is that right what was it i can't hear it can you guys hear him no big deal just come on pull over and uh let's get some id hey we can do this the easy way or the hard way if you're gonna make it that way okay then it's gonna be an issue you know what i'm saying we can do it the easy way or the hard way if you're gonna make it that way okay then it's gonna be an issue you can't just be driving around without headlights come on pull over pull over [Music] all right man appreciate it you just turn it off for me and i can get some id why not that's what happens when you drive with your headlights off man i gotta check you for id hey we need to do a few tests i need to do a few tests to make sure you're not intoxicated can you follow the tip of my dick with your eyes can you see my everybody i'm just doing my job you know i didn't ask you to drive around with your headlights off you did that all right appreciate it we can just get id have your sarge come out do a field sobriety test we'll be on our way is your sarge coming or i appreciate you shutting off the bike for me no i'm not doing this for you oh yeah who are you doing it for you understand how dangerous that is though right be driving around with your headlights off you realize we barely saw you until the last second guy behind you could have plowed into you you got no taillights no headlights no nothing you understand that right you understand how dangerous of a situation you create on our roads when you do that right it's not a big deal we all make mistakes man we all make mistakes we just need to get you tested make sure you're good to drive for the night and you'll be on your way you know what i mean is that all right it's not a big deal man so i couldn't hear you when your bike was running could you tell me your name again or no my name is officer dewire man number 1405 is that dewire okay i'm i'm genuinely trying to [Music] would you mind spelling it for me i know you don't have to your policy doesn't say you have to would you mind spelling it for me i think i i heard dwyer do you know how long you were driving with your lights off for do you know how long you were driving like that or no so i think he's got his supervisor in route right here we'll just get you to take some tests real quick and we'll be on our way man [Music] he wants to once he wants me to follow the tip of his dick how's it going sarge when you step over here on the sidewalk you can step on the sidewalk for your safety man you can step on the sidewalk for your safety man how you doing sergeant i'm james have we where do we meet at what's your name again sergeant stone good to see you were you wearing a mask the last time i saw you possibly okay because i have a hard time yeah i don't recognize people when they were wearing their masks um so uh no big deal he's driving down the road no headlights at all he's got no taillights no headlights no markings at all on his bike and he's driving in traffic um we didn't spot until the last second and there's a lot of traffic out here it's pretty busy and besides that we've got drunk drivers out here who aren't paying attention in the first place and he's rolling around with no markers whatsoever so i asked him to stop pull over for me give me some id do some field sobriety tests he refused and he fled okay um and so uh then he called you so he must have just forgot to turn on his head well you know when that happens that happens but when i asked him to pull over and give some id he fled the scene um so all i want to do is make sure he's sober that he's okay to drive like that's what we do on on people when they're driving with headlights off right because typically you got to be impaired or something's got to be wrong if you're driving with lights off is that right well not necessarily i mean he probably just forgot to turn him on he was he was just i've been with him on a traffic stop just a little bit before okay and he was uh he was there for a little bit waiting for a win for a tow truck well i don't want to take too much of your time i know there's a lot of stuff going on out here can we do a quick field sobriety test on would he can can we do a quick field sobriety test on him would he can i mean if he can sense then we can do it and be on our way the viewers know that he's sober he you know he's sober you know let's just do a few tests [Music] okay all right um i i think that you're kind of cherry-picking who you're going to do tests on and who you're not going to do them on i mean he comes to work sober i've been around him tonight you know i don't understand why you can't just do a field sobriety test i don't know i need to do fields okay well i guess that's your discretion isn't it thank you guys okay have a good night hey don't let me catch you doing it again and the next time i tell you to pull over don't flee the scene okay man have a good night try to be safe [Music] you
