interactions with Anthony but there's a big problem his story doesn't add up he keeps contradicting himself backtracking and struggling to keep things in order is this an attempt to outsmart the detectives or is he really struggling with some mental issues when he talks about the actual incident his statements are broken scattered and unclear this could be because the event itself was chaotic and emotional or because he's intentionally being vague either way it makes it hard to tell what's real and what's not then there's his relationship with Anthony Timothy clearly had trust issues and he even claims he was warned about Anthony by his girlfriend's sister this adds to his paranoia he already felt unsure about the people around him and this warning might have made him see Anthony as a threat overall Timothy's words reveal deep anxiety and isolation he doesn't trust people he feels betrayed and now he's trapped in an interrogation where he's losing control of his own story yeah like right so it was probably okay boom so so that's about 2:00 yeah so 2:00 same thing when that dude pulled up you know what I'm saying me was here one day they start shooting it's always happen around a side door you come in it's you know boom so know I locked it he come back I mean well he unlocked it he come back now he had Dr walking fin the room his father I guess he Mak like he just fell on Timothy's comments about people listening in and setting him up show just how paranoid he is he feels like he's being watched like people are out to get him whether this paranoia is real or just an excuse is unclear but it definitely shapes the way he talks and acts about I got my kids turn down for K what is going to happen I just let watching seeing what's going to happen whatever when you say somebody over there and Tony runs to his room acting real freaking suspicious like he's trying to he's the one that got this person over here right so he runs to his room and then do you run from the kitchen back to his room when he does that or what no I didn't run do I walked you walk through the kitchen back over to his room and where's he at when you get to his door is his door open or closed oh his door open he's wide open at that point yeah he's wide open he's right here he standing up or laying down sitting down like he was he was like really room just how I know cuz he he went the room but he play out coming he came like when I came in he was right there like coming out the bathroom you know how the hallway mhm he come right here it wasn't like that it was a couple minutes yeah like inches or hey just pretend tell show me like how far shot scared scared I know and he fell on the bed like I said damn and I said man I but first I had to get the body to the kids I want to see but I turn myself in see what time what time you think you actually shot what time you think it was that happen I I don't know it in the morning like 4 in the morning somewhere like it was somewhere in morning I think everybody going to work or something like well no they was at home it was before they went to work right yeah and then and he was still in there y but me yeah he was still in there I'm not he in there but I was trying to like I need to go move this before I come back bring back I swear I was it's just I didn't want the kids to you know trying to get see nothing yeah and I was trying to be you know respectful for it then that's why cuz that's like why would I if I did something wrong I'm not going to just throw it behind somewhere I know you know saying I going bring it back you know I'm saying then let y know but when y everything just happen so fast I like well they not going to believe me if I tell them and that's the trth like I just where did you get the gun how long you the gun is in my name how long you had it how long you said you had to get some protect yourself y I think like two weeks I even know two weeks a week two weeks not very long where did you keep it in your room uh my room it was put it was probably like dresser or like away from keys so that happens and then a few minutes later Tony's acting weird gets on the phone again and you shoot him cuz he's setting you up but right when I like right shot the he C his where was he at in his room and then the thing about what room is that right here right here but like the first one right there you know how you walk into kitchen like l g in this room right here well that's the room where cuz they that's cuz look this how I know this how I know it was they was trying to get me if the shot was loud if I heard the [ __ ] wrong my damn ears I shot I shot theun I heard him back his gun so you know I shot my gun why you leave the house and try to wait till later on to play like you don't know what the hell going on so he was staying in that apartment yes bur out yes he was there when it all happened look when I shot to protect myself well I feel you know threaten that's me I really do I feel threaten I shot he all I hear is [ __ ] this has to be one of the weirdest interrogations ever it's like watching multiple versions of Timothy in the same room in fact there are many shifts throughout the video Timothy starts off acting completely disconnected from reality dancing laughing being over the toop weird it almost feels like he doesn't even realize he's in an interrogation but over time something changes the addicts don't stop completely but they become less random and more controlled he's still talkative but the way he talks is different more like he's comfortable rather than chaotic this shift is important because it shows his emotions adjusting to the situation at first he's playing a role whether it's fear performance or avoidance but once he realizes the detectives aren't feeding into his behavior he stops adapting at the beginning the detectives were clearly irritated Timothy was interrupting them making jokes and generally being a distraction instead of resisting him the detectives have started playing along just enough to keep him talking they've learned that he likes to talk so they use it against him i i r to my room I say hey stay here and right there that's waiting to see what he was going to do he got his gun and he left quick so he got in his car back yeah and you knew what happened though you heard the shot F so why you didn't you had to you left why didn't you come in there hey what the hell going on you just cocked your gun and you that's all you [ __ ] did that's why I was like well [ __ ] I got time to get the body out bring the body back clean it up and then call the police on myself to let them know before he call him and throw it on me oh he just kill somebody or whatever CU look just the thing about if that's the case why you call soon as you heard the [ __ ] shot yeah you C your [ __ ] gun and you left did that here in the shot she W no that was sleep I guess they was sleep nobody woke up nobody woke up that's a good thing yeah that's why you know I'm saying when I how did he if nobody go how the hell he know the cop the and leave well I mean what you're telling me and what you're thinking is true then it kind of more if the maybe not must not think negative okay at First Timothy claims he turned himself in because he was afraid of getting killed by the police he wanted to be in control of how he was arrested but later he completely flips The Narrative now he says if the cops had caught him earlier he would have asked them to shoot him this contradiction is important it shows how Timothy shifts his story depending on the moment is he truly afraid or is he just saying whatever makes him look like a victim it's hard to tell but one thing is clear he's trying to control the way people see him tell me like when you get to that point I know somebody helped you with the body so who who do you call who is the person that helped you out I me come on man now you've been real honest with me and a lot of questions I ask I already may know the answer okay and I know you may not be trying to get somebody El some trouble okay but evidence is telling a different story you know what I mean um and I know you don't want to get anybody in trouble but other people are already in trouble okay uh but I just want you to continue being honest with me okay that doesn't mean that they're going to catch a murder charge okay I'm not promising you I'm going to put them in jail for murder for helping you still be going in jail for murder like she explained to you you you have a a warrant for murder you're know you didn't love this body we found it you know Saturday morning I guess on March 27th 2022 Anthony's body was found in a heavily wooded area near a creek so we know where it was at I did really that that's not true yeah well other thing I just got help you know put it in the car and I just I get that and that's what I'm looking for like okay I know you got some people you probably trust okay uh so it's like who do you call can help you load their body and I like I said I get it it's tough for you to sit here and tell me that but I already know that it wasn't just you okay that's why I'm asking you the question cuz I do believe everything you just told me is true yes so I want to see if you're going to continue to be true and I feel like you are okay and I appreciate the truth you've given us this far okay um but I know you were in a bad spot and you needed to get that body out of there like you said I'm trying to H here your baby mom especially these kids you don't traumatize them the rest of their freaking life and to make it quicker you need some help to get that done okay cuz dead weight is a lot okay you can weigh 130 lb and feel like you weigh 230 lb because it's dead you know what I mean and I know you don't want to get anybody in trouble hey and I can't tell you where where things are going to end up I'm not going to make you no promises cuz I'm not going to lie to you okay but I know that you know this person a lot better than you tell I know you don't want to tell me who it is but we're going to figure it out one way or the other and we have to let you know about here man if a jur when a jury sees this at a trial mhm I absolutely know everything you just told me is true and I see remorse in your heart okay and they're going to see that too they're not shot okay MH and like like you said we need to get truth from beginning to end because we know what happened now and we know where he ended up and I know he didn't just end up there cuz you thr in a car by yourself it's just too much to take on by yourself I know that okay and First Timothy actually tries to protect his accompli he doesn't immediately throw them under the bus Which suggests that despite everything he still has some sense of loyalty or Integrity but as the interrogation goes on that starts to fade eventually the pressure is too much and names start coming out if you really know sir it might be well what's his name it's not hard all you got to do is tell me his name I mean I could be wrong right I'm human I could be wrong and I don't want to put anybody in any kind of Jeopardy by me being wrong that's why I got make sure I got it right okay I a trying to do nobody in trol for something they do okay the like how work what right this is not releasable to public is difficulty he has in processing the situation one thing Timothy keeps coming back to is his need to be believed he gets frustrated when people question him or act like they don't trust what he saying this could be because he knows he looks guilty and is desperate to change that or maybe he just can't handle the idea of people seeing him as a liar what all did Edna see before yall left see the know when that house is you're talking about her cousin or her uncle she got so at what point you go back to the body I never went back out of there I never got to go so that I I got a chance I would do you know him like you know other for a while H cuz he got in trouble for a robbery remember that but this same Christian you're talking about yeah okay he's like 18 19 right but he's not a trouble yeah I know he really didn't want to do with though so y like just close friends to call each other cousin you know his mama yeah yeah what's her name oh detectives spoke to Edna Jones Timothy Jones's girlfriend who would go on to reveal some crucial details Timothy's girlfriend Edna had seen him with 19-year-old Christian naon Whitney PK carrying Anthony's lifeless body out of the apartment they had wrapped Anthony's Body in a black comforter before loading it into his Ford Explorer Timothy was delusional and suspected that people were spying on him in fact he referred to Anthony as nosy while he was moving the body police tracked the vehicle using cell phone data it was located at 1810 Alice Street in Tyler there was blood inside and outside the vehicle it was the final nail in Timothy's coffin when a resident at the Alice Street house confirmed that Timothy Jones had been there earlier that day but left Timothy's reason for killing Anthony was incredibly weak but if you look deeper this wasn't just about one comment it points to something much bigger paranoia irritability and a need for control maybe there was already tension or mistrust between them something that had been building over time or maybe this was about power if Anthony confronted Timothy about something it could have triggered aggression but the biggest possibility Timothy believed he could erase the problem entirely in his mind getting rid of Anthony meant getting rid of whatever was bothering him officer you got your hands C so I'm going to hold on to you you yes sir one you other thank you better yes sir okay here I'll take that hold on to that Timothy was arrested and charged with murder he pleaded guilty in June 2023 and was sentenced to 40 years in prison Christian pleaded guilty to
