yeah this is James Springer I have a hearing set for Monday the 25th and I'm stranded in Arizona waiting on a transmission to be rebuilt they just gave it back to me I was headed over there and reverse doesn't work and so I don't know if I'm even gonna get out of here today or tomorrow is there any way that I can reset the hearing for what an initial this isn't even an initial appearance I've been there twice and nobody else was ready I don't have an attorney yes I don't again I've been there twice and nobody had anything nobody was there except for me the prosecutor wasn't there the second time the prosecutor had no idea what my case was the first time so I keep you know what I mean I keep coming out there and showing up and nobody else is ready and now I'm saying that this time you know I'm stranded in and you know I have I have no control over how quick they fixed this transmission and we can't and we can't reset it when I have spent my time coming down there twice for nothing and I'm letting you know ahead of time yeah or or what [Music] okay so okay okay no no well I obviously what I'm saying is that my in my full intent is and always has been to be there but obviously the two times that I've shown up there before the prosecutor didn't show up now it was a warrant issued for the prosecutor when they didn't show up yes yes so so since I was there and and the other parties that were supposed to be there were not where were warrants issued for I mean the second time the judge made the appointment and the judge wasn't even there so was a warrant issued for the judge well that doesn't sound like a fair justice system you're telling me that under threat of violence I always have to show up when you say so I can't reschedule it I can't call and let you know ahead of time that I'm having an issue getting there but these other individuals such as the prosecutor and the judge they can show up whenever the hell they feel like it they cannot show up if they don't feel like it and there's no repercussions for that well is that a yes or no that's actually a yes or no question of so I don't it so [Music] you can understand I'm trying to what you're threatening violence against me [Music] ma'am I've already told you I'd like to show up I already told you I'd like to show up that's not the issue and you already know that so why would you say that I already told you I've left I already told I already told you I've left a voice message I think I understand I think I understand how this works you guys are a bunch of [ __ ] violent thugs okay and we the people are fed up with your [ __ ]
