Look at this. There's literally 5 ft right here. He has no problem. You're in the way way more than me. >> Look at this. I'm literally right here, guys. This guy is on an ego trip because he's 5'5. >> This guy's trying to get through. >> 5 foot five little little boy man. I'm not blocking the sidewalk, you [ __ ] How are you going to explain that to the judge? >> I can't block the sidewalk. >> I'm not blocking it, you dick. >> You're an idiot. On the evening of Monday, December 15th, 2025, Bo with Flex Your Freedoms went to a Waterlue, Iowa town hall meeting to speak his mind. He was live streaming to his channel, Flex Your Freedoms, on YouTube, which is where I pulled this video from. Live streamed videos are not always the best quality, especially inside of large buildings like this, but it's good enough for you to be able to see and hear what you need to see and hear. There are countless jurisdictions across the US that make unlawful rules for their public meetings. Often saying that you can't say certain words and often even saying that you can't criticize public officials during public comment in a public meeting. At this time, I'm not entirely sure why the mayor decided that Flex Your Freedoms was not going to be allowed to deliver his public comment at this public meeting during his aotted time. But as you'll see, the mayor told the police to both stop him from speaking and remove him completely and entirely from the property. Hello everybody. >> Great to see you. Can we just all stand up and give a quick clap and a round of applause to the best mayor in the best city council I have ever seen. They are the best. I'm the best. [applause] Thank you. Thank you. You guys are amazing. You guys are amazing. >> Well, I do know that um unfortunately there is at least one city council member here today and uh I'm sorry, Mayor Hart. I guess the people have spoke and you will be replaced. However, there is good news, ladies and gentlemen, and I will I will share with you. So, a couple years ago, just a couple of years ago, I was arrested for free speech. >> Hey, keep it down. Keep it down, John. This is about you. >> So, John Childs right here, he hates our rights. I am a disabled combat veteran. And every time I come up here and speak of my first amendment rights, it's always John Childs that runs and cowers like a little rat. >> John was on my city. John was on my jury. John was on my jury. >> You what? You want to violate my rights? >> You want to violate my rights? >> I I don't care. Are you going to arrest me? >> Yes or no? Will you arrest me? I will only leave under threat of arrest. You are violating my rights, all of you. How dare you? >> This is how the democratic process is supposed to work. You're supposed to be able to go and harshly criticize your government. This is precisely the time, place, and manner for Bo to be doing exactly what he's doing. For anybody who likes to criticize activists or anyone who tries to go about getting things done within their government and says, "Oh, you know, you're doing it the wrong way." This is precisely the way. This is precisely the manner in which the government has prescribed that you are supposed to do these things. You go to the town hall meeting and you have your voice heard during your two or 3 minutes of public comment. The mayor and council are supposed to sit there and pretend to care what you have to say and then do absolutely nothing about it. But this mayor and counsel completely skips over the pretend to care part, which is actually what keeps the slaves so docile. You see, allowing the slaves to speak freely into the abyss with absolutely no intention of ever acting on anything that any of them say is a genuinely important part of the democratic process because it makes the slave feel as if it's part of the process. It's important for the slaves to feel as if they have some say in what goes on on the plantation. Otherwise, they might revolt. It's important that the slaves believe that what's going on is their idea and that they are the ones in control. What you're witnessing here is called bad plantation management. And while it never results in the slaves being freed, it often results in the old management being removed and new management being brought in. >> Brave men and women fought and died for these rights which you are trying to violate from me right now. >> Bunch of rats, John. >> So John, you you shut up little boy. You shut up little boy. You watch your mouth. You're speaking to a man. >> You okay here? >> Yeah. I'm trying to exercise my First Amendment rights. >> Would you serve with >> 173rd? It's on my hat. >> Oh, I didn't see that. >> Yes. >> Infantry. >> Yes. >> Would you go >> Afghanistan twice. >> Appreciate you. >> Well, thank you. I'm here to stand up for our rights and uh these people do not like it. Especially that cop right there. And >> yeah, whatever his name, >> clearly he's not a good guy if he's trying to violate my rights. I understand. >> You know how many men and women fought and died for these rights? And this guy right here wants to violate it. >> There's no right to be violated. >> Yes, it is. This is my right to speak. >> It's the first amendment. I'm only leaving under threat of arrest. >> I don't give a [ __ ] about you. You don't care about your oath that you swore. You mean nothing to me. >> We need you to go. >> I'm only leaving under threat of arrest. Will you arrest me? >> You're going to have to leave. >> No, I will only leave under threat of arrest. You're going to have to >> I will only leave under threat of arrest. >> Let's go. >> Are you trying to arrest me? Will you arrest me if I do not leave? >> I'm not trying to arrest you. >> Will you arrest me if I do not leave? >> Yes or no? >> Will you arrest me? >> Okay, your time's over. >> Will you arrest me? >> Yes or no? Answer the question. This is the court. >> Yeah, I I'll move for her. >> This is my turn to speak. You do not know the First Amendment. This was my time. said if you do not leave. >> Okay, perfect. That's all I need. What was your name? Chief what? >> Duncan. >> This same scenario has been played out thousands of times now in different municipalities across the United States. The end result is always the same. The government was wrong. The government violated the law. I think we should come up with a word to describe this. A group of armed people showing up to political meetings and political events and unlawfully threatening force and violence on people, especially civilians, for political aims. Oh my god, who knew there was already a word in existence for the unlawful use of violence and intimidation, especially against civilians in a pursuit of political aims. Oh, it's called terrorism. And the United States has been at war with it since 2001. And if you don't think that a threat of arrest is a threat of violence, try walking up to a cop and telling them, "Hey, man, if you don't do what I tell you to do, I'm going to take you. I'm going to bind your hands together. I'm going to put you in a cage. And if you attempt in any way whatsoever to resist or defend yourself against me, I will escalate to any amount of force necessary to bind you up and put you in the cage up to and including deadly force. If you were to turn the tables and tell them that you're going to do to them exactly what they say they're going to do to you, I guarantee they would consider it a threat of violence. And I'm not arguing for one second that there's no such thing as a lawful arrest. They happen every day. But when that threat of arrest is unlawful and it's in a political setting like this with clear pursuit of political aims, it appears to me that nothing meets the definition of terrorism more precisely than this. A civilian exercising his political rights in a political arena in the perfect time, place, and manner. Being threatened with violence by people with guns to deter him from doing so. >> This is my turn to speak. You do not know the First Amendment. This was my time. >> Okay, perfect. That's all I need. What was your name? Chief, what? >> Duncan. >> Duncan, I'm going to have your ass in court, buddy. >> You just stepped in a hornets's nest. >> Okay. >> Where's your PPE, sister? >> Let's go. >> Where's your PPE? >> Ladies and gentlemen, I am the best in business. And all these oathbreaking cucks will be paying in court. I will have their ass. How dare you guys violate that oath that you swore to kick me out for exercising my First Amendment rights? >> How dare you? Are you guys trespassing me from the building? >> You're leaving right now? Yes, sir. >> So, you're trespassing me from the building as well? >> Wonderful. >> What was your name? >> Officer Everett. E R E T. >> Okay. And what was your name, sir? >> Officer. >> What was your badge? >> B373. >> And what was your name, sir? >> Williams. >> Williams. What's your badge? >> W3800. >> Thank you. You guys will be seeing me in court again. Why can't you guys take the oath to the Constitution seriously? You know how many brave men and women died for these very rights that you clearly you don't know but you swore an oath to it and you're violating my rights because why they told you to. >> You know the 1940s Germans they did the same thing. They said you know what I'm just following orders. >> Yeah. But the 40s is the main point. I know when the Nazis started. >> Obviously I don't >> obviously you're a dumb [ __ ] and I'm going to have your ass in court buddy. Oh, your facts were wrong, dude. >> You're an idiot. >> Keep on walking. Keep on walking. >> How about get on your knees? Get on your knees. >> Keep on walking. >> Open your mouth. >> I mean, what? We all could say things, too, buddy. >> Yep. You're awesome. >> You're an idiot. >> Yeah, keep on walking. >> I'm walking. What do you think? My legs just suddenly stop moving. >> Yeah. So, how about you watch your mouth then, little boy? >> I'm not swearing. >> You're 5 foot six. That's called free speech. >> Six and a half. >> Yeah, six and a half. Yeah, that's double the size of something else. I guarantee you that. >> Little boy. >> Let us know you're a little boy. What? >> Yeah, because what do you know? What do you know? I'm going to have your ass and your job. >> He's just going to drop my equipment. He didn't even hand it to me. He dropped it before I even touched it. >> You're You still need to pick up and go. >> Yeah, you're my And have fun paying out, buddy. I'm going to have your job, too. How dare you? And chief, you're going to hear from me again, sister. You up big time. You just violated my rights in the worst way. >> Scumbags. You guys are dumb. >> Where you parked at? >> Oh, probably next to your house. >> I don't know what that means. >> Ask your wife. I know. She's seen me a lot. >> Oh, >> I know. I was just kidding about that. You're definitely >> That's kind of >> what you're ashamed of being in >> No, that's pretty. >> Yeah, you're >> all right. Off property, cucks. >> You can't stand block. You can't block the sidewalk. >> Oh, you can't block the sidewalk. Shut the hell up. >> You got to keep on walking. You're going to block the sidewalk. >> Yeah, blocking the sidewalk. I dare you to arrest me for that, punk. So now, in retaliation for him criticizing his government in the perfect time, place, and manner prescribed by the government itself, they've retaliated against him, kicked him out of the building, all the way off of the property, out to the public sidewalk, and they're still not satisfied. They can't just walk away and leave him alone. >> I dare you. Give me another one. >> Okay, here's the deal. >> I dare you. Arrest me for that >> for disorderly conduct. So >> disorderly conduct first amendment speaking. I'm I've already left you dunce. We're on a public sidewalk. Are you that dumb? >> Explain to you. >> You were dumb. Blocking a sidewalk from who? Let's see. Not a single soul out here, ladies and gentlemen. Not one person. >> This gentleman right here. >> Get off the sidewalk. You're blocking it. >> Good evening. >> Good evening. >> Hey guys, this dumbass right here is saying that my free speech and I'm blocking. [laughter] He's trying to get through. >> Then he can go, idiot. Look at this. There's literally 5 ft right here. He has no problem. You're in the way way more than me. >> Look at this. I'm literally right here, guys. This guy is on an ego trip because he's 5' >> 5'5 little little boy man. I'm not blocking the sidewalk, you [ __ ] How are you going to explain that to the judge? Guys, judge, I violated his rights and then I bullied him. I gangstaled him. I'm outside aggressive. How How is standing still being aggressive? >> Standing still is being aggressive now. >> Can't block the sidewalk. >> I'm not blocking it, you dunks. >> You're an idiot. >> Make sure to follow the links to Flex Your Freedoms below. He's going to be uploading the highquality footage of this soon, as well as updates about what happened in jail and how these cops are still continuing to retaliate. Make sure to check out some of his other videos as well. Flex Your Freedoms is one of the few channels in this genre that I personally choose to watch for fun. His content is always all original and entertaining.
