[Music] yeah this is James Springer I received a threat in the mail this is courtesy notice act is okay I'm sorry I'm not from around here I came from I came from a different area of law and order and so I'm really not familiar with what's going on here so so somebody with a gun on their hip stopped me and said I think you said I was travelling faster than he wanted me to is that that's not about right okay so driving faster than okay and okay no valid permit to travel and so the guy who yeah no no I definitely want to take care of him I definitely do like I said I'm not from around and what's going on here so let's we'll skip over okay all right so if if I were to do nothing if I were to do nothing then what would happen [Music] okay and the rest would mean that one of the one of the guys with the guns takes me and puts me in a cage now what if so the guy who puts me in the cage doesn't have a gun is that what you're saying let me let me put it this way then if I believe that it was unlawful and I defended myself against the person who wanted to take me what would happen then would they kill me but you're kind of being vague about what's going on here I need to understand exactly what arrest means in detail what it looks like like if it were on video what would a rest look like well I'm asking you if it were on video what would an arrest look like you don't know what an arrest looks like no well it says right here this this this notice came from your office and it says active arrest warrant and it's got your phone number on here so I called you because you're the one saying there's an active arrest warrant if you're making that claim I think you should be able to explain to me what an arrest looks like a warrant issued a warrant that I did not pay it is that what you said okay so what if I don't understand what an arrest is because you won't explain it to me and some guy with a gun comes and tries to use force or violence against me what if I were to defend myself what would happen then I'm just curious you know I actually do I tried it here you're not you're not trying to answer my questions you're trying to beat around the bush and you're trying to be vague about what's going on here okay so if if I okay yes this is James I've got a threat in the mail and I just wanted to try to understand what's going on here it says courtesy notice active arrest warrant well I end of mine told me some things about what this means and I'm not from around here so I don't entirely understand it but he told me it's a threat okay okay so again I'm not from around here a friend of mine told me though that what what is in a room what's an arrest warrant then what happens if I don't give you guys money if you don't get if I don't give you money I go to jail okay and who how do I end up going to jail do I come in okay and what if I don't believe that I've done anything wrong what if I don't believe I've taken life liberty or property and I don't owe you any money and I post a bond and say well what if I don't even want to play any of your games and I think that what you're doing is completely illegitimate okay but what if I don't come and turn myself in and and I don't try to do anything to take care of the threat of violence whose day the police will put me in jail if I get stopped okay but what if I feel that their force against me is unlawful and I try to defend myself against them what would happen then [Music] so do the police officers carry guns I'm not from around here where I come from things are done totally things are done totally different I came from a place of law and order where life liberty and property is protected and what's that where they have no laws no no no it's the exact opposite it's a place where we do have laws in life the laws protect life liberty and property there aren't gang I'm sorry oh oh oh okay all right so I've broken I'm sorry I don't answer a question to eat but and if I refuse to go to jail then the guy then and I defend myself then what then they'll kill me well I guess it would kind of come down to you know I mean I'm a lover not a fighter so you know I'm not gonna fight against a bunch of violent thugs but if I did if I did defend myself against them with any force and means in it yeah and I will I will but I just I just like to try to understand exactly how things really go and how things really are where we mate you're saying I'm trying to cause problems even though I've never harmed anybody and never taken life liberty or property from anybody and you're telling me I owe you $600 if I don't give it to you you're gonna send oh wait if I don't give it to you you're gonna send guys with guns to put me in a cage and if I try to defend myself you're gonna murder me and yet I'm the one causing problems yeah I bet we are can I go
