october 7th 2020 florida highway patrol trooper timmy williams conducted a traffic stop on a vehicle that was allegedly doing 45 and a 35 mile an hour zone when asked why she was speeding she replied in part that she had just left a job interview either at a spa or a massage parlor the deputy was not equipped with a body camera only a dash camera and a microphone on his person at some point during the stop he took his microphone off and left it inside of his car claiming that he had to leave it in there to charge it luckily the victim audio recorded the conversation that he had with her when he returned to her car without his microphone don't worry about it if you don't got him it's just taking a while here's your pretty license back thanks in that pretty um i guess yeah you're right oh god to is the um have you heard of the the um handstand that one there's one right there what yeah um i mean i've been there for an interview but i haven't got a massage from there that's those ones i go to oh [Music] they trying to crack down what do you mean on the other ones oh the sketchy ones good oh i said good but they they'll never crack down on us why is that huh why because this is um it's difficult it's hard like you need proof or what huh they need proof or something what do you mean yeah you can't i mean you you go in there they get they get a massage and after that how are you going to prove it you guys can't like record it or something who can record it i don't know exactly well can't they just say that they had it done or maybe they don't want to i wouldn't say anything i mean who would you know yeah see what i'm saying yeah so yeah because those buildings are still around so huh i said i see those buildings are still around so yeah man yeah it's all good any questions no no no no during a traffic stop you are being detained you are not free to go essentially the interaction is being forced upon you and if you try to leave you could be subject to arrest therefore when an on duty officer in uniform is asking you for sexual favors it's implied that you should do as you're asked to avoid any negative outcomes or retaliation this is not just some woman at the bar that's having a consensual conversation with him she is detained against her will if you or me did this to a woman we would likely be charged with false imprisonment i pushed over for going 45 in a 35 zone i did state that i work all day i can do a good massage do you guys give any law enforcement specials when i say specials i was referring to discounts i don't remember at what point in time i turned off my video the only thing my intentions were looking for is a discount i said law enforcement specials and i don't think that her audio captured that do you think having a conversation with about having her perform a massage on a later date would be appropriate behavior for a trooper to make during a traffic stop well i wasn't i wasn't at that point i was looking for a a discount i wasn't i wasn't looking in that situation as a massage but to answer your question i i wasn't thinking about i was only looking for a discount at that time and you didn't think that was inappropriate to talk about donor trafficking stop i mean should not ask that during the traffic stop i was trying to try to de-escalate situation make light of the situation i may should not have asked that on the traffic stop is your pretty license back thanks isn't that pretty is there a reason why you were saying pretty licensed i was basically de-escalating the situation and i just said here's your prayer license back i said isn't that pretty are you talking about this fall do you have to come to the spa and what do you mean by if you had to come to the spa is the reason why you were asking that question [Music] right um and i get that i do get massages okay and um i'll only stop because go in that that room where they have rooms they have uh where uh massage issues are in training and uh it's like in a uh community a big open area and due to colbit they have other rooms where it's private and that's what i meant as private the uh when i said you'll have to come to the uh the spa which means that they have other areas where they can block it off and it's a private massage the information you were providing her don't you think that was inappropriate for you to ask and you never came out with an answer when she asked you about what what kind of massage you were asking about i felt that she basically set me up for um when she started recording um [Music] prior to that i was only asking for a law enforcement special [Music] as far as a discount and why would she want to set you up i'm saying i don't know what i don't know why she would want to do that but i'm saying what i felt because in the beginning that's what brought about this whole thing [Music] i said law enforcement special i was only seeking a discount i and what do you mean that you enjoy the other type of massages they have a um regular massage where it's in normal and they also have the um deep tissue [Music] where um you can um [Music] d-tissue is like what 900 the other one is like 59 where you can basically some of them if you law enforcement you can get the regular rdd tissue and then after that they give you where you at the relaxation when she explains that in south tampa they do the other type of massages and you said you want that one yes sir what do you mean by that i was just entertaining her i i mean she was saying south tampa where they're there now i'm just i won't want that one do you think that's him appropriate to say during the traffic stop about massages [Music] let's be honest here you think that's appropriate no sir so why would you say something like that to somebody you just stopped on a traffic stop [Music] when she made that statement sir to be honest i was just entertaining her which i should not have done gonna be honest yeah um well you know the schedule too okay what do you mean by uh once you mention sketchy and you said that you need to do sketchy type of massages right again let's be honest here what do you mean yes sir yes sir i'm being honest okay um when she said that she said sketchy and the same thing as far as when she said south tampa i said i'm going to south tampa she said sketchy i said um okay sketchy she said sketchy and i was just entertaining her at that point and you know what sketchy what was she meaning by sketchy i did not know what she meant by sketchy i did not even know what she meant when she said south tampa i'm being i'm being honest i was actually entertaining her at that point and she's replying back to you are you talking about the regular one or are you talking about maybe the sketchy ones and in here you say you've had both [Music] why would you tell her that why would you explain to her that you had two types of sketchy type of massages to be honest i know that getting a um those other schedules i stay away if i know it's illegal i don't do that but even though you did mention that that you had had it done before they had it done before i never did i only go to the one's hands and stone okay would there be a reason why you did tell her that that you've had both again no no sir to be quite honest i was just basically entertaining her uh is that are we talking about sexual in nature i wasn't talking about sexual nature she said skeptic sketching and i was just entertaining her at that point when you went to that traffic site were you trying to withhold your conversation with from having it recorded when you place the mic in that little crater charger inside the car no sir no sir you did not give her a written warning he said you did not she didn't receive any type of documents for speed only a verbal warning did you give her a written warning no sir i know i didn't and the reason why i did not do that i worked off duty over there and i know that when i pull a lot of people over whatever there's nothing i mean the chat to folk when we over there is to stop the speed or slow down the speeders in that area and if i i noticed that when i first started i was going through a lot police about six months ago but just about a week ago the trooper filed a privacy complaint against the video real world police disputed the claim and youtube determined that trooper timmy williams had no right to privacy while propositioning girls for sexual favors on traffic stops trooper williams was terminated from the department and later had his florida law enforcement license stripped it's unknown what he's doing for employment at this time but hopefully he hasn't had to resort to giving police officers sketchy massages to pay the bills
