wiring okay you're with that group of people up there on the corner yeah that's our camp at your Camp I gotcha go out y'all come out here a lot or it's a different group every time um this is my first time camping down there I camped up here one time with my father with his dad oh yeah we just see if you might keep on the road yeah yeah I got you so there's always usually someone there but I usually see different people that's why I was like I wonder if it's just there's something I've ever camped there oh really I got you okay this is a trailer bud that's for the trailer yeah that's for a trailer you got the vessel registration that might be in the truck dang it okay is it registered to you sir it is registered to me yes okay do you got your ID on you oh no actually this is registered to Becky it is registered my uh his sister okay 64-41 gotcha just buy it or something or it was a couple years ago we got it from his uncle 1050 marker 95. oh okay so FL 7815 lima charlie okay so your uncle gave it to your sister and she put it in her name yeah registered yeah which is which is my wife which is your wife well not a one call her my wife because we've been together for 10 years but we're not married married who's Gary Gary 10-4 again that's FL 7815 lima charlie or I'm sorry Lima golf all right I'm just making sure your your G looked like a c from this angle because I think it's kind of faded that's all I think maybe I gave him the wrong number that's why I was like who's Gary yeah okay um I got you you uh hey bud you mind holding onto this rope just wild yeah no problem I'll hold on and keep it close oh okay nickel is that your last name I got you that's his last name yeah oh I got you okay you don't have your ID on you yeah oh okay I'll just take quickly yeah you're not the owner appreciate it man absolutely thank you all right and then you got two life jackets on board sir ens yeah if you want to see it no no that's fine um Temple um okay you got a sound device on board man yeah like a Whistler or a horn you don't have to hit it but if you just show it to me real quick I have a air horn okay there's a my fire extinguisher the fire extinguisher okay six four forty one six five and operator 27. my son must Gavin would probably freaking was playing with it okay 10-4 it's gonna be Papa three five zero five zero one eight eight zero five eight two two forty eight okay so no sound device all right I bought a uh fire extinguisher I'm sure right there am I pulling that out for me real quick okay I'll take a quick look at that bud thank you sir I appreciate that good to go with that all right and then I see you got a uh a throw device on board y'all got any fish on board I seen that no no I was just fishing license okay you weren't fishing oh I was oh yeah but I'm trying to it's late man I got it all right no I'm just curious because I think you gotta you gotta pull it looks wet so yeah no I was trying you do you mind showing me uh your live wells or any coolers on board just so I can see you and get any fish on Boardman this really isn't everything's up right there okay what about like glove boxes or you got any compartments up here and that's an influence of a long time ago a lot of empty beers still got clogged the what I said my glove compartment I don't have any cooler cooler um all our coolers are back at Camp okay I got you six four forty one ten point what year were you born man I have a bag of Arizona uh 88 88 okay you got your boating license on you sir um aren't I the because I was before I thought I was grandfathered in like I am yeah I am I don't have a license and I know I don't need them uh no sir if you're born after January 1st you are not grandfather didn't so you miss it like by a month in June so let me show you my license okay do you have a boating license though yeah I've been taking a building license I have not okay I got you um I can show you my idea I do I can try you can drive one you got a boating license on you I do not have a boating license but I'm not required to oh you're not required I got you here you pre-qualified you said you're older than that I got you eight seven gotcha yeah it's uh January 1st uh all right so you missed it you missed the mark pretty close but a month yeah so I gotcha all right all right I'll get my boating license for sure okay so you gotta have a boating license operate man um you don't have any compartments up here for fish nothing like that well you're gonna open it up there is gonna say it looks like a compartment just has the anchor in it okay cool man appreciate it in the back side it's just open I see it I got you life fast yeah okay good deal man all right um okay it's it's Caleb yes sir I've never seen it spelled that way that's why yeah I'm the one and only I've never I've never in my life man well you pronounced it right well I mean I kind of dude I kind of hoped you pronounce it that way but I didn't know you surprised what yeah yeah with a club I got you all right well hang on tight for a second where y'all uh coming from tonight just the corner you said yeah did you guys stay on the weekend or whatever it's my son's birthday oh okay yeah we were just coming around the island we can't fly I gotcha okay no I was just curious all right so to be honest with me how much y'all had to drink because I smell alcohol on both y'all manila's alcohol in the boat but I'm just I'm just I can smell it on both you're working on your fourth beer okay okay what about you man I've had about four probably about four okay when did you start drinking whenever we got together what time you all get to Camp you think if you had to put a timer a body what was your last beer you think I know you I'm just asking him no because he's driving that's why I'm curious um I had one whenever we left camp that was probably 15 20 minutes ago okay yeah I got you did circles around the island for a little bit and then we rode up to see if uh they were open up there at the store oh Swamp House or whatever yeah Oh I thought they were open till 11. that's what I I thought they that's what they told later on a Friday night anyway what well they weren't open so then we just came back we're doing circles around the island and then we decided to park right here we were spotlighting it out well where we were at earlier because that's where he camped and the last time he was here at the island okay which is the first time I came here right yeah no we have people that Spotlight and we have people that you know get Gators and stuff out here so that's right I'm asking y'all what y'all are doing yeah I see people up on an island no Gators all right what about the weed man how much is it on board to be honest um I think I have I smelled maybe like 3.5 all right who whose is it mine who has a card I do not have a card okay all right because both your eyes are bloodshot and I smell it on both y'all so that's something it's strong that's what I'm asking so how much you guys had to smoke tonight I've hit the ball and really I've only packed One Bowl since we got here and it's still not even done okay okay what is it what is a bowl for you um is that like a lesson [Music] is like maybe a point two okay like now you guys very small amount of wings okay right you have it with you yeah okay all right take a look at that real quick what about you man how much you had to smoke probably the same amount right because y'all are hanging out the same Bowl okay I appreciate that I mean I listen man I can smell it I mean if I wanted to I'd toss the whole boat I was hoping you'd just save me the time so um okay so you smoke how much out of the three it's just that just that one double that's not even completely finished what's the package let me look at the package real quick I got you okay all right so all right so all right so here's my problem is all right you guys are drinking you guys are smoking you're on a boat okay I know you're close to your camp but you guys are out here without lights and people run into boats at night because they don't see things it's part of my job is to make sure people are safe part of my job is make sure people who are on the river or halfway on the river or fully in the river in your case just dock people can see them like that's a huge thing man like for real like it's a big problem and it can be extremely dangerous you know for one reason or other people's lights don't work so that's why I'm kind of talking so my concern now is that you can safely operate because you're smoking and drinking and you're slurring your words so I want to make sure you're safe to drive if you let me test your eyes real quick make sure you're good to go so I can get you guys back home okay I mean you don't I mean he'll have to probably drive but let me make sure that you're safe to drive if you want to just sit down it's just easier if you sit down man than me leaning over yeah on your boat yeah yeah that's fine okay you just mind holding that rope so we don't go nowhere bud I got you okay all right that way no dummy coming by it was moonshining at night here wakes up a lot of people without lights on yeah this is why I'm out here man people people don't think that it happens but it's like you would not believe how many people run with lights out in pitch black dark like this they don't even have a flashlight we've seen it they're running By Moonlight by the campfire literally launched and you know what's going to happen is two of these guys that think they're Invincible that they can drive without lights on are going to hit each other head on one of these nights or hit somebody that's half sticking out like y'all you know what I mean because they're not paying attention or they can't see or you know whatever I'm not trying to beat you up I'm just saying like that's that's the work that's the world I live in so and I just want to make sure that doesn't happen that's the whole reason I'm coming to talk to you all yeah yeah I got you so okay sorry I didn't want to hit your pole man I know it's leaning on the inside I know it's leaning out a little bit man so I just want to make sure it's good to go okay all right all right Caleb not collab make sure I say this right man okay all right so I'm just gonna test your eyes real quick make sure you're good to go get you guys out of here okay so do you have any medical defects with your eyes or any like medical attacks you wear contacts okay I got you you're like nearsighted or farsighted or I'm near sign nearsighted okay I got you do you have any medical um farsighted farsighted let's see far you can see in here you can't see far okay I got you do you have any medical things since you're in my care since we're together yeah I just need to know if like something starts happening like start having a seizure I need to know what's going on you have anything medically okay I got you sorry I just have to ask Manny since you're with me I don't want something to happen appreciate your uh okay all right and then do you have any other uh medical history you want me to know about just like I said since we're together okay yeah are you sick or injured are you sick or injured right now okay sorry it's just some questions I have to ask you since you're you're in my oh you're my okay I got you uh are you under the care of a doctor or dentist for anything major right now okay um are you taking any medication or drugs other than what we talked about obviously talk about right okay um all right so I'm gonna do I'm just gonna check your eyes real quick okay so what I need to do is just stare at the tip of my pen okay man all right I'm just gonna go back and forth just fall out with your eyes your eyes only don't move your head okay you understand okay I got you okay I'm just gonna go up and down now real quick okay so same thing just gonna go over you okay yeah my eyes are just drying it out I got you okay I'm gonna go up and down now this time all right oh all right it's not really a pass or fail it's it's more of um it's more of a like what what's going on with your eyes um okay all right um do let me let me do two more things just to make sure you're good to go um for this one you'll have to sit to the edge of the seat and then you'll have to make a fist with both hands okay all right so you said you're comfortable and stable sit the entry seat good to go there yeah yeah yeah you stable though is what I'm saying okay so put both hands down make a fist with both hands you're gonna Point your index fingers out like this okay see that like this yep just like that you're gonna Point them down okay all right um keep your palms and fingers turn them Palms forward so you're going to be like this understand okay all right so just remain in that position I'm gonna explain what I want you to do okay all right when I say begin you're going to tilt your head back you're going to tilt it back to a 45 degree angle and you're going to close your eyes it's going to look like this I'm not going to close my eyes or you're going to close your eyes okay it sounds like meditation right um when I tell you to you're going to touch the tip of your nose with the tip of your index finger and immediately return it to your side okay so this is this is your tip this is your side of your finger this is the pad of your finger this is the side of your nose this is the tip your nose this is the Brower your nose right okay so what I'm asking you to do is when I tell you to I'm gonna ask you to do the tip of your finger to the tip of your nose does that make sense okay I got you all right yep see this is what I'm talking about man so yeah okay all night so come over here is this guy with you no no they're not with you okay that's why I'm asking so I'm just gonna make sure their lights turn on Okay hey why your light's not on FWC hey battery died okay well why are you hauling ass through here then yeah well if you can't see and no one can see you you shouldn't be hauling butt yes you should be going I had a crawl because no one can see you yes sir yes sir okay what do you all got tilapia what else you got flip up your coolers for me real quick flip up your compartments for me let's see it let's just front one for me good thank you all right snail's pace back there and get out of the channel get to the side of the river okay really slow I don't need you hitting somebody or something I'll turn on my phone light good but slow all right okay sorry about that guys all right all right man so I'll just reread it to you just so you understand see at the edge of the thing there hands down your side index fingers out Palms forward okay when I tell you to tip of the finger to the tip of the nose side of the nose tip of the nose brow of the nose tip of the fingers side of the finger pattern finger right okay all right so when I say right you must touch your right index finger to your nose when I say left you must touch your left index finger to your nose you understand that you understand what I was I know I just reiterated it again but um okay you understand that all right go ahead and begin okay we're gonna do left okay put it back down okay right put it back down left okay again when I give you when I give you a command and you touch it you're supposed to go right back down okay oh I'm supposed to go right back down I thought you were telling me to go back down sorry yeah no I was I was reminding you because um you weren't putting your hand back down every time I told you to um I was like man he's making me touch it for a long time yeah yeah that's right right left okay you can relax open up your eyes okay I gotcha oh all right this next one man is um I need to make hands together like this okay all right palm to Palm gotcha it don't matter if one's up for one's the other it's whichever you want whatever you're more comfortable with man okay so you can place your hands Palm over one hand like that you're going to remain that position while I explain what I want you to do next okay all right when I tell you to begin you're going to flip your top hand over and count out loud one then you flip your hand back over and count out loud two counting only when the hands make contact so it's going to look like this one two one two okay you're gonna repeat that and you're going to speed up as you go and you're not going to stop until I tell you to okay you're gonna make sure your hands and fingers are parallel with each Pat like this okay all right do you understand all that I understand I got you all right go ahead and begin one two one two one two one two one two one two one two one two one two one two one two one two one two one two one two one two I don't know if I can go faster one two one two one two one two one two one two one two one two one two one two one two one two one two one two one two okay you can stop now all right I gotcha all right all right um all right so this next this last one man okay so make physical Tans all right feet shoulder width apart just like that okay you put your left fist at the center of your chest okay just like that and you make your right fist against it like this okay good okay um you're gonna remain in that position while I explain what I want you to do okay all right when I say begin you're gonna perform four things okay the first task is to count out loud from one to four while you move your fist in a step like fashion and you're gonna make contact between your fists at each step and look like this okay one two three four okay the second part of that is to memorize and position your hands and your fists were after you've counted four clap three times and return your fist in the memorized position and go right back third part is to move your fists in a step like fashion in Reverse kind of out loud from five to eight and you turn your left fist to your chest so five six seven eight eight so the fourth task is to open up your hands with your palms down and place them in your latch with so one two three four or the other way I'm sorry does it go one two three four or does it go the other way with one two three four you want me to explain it again yes please I was gonna say it sounds like you don't you didn't follow okay I'll explain it again for you okay the first part all right um so make your fists okay left this against your chest the center and your right fist against that just like that right okay um you're gonna remain in that position while I explain the four tasks okay when I say begin you're gonna perform four things first task is Count out loud from one to four and when you're fist in a step like fashion counter out loud from one four so one two three four okay the second part is to memorize your position clap through times and return them back to the memorized position so okay third task is move your fish in a step like fashion in reverse order count out loud from five to eight five six seven eight towards left this left Fist of the chest and the fourth test to open up your hands and your palms down and place them in your lap okay um you understand at that time okay you understand what I'm asking okay I got you all right go ahead man one two three four one two all right two three or five six seven eight nope oh so a lot of complicated process man one of course five six seven eight okay you just did it again I got you all right I was I couldn't remember back and forth you know I gotcha all right I thought I saw another light I was like are you kidding me a new person gotcha yeah those guys were going way too fast yeah they were home but yeah um all right man so you're showing signs of impairment how much did you really have drink man I feel like you had a lot more in four I might have had four or five like I really we would drink a lot we haven't drank a lot we just got to Camp not that long ago okay and we set up camp I like I said I got four teenagers back at Camp that's my son's birthday and we literally had a couple and we've been hanging out right here man right like I'm not gonna lie to you we have had some to drink some to smoke yeah yeah oh we're we're trying to keep it we're not trying to race up and down this the river you know we try to keep respectful we pick up our trash we do everything that we can to right keep right around here I got you I understand okay and again no one has a card for this nobody has a card for that how much do you normally smoke I smoke occasionally I don't smoke okay what what is occasionally for you what do you mean occasionally is like whenever I hang out with you know hang out whenever I'm out with people that are smoking right I don't typically go and buy a whole bunch of you know I got you anything like I drink beer I have a couple of beers at night I work and then I come home and have a couple beers and cook dinner and go to bed I gotcha okay all right well here's the problem man is like you're showing me lots of signs of impairment and some of it I believe is related to the and other is definitely related to the drinking like because this is testing for drinking all right and this is not testing for all the other stuff that I'm noticing with this okay and this is medicinal this is not for the average smoker so you know a bowl or whatever this could be 10 times as potent as what people normally get their hands on you know what I mean like some of the stuff that's 80 percent which is insane it is insane huh yeah I've been to smoke shops and and talked to some of the people that worked them and I've seen it yeah it's my job to kind of know that stuff and so like I've seen it and so people who are not used to smoking that will be falling over themselves because they're not used to it so um all right so this is how I feel about it man um I believe you're impaired I don't believe you should be behind the wheel um so we're gonna take a ride okay so I need you to do is stand up turn around put your hands behind your back it's my son's 16th birthday I don't know what to tell you man I'm gonna ask you one more time please stand up turn around put your hands behind your back can I give him my phone and stuff absolutely absolutely I will do that here just have just have a seat for me I'll grab you whatever you want man just have a seat or actually if you want to sit here I got to get you a life jacket on okay so if you just want to have a seat for me because I can't travel with you without a life jacket it's unfortunately part of making sure you're safe I don't want anything to happen to you so all right man sorry to dude I know it's not a comfortable life jacket but I've been charged to it it'll be uh boating Under the Influence is that like a DUI it is but it's not so DUI would affect your driving privileges because you're on a car DUI doesn't affect your driving privileges and um doesn't hold the same um it doesn't affect your building license either oh really yeah the laws are somewhat kind of new when it comes to Bui so they haven't got to that point where it would affect your boating license so have you ever been in trouble before I haven't ever okay I gotcha so like so if you haven't been in trouble before you know I can't speak to what they'll do with you but stuff at work like I have background clearances I got you okay um all right what do you what would you like to take to jail for you um and what's in your pockets my pocket I gotta I gotta check your pockets real quick now that I got you um security what is this this is a pony clip it's a knife that's a it's a money clip and it's a box opener okay what else is in here I believe my vape is in there okay anything that's gonna poke me or stick your stab me nothing like that weapons or anything I'm just asking man I don't I'm not judging I'm just I'm just asking it's in your phone okay would you like to take your phone in jail you're not gonna be able to use it but it's up to you to have that please okay I'll give that to them got anything else yeah yeah I'll make sure he gets it let's watch the belt okay I gotcha and then uh anything else in here sorry just sure what okay if you do have anything else on you towards the light was working yeah it just came on yeah see you probably got a battery issue okay so Caleb if you have anything else on you I'm not judging I'm just saying they'll find it at the jail and if you haven't if you have if you do have something it's a felony in there it's whereas it would be a misdemeanor do you know what I'm saying I don't believe I do okay if you have any drugs or anything like that paraphernalia they'll find it and they'll charge you an up charge so no I don't have anything I'm just saying if we if you do now would be a good time to tell me no I don't do you have anything hidden in your body or anything like that no I'm just letting you know man they're gonna find it yeah so oh I hope not no I mean they would find it so if if you have something now would be a good time to tell me no I don't have anything otherwise I have my vape in this pocket this this front pocket okay yeah all right I got you bud all right um okay do you want they're not gonna let you take this in there they'll destroy it if you take that there a couple more times real quick I can't let you do that because you're in my you're in my care now um I gotcha yeah and again like I would I'd let you take it but they'll throw it away if you take it to jail I'm just letting you know um do you need anything um from the boat as far as like your wallet or anything like that for Bond or anything like that you have my ID I have your ID if you want your wallet so you can make your bond for yourself that's what I'm saying like right away how much was it a bond is only 500 bucks we'll go to Volusia County I can tell you I mean we'll go to Seminole County my my Chase card's not working right now that's okay I mean they will have people that can help you get a bond they have people that can help you get a bond there if you don't have I'm just saying if you want to take your wallet we can do that it's up to you it's my phone is my wallet and I have one card I mean I could take but it's really not going to do me either it starts not working and they can still put it in it doesn't matter if the chip isn't reading they can still enter no I had a fraud a couple weeks ago and they turned my card off and I have my other card so I haven't been using it okay money on my other account but I don't think I have 500. okay Becky's just gonna have to come get me okay I'll call her as soon as I start pulling away is there anything else you want from the camera in the morning there's no sense I'm wearing anybody I'll tell you back I'll tell you back all right man show me back yeah I'll tell you back just because you've been drinking and I want to make sure we're good to go I'll just it'd just be easier for me to tell you back that way I'm not worried about you how long ago would I be able to get out tonight you'll be able to get in eight out eight hours from right now eight hours just wait in the morning 10 4 you can show that subject 10 15 at a time um okay so you got eight hours from now they'll give you a bond since you've never been in trouble okay it is what it is it's not like it doesn't affect your driving privileges I know that's what you're asking for yeah it doesn't affect those because I drive a company it's boating stuff take my vehicle yeah it's boating stuff so over top okay Caleb um I'm gonna request that you submit to a lawful test your breath for the purposes of determining your alcohol content um would you like to take the test no okay all right again I have to read this to you as part of the thing it says um uh you're over 21. um if you refuse to the test I requested of you a civil penalty of 500 uh fine will be um civil uh you'll be result in a siliconi 500 additionally if you refuse to submit to the test I've requested of you and you've been previously fined under this section 327 35 2125 which you said you haven't um then uh your driving privileges are freely suspended or refusal to submit to a lawful test breast you're in blood or uh or breath you will be committing a misdemeanor in addition to any other uh penalties which is imposed by law refusal to submit to the tests I requested is admissible into evidence in a criminal proceeding um do you understand what I just read you yeah okay um do you want to refuse I have to ask you a second time do you want to still refuse yeah I don't want to take it okay I got you I already did a field of sobriety so sure that's and that's fine I just um I literally have to read you a second oh yeah um and it is my gosh it's 1 45 in the morning okay and then That's it man um same thing I'll I have to do the same thing um would you like to provide a urine sample for the purposes of determining your urine okay no okay um don't want to take the test okay um again um you already refuse the other ones so you're not going to get an additional penalty it's just a refusal across all but again I have to ask you a second time it's a civil penalty of 500 just like I read you um additional 500 no no no it's it's a single 500 because you've already refused so we don't hit you twice for refusal for blood and urine or breath or whatever again I just have to ask this and I have to explain it's the 500 uh fine you already understand that but um I have to ask you a second time do you still want to refuse to submit to that test okay no problem all right gotcha just have to document that man and um okay we're uh we're free to use the bathroom now and um I'll take you over here that's fine actually um it's a little bit more privacy over here foreign yeah so sometimes they'll keep it in the water because uh so it's like more readily accessible yeah so um yeah if you want we'll walk right over here it's a it's an easier spot okay all right you haven't given me any problems I'm gonna take you out of cuffs just for this okay I appreciate it okay and then rotate this arm for me oh for sure sorry all right so there's actually a better access point right here by this uh tree right here just do your business real quick and then we'll uh we'll get on the road okay good that's fine yep there's no cameras or nothing out here so that's fine covert off
