Bro, you're not going to disrespect law enforcement. This is the story about how a man claiming to be an off-duty cop walks up to Mark with nipple rings on and smacks him for saying Tucson police suck. Bro, you're not going to disrespect law enforcement. He just he just assaulted him. I'm a witness. You're right. I did. But this interaction between Mark Brown and the self-proclaimed cop that's wearing nipple rings was only about 30 seconds long. So, why is this video going to be a five-part series? Because the city of Tucson and Pima County have spent tens of thousands of dollars in the last three years trying to prosecute the victim while protecting the alleged offduty police officer. Because really, this story is about how your government is willing to spend endless time, money, and resources to protect one of their own from a petty misdemeanor. We now have dozens of hours of interviews, depositions, trials, testimonies all over one of the most petty cases I've ever seen. Well, you're not going to disrespect law enforcement. The 6'7 tall man you see standing on the left of your screen is Mark Brown. He's hard to miss as he's 6'7 and can often be found recording police activity in Tucson, Arizona. And this is Roy, who can often be found with Mark Brown recording police activity. Stop. Listening to the police scanner, they find calls to record police at. What was that number? North First. Do you remember the number? On September 26th, 2022, Mark and Roy went to a call where multiple officers were approaching a suspect with rifles drawn. Right there. There you go. Looks like we got 23. So, we can move in. might call back on the board and attach me to 49. I got five units here. We're going to go ahead and move up. All right, guys. They're getting ready to shoot somebody. They got the line rifles there. They said and they said, "Go ahead and move in. We got nothing." They ran after him on foot that way. Yeah, they had him on foot and they went around the backside. Well, let us know. You can record. We just want to stop. You're right there. All right. I just want a good shot of the vehicle. Where's the vehicle at? We have our vehicle's right here. No, the vehicle that's uh the guy's in. We have no clue what you're talking about. Oh, so you're not here to do nothing? There's no reason to tape it off then, right? No, there's there's no vehicle involved. There's there's a suspect that got shot. We No, there's no suspect that got shot. Okay. Okay. Just checking, brother. I won't go any I won't come any closer. You're good. You're good. Cool. We just want to tape it, right? Cool. Tear it up. Officer Dial approaches the apartment manager and asks her to meet him around the corner so he can ask her something. He takes her around the corner and asks her for permission to trespass the guys that are recording the police. How you guys doing? Good. Everybody okay? Everybody come out here unscathed. I'm talking about you guys. Oh, yeah. We're good. That's good. All right. What's your name? What's your name? Officer Chandler. You are not allowed to be here per the management. They want you off property. If you refuse to leave off property, I'm going to arrest you. That's terrible. So, you went solicit a trespass, brother. How could you do that? I I'm a guest. What are you talking about? I'm here with a friend. How How are you going to go solicit a trespass? Here with friends staying at what? at a residence here. Address your name. I'm definitely gonna Give me one second. Are you a resident here? What's your number? He's with me. I will. Okay. So, what address are you staying at? I'm not going to give you his address. Okay. So, you're No. That doesn't mean anything to me. Well, what you're saying, sir. Why did you give me trespass? For what reason? I was just asking this gentleman nicely. Was I rude? I will in a second. What's he doing then? Okay, cool. We're going to be that way. The manager said that she doesn't want you on property, so you're going to I would like to Whoa, whoa, what's going on here, man? Are you told to leave that you're a trespasser? They didn't want you on property, bro. God didn't hurt you, dude. What the What's going on here, sir? You're a witness, brother. Come on, man. I just I'm visiting Mike's apartment complex. I just want Well, the manager just said that you're not I will be more than happy with the former. Stop being violent with me, you piece of [ __ ] dude. Do I get my formal trespass from the uh from from the uh management or do I can I just come back tomorrow or how does that work? Do I have to wait till you guys leave? So, the bottom line is is that when trespass the way trespassing works in uh apartment complexes, okay? All right. You are allowed to a guest people are allowed to have guests. Okay. So, that means you have to go straight there and and leave. You can't linger. You can't be in any common areas because the common areas are owned by the apartment complex. I told you I was going to do a review. That's what I'm going to tell you. That I mean, you can review it right here. I was doing a constitutionally protected activity and the manager never told me to leave. So, you want to give me your phone number so I can tell you what the results of that review is? I honestly will call in and uh you want to give me a case number then? You want to give me a case number cuz I'll call in. Roy gives a formal complaint about officer Chandler to Sergeant Dial. While many people don't like what Mark Brown was doing, it's not only legal, it's supposed to be constitutionally protected. Hey, Piggy. You piggy. You piggy tan. Please suck. Tucson Police Sergeant Dial says he'll arrest Mark Brown for disorderly conduct for saying Tucson police suck. But he refuses to arrest Tyreek Coleman, an employee of the Puma County Jail, for attacking Mark Brown. Wasn't intentionally or was it permanently? So leaving that detail out wasn't intentional? No. Okay. So you accidentally left that detail out while speaking with this officer.
