complaint here alleges that on or about June 23rd the resisted obstructed Devonte Jennings and Carl hunke um Mr Tim George somehow was going to get involved in this but he represents a city of three of us so that's a built-in permanent conflict which is a big problem um you're also charged as a habitual offender making it I think a 15-year maximum um Mr noffsinger is here he indicated there was an issue regarding the need for new Council um Mr nosinger what's the situation here Thomas Champion told me that he doesn't want me to represent him anymore well you never even got started he never contacted you did you ever contact your lawyer um I had a proper information but um this gentleman was very uncomfortable this morning when he came in his conduct and uh I used to um used to be a mandated reporter for the FIA and that's that's in Georgia and I had to study certain people kind of reported to the state and his conduct um I'm reporting on this record because it's not it's not right for his job title his ethics are way off his ethics are fine he's one of the finest young attorneys we have here is ethics are um I don't know what I did wrong then well I don't well first of all you never call them to discuss your case with them yes you did you got arraigned at the jail on this charge and they gave you a notice of who your attorney was pre-trial release order pre-exam conference set for five seven five twenty eight at eight thirty um I see here please provide email and telephone number upon release which we do have a number then I'm trying to look for the court appointed paperwork here it is they sent it to you at the address you gave us Fenimore Avenue with this name and number on it I don't live with them I haven't lived here for 20 years no maybe that's why you didn't get it I got 12th Street as your resume as we can look at me officers whoever a judge a jury I don't know why they put that address on I don't either it's the conduct all right well I'm gonna figure out who did it well now the information that I needed is in the wrong file so Mr George's file which I have nexted how can I get to the bottom of that well somebody just made a mistake it's not a mistake nowadays it's conduct I'll be figuring it out well all right so you don't want Mr nofsinger but uh and he probably doesn't he feels uncomfortable too but what exactly is it is it that you didn't like well he wasn't listening properly he was he wanted to just over it talk it over do me and well he's very busy this morning as you have seen like his nerves were bad or some well plea offer in this case yeah well yeah cameras yes well um yeah so you can do that too you can take a look at the police report and discuss it if there's still a conflict next week I can address it further and appoint other Council for you like there was troubling stuff in that stuff that was it let me read it they said I trespassed well that's what it started as when you came in here thinking it was just a trespass already he was that it wasn't just a trespass yes well let me evidence of picture please two three one one five please so I don't need the pictures videos anyways I only stumbled onto this because the stuff was in Mr charges file so let me quote from the bond information in report which was troubling [Music] thank you foreign deputies were responded to 12th Street for as a medical emergency thank you and they observed Mr Gilliam verbally assaulting the medical team they responded to a system they refuse medical attention request that I transported to Three Rivers Hospital while on the way the hospital at zanzo Alonso made threats and cursed out deputies Alonso was dropped off at the hospital after being dropped off I requested to come back he was being extremely uncooperative and combative medical staff said they wanted to trespass so you were told to leave the hospital 20 different times and he refused trying to get deputies to fight with him taking an aggressive stance in order us to hit him in the face so you were irrational I don't know if it was drugs or mental health or otherwise a seizure I had a seizure in the hospital so Well you certainly were uncooperative and made a nuisance of yourself so that's what the charge is um I don't know what video or other stuff is available are you getting any treatment for your seizures um um I was just a sucking you know it caused it on TBI from the sheriff department of Kalamazoo and I got off the type of video I keep on getting assaulted by police and harassed and I need your office to put some out to stop harassing are you have you received any mental health treatment um I um they did give me some medication before but um last time I seen my my the doctor for this he said there's no medicine that can really help people are you under any treatment right now um no um employment is supposed to be coming up with the family health center in um Kalamazoo but they keep on changing the dates and this other mix up and I guess when the person have seizures they go through multiple mood swings and um forgetfulness all right well maybe they can explore that further all right we're gonna attempt to do this again yes sir uh I want you to contact Mr nofsinger in fact why don't you give me your number right there Luke have you got a card on you or something yeah I was thinking of schedule so if set an appointment if the if it doesn't work we can perhaps get you a new lawyer you can always hire a lawyer of your own somebody had to do that because if you hire one of your own they could come in and they'll file an appearance and we'll proceed accordingly how can I do that myself to hire a lawyer no I'm not proper well I don't recommend people represent themselves do a lot of federal cases please Ms Congo police brutality and I'm pretty sure I can um well I at least want you to meet with him and we'll discuss it further next Tuesday at 8 30. when I discuss it with him maybe he's continue to be my attorney well if you if you come in and say I don't want to hit this attorney or I don't want an attorney um we'll discuss it but we never got to first base today because there wasn't time to have a proper appointment yes sir all right he's going to get some police officers charged with misconduct accepts my case well you yourself say that you have mood swings and you had a TBI your you call for help they come you cuss them out you cuss them out in the car you fight with a hospital staff so I don't know what they did wrong but let's see if we can get further into
