waiting on records requests that were finally filled but even after they were filled the video from lori's phone was in such low quality that i'm not even using it in here to catch you up on what happened i went to torrance county i recorded in public i was bullied by these two cops i went to do records requests to get body cam footage dispatch calls and other things from the incident the staff at the county offices were extremely rude and played games with me trying to get me to give my home address in order to retrieve public information why does it matter i don't have to give you guys this stuff to get the records are you going to give them or not it's as simple as that and then i'll leave after almost an hour of arguing with these people they finally decide that they're going to give me the records without getting my home address now they want exact change the problem is i've been here for a long time and i've got other appointments to get to i don't have any more time to deal with it so i leave to come back the next day cool so if you have 25 yes sure do you have correct change uh do i need exact change if not i'll let you keep it um it would make it a lot easier then i have to break it and we don't do cash normally in the finance take a trip to the treasurer's office they could probably where's that thing is i've got an appointment at once you want so that's where we're at now i've come back the next day i've got exact change to buy the records i'm thinking i just walk in there put 25 under the glass they give me the disc i walk out finally after all this nonsense it'll just be over at this point i'm actually thinking it's gonna be so easy i'm just gonna do it between trips that i'm making to run other errands so i actually have one of my children with me too i should have known better i didn't know it at the time but between the last time that we had spoken these people had gone on to my youtube channel and seen that i post videos of government employees acting inappropriately they decided that they didn't like this and that the best way for them to deal with it would be to act inappropriately for my youtube channel hello what's that she didn't give me a time yes she did no she didn't it's like the first time it was two o'clock no um when i left i was in a hurry because you guys had already kind of dragged it out so oh really yeah well then i mean you laughed after they resolved it and then well they didn't have change yeah no they actually had to mention that to you in the first email or something she said well i shouldn't say law i can and then i went on to say that schedule you tomorrow two o'clock remember to bring the exact change if you choose to so we are back to square one playing games the law says that i have to give an address i gave an email address she insists that she wants to know where i sleep okay well i don't have a home address so what do we do about homeless people who need records do you i you just
