know if he's an officer i asked him for his name badge number his name is randall i forgot the badge number but i should have it on recording i am he said i was being detained because i wouldn't give him my license and registration [Music] so i am charging him for his time right now we've been here about five minutes this will be reflected in the affidavit of truth and we'll see winning of the world and oh and of course i've invoked my fifth amendment rights as soon as he said i was being detained and broke my fifth amendment rights and requested counsel yeah that's not how it works you get counsel after you get arrested not during the traffic stop and told him he would be prosecuted for false arrest and will be charged for his time for my time that he's taking up [Music] no it's not him 15 minutes later okay sir so do you have any identification i am this is my identification okay so here's the deal like i explained if i can't prove who you are and i've requested identification from you because you were stopped for a traffic violation of having no license place or temporary registration okay if i can't identify you and you and you don't want to provide that information to me it's called fail to carry present okay which is a crime so i'm trying to do the easy thing identify who you are issue a citation and we'll get you out of here if i can do that that invokes my right here's my fifth amendment right i'll be forced to place you under arrest i've invoked without presence go ahead and step out of the vehicle you're under arrest i've invoked my fifth amendment right out of the vehicle now i do not agree to that contract if i step out of the vehicle then i'm under contract with you agreeing to i don't agree with that contract and you have no reason i was doing nothing wrong sir i can't hear you if you roll your window down a little bit more i can be able to talk to you i am doing nothing wrong okay like i said you are under arrest at this time which is why i've
