i ask you what you're doing just filming anything i can see from a public space well there's a public space inside you're welcome to come inside it's open court oh is it yeah but this is this right here is is kind of a gardener we really don't want you standing in there oh i'm not i'm not standing on the plants oh it is an open court so i can film in there yeah oh okay i don't want to tell you not to the judge okay so you want to come inside sure i'll uh all right can you go back usually they don't allow us to film in courtrooms so i was so excited when i saw a window into the courtroom really up to the judge cool well she doesn't want me to film in there i'll come and film back out here again well but not on this spot oh yeah there's a it's definitely legal to film in that spot not in this one it is definitely you're not allowed to stand on the guard it is definitely legal i assure you i'm uh what's that no no i'll follow you what's your name my name is officer spears officers i really don't feel comfortable people walking by neither do i which is why i'd like them to do if you feel me i could care less about that i've been doing this for 30 something years and it really doesn't bother me just please don't walk behind me well can i ask you not to walk behind me absolutely we'll walk together all right i'll stay kind of in the back you stay kind of in the front all right just keep walking this way please you got to understand that it's not citizens who uh who kill people as much as police officers do so well i don't know about that yeah going to you guys are the windows and he said hey you're welcome to come inside and film oh well i did not know so yeah neither neither did i go in there i i wouldn't have expected it so i wasn't going to try to go in there but i mean he said i could i wasn't specifically wanting to but this corn in session please be quiet no cell phones no backpacks no food or drinks past this point subject to search well since i'm subject to a search past this point i obviously won't be going in there okay the judge says you may not record inside see i figured that's typically how most parts work he said you're welcome to record from any window you wish as long as you are not standing in the garden well i can that's actually not a law but thank you anyways no but thanks anyway have a good one yeah that's my property in the 20s or something right 1920s is he going to retire soon i have no idea sure hope so so i'm actually seeking the the pictures and video on his personal cell phone but he was in the course of his official duties while using his personal cell phone so uh under law that's accessible to me okay and i i did inform him that it's against it that is now city record so it would be unlawful and actually criminal for him to delete the footage at this point so he's been informed on camera that we know he has the footage um and that uh it would be illegal to delete city records okay um how about an address or where to address this to or just a number like who do i ask for um you will say mr freeman okay do you mind writing that on sure yeah yeah i'm not scary either am i am i scary somehow no good it's not scary right oh there's not a whole lot of cameras in this building they're most good there's one right there yeah most government buildings are everywhere i just add one more and sometimes people freak out have a good one you really don't well i you have no reason to fear me but you didn't want me to walk behind you well but that's just that's just my training my friend mine too were you in the military nope oh okay i was trained that police are dangerous though and so i'm sorry i was trained to to that uh police are dangerous and i was actually no i'm dead serious we went through a training um a bunch of us have been going through training to he teach us how to deal with police officers and to be totally honest with you it's almost exactly the same as dealing with an armed robber like when you break down i've even got a sheet out there in my vehicle that has a breakdown of like 10 to 15 different steps when you get pulled over on a traffic stop it looks more like instructions of how to deal with an armed robber for anyone who's wondering if it's actually true that this exists what i'm talking about on the video here it is this is law enforcement 101 safe traffic stops i actually picked this up in greenville texas at the greenville police department let me uh kind of go through some of the bs propaganda in here um i'm actually just going to show you real quick if you want to read through it which i really would recommend go ahead and pause the video to read through it please do not believe or follow the instructions on this total bs propaganda pamphlet but read through it just to uh get an idea of the kind of garbage that they're trying to put into people's heads and the type of training that they're trying to give citizens in how to deal with police officers it really is a lot like how to deal with an armed robber once again for this part just pause the video so that you can read through this and again i beg you beg you not to obey these rules this is just a bunch of bs government propaganda i'm pretty sure that this was put out by kim jong-un himself in north korea and adopted by our local police departments anyways
