prosecutors say one of two people charged in the murder of a Youngstown woman will now be cooperating with authorities Katrina Leighton took a plea deal this morning she told a judge she's guilty of obstructing justice and abuse of a corpse prosecutors say she will now have to tell investigators what she knows about the death of Shannon Graves can you think of anything more gruesome more inhumane more Hitler likee than to go after then after a person is murdered cut her arms off cut her legs off cut her head off and then burn her head and torso in sulfuric acid judge denafo in sentencing Leighton used words like horrendous Sinister and disgusting to describe these crimes he then sentenced Leighton to 18 years in prison the detectives begin to put the pressure on Katrina Leighton with Arturo noova continuing to maintain that he doesn't know anything about a freezer Leighton finds herself quickly becoming the primary suspect so um he was charged with abuse of a corpse the only thing that I the only thing that I've really been trying to think about in the past like couple like I've just been rocking my brain you know yeah um the 30th 30 is 31st today is the 30th it's past midnight it's it's like 220 right now I'm dead so so listen here's the deal um I've run out of different things I can do so if there's something else you know that you want to talk about this is the time if not we're going to get you out of here cuz I'm exhausted I've been out since like five on this so um I mean what I need right now from you is a bolt of lightning hey look I'm sorry I wasted your time and know it's okay but this is what happened if you don't got that then we're just going to transport you cuz I'm beat and your medication problem will be taken care of because you be going over there and we have medical that'll be the first thing they do I I need this from you okay what if he has told me anything M what will get me out of this m will not incriminate me I don't know how this works I don't have a lawyer I I don't I I don't know how anything Works here's what we're doing and you have to promise me that he's not in that room where next door oh no he's going he's back you know for hours here's the deal it's just something that I heard him I don't know how true look I'm looking for bolt of lightning okay so if it isn't I'm really really tired here okay so if it's not earth shattering I mean honestly I'm I'm like cooked here okay I can't chase another goose on this one I'm just I'm be the charge is going to be Abus of a corpse okay if you have some kind of information that's I mean it's got to be perfect it's got to be good then um I'm not sure if that opens up a whole another problem for you I don't know I don't know what you have I know you have something I don't know what the question is the question is how can I be charged with that when I had no knowledge of that problem you know what I may not win this so you may end up spending some time in jail and I may not win this or in the middle of this something else might pop up and we end up better I may not win this I'm not saying that I can I can win this I'm tell I can prove it I can charge this and I can get you bound over to Grand Jury and it's my job to do that here's what I'm telling you okay here's what I'm telling you okay I want to be able to go home with my kids well I understand that but you got to understand something here I'm not about to trade something like that and use I mean how would you feel if somebody said I just want to go home to my kids so I'm gonna tell you whatever you want to hear listen when I talk about that's not what doing I'm talking about bolt of [ __ ] light me kn me off my horse kind ofit what I'm looking for that's what I'm looking for okay and you got to understand you may have a problem here anyhow depending on what it is you got to talk about now obviously if you have the more involvement you have in this the better it is but you may be opening yourself up to other problems Leighton is starting to panic not only did she fail to remove suspicion from noova but now she is looking at her own potential prison sentence the okay the problem is is that I had no knowledge of what was going on with this right here and if you see you know if you're able to find either brought it up slow those are Walmart what the the freezer cuz those are the only two places in around here where you can buy a brand new freezer I mean I don't know if you would go to get one oh that's I mean you can actually have them delivered to get by Amazon the purchase of the freezer was later traced back to Leighton that particular model so it's not that big a deal well I mean this is how you're I about any of this well I mean my point is you can have it delivered so I I just I mean if I got to chase down where dis freezer came from I I'm guessing it was those I'm going to start throwing everybody in ja I'm guessing it was those or Walmart because of the fact that I know he's not going to order okay like anything online because it takes long to get anywhere to do that okay but what thing is is I want to be able to go home with my kids and I want to put this mess behind me and I feel like this thing I feel like I got D well I feel like I got dragged into something I had no knowledge of and this is the reason because I had no idea what was going on with that freezer I know it got I I know I gave the money and I know he was supposed to bring it to the new apartment and obviously it looks like he never got there and somehow it ended up over [ __ ] [ __ ] and he's the one that obviously brought it over there now what I will say is I I had heard you know certain things come out of his mouth and he was drunk um I just didn't take any heed to it because I didn't know this was way before I even found out she was missing and he was saying arms and legs and that's all I know but the problem is with this is I I don't want this to have came from me because he has family and if they even think that I ratted him up for a something what are you talking about he has family he has cousins and aunts and uncles and I I don't if I say hey I think that he did this you know let me tell you something right now I'm going to have a problem let me tell you something I'm not going to be able to live in Ohio anymore let me tell you something right now you already have a problem yeah obiously you have a problem that isn't going to go away and if you have information this is the title because the longer this goes on the more it looks like you're just doing whatever you can sa your SC no honestly I I I just and I don't care who you're afraid of listen be afraid of me be afraid of me don't be afraid you asked me to think about it you asked me and I I've been sitting here that's why I'm telling you you asked me to give you information one time when he was drunk he was talking about arms and legs yeah and I I don't I I don't know if has anything to do with this I don't know what you guys found in the freezer okay I I I don't know if it's connected I I just know you know I I I I thought I heard bit and pieces of conversations with him on the phone well whatever you got this is the time to say it I just don't know he was drunk talking about arms and legs isn't really moving the needle and I just I don't know I've heard bits and pieces of conversation okay well if you heard something you think is pertinent to this this is the time just about her being gone and I just what specifically just little like it was just bits in pieces and I didn't take any heed to it because I didn't think anything of it but okay it just you know little stuff like you know I don't want trainer to find out and you know um just stuff like you know just in in in yes you just stuff like that we like you know he didn't want me to find out and he do want to go to jail and it was an accident and stuff like that and I I don't know but I I I don't know if that has anything to do with anything like I I don't really know okay I don't know where any of this is coming from slow down was are you saying that you heard him say that he doesn't want you to find out and was an accident that's myor but I don't know what he was talking about you remember when you heard this now that her own freedom is on the line Leighton doesn't waste any time turning on noova I think I can't give you an exact dat like you know day day can you get me warm maybe like April any idea who you might have been talking to no okay that's the one thing when it comes to stuff on his phone keeps his phone locked I have no access to his phone I can't get in his phone yeah I can't see who he's talking to well um these were all problems with somebody who left you knowing exactly what he was up to you know what I mean like he you know what he did in the past you know what I mean so it's like you can only control what you can control but you got to decide he was just on such the straight and narrow if it's easier for you to just get along to go along because he's watching the kids I can understand that but in the meantime you know this is what's been happening okay so now we got to deal with this so and just you don't know who he was talking to you only heard bits and pieces I mean I I just heard bits and pieces I don't know who he was talking to because I can't get into his phone to you look you know um well it seems like this might be somebody who's a person of interest I mean it could have been Mike I don't I don't really know you know but I mean as far as all I alls I know from my KS he seems cool you know he doesn't he's always been nice to the kids you know my daughter's been at my mom's the whole summer doing papers cuz she earns money like that all right um I just I I don't know and the problem is is like I just wish I knew well if you don't know you don't know like I said I don't know that I can win this but with all the arrows pointing at you and I definitely put him in it would look pretty silly I don't arrest you right now my my problem is is that that charge right there MH I I don't know what to do to make it better because I didn't know that she was there I didn't know that she was in that freezer I don't know how to I don't I don't know how to prove my innocence I've never been through this listen like I said it's my job to prove that you're guilty not your job to prove your innocent you don't have to do anything but sit there I'll paray everything that I paray out in front of you it'll be very public everybody in the world will talk about it I may not win but I have to try because somebody has to get Justice for this girl whoever she is no and I I understand that completely it's just what what is freaking me out about this is if he did something and I had no knowledge of this and now she's in this freezon I had no I had no idea he put her there like what am I supposed to do how what do I do no I'm asking you because you're a father number one and number one this is America okay I I understand and nobody gets that this doesn't happen to people without your side of the story being told you will have your chances tell your side of the story you'll have a lawyer who looks out for you my guess is is if you talk to any lawyer they're going to tell you don't say anything in court because nothing you say sounds right it just doesn't the problem with this whole thing is no matter what we do to try to figure out a way to explain what what it just doesn't sound right you know mean just I I just know that for all the reasons that we talked about so what really makes sense here is is that either number one you killed her which is the easiest solution or number two he killed her and you aided with her disposal in whatever capacity but in either case the bare minimum I would expect to hear from you is the story of what happened even if it wasn't you because that alone see if I have the story of what happened from you I can then say listen she knew all about it she participated by doing this but I need her I need her to prove what he did all right if I had that much I would have something good B to you on but I don't have that much so would it in fact I do have here is I got a guy who's saying what freezer and it may very well be that I have it all wrong that he's keeping quiet for you because you killed her and I got it backwards you understand I could have it so wrong that that's not her that's why I'm saying if I at least knew it was her it would greatly streamline this whole situation but I can't even tell you right now sitting here looking at you right now I can't tell you s I can't so unless you can tell me Kaboom this is what happened I I wasn't there but this is what I heard uh him and Mike or him and whoever I forget that other kid's name Andrew I don't know but hey look his friend Andrew Andrew is who helped him burn the stuff he's been friends with and he wasw a long time ago yeah they they weren't speaking Yeah because he stole Andre stuff yeah and then I thought it was being a star no well he wasn't happy about the whole thing cuz he was friends with John too and he really didn't think much of what was going on I don't know if he knew you that well but he didn't like what star was doing to John yeah and I imagine knowing Andrew just in the short time I know he wouldn't approve of what Anthony was doing to you either because that's the kind of guy he is and he didn't really like burning the [ __ ] over there but he didn't think anything of it just like I wouldn't you break up with your ax he [ __ ] around on you so you burned his [ __ ] yeah that's the price except Anthony's not saying that he's saying it never happened just like he's saying he never about no freezer and it's Preposterous because now you could look at that a certain way and say he killed her and put her in that but you could also look at and say you had all the motive not him and he helped you and he may very well when he talks to a lawyer and they look at everything we have he may very well say all right here's what happened she couldn't take it no more me being with her and she came over here and killed her and then I was stuck out and to help clean up the body he could do that my my problem is my problem is you guys are saying that that this body is in a freezer and it might be hard it's going to take you said for however long to come back it's going to take a while we're I mean we're Dental DNA it's going to be a month and at least I I need I need basically to know what to do to be able to go home to my kids because I had nothing to do with this I had nothing here's what I'm going to tell you what do I do with everything I know right now you're going to be chared with abuse of a corpse and you're going to go tonight and in 30 days or so we'll know who she is hopefully it's her after that if it's not her this will keep rearing itself up this is an ugly thing that doesn't go away I just so what I'm telling you is this do what you want to do but if you're hanging tough for your man this is not the time no it's not that I've had this conversation in his room with other people this idiot had a girlfriend he's in a paper V over and this poor girl sitting over there with him no granted she participated but if she have said that day what was happening you think she'd be better or worse than she is today she's been in the county since February Leighton is desperate to avoid going to jail but unless she is able to give the detective a okay let me tell you this one when you get charged with this you can go sit down with an attorney because they'll give you one even if you don't have one your own and you can tell them what's going on and he can tell you what to do or she and you can go there and you can try it that way you can do that in the meantime all this damage is done but whatever you want to do I mean that's you have options you have lots of options you are definitely not painted in a corner just like I told told you just because you said something 15 times doesn't mean you can't now say okay look this is what happened that's not but I got to go talk to some people about what I think happened here and right now what I think might happened here is you killed this girl I I didn't kill her okay well listen it's not that I don't believe you but I don't believe you you see what I'm saying because I have to keep that as a possibility I have I I didn't kill her okay I have to keep that as a possibility because right now you guys are neck and neck on the finish line here you know what I mean and what it's going to come down to is who says what first period that's what it always comes down to in these kinds of situations and you know what I I just don't know why I I don't know why if he's already being charged with that and there's obviously proof that he brought it over there I don't know why he wouldn't confess to it I don't know I don't know why he wouldn't tell us what we already know we have people that we have no reason we got people that are throwing up in their own house because they just thr the body okay you want to argue with them people and say they don't know what they're talking about no no I know no not you but I mean like what's what's the defense I've got other people and these are all friends of his I'm not talking about people that don't like him I'm talking about friends is so why you would do that I don't know but why you're in a spot you're in I can understand you're thinking that maybe it won't be so bad but it's so bad now we're past the park this thing reiting thing you got to know it's done right like no matter what happens after today this is done you and him you're not going to end up in the same place I don't think the detective lays everything on the line for Leighton there will be no happy ending for her and noova and the best she can hope for is to reduce the charges being made against her so I I just that's where it is K I mean I I can't listen we're in a this is about as serious as it gets right here and after that everything else is kind of like you're screwing around so that's it so unless you got that lightning bolt we got to go I am exhausted n right they call you anything about Katrina they call you TR Trina okay I got to go thing I don't know at this point I don't know that the freezer ever got there if I don't know if you bought that freezer when you said you did I have no proof that it was ever there the best I can tell you is I knocked on your door I looked around that back room outside of your apartment that storage area and that same day all this happened so cause and effect I knock on the door and they start moving kit so I I just know that I I mean for all I know that that thing was in the house already and I mean I don't know I don't know I'm not I'm not going to lie to you I don't I don't even know positively that he killed her you know what I mean yeah I got you I I don't I don't either CU I don't know that's her I I but I know that I you know I gave them money to buy it and obviously I never got there and next time I know you're saying that it's over at keny's with the body in it and there's no explanation for that other than he bared over there and I mean I didn't kill her and she was gone before I even moved in okay so I but I don't my problem is is I I don't know how to prove any of this I don't know to you're talking about you don't know how to prove that to me right now so you don't go to jail it's not that you don't know how to prove anything in the future because you don't have to I I do so what you're saying is your your problem that you as you see it is you don't know who they're trying to explain to what the hell the police are doing in their basement right now no I I I understand that I understand that there's a Common Thread through here and my my freezer should have never even been over there with a body and it no it shouldn't be it it shouldn't have been it shouldn't be but it is well it was yeah well thank God for that because of the fact that Jill son does not need to be exposed to anything like that no and poor kid was I mean you know this kind of thing happens all the time it's a matter how you're going to handle it and there's a right way and a wrong way to handle this and I don't really think we're going about this the right way but I I my my my problem is is that I I don't know how to go about it the right way CU I've never dealt with anything like this I've never in my life been in a situation like this well let me ask you this if you stop all this and you think about what happened what do you think the right thing to do is now the great thing about these situations is there's right and wrong and nowhere is it more black and white what's right and what's wrong and if you can't see it here then you just can't see it I I and there's no hope for you I can tell you the little bit that I do know and hopefully it'll clear things up this is black and white I mean this is good and evil black and white live and die it's really that simple if you're asking me at this point if do I think he killed her I mean I need to know what you're asking me I need a specifically what do you know about what happened to her I know I know personally I know that when like I said I'm going to start from the beginning I know personally when I got there all her stuff was WR and I didn't know where she went or anything like that um I know that you know like I said I heard conversations on the phone um I I didn't really know what he was talking about um I had like a feeling like I had a feeling that she was dead but it just kind of really freaked me out because me and the kids were already living in the house and we're already there and I had no proof that she was actually dead and I asked Anthony I asked Anthony at one point if he killed her and he said no okay and I said are you sure you know just tell me if you did and you said no I didn't I swear she left with some guy and I said okay and I left it alone because just the thought of it you know just freaked me out and he obviously wasn't going to admit to me if he did anything this was before she was reported this and this is before she was reported missing so when she was reported missing and all the [ __ ] started then what I I kept telling him I said aun you got to call it detective you got to call it detective yeah you know I said just talk to them I said I don't I don't really know I said I mean noova was the one directly responsible for graves's death but Leighton was involed D with every other step like nearly every other suspect in her position she is going to attempt to place all of the blame on no over he was like well I'm just going to look guilty and this and that because I was the last person to saw her I was like just call a detective I was say just talk to them just talk to them I said you have to talk to them he was like well I tried calling the other detective and that's why I told you he was trying to call the other detective that's what he told me yeah yeah I don't know if he I know the one time he did I don't know if he ever called him again and he just kept saying that he called the test he couldn't get through nobody was calling you back yeah and then finally you had gotten a hold of them and I came yeah and it went down hill from there so in all this time while things were unraveling cuz you had to feel the pressure building on this you had to because it was getting worse the longer it went on and I mean it's actually like a relief he he's probably over there right now sleeping like a baby I had because he's not worried about it anymore but I had I I still have no proof like you know solid proof but I I always have like just a suspicion okay like like a gut instinct well you're good it's good that you had a suspicion because all these things look the certain way the problem is is that when we get involved all these things look another way that you probably weren't even thinking about how it was looking like you did something no I don't think as this was going on you ever thought you were going to end up sitting room did you no it just never dawned on me like or the fact that what he was doing had left such a trail that led to you I it just never like buying a freezer just didn't D me that I mean you bought a freezer for a guy and no big deal it was going to be yours I bought a freezer for the house right it was going to be yours and you know but you know listen when you tell this story how it goes how it goes it's not great you know so I mean I I would be seriously I would seriously not be doing my job if I let this go the way it is and let you walk out here I mean I would not be doing my job and I I really don't feel like just the whole situation scared me I understand the whole situations scared me listen I get all of that if you told me right now this is what really happened I would completely understand you because this kind of thing doesn't happen to most people every day just because I go through it 12 times a year doesn't mean you do so I listen I totally understand and I'm tired and I've been in here and I'm getting a little hnery and all that but I'm not mad at you I got my work cut out for me I got a lot of stuff to do so what I got to do is I got to do a here here's my thing I I have a feeling it's I have a feeling it's I have a feeling it's I just I have no proof no I know I have a feeling it's her too I have no proof I have a feeling it's her too that I mean I feel the same way um I really don't like the thought of locking you offer this but I really at this point given all the facts and circumstances as they are right now I think it's the right thing to do and it's not something I enjoy doing I can tell you that right now I would much rather have you on my team what I mean what else but there's still time no I I there's still time you can you can talk to an attorney and I don't maybe you guys come up with something or maybe they just say wait it out everything will be okay my problem is is that I don't even want to go the attorney route because listen I'm not going to tell you you know what I got a saying I like to stay in this room until you tell me the truth or you ask for an attorney and I don't like to walk out that door until I have the truth or you ask me for an attor so what I'm going to ask you to do right now is this stop everything else two things tell me what happened or ask for an ATT the interview has lasted long enough and if Leighton isn't willing to give him any new information the detective is ready to call it a day he already has plenty of evidence to build a case against both Leighton and noova because I'm not going to be able to rest knowing that I didn't stay in here as long as I possibly could with you so which way is it going to be you're there I can see it I can look at you right now and tell that you are about had it with this cuz I am too I I just either tell me the truth or ask for an attorney please so we can end this because this has been way too long even I think you've been in this room F I just I'm I'm really scared that I'm going to go to jail or something I didn't do okay so what does that mean would you like me to call you an attorney I I don't know we got the honey this works okay I've never been through this before all right I don't I don't here's how this works tonight you'll go over to the jail you'll be there all day tomorrow Monday morning you'll have what's called an initial appearance you'll appear in Municipal Court will ask you to plead most likely you will bed not guilty they will assign you a lawyer at some point that lawyer will come and talk to you and in about one week we will have a preliminary hearing to see if there are enough facts and circumstances as we've laid out to Warrant you being sent to the bigger Court to face this charge now in the meantime we're going to be ga in evidence and this and that and the other Anthony may want to talk I don't know what's going to happen I don't know if anything more is going to point to you so I can't tell you that the case is going to get better or worse I will tell you that I will keep working every possible lead to do one of two things because I have two jobs to either catch you for what you did or free you for what you didn't do I have two jobs now in the meantime you're going to go over there um but before we do that one of two options here tell me you want to stop talking you want to speak to an attorney or tell me what it is you've been holding back because if there's one thing I know from being in this room with you this long you've got something that you're not telling me and I don't know how bad it is at this point it really doesn't matter however bad it is things are going to instantly get better when you tell me so one or the other okay cuz it's it's like 3:00 I think I know it's 3:00 I know okay I just what do you want to do I want to be able to go home to my kids and I be charged for something that I didn't do I understand that's what I want to go to do I cannot tell you that that's going to happen so that being said would you like to tell me what you know or would you like me to call you the I'm not going to be mad at you either way I I I know honestly I just kind of want this to be over I know okay so so either tell me what it is that's killing you because you're all fisted up over there I'm trying or you tell me you want to talk to somebody else and don't forget you could talk to somebody else and then decide to talk to me but you have to De with them we can't ever talk again like this I just feel I I feel feel like no matter what I say you're going to lock me up regardless even though I do anything wrong well this is where I tell you what I told you a minute ago about the people who are worried if they're going home tonight shortsighted people are worried about if they're going home tonight people with a plan and usually a family are worried about what they could do to control that damage I can't tell you you're going to go home tonight and I won't um but I can tell you this I can't say anything on your behalf your mother is animated yeah however there is a girl in a freezer obviously and it is connected to you and him so there's a good reason why she would be worried that you end up that very good reason I just you understand that that you you guys are telling me that it's my job no I I know and you guys are to F these people you guys are telling me that you know he brought this freezer to kenu and I I I don't know how I got there I know it was at my last apartment and I I don't last I knew it was empty how would you know that did you see it at the apartment I I mean I assumed it was empty did you weird by itself but add in the girl in the freezer and it gets kind of creepy I don't I don't know of any other places that he has I mean the apartment that the apartment that he has at his mom's I know that his stepdad was moving up too CU him and his mom his stepdad his mom like has some sort of like I don't know if they're getting divorced or what they're doing exactly so the stepdad's moving in into the apartment in his mom's house supposedly not moving out moving into the apartment in the same house upstairs so it's not so bad that he would they're trying to keep it kind of like normal cuz all the kids that are there and stuff they got a lot of younger kids and a lot of kids that got adopted and stuff like that I don't Katrina I started knocking on your door and it appears to have created a reaction it appears that when I knocked on your door on that Monday morning and I got no answer and I started looking around that apartment it caused this body to be moved in that freezer now I don't know that that body wasn't in your apartment the whole time with in the freezer I don't know that all I know is whether it was in the freezer or not keeping the body in the apartment for that length of time with two children in their early teens would have been a considerable risk all I know is that you say you bought that thing July and he says what freezer so is it possible he bought that thing before then and you were just giving him money for a freezer he already bought I mean I'm trying to think of every possible reason why even though everything is doing this to you it's not you I been trying it just I I don't know about the receipt and I don't know if he saves the receipt I don't know the only plac is that I mean I haven't seen the receipt at the house at all I I didn't notice it the other day either but I'll be honest with you I wasn't looking for a receipt for a freezer and I didn't think it was a big deal that we now what happened with the computer what do you mean with the computer the computer had to go over to keny's to get worked on that's why you got the cord can he asked you to take the cord to can he just asked me to take the cord back I thought that they were just downloading programs onto his computer oh okay cuz he has um you know he does all his music stuff on his computer so I thought that they were just downloading new programs and stuff like that to his computer for the music when he goes to Kenny's I assume it's for music [ __ ] yeah and I just don't ask because it's all his music stuff to me that he does is the same to me it's all just music it's you download stuff you got to do you know that the computer was messing up on or something I just know that at one point started glitching real bad I started freezing real bad recently um it's been doing it off and on for like a couple months as far as I know like the mouse I don't know if it was a computer itself or the mouse but the mouse would freeze up and like you know you would have to like like when you went to click on stuff it would freeze and stuff like that so I mean I don't really know though I could have that could have very well been the fact that we have to plug our phones in to to get internet like to actually connect the C phones have internet so we like connect it to the TV and it has that little thing that you could do where the phone's in like the you can get the internet on the TV from the phone oh okay so I mean it could have been just a glitch in the system because we were doing it like a kind of like a Wi-Fi thing but I mean you guys are doing all this crazy 14 step process to get but but you got but you guys you got this other place I mean there were other household needs and the detective points out that it doesn't make sense for them to have spent several hundred on a freezer they would not be using Leighton has no good answer and follows her usual habit of changing the subject what you do spend money and what you don't spend money on it I'm not here to throw stones but it's like he does but like whenever he brings his computer to Ken us to do anything with it he never has to pay him for I mean they're friends I me I just like I said that kind of stuff I don't pay attention to because it's he's done that a couple times over the years you know what I mean where he's brought his computer to Kenny's downloaded stuff on it I I didn't see you see what I'm trying to do I'm trying to find every possible explanation but the problem is is every time we do this we eliminate something else I know we keep coming back to the same thing I know listen here's what I'm telling you okay if he for however and whatever reason if he somehow managed to get that go inside a freezer and bring it over there I know nothing about it but I don't I mean he's obviously not going to tell you either oh he says what freeer my point well I mean it's like craziness you know I didn't I didn't I I'm not saying this I didn't say it did you check his wallet in stuff for a receipt did you guys check him for a receipt cuz I don't have one for the freezer I've never even seen a receipt on his person you mean like anywhere at all I didn't find nothing on them wouldn't expec him to walk around with a receip for a freezer though if the body was in it I mean I didn't I haven't seen a receipt at the house he's got keys on his keychain what you want to bet one of them doesn't unlock in freezer or yours we're going to check yours too but I know the only the only keys I have the only keys I have are to the apartment once you go across the street and you're booked the news is going to come down they're going to get those booking pictures I know and they're going to tell a story I know that story is either going to be with the cooperation with Katrina we figured out what happened or it's going to be to arrested for the dismemberment and disappearance of the woman and might not even be the one they were looking for those are the two possibilities of what happens after what I'm what I'm asking you is how do I how do I prove that I'm innocent without having I mean without number one it's not your job to prove your innocent of anything it's my job to prove the did something I'm telling you all the things I've done now it's been about 30 days I've been working on this now and everything and when it's all said and done I think I've eliminated scado and lur and I'm down to aruro I know the problem is that within the little aruro problem I now have you as a problem and I can't well he keeps telling you guys something to hide it's her I'm saying what what I'm saying is if I for one second even thought that there was a dead body in a freezer I mean considering the fact that I have my kids yeah and she gets paid she doesn't care I I I don't even know how the freezer would have got over to canes well might have been my bone which would be awful strange now here's the thing they move this freezer I know I mean you understand there's all these people on there's all these loose ends and somebody says yeah I picked them up here and you know what I mean these are all the ways to I know that at the I know at the at the new apartment at any given time the the electric was in danger of getting shut off because it's not in our name yet right the landlord said it's in the person that used to live here it's in their name right you're going to have to eventually get it switched over you might not have to do it right away but I it's running and it's going to run out in any minute I don't know when it's going to you know run out so she was over there I had messaged him you know asked them at one point if the electric was still on because because of the fact that when you switch it from one person's name to another they just switch it yeah they don't have to it's easier to switch it you know and I do I have a back bill with Heap that I have to take care of and so it's either re just going to transfer the electric when we moved in there from this apartment to the new apartment or are we going to put it in mining we had to see which one was going to be cheaper cuz I might owe back money to the electric company I don't know yet yeah and that's why you know at a at any given time it could have been show off you haven't decided who's paying how you're paying that bill yet just depends on how you can do it with the with the Heap um it just depends on whether I would have a back payment I don't know if they'll cover the whole thing CU it's not one or with all of their financial difficulties it doesn't seem likely that noova and Leighton would be moving anytime soon this makes the choice to spend money on the freezer even l less likely to have an innocent explanation yeah I I really don't usually have to use them in the summer yeah um I I try to like you know do the winter crisis program so when it comes to the story that you're telling you about KY said something about the electric was off you said you think you might have been talking about your new place I mean maybe the electric wasn't off at the place for now in Ju you gave him money to buy a freezer to put in your place at the same time you've only been in that new place for a month and it was possible power was going to go off do your knowledge is there another freezer over there that's my knowledge I mean I don't I I don't know I haven't been over there but I don't think there is I mean I I don't I only gave him money to buy one on freezer so and with freezer's being you're on the leas over there at the new place yeah yeah both are the leases in both our names it was a year lease the year leas starting in July yeah yeah you guys weren't in there in June or before July at all we went to I went to look at the place Anthony was at work when was that um I want to say TR to think I'm trying to think so I'm trying to remember how I paid them I'm pretty sure I paid him I gave them no I gave him everything because I was going to originally give the L Lord the 375 to hold it and then I was going to give him the other 375 you know when we actually moved in I was just originally going to give him the 375 to hold the place that would have been for the first month's rent not that wouldn't have been includ SEC deposit but then I decided to just pay everything at once so that apartment was taken care of who is this land uh Ray I don't remember his last name it's on the it's on the um lease and it's on the r receipt right I I don't know the last name I just know this situation before and it's scaring the [ __ ] crap out of understand where I'm coming from on this okay I don't think we're all about here being concerned with how involved you are in this if over that house tonight looking around seeing what's in there maybe maybe there's some vital piece of evidence that clarifies that the other apartment will have to be investigated to determine if that was where Graves was killed and if the rest of her remains have been stored there which the new place the ra rway place I mean you guys can go I mean let's say we go in there and there's more freezers or we go in there and there's stuff that belongs to Shannon which shouldn't be that would be months after she disappeared yeah or we go in there and there stuff belongs to whoever this is in this freezer that isn't her I mean it sounded me like they took him out of here now so he's not here so what we could do possibly is go over there we would need your permission I mean go ahead we would need your written consent okay okay to do that yeah as far as between you and him we have keys so we wouldn't need to force anything no you guys can go over there maybe there would be some piece of evidence there that would make us believe that you weren't involved most likely it's going to go the other way where I mean the the problem is is I don't obviously the freezer's brand new okay yeah he moved the freezer to candys and it had a body in it I okay I know now I can't think of any good reason why that would be so that's what's going against him and all he can say is L freezer okay well
