many of this year's cases have been wild unpredictable proving you can never tell just how a suspect will react from the tragic to the downright bizaar here are the most unbelievable moments that go there they drink alcohol and I'm the the only guy that doesn't and like and this is the [ __ ] that happens to me here about my buddi f with their girlfriends and wives and I never do I love my wife so much you guys are never fight you say I we had a little B she say but we never I've never laid a h on in my entire life and I never planned to I never I never I never so how long were you guys on the field for almost from the the 27th of uh September September to uh today I left this morning I left it and how many times how long you guys been married we got married on um March 7th of 2013 March 7th 2013 four more four five five more months we be two years okay and so how many yeah how many times have you guys been deployed in that time and separated when I got here my unit had just gotten back from deploy within two weeks before and we have been on yellow Cycles so we don't deploy anymore okay so I mean see has been married a little over a year so in that time FR how much time have you guys spent away um we were we've been together before we got married we were together but not marriage wise and uh I've been gone for I've been gone for months at time and then I went I went to basic and I was going for whatever the [ __ ] time that was whatever like high school the detective doesn't buy nem's story and when he presses him nemt shows just how volatile his temper can be I think that's the first thing I would have done I wouldn't have done anything else I went okay went off I threw the rifle in there I went in there and I looked at her and I she wasn't moving and her head was like on the right side like that but she was still facing the computer and I was I didn't know what the [ __ ] to do and for some reason some part of me just said oh my God there's alcohol in my system like and then I don't know why that hit me but and as you said and why am I worried about a little I don't know why but I just did not only that but you uh uh first thing you want to do is hide a magazine just knock them off the floor onto the floor and kick him on of the bed so you're altering a crime scene you're altering a [ __ ] scene I don't know this me somebody that acted out of rage and out of anger you acted out of rage and out of anger you shot your wife in the back of the head and then after you did it you realize what you did and realized oh my God this is permanent how stupid was I to do this now what am I going to do to cover this up what can I come up with that's what this tells me it was not out of rage and it was not at anger I wasn't angry at my wife it wasn't an accident it wasn't an accident you intentionally pulled the [ __ ] me firing the weapon or me pulling the trigger me pulling the trigger was not an accident okay me the you know I did not know there was a round in there her getting hit with that round that was and I was not that was an accident and I was not mad I was not angry and this not an accident you're right it was not an accident you did this intentionally cuz if this was an accident if you had accidentally shot your wife you would have dropped a weapon right there went over there and started rendering cier your first aid cuz you felt horrible this was an act of rage you were mad for some reason and you shot her no I'm mad in my and then you went and then you went and tried to hide everything to include [ __ ] alcohol and kick magazines underneath the bed throw the gun in the closet like it didn't [ __ ] happen oh [ __ ] didn't happen all gone Hands Clean Scot yes I I not your wife deserves the right answer man not this [ __ ] bullsh she does deserve the right answer I my wife I did not kill her I did kill her I was not angry at her I was not mad I did not intentionally mean to murder my wife I love my wife with a huge passion okay we are young we have not been together that long and I understand that and everybody does not [ __ ] like that and they don't like seeing young couple be like that okay but I do love my wife and I've never had a problem with her that was Major I've never wanted to hurt her any way I've never put my hand on her okay and I would never want to do that ever and today especially I did not nothing wanted to happen to her okay I made love to her when I got home and she wanted to relax and I I wanted to relax so I watched a movie and she was on working okay one thing led to another I'm [ __ ] not even thinking straight clearing a weapon and it goes off and it strikes my no you pulled the trigger didn't just go off Skyler you pulled the trigger or it at your wife I I understand that that's the part we don't understand that's the one piece that you're not I understand it myself I don't understand why I took that weapon I don't understand why I decided that I need to put that [ __ ] on on fire and just fire right there and have it up in my [ __ ] chest when I was firing it I don't know why the [ __ ] I did that I'm a [ __ ] idiot for doing it I know [ __ ] that and that's [ __ ] I know that when I I yeah I know I'm a [ __ ] idiot for doing that and I I was thinking I wasn't thinking [ __ ] straight but I not intentionally mean to shoot my wife okay the direction of the weapon was towards her but I did not intentionally mean for that to hit her I don't I don't know if you're trying to accuse me of killing I I understand I killed my wife I killed my [ __ ] wife okay I killed my wife you're not going to get an argument here I'm just trying to figure out why after weighing all of the evidence a jury found nemt guilty a first-degree manslaughter and was given the maximum sentence of 13 years it isn't just first low that can prove to be risky rebounds can be just as dangerous after Maria neth's marriage of 8 years ended she became lonely and re-entered the dating scene she hit it off with Fidel Lopez a man 6 years younger than herself one night after an evening of partying the two returned home to make love in an Abrupt turn things ended horrifically and when the police arrived later they discovered that she had been murdered in a way that was more brutal than anyone on the force had ever seen we got we got a little bit of a problem yes all right I just got off the phone with our crime scene and the medical examiner is there okay the doctor and there's the injury to her is severe severe injuries injury severe injuries yes um multiple injuries inside there tissue ripped out what is the tissue inside all the insides out on the floor what else that's a cause of the day yeah we think you know the amount of blood that's in there the her insides were ripped out the detectives finally wear Lopez down and he ad M what sparked his rage nth had called out her ex-husband's name and he became blinded by rage listen I'd like to be able to to stand up on your behalf and say listen he was extremely remorseful he had no intentions for this to happen Okay he didn't mean to do this but unfortunately this is why it happened he had too much to drink and they had he had an argument between that and the drinking and everything else X Y and Z whatever it may have been but you have to explain that so we can explain it to other people to make you he's human it happens okay you didn't intend to kill her of course no right so explain to us what took place that led up to it you know you don't want to remember but I know you do remember and it takes a man a true man to admit okay I [ __ ] up man I made a mistake I had no intentions of killing her I had no intentions of doing it but this is what happened takes a man to do that takes more of a man to admit when he's wrong and it takes a man to to cry be that man be that person because that's who you are she was telling me she she going to Peru she she need to go Peru she she was missing her mother and you know and I'm not going to be able to use the car to go to work and you know then just start screaming on me and all that I get piss I stop puning the [ __ ] I really don't remember when I P the sh you st me I know I got pissed because of that then then after that I don't know how how we end them up in the Closs or whatever I know we made peace but when we were doing about making love she told me something that that really don't she she changed my name she called me the the other [ __ ] name of the other guy and then she said twice and she was wrong she was confusing me with him I I didn't want to kill her I know I kill her that's whatever I do with her to avoid the death penalty Lopez pleaded guilty to first degree murder and will not be eligible for parole and cannot appeal his sentence neas fate might have been shared by the cam girl that Grant Amato became obsessed with if he had ever gotten to meet her instead after he was caught stealing over $200,000 from his family to buy her lavish gifts Amato killed his parents and brother by shooting them in their home during the interview Amato made baseless claims against his father in a bid to make it look as if he feared for his life um well I'm sure him and Mommy are both happy to see you know that both you going into that program can make more you always want your child to be better than you right and I mean you know that was what my dad always emphasized when he was when we were younger going through grade school and high school and college we were heavily restricted but we were who was the disciplinary in the family my dad and was he the one inside Jason stays locked in yeah what' Mom think about that Mom didn't approve of it obviously but back in that time my dad was very like Angry violent type person overbearing overbearing um you know he would he would like push my mom and like one instance you know it was getting to that age where me and Cody were kind of getting old enough to maybe be able to do something if she needed our help and uh I remember her and my dad were like in their room which if you go down the stairs it's right there to the left um we heard our mom yell that he's hurting me he's hurting me and then me and Cody run downstairs and we go into the room and then we're trying to get our dad off of our mom and then my dad elbows back and that's why my nose is got its little like Bridge right there um but I mean that's like how he was like spankings with 2x4 um you know like baseball practice it'd be like for four or five hours and he's hurling the ball as fast as an adult can and we're like seventh eth grade trying to catch this stuff um yeah I mean definitely very overbearing but he would always rationalize that he's just trying to like finally get tired of the gentle approach and ruthlessly confront Amad with crime scene photos he is visibly shaken but still refuses to admit his guilt I mean the only thing that I know is just that I mean I I uh left the house later than what I had said um did you leave the house with your brother Cody looking like that or did you leave the house with your father looking like that or your mother is that how you left your family no nobody nobody else went into that house who left your family like this if you were the one that's been depressed you were the one that owes money you were the one that got into a confrontation with your father who did this to your family if you were trying to defend yourself or something else happened we need to know now to help you so tell us what happened please come here while Dilo wanted to get rid of her husband as soon as she could Brittany Gosney was desperate to keep the affection of her most recent boyfriend James Hamilton Hamilton was not to his body before before he was killed yes me and okay what what was that about whooping his ass Hamilton was not directly responsible for James Hutchinson's death but he was sentenced to a maximum of 19 years in jail for the gross abuse of a corpse kidnapping and two counts of endangering children gny wasn't the only single mom who thought her kids were in the way of a new relationship Sierra day had been reported to Child Protective Services several times but when she began to date Deontay Lewis day decided to starve her daughter when she finds out her child is dead she manages to come up with some fake tears for an underwhelming performance I need you to understand something okay do you know what you're going to be charged with when I take you back over to the jail no what do you daughter's body in the freezer of the restaurant tell the police that Ashley had wandered away and then dispose of her body like garbage they did not expect the police to make a serious search we when you guys ask her you know like I was think maybe that wasn't a good idea but I wasn't thinking clearly at the time so you know bring her to the restaurant so Jo can see her so that when we call J can say oh she was here at the restaurant and she left the back door at the restaurant instead of you know at the house and she accidentally got killed so were you were you going to put her at the restaurant so JoJo can see her you know at the room that she was normally in uh she sleeps in there so um Joo would see that she's sleeping there and can verify it and you know she's sick so and even if she ask her to take a polygraph I don't ask a six-year-old to Pi a polygraph but sure wouldn't lie like that and so we we didn't want Jojo to lie so we want Jojo to see Ashley there okay so you get you take Ashley to the restaurant how how do you get Ashley from the apartment to the restaurant put in a car seat did you carry her out to the car yeah did she have her jacket on yes okay what what color is your car uh it's a rental car it's like black or dark gray okay so you drove that to the to the store was there um a gentleman working on the roof yes okay your daughter did you carry her in plan was for Jo to come home and see her there to verify that she's there and then I would hide her up in on top of the walking freezer and then when we called the police at night JoJo could verify that she was there as a part of a plea deal Xiao agreed to testify against his wife in exchange for a sentence of only 12 years the xia's had been planning on hiding their daughter's body but Taylor sha business had no such concern after an evening of partying and doing meth with friends the two returned to shad thean house to make love it was a violent session and sheab business lost control while choking him well a few hours ago Polie dispatch to address on Pro um the parents L Shad Daran do you know shad and how name Shad he's my head your ex boyfriend yeah okay well they found a kind homicide mutilation of a corpse and third degree sexual assault she faces life in prison as the death penalty is not legal in Wisconsin no one had any doubt about sh business's guilt but Ryan Waller wasn't so lucky instead he was forced to be interviewed about the murder of his girlfriend while he suffered from a bullet lodged in his brain although he is visibly injured and not making any sense the detective forces him to wait over an hour before seeking medical help Ryan why don't you tell me what really happened there cuz I don't believe I really don't know man I really don't I don't know
