hey everybody its James Freeman I'm bringing you all this video today from Henry County Alabama this is the Henry County Sheriff's Department before I start the video I'm going to give you some names and some information which will also be listed in the description of the video along with phone numbers the officer here who made the traffic stop is Michael Miller with the Henry County Sheriff's Department the two victims here the male victim was charged with obstructing government operations for refusing to answer questions and criminal mischief for allegedly kicking the inside of the door inside of the police cruiser allegedly causing 2800 dollars in damage to the inside of the door of the police cruiser the female was arrested for resisting arrest and obstructing government operations both of them have spent the last five days in jail and one just released and just released this video no it's not required well he doesn't have yeah but you do yeah but it's not I don't think I should well what are we and what's the but you well no we don't think we know my kids would they have to ID to buy like children are children so now you can either cooperate there's no investigation we're being detained for something now I am sure you are assaulting him you pulled me over for speeding right now this is a song somebody like above you I have to be out so I can have them on according she does not to get you understand what you need to get your hands off him because you cannot what are you detaining him for so what are you detaining him for do you know our rights because we know all right so what are you detaining I got you I got you on cops no no no you can't put him in there this is my protection I'm standing right here I have nothing on me clearly I am in small clothes no he can't take it from this is my property this is my protection do you have your cam on you have your camera no so I don't feel I don't none of it imma stand here so if you want to Pat me down that's fine if you want to check that feel comfortable doing that because you have little no I have no reason I know my rights no you can't do this well I'm gonna turn it off and I'm gonna come stand by my truck you can't detain him for this this cop has illegal detain illegally detained him for no reason he has got no reason to this is Abbeville Alabama I don't know this is the deputy sheriff five nine seven to five C zero hey Lee along you all need to speak to him he pulled me over for speeding which is my wrong I was speeding but he illegally can't detain him for not having a license he has no you have to have a license he has no reason to have to prove ID he was not in the wrong I was I was speeding you know you're just talking about this on the phone these damn tire eat coffee some cops want to act like they know what they can do but put their hands on him see if I can get him in he is in these in cuffs he's already assaulted me he's already touched me yes he assaulted you too [Music] quiet quiet I have my keys out I'm gonna stand right here and I'm gonna keep all this on recording for my own well-being and for his days what do you have him detained for he doesn't he - he wasn't driving he doesn't need to know you're not know you pulled me over for speeding that has nothing to do with simply that's not an investigation sir you have no reason to be doing an investigation was a creek did a crime just happened somewhere where's that I I was speeding at him I was oh you've got to be [ __ ] me boy about to get your [ __ ] badge out got this cops license-plate number he's a Henry County Sheriff he's driving a Ford license plate number again license plate number five nine seven to five C zero so I have to get your license plate number I have to get your license plate number you have my license plate number I need your license plate number so when I take you to court I can see you for harassment you over laughing what is he detained for you put he doesn't have to by law he does not have to he was not driving hey where's your wallet okay don't give it anything don't give him anything nothing quiet he yelled at us he got violent he got physical he ripped him out of the truck put him in handcuffs and now he sit in the back of this [ __ ] truck that cot right there that one that's coming there that tyrant think he's above the law plus he's saying was a lieutenant I want to know he's a little tiny I want to know he's a supervisor I want to know who's above this man who's gonna tell this man that he's wrong illegally detained me [ __ ] up and you got a super manager coming so you got the wrong person in handcuffs you'll put them on me you're gonna detain me the one who is feeding you got a supervisor coming and you don't matter what he says don't say [ __ ] to him don't say [ __ ] to him it doesn't matter what don't say [ __ ] to him I got the plate number deal the supervisor coming I need to speak don't please look I know I'm a little person dude I do not get in my face I have no reason to I have no reason to why is he being you don't intimidate me with your bigness okay I am not scared I do not care no wait no you cannot touch me either you cannot illegally detain me you cannot anyway this is being a tiring you know that right you're being a tyrant do you know why you know why you're so why aren't you putting me because why aren't you assaulting me you assaulted him he was you came in cuffs you have no reason to put him in cuffs he's only put his hands on me I want to get a future your supervisors here enough are not even pulled over look don't even pull all the way over see that's pulling over see they think they can do whatever the [ __ ] they want [ __ ] tyrants man can't even pull the [ __ ] over you got goddamn traffic coming hey you ok here he comes again he's gonna try to bully me some more he's gonna try to intimidate me thank you I got two of them son look at that what you need damage backups house for two people are gone you got the guns you got the guns how dare you -
