there was a gentleman who came into my courtroom refused to mask up [Music] here I didn't threaten any arrests I didn't call them up to request anything I just asked you to leave my courtroom and if not well I was told by quite a few people back there that you had demanded that they arrest me and bring me back into the courtroom for a contempt hearing then you were told very wrong [Music] you had demanded that they arrest me and bring me back into the courtroom for a contempt hearing then you were told very wrong okay that's inaccurate things like that okay ever Lieutenant will verify so you didn't ask for them to arrest me or bring me back for contempt here no I would appreciate it this is why courts don't want you and I to be allowed to make our own audio and video recordings of Court proceedings this hearing was recorded by the court but the part where he demanded that I'd be brought back for a contempt hearing is missing from the official court record that I received through an open records request since Mr Bennett had omitted his conversation with the deputy from the official record he was under the impression that no record of what he said or did existed if it weren't for deputies recording in the courtroom Gordon Bennett would have gotten away with his lie and people would have continued to believe that he was honorable thanks to a camera in the courtroom controlled by someone other than the court we now know that Gordon Bennett is not honorable but rather a lying sack of he's still presiding over hearings but contact information for his superiors is listed below the longer full version of this story is coming soon okay let me let me just say this we're not going to enforce any mask mandate in the courtroom or anywhere else I appreciate
