around him was crashed in and you know the cops would pull you over and a lot of times they just have a come-to-jesus with you and and that if you'd come to Jesus they'd let you go and this guy thought that this was just totally okay and that there was nothing wrong with it he's still to this day thinks that it's okay so to most of us who are not in this alternate universe this is pretty and faster and I wouldn't be surprised if we see some more cases like this come up after being pulled over by a Hamilton County police sorry Hamilton County sheriff's deputy a woman claims that the officer stripped down to his underwear and first forcibly baptized her in a lake now she's suing the county for 11 million dollars it says in Riley's version of the events she was driving in town On February 6th when she purchased cigarettes at a gas station where one of the deputies Daniel Wilkie happened to be she claims that Wilkie followed her in his vehicle and pulled her over outside the home of a friend of O'Reilly on suspicion that she had methamphetamines in her car he ordered her to leave her vehicle and performed a full body search including demanding that she reach under her shirt and pull out her bra and shake the bra and shirt Riley said she requested a female officer to conduct the search which will cleat which Wilkie refused so these are the two deputies Wow they they don't look like serial killers at all huh these are the two deputies deputy Daniel will CLE and deputy Jacob go forth Wow Riley said that when the body search came up with nothing the deputy asked if she had any illegal substances in the car Riley Riley admitted that a single marijuana roach was in the vehicle hidden within a pack of cigarettes big mistake there don't ever admit to anything don't ever don't give him an inch they'll take a mile Wilk Lee searched the vehicle and according to the lawsuit began to verbally abuse Riley he then asked her if she believed in Jesus Christ and was quote saved after a conversation Riley alleges that will CLE told her that he would not take her to jail if she went into her friend's home grab some towels for a baptism and did what he said and then followed the deputy in his patrol car to Soddy Lake oh my gosh this is real this is real truth is stringer stranger than fiction once there they were joined by Deputy Jacob Goforth who will CLE said was there as a witness according to Riley locally stripped down to his underwear and led her into the lake where she walked in up to her waist before will CLE placed one hand on her back and another on her chest submerging her underwater the pair then walked out of the lake and dried off and Riley said she was then charged with possession of a controlled substance and given a suspended sentence so he didn't even hold up her end of the deal his head ended the deal really he's still charged her so these seem to psychopathic deputies will CLE and go forth I'm assuming it was later in the day because the video there's actually video of the second incident and it looks like it's in the evening so I don't know which event happened first for sure but it looks like later in the day they pulled over this man and woman and take the man out of the car and do an anal cavity search on him and grab his junk all kinds of nastiness and that is actually part of it is actually caught on on dashcam deputies Jacob go forth and Daniel will CLE are seen on dashcam footage slamming James Myron Mitchell 41 on the hood of a patrol car kneeing him in the stomach and repeatedly pulling at his pants as a female companion watches on this is some sick stuff at one point Mitchell complains of a hernia of hernia pain as his genitals are being grabbed but the officers continue to treat him roughly and he
