thumbnail to get people to click on it because it was one of the most pleasant police departments I have ever visited I'm not even I'm not even joking one of the most pleasant Police Department's I've ever visited and I went and looked at I think a lot of you guys know I check out Google reviews before I go to places and so I went and checked out the police department's Google reviews and they had like a 4.8 4.9 out of 5 stars and I was going out whatever it's just a you know it's just the bootlickers who back the blue no matter what that gave them those stars so we'll go see and couldn't have been a nicer Police Department over there these guys are such clowns though they are County and they call the police I mean that's that's what kind of clownery is going on here the sheriff called the police they're on the phone though so they're actually trying to decide if they should tell me that I can't record here they're actually they're actually going through with trying to figure out if I can record here or not well I don't know the the judge said no you got the sergeant on the phone in there asking his supervisor I don't know the judge wrote some legend this piece of legislation we're still waiting on these guys so the the police are in there reading a judge's order now and they are going to probably try to come to some type of legal conclusion I am not entirely sure which law school these these cops attended but right now they're reading some legalese and they are gonna try to come to a legal conclusion so they're all worried about me let me show you guys something I probably just missed it he's probably not going back in but they're all worried about me with the camera here because cameras tell the truth right that's why they're worried about the camera because it tells the truth what else could the camera do what else could the camera do except to remember perfectly every single thing that was done instead and why is that a problem why is it a problem that there's something here that we'll remember perfectly every single thing that was done and said but look at this guy right over here can you see it ups you ever seen one of these guys come into a courthouse or a secured building you ever seen what happens you think their boxes go through the go through the machine most of the places I've been to know if they don't they sure don't or they go right through they beep and it's not just keep going so they're all worried about me when all somebody needs to do is grab a UPS truck a uniform and a bomb in a box walk right in all the way back to the wherever they want to go and they're worried about my camera are you kidding me come on camera bad UPS bomb good hey at least at least if there was a camera going up front there I would have Lobby before don't know photographing in here or videotaping in the lobby they do have that posted now when you first walk in on the side you're not I'm been in there now they're liars imagine that hey that's the cool thing about cameras no no yeah I got you you're you're cool I'm just saying that's the cool thing about cameras right is it these people lie all the time no I don't want to answer questions but that question but no I was not in the building I'll never never entered the building yeah so the so what is that a judge's order there I'm gonna get a little closer something the noise block behind here that's fine okay so clearly they change the rules and kinda wasn't necessarily aware of all of me that was taking me so long I was on the phone trying to figure them out and they pertain to the inside of the courtroom the inside of the courtroom and it says inside of the building for filming people and guy coming in and out oh they're permission yeah yeah Tucson Police is dealing with one of these they're getting the suit out of them yeah so it's one I hadn't seen yet so yeah yeah I got should try to get legal advice on how we do it mm-hmm and I haven't gotten an answer on that yeah they're probably gonna wait to do anything until the settlement comes from Tucson see how much it costs there and then say do we want to do this again that that could be I mean I have no problem with the outside I think you were stuck with the PD talking to sergeant Colton yeah yeah yeah man I got to tell you one of the best I mean I'm a hardcore critic of cops - okay one of the best Police Department's I've been to in a very long time we try to stay on top of it and understand you know we're big on constitutional rights we get it what we swear to uphold yeah rather than a judge's order right I want to make sure that you know what's you know what I push it on the inside mm-hmm tape and so mm-hmm you stand on the outside and now is there a statute to back that up machine the judge's order is what backs it up essentially from the surface a needed clarification I'll have full clarification just to make it clear I'm not saying we're standing by this because I'd have to get more advice yet but apparently he's the Arizona Supreme Court rules rule one twenty two and one twenty two point one very familiar with their specifies it so you probably a lot more very familiar with it I'm sure you are I was aware they change of 2018-2019 that's also heard up and try get clarification on my kids even the new rule is unconstitutional too and that's why you know Tucson is really dealing with it and man they got about 16 officers they got these officers on body cams saying that they know what they were doing is unlawful and then going and arresting six people yeah you know I'm not gonna cause any trouble out here I got you them safe you safe well it's not a matter not a matter of safety all a camera does is no I mean remember perfectly what happened well exactly now I was just mentioning so did you see that UPS guy go in yes did he go through the security you know I was just telling everybody they're worried they're so worried about these cameras all you gotta do is get a UPS truck in a uniform you can take whatever you want right up to the judge I mean you know it's just sort of core security it's just you know the things that they pay attention to they know that I'm no threat whatsoever they know my cameras no threat whatsoever the only thing it might be a threat to is their lives which they did lie to you they told you I went inside right so you know they weren't clear on it out there they said you were filming through the inside I I assumed okay okay I would say they definitely did yeah they're doing one of those things where they're trying to trespass the eyes you're in a public place and there's a window right and they're trying to say well you filmed through the window so that's a problem and right that's what I told them I politely told him okay we'll cover the window yeah I mean all right what do you what long stay outside the public areas the way it is yeah they just needed a quick education they'll be bought hurt they'll get over in a few days I like to make sure we do everything you know yeah you know I was also just telling people though you get I mean right and wrong is pretty simple you know you've either infringed on someone's rights you've taken life liberty or property or you haven't but you get into all this mumbo jumbo with judges writing a bunch of BS and legalese that's how you end up confusing people into taking away just basic simple liberties a little bit at a time they put it this way I think there's a reason and I'm a Christian man like there's reason why there's ten commandments and there's ten of them yeah and that's it that's it it's pretty simple we live by bank yeah it ain't complicated exactly and you know the thing is I we really want cameras in the courtrooms to tell you the truth that's our end goal and whether it's our camera or whether it's their camera everything needs to be documented you started wearing body cameras people asked us about them mm-hm u.s. cops are for the most part raw form because we did the same thing people say we did this on he did that scene and you said the camera don't lie yeah sometimes we even remember him properly we don't even mean to lie we just don't remember yeah especially the things are the heat of the moment sometimes we don't your brain skip some that stuff too yeah all right emergency traffic coming out right now yeah cool man where's it at I'll come film yeah it's a traffic fight traffic fight what's the main crossroads main crossroads all right man thank you the use of camera or video is prohibited in this facility and so that the sign actually needs to come down so you know what maybe I will stay and we'll address the sign and the fact that it needs to come down because those rules don't even say that you cannot record in there it only says that you can't record other private individuals while you're inside of there you can record your own court hearing according to those rules you can record your own hearing your own trial geez Chuck did it while he was on trial for these breaking these rules so the rule does not say that you cannot record so actually I think I will talk to the cop again and let him know you get officer Moore sergeant Moore oh yeah I wanted to sergeant Moore still in there yes okay so actually your sign up there in the lobby he notified me about that I hadn't been inside and so I hadn't seen it right but the sign this is no photography is actually unlawful okay okay so that those papers that you were trying to hand me yeah you aware what they say I am okay so can you
