it yeah she knows the code yeah so she be able to tell us about coming in short whether it's on or recruits to yes yeah yeah so she actually like you know at some point I don't know what where did she put it on when she comes her um now when she comes in well anytime any of us leave the house we usually put it on although we working at that for the probably the first six to eight months we lived there I made we had the system that was installed oh my God we bought the house but she it's a gab she knows she is a little I think more paranoid or whatever so you know she said so that's not quite familiar to Victor yeah oh we can't we should start using the alarm you know when we come and does so so now we do make sense that it wouldn't be on when the occupants of the home would be the most vulnerable well nobody broke in that for the house tonight there's no evidence of it to put a great shooting down house somebody came in where we we also talked to so many neighbors and and summative neighbor just happened to be up and then would know what a Genova is over anywhere to come back there and nobody somebody NE liked it I mean you know if if there if there was any other possibility you know I'd be worth it with you guys saying okay maybe this happened or maybe that happened but you know there were the three of us in there you know I know like I said I know Victor I'm doing better but I know my mom there was no chance on the face of the Earth anybody today thank you Robert um right I mean that that is not the answer were you say Amen you know that Outlaw today I would say they would tell you the same we sure I would say Sonia yeah I mean and instantly yeah what uh did you discover the body oh I'm not exactly sure what time but I uh I know that I turned the TV off around 11 out of five a lot of times I'm blind got and when we were on the follow-up line when one uh I Victor asked them what time it was at the person said you know told him it was 11. 43 what so you know until maybe 11 40 I don't know 11 35. and they told you to put two congressions on us when they told Victor about it yeah they said apply pressure and you know I don't know if they told me the check for a pulse or I was checking for Columbus but and I was looking for a pulse by the time price called 9-1-1 it was already too late for one who bled out quickly and you moved them now I didn't but nobody else nobody else we said that that we go back to this time after bar go together to feeds we said that you found about it what's out I went to sleep about 11 or five below I turned off the TV 11 or five or a lot of time I was listening shortly thereafter oh God that's sad we were on the phone with live where one already applying pressure you know 9 11 43. that was a good food so somewhere in that period you know five minutes maybe before I mean as soon as I saw Robert you know and could stop a different screaming I you know I told him to put one up and call my one more so it was in this minute so then right where you sold it back yes I mean municiple directly watermelon but not even one valuable if if it was one it was one I mean as soon as I saw it and I I grabbed you know a picture of who was literally hysterical and said go call 9-1-1 upstairs and Victor told you that the the person that he was talking to and the man want one call Celia was right through that before yeah yeah they I mean he asked them what time is it and you know I was yelling you know we need a mirror sound I have to leave yes I believe he asked them to say we're tight you know we're telling what time it was forever okay the current memo one call into mainstream 1202. so it's like 20 minutes which it was a long call this that's I mean you could go check our farm and see what exactly what type does it has to kill the cells are on the hard line yeah yo you already told too tight I told you what I understand from what that's you know that it was recording and that was from Victor telling you what they said yes yeah you can look at her from at least when one person well what time is it a lot of waking the first time by this by the saying and then he was waiting it again by you may have thought that he went in and may have thought that he went out we still didn't hear any abilities uh you while I ran down the stairs but yeah I'll be free it was instantaneous we jumped out of bed we landed upstairs after you hear the first song tell them about the year of that that noise how many minutes or seconds gone by weird necropolies at about and all I can tell you is I didn't fall back to sleep it was close and telling so you see the seconds early and then it might have been a second I said a minute or two minutes I saw it well let me just say this you hear the grunting and now you're instantly riding down the stairs virtually right yeah but no one else is in your house so at that point we don't know we don't have guilt the other night what what tape picture didn't even want to go downstairs because he uh to the first floor because he was afraid the person was still in her house okay but as you're running down the stairs at that is your theory that he's running down the other stairs this person is down no I I don't know what's going on I I you know it's it's not even no I don't know it's I don't believe at that point it is not even in the realm of possible that anything has happened till after it all I know is I heard some noise but really something did so what I'm asking you is where'd this guy go I believe you ran out of the house between the grunting and you running down the stairs which out and twice yeah yes that's West I agree with you look it's a crazy I mean why didn't he why was bringing back door wide open until I was on the gate wide open why didn't he go out the front door yeah but she was saying that you were rubbing too with God and you would see his dad run it you know I mean because you said seconds yeah and then it it really was that made a second yeah I think anybody rather down the Steelers or anything down so what makes you think is a burden if you're getting you in here right over well see that I was in this hard couldn't play you know I tried around my day I wouldn't be Dylan I know it's sweet you guys will know it's from Adam so who knows you know we could all be crazy these millings but you know since the three are in a romantic relationship investigators have to assume that they would cover for one another if one or all of them is guilty until there is evidence to suggest otherwise all I can tell you is it wasn't one of them it wasn't me we had the no reason on Earth to do this I mean well I know Robert's whole family I mean with you know the crime will pass and always happen like that this isn't a crime and passion I've just you've been exactly that okay Sometimes some people might not know one another and right small very okay you know I know it's on Victor or Dawn and all this I know what do you know about it what about his house how's he doing was also very good he's fine and sometimes you do things a lot dude you know so then I don't know until you guys I know you're focused on us yeah I know it sounds crazy you know the whole somebody ran in or whatever there's nobody did and somewhere there's not one single bit of evidence today buddy I think if you guys dust the place you'll find fingerprints if somebody else up but one of your guests talk about the others I'll buy it where I'll find
