the Jacksonville rapper known as fulio made a rare court appearance today Jones is a key figure in a bloody rivalry between two Jacksonville gangs on April 5th rapper Julio fulio was booked into Duval County Jail this video contains the interview of rapper foolio who was pulled over for a routine stop in the hopes of gaining evidence in a murder investigation on April 5th 2022 Jacksonville police targeted rapper Charles Jones AKA foolio whom they suspected of being involved in a gang-related murder without having anything they could charge him with they pulled him over for having windows that were too tented and then accused him of trying to evade arrest the department later confessed that the stop wasn't about illegal tent but a targeted effort to confiscate a cell phone folio was held on the scene handcuffed for two and a half hours before being taken to the state attorney's office for questioning in a separate murder investigation please excuse hey do you know what they're gonna do
