on december twenty second two 2021 a man
left his bicycle unattended for 30
seconds when a stranger quickly obtained
it and rode away in la crosse wisconsin
the incident was captured by local
surveillance footage and the thief was
identified as 53 53-year-old yusef
jalali
a few days later police were advised of
the location of yousef
an officer discovered youssef walking
the streets and he was approached about
his outstanding criminal charges yusef
denied he was facing any charges then
fled on foot
got some charges i gotta take care of

the officer caught up with him however
he broke free and ran away two more
times

collapsed into a pile of bushes

he reportedly broke into the business on
december 23rd and stayed overnight
before leaving the following day
