[Music] what's up everybody it's James Freeman out here at the city of Arlington Water Utilities South Service Center in Arlington Texas shipping and receiving is that way training class parking this a rainwater collection system Arlington Sunrise Rotary Club rainwater harvesting and raised beds eggs a educational exhibit well from what I've seen rainwater harvesting is illegal in a lot of municipalities so big kudos to Arlington if they're trying to teach people how to collect rainwater and use it for gardens so it looks like they're not I thought that they were probably maybe using the roof but they're not the collection point is literally just the surface of the barrel they've got all these see these are just 55-gallon drums all connected together and then looks like just connect to this hose up to there I don't know if they're just using it looks like just a gravity feed system I wonder how well that works that's just a gravity feed water bill payments what's that yeah wooden water main excavator that [Music] light valves 1887 way valve attached to what are you doing oh we're just getting pictures and what's that I tore government buildings all over the country from around being actually close to home now did you see their rainwater collection thing outside let me go out there on this side of the building yeah they've got a example of rainwater collection and using it for a garden which i think is impressive because a lot of these municipalities are outlined collecting your own rainwater so I like that they're trying to educate people about how to do it have you seen different municipalities you see what I'm talking about where they outlawed this type of stuff I was insane in saying this I want to hope so but the problem is if you collect all your own water do you need them so they're like alright you can do it to this extent but don't become totally self-sufficient because also it's all in one here see different municipalities are different in that way too I've come from places where for example where I came from the water and sewer was to happen but we were able to pick our own trash collection yeah and I've seen other places usually in the county he usually it's not in within city limits where you you pay for water but you're using septic so there's no sewer you get to pick your own trash so it does vary a little bit self-sufficient because that would put them out of business all visitors must sign in dispatch city vehicles only beyond this point fleet services deliveries hey how you doing doing good [Applause] oh man yeah about you huh just filming [Applause] what's that just everything out here [Applause] [Music] so dolmen what's her no thank you what are you filming what's that just out of curiosity just a film for what is it for anything hurt who are you huh who are you oh I work here I should I mean I don't care that you're feeling I just wondering thanks for oh what's that what who are you you have ID on you can I see your ID what what's that what just cuz I asked can I see your ID or no who are you you approached me no I'm working man have a good one you don't have ID that you want to give me you don't have an ID you want to give me [Applause] what's up just filming what's that what's that what Oh what am I going to film why I'm filming everything I can see in the area cuz I want to who are you okay what's your name what's that Melvin you got ID on you what's it you gotta you got a picture ID on you you drive are you operating that vehicle without a picture ID huh you want to show it to me see you out here op nope I don't have one on me sorry you got her operating a motor vehicle without an ID or kind of see it alright just seeing what I can see you okay man you alright it goes Arlington police know if they're coming over here or not I know a lot of people called there was a lot of snowflakes [Music] I've seen a couple of Arlington Popo go by nobody's stopping here nobody's coming over so hey what's up guys it's James Freeman either at the South Arlington police service center in Arlington Texas [Music] we don't know easy we good one no I'm good thank you man have a good one Thanks now watch this this is odd right as I open the door this police officer had just pulled up and you can see is just getting out of the vehicle as soon as the officer sees me they turn back around get back in the car and leave so this card just pulled up she gets out I come out of the building she gets back in the car and leaves the water facility again the police are there but they didn't want to talk to me smart move so there goes the Arlington piggy that showed up to the call over here [Music] he chose not to make contact with me [Music] [Music]
