obstructing while Tino was charged with
battery on a peace officer as well as
resisting and obstructing they are
innocent until proven guilty in a court
of law boyfriends that are extremely
manipulative when the police are called
on them they act out deliberately and
will assault the police officers in
order to ensure that the police officers
have to get physical with them the
message the boyfriend is sending is not
for the police but it's for their
girlfriend who called 911 and it's a
very manipulative message that says see
when you call the caps on me they beat
my ass this is what you get for calling
the caps on me it's the boyfriend saying
I'm the real victim here extremely
manipulative and once you're aware of
this tactic you'll see it in domestic
abuse cases all the time
