of us this guy with uh what do you say about me um so uh metro police has i guess sort of an anti-terrorist uh task force type thing or something like that okay and mead heads that up while he couldn't actually stop the vegas shooting with metro yeah yeah yeah he does work for metro while he didn't well he didn't do anything to stop the vegas shooting he has been going after this guy josh martinez for filming police so uh people came from all over the country to to film police just you know to try to break metro in and let you guys know hey look we're not out to do any harm but we're gonna film and uh that's what's gonna happen you know what i mean uh people aren't gonna be bullied around by and and you know it's we know it's hitting miss too i met one officer earlier today with metro schwartz awesome guy really great guy i met another one earlier today it's a total [ __ ] and then you know i meet you and everybody's different everybody's an individual but it's because of [ __ ] like him that we are out here to say no we are going to stand here we are going to film and the more that that we're retaliated against for it uh the more lawsuits are going to come down and you know what that's all we want to do if we film then then everybody's accountable right i'm more interested in the video because i actually used to be a videographer oh really so okay in a previous slide right on porn industry or no i work for uh like an affiliate of pbs oh okay yeah so i like the whole technology aspects and stuff got to get like a steadicam gimbal use that but i keep looking at that camera because i used to have i still i have that same camera that's what i started out on a long time ago yeah i've got a live streaming device that i hook that to and i'm usually live streaming through it so do you have a mac or you have a pc pc yeah i cannot i don't i always have trouble honestly i just started using this one and i haven't pulled any files at all off of it yet yeah because we've got a i've got a sony that i was using and then my i had a canon vixia before that that was actually taken by um an army base in arizona and that's still in their custody right now so i don't think i had any problems with it back when i had it though transferring files over that's it you know are you are you like a still photo guy no video video all video um oh hey good job excellent job you started backing away when he was approaching you good job you wouldn't respond to him when you speak to him perfect [Music] so the guy in the car says that they aren't doing any wrong by him um i questioned why they were searching him though i assume he consented to a search uh i can't talk about it i understand um i'm just going to narrate for the camera then um so uh so i'm assuming that he consented to a search i don't know if they had some type of probable cause to be digging through all of this stuff but you guys know how it goes when they ask if they can search you and it's up to you to consent and uh but you're surrounded by guys with guns right and you're intimidated and so you just let them search you and so when he says that they're not doing anything wrong a lot of times what that means is i don't know what they are and aren't allowed to do [Music] hey what's up who are you i don't answer questions all right this guy right here that's about to walk towards the car right here he's a dumbass his name is ramos we need to get his badge number though yeah he needs to be taught some lessons um everybody else seems fine out here today the uh the suspect told me that they're they're treating good and they're not doing anything bad to him but i don't think the suspect knows he has a right to be free from searches and seizures so he wouldn't know any better so it's right about now that i wish i grabbed that amish hat out of the car because the sun's beating down on my head so he thinks they're treating him good but he appears to be going somewhere in handcuffs which i would take a wild guess that could have been prevented if he hadn't consented to a search just a wild guess because i i wasn't here at the beginning so i don't know [Music] but yeah he's he's being arrested so they found something when they searched him the only question is why did they search him that he just got out of hospital so i'm pretty sure it might be a medicine okay i think they found a needle i think i saw a needle that they pulled out i'll go back and check the footage see if i can see it in there kitchen oh yeah comedy oh yeah yeah those will take you over to uh they'll take you over to hoover dam and there's there's a comedian on board telling jokes for the whole bus ride um comedy tours on the front it says damn bucks does it really yeah hey check that out we we gotta ride one of those man they got a comedian on board and your whole bus tour of hoover dam you got a comedian telling jokes so there goes uh need ramos badge number ramos that way i can get an official complaint in on him uh are you his sergeant yeah okay cool well you know what i'm not really worried about it then in that case just let them know you know don't give us no crap anybody whether it's me or somebody else out here yeah that's all i appreciate it all right man
