tactical vehicle interventions tvis and attempts to stop the vehicle the driver continued to evade capture the charger eventually crashed near West Fort Kelly Bayou in Texarcana the driver named Xavier jauan Wright was apprehended by cat Parish deputies after attempting to flee on foot
