plain view or concealed except for sorry except those in the possession of law enforcement officers are to be brought in the building violators will be prosecuted the police have no obligation to protect you and they have taken away your right to protect yourself [Music] reading 1b I'm gonna take a wild guess that the entire Tucson Police Department has been informed that I'm here at this point and that we will have zero content here that's just a wild guess we'll see what happens we are right near davis-monthan Air Force Base [Music] [Music] but so he's sitting in an uber oh they triggered and they're triggered for sure [Music] I'm actually gonna go inside of there at the moment [Music] again I'm taking a wild guess that they're expecting me here where's your freamon how you doing I'm good good what is your purpose here for today just film the area are you done filming no I just barely started okay we have victims coming in here recording crimes we also have water department ploys over here so it's a public area you're free to film it but obviously victims aren't going to want to come forward and report if they know they're being recorded I'm sure you've already seen my videos out here today then no we've heard about it okay so go ahead to you yes they did you go I want to give you opportunity to do it and then if if you then could take it towards the outside okay all right you understand what my purpose is here to then right No okay it's just to educate you guys that we can be in here with cameras anytime we want as long as we want and so while I personally have absolutely no desire to violate the privacy of a victim you know maybe I'm not in charge you but maybe somebody can make some better protocols on where you guys interview victims at no they're gonna be walking up here so we don't even know that they're victims besides that so so there's a lot of people out there that do what I do a lot of them really don't care well I'm just letting you know a lot of them don't care who they get on camera I do personally even though I don't have to course of course all right but we've just got to get the education out there and he doesn't want to hear it though I'll tell you though the more that he people are like that the longer I stay you know what I mean just to get the point across now I'll stay as long as I want thank you sir you too oh seem to realize at this point finally that I can be here what they fail to realize is that they are not in charge of when the public can come and go filming their public servants so any of you in the area Tucson Police Department is going to need a lot more training so any of you in the area that that do auditing go ahead and make make sure that you guys follow up with Tucson Police Department you're putting down over there so while there is a purpose to this they don't understand it yet so fellow auditors please keep following up with them and help them understand at this point they know you can do it but they don't comprehend they're not going to violate your rights but they think they really don't understand what's going on and they refuse to be educated so authorized personnel only so unfortunately I won't be going back there today they're respecting the right to film but definitely not understanding yet they're really only respecting the right to film so that they don't get sued there it's not because they understand okay cool thing about a mirror as it works both ways as I would have left pretty quick but uh yeah that came out and tried to tell me what to do and then just wanted to tell me what to do and then walk away without trying to receive the education that he needed to receive I'm gonna stay for a bit as you all know I don't like being given unlawful orders since wherever you're educating them guys remember if you ever have a problem or an issue or even if you don't have a problem or an issue remember anytime you go in to deal with government agents please film and what we're doing here is making sure that they know that you have the right to film when you come in it doesn't matter what the business is it doesn't matter what you're doing you're here for you have the right to film it and you should film it hello I'm a friendly yes yeah oh well since you're a public servant you got to get used to being film doing your job yeah appreciate your
