going to jail thanks Donna you di I'm
with my cousin's boyfriend right now
show me show helmet me I want to I want
to die
I on May 30th
2023 police were called to a beach due
to a fight between a woman and her
cousin which quickly escalated to
involve other accusations of misconduct
what's going on nothing just my cousin
looks like your face is scratched up
though I'm
sure that's your cousin what was it
over she's strong yeah she's a p you
know and I help people to suffer from
addiction put a home here or a home here
here 29 she's got facial interest like
she's bleeding from the nose and um she
said that's her cousin so they're going
to come down and check you out okay all
right
they said that she's takes duster she's
a sniffer okay what did they say happen
she got all intoxicated and started hey
so let me ask you a question were you
down here when they got into it uh a
little bit man I was just building a
sand castle and I they were starting to
like kick each other so I I came up and
I just I grabbed my mom and like that's
how much I know like I just I was
building a sand castle I look up and
they're kicking each other um just the
pass stuff that happen in the past
that's what they're fighting over stuff
that happened 30 years ago upon arrival
officers observed noticeable facial
injuries on the woman and immediately
began interviewing her cousin who
claimed that the woman had been
intoxicated and was under the influence
of inhalent great vacation okay we're
trying to figure out what's going on
figure out what that my cousin smack man
the f i smacked her back well she's
obviously telling a different story what
she's saying her boyfriend's are that's
the case I want to press charges against
him for me waking up to him gra by my
head don't come me I want charges
pressed against him it doesn't work like
that isn't that funny no it's not cover
she's buying her boyfriend beer from the
from 9:00 a.m. in the morning he's
getting drunk up the whole day everyone
else has to suffer because he's a
walking time B you can't tell people how
to run their lives right right well why
am I going to get arrested for doing
what did I even say you were getting
arrested why I'm being detained why
isn't me being detained I haven't even
sex they're all they're all being
detained until we defin out what's going
on just cuz we don't put handcuffs on
somebody doesn't mean that you're free
to leave so basically in
Florida we have to find out if this
meets the criteria for domestic violence
if we wanted you in handcuffs and you
wanted arrested we have we'd have public
intoxication we'd have disorderly you
know we'd have tons of stuff but we're
not doing that right like my cousin
hasn't learned nothing like she's
worried about oh you need to be a good
role model [ __ ] your boyfriend killed
your daughter and stabbed her your
13-year-old kid 70 something times and
you're still with a piece of [ __ ] that
you can't trust sounds like everybody
needs to learn some stuff sounds like
everyone needs to stop drinking during
questioning the woman's Behavior
escalated as she accused her cousin's
boyfriend of attempting to sexually
assault her she demanded that charges be
PR against him citing an incident that
occurred two nights
prior so here's the thing in the State
of Florida there's zero tolerance
against domestic violence for families
it's okay for her to hit me in my face
no it's not okay I her arrested too so
now you're telling us that she hit you
yeah we hit each other duh well I asked
you down there and you said nothing
physical happened I asked you about the
injury to your them why am I be a res if
nothing physical happened well she's
obviously bleeding by the nose Okay I
want I want to I want her arrested
Nathan find me out I'm going to jail
thanks Donna you dumbass I pretend like
I get raped by my family too so are we
going to press charges against them over
that like d trying to sexually assault
me two nights ago I want to press great
charges against him I want sexual
charges against her boyfriend for trying
to rap me two nights ago quit turning
around quit turning around because we're
pressing charges I want charges filed
against him because I woke up to him
grabbing my hips and shoving my [ __ ]
into his face I want charges press
against him can I walk because we're
pressing charges right so let's go all
the
way hey D where you put my [ __ ] in your
face right I'm going to jail though
right please walking actually a while
the officers attempted to deescalate the
situation the woman grew increasingly
frustrated accusing the police of
failing to protect her and ignoring her
allegations the police informed her that
the fight met the criteria for domestic
violence under Florida law and that her
visible injuries combined with her
erratic Behavior Justified detention for
further
investigation not that all you will be
quit that you're evil [ __ ] Tom me
mother said you dat you [ __ ] Nathan get
me
out all right you going to sit
there I'm with my cousin's boyfriend
right now get my rip H you really take
control just like yeah it's in my door
and I pop
that they don't nothing want to die just
kill me Shut help me sh me despite her
protest the woman was ultimately
arrested she insisted that both she and
her cousin were involved in the
altercation and express confusion as to
why only she was being detained the
arrest seemed to heighten her distress
leading to a series of emotional
outbursts kill me sh me sh we to
die kill me kill me we're going to need
the helmet kill me I want to die I want
to die I hate
my stop banging your
head my head you going to stop banging
your head are you going to stop
arresting the victim and maybe arrest
the piece of [ __ ] sexual predophile he's
the one with
the you need to stop and calm down
you're making it worse for yourself this
was just something simple simple yes it
was it wasn't it now where my cousin's
boyfriend tries to sex me in the middle
of the night that ain't simple that was
something we could have worked out later
all
right stop kill me shoot me now shoot me
I got a gun I'm going to kill you right
now I don't need help I need to die
K let go of my wish you jack off why
don't you go R the rapist you dumbass
you like the pedophile you creepy ass
mother you like the rapist don't you you
like the right right you like the
sexualness right guys that try to rape
wom is ex type right right qu right what
you like you don't protect nobody Ser
nobody go me who do you think you
are you rap
me she repeatedly threatened self harm
and accused the officers of siding with
her alleged abuser her threats grew more
alarming including violent language and
resistance to the officer's attempts to
calm her
down my head sh my [ __ ] in his face why
is it he it's not sced why why why are
you
guys you your rap
boyriend it's not fair why did my cousin
boyfriend get to try to rape me and he
don't go to jail you must be a piece of
[ __ ] pedophile rapist
right
right you can't even answer a question
you think you're so high Authority
you're her behavior which included
banging her head against the patrol car
and demanding to be killed as she was
taken into custody her threats continued
including accusations against the
officers themselves suggesting that they
were protecting a pedophile
rapist the woman in this case violated
multiple laws primarily centered around
Florida's domestic violence statutes
domestic violence in Florida is defined
under chapter 741 of the Florida
Statutes according to section
74128 any individual who commits a
violent act against a family member can
be arrested without a warrant if there
is probable cause of physical injury in
this case the visible injuries to both
the woman and her cousin met the
threshold for domestic violence making
the arrest legally justifiable under
Florida
law additionally her behavior during the
arrest could lead to charges of
disorderly conduct as outlined in
chapter
87703 of the Florida Statutes public
intoxication threats of violence and
resisting arrest are all punishable
offenses under Florida law potentially
resulting in fines in jail
time given the violent
outbursts the woman may also face
charges Rong to existing law enforcement
or8 or8 Hoin
40.2 which covers resistance obstruction
or violence against police
officers this case highlights the
importance of mutual respect and
cooperation with law enforcement to
ensure Public Safety and order adhering
to the law is crucial in creating a just
and harmonious Society where everyone
can feel secure what are your thoughts
on this situation share them with us in
the comments below and don't forget to
subscribe for more informative and
engaging content thank you for watching
and for your continued
support it was just me like I was
literally like by myself like if you
looked up the cameras coordinator or
worker said he wants to charges because
that was his property that was
temporarily
deprived on September 15th 2022 officers
from the University of Central Florida
responded to a report of a stolen
vehicle a maintenance technician
reported that his red golf cart had been
stolen the Operation Center reported
that a white female was seen on camera
sitting in the golf cart parked at the
location wearing a yellow long sleeve
shirt black pants and no shoes inside
the golf cart they found a set of keys
and a UCF aaho Card belonging to the
suspect the police arrived at the scene
and began their investigation by
questioning a woman who was initially
suspected hi there sorry you're good
officer offens the police department
worries um what's your name my name is
Megan Megan we found keys to I believe
someone who lives here Nina yeah but I
can text
her um I know she's said that she lost
them in the bathroom at Gringo the girl
gave her name as Megan and appeared
Cooperative with the police though there
was some hesitation Megan explained that
she wasn't involved in any suspicious
activities which made the officer
reconsider her role in the
incident can we come try her door then
uh um mind if we go
look I'm not sure I I I
don't can you please go get her and have
her come to the door I'll text her like
she's not here
yeah do I need to leave the door open
we're trying not to get you in trouble
although she was slightly hesitant due
to concerns about affecting herself
Megan agreed to help the police she
provided information about the real
suspect and called this person to meet
the police at the scene thanks to this
the investigation was directed
correctly when you have information
related to an ongoing investigation
providing it to the police as necessary
and proper choose safe ways to contact
them such as calling emailing or
visiting the police station directly
clearly and thoroughly present what you
know and if you are concerned about
safety request the nonam Min being
honest and Cooperative with the police
and avoiding providing false information
ensures you do not hinder the
investigation and avoid legal
consequences providing information not
only helps resolve the case quick
quickly but also protects the community
and prevents
crime I don't know if they were able to
[Music]
see you were not able to see both of
them walking down the seventh floor into
room 714
correct yeah 104 she's saying that uh
she might be in Room 710 she's trying to
call her now is that where she was we m
if we go knock on 710 is that the room
you think she's in okay I mean I don't
I'm not I don't want to accuse you of
being a liar but I just want to make
sure you're telling me the truth before
this goes any further and that she would
go see friend boyfriend Megan tried to
assist the police by calling another
roommate to confirm about nah who was
considered the main suspect in stealing
the golf cart a while later the police
approached nah in her room
no don't
guys when asked if these were her keys
Nina replied no finding this suspicious
the officers decided to ask more
detailed questions the woman answered
the officer's questions clearly leaving
no doubt that she was the person they
were looking for her detailed answers
matched the information the police had
gathered confirming her as the suspect
when being investigated by the police
honesty is extremely important provide
accurate and complete information as any
false information can not only obstruct
the investigation but also cause legal
trouble for you honesty helps the police
grasp the real situation leading to
correct and fair decisions additionally
your cooperation and honesty show
respect for the law and law enforcement
helping to protect your rights and the
community so your name is n wolf
yes all right so obviously we have a few
questions I just have to before we ask
anyone any kind of questions we have to
read on this every time so anything you
say can be used against you in court you
have the right to an attorney present
now or at any time you cannot afford an
attorney one will be appointed for you
without cost do you understand talk it's
not asking I wasn't asking any
questions okay so you said those keys
are just his right she explained that
she stole the golf cart because she was
hungry and had no other way to get food
she admitted this after being read her
Miranda writs and chose to answer some
questions in this case instead of
stealing the maintenance worker's golf
cart she could have acted differently
instead of breaking the law she could
have sought help from nearby residents
or use delivery services to get food if
there was public transportation like a
bus she could have used it to travel
additionally she could have contacted
friends or family family to ask them to
take her to the store these options not
only help her solve the problem legally
but also maintain Community Trust and
show personal responsibility you I have
your
you okay so what what happened with the
golf club
today we'd appreciate that no it was
just me like I was literally like by
myself like if you looked up the camera
it's kind of embarrassing
but um the girl claimed she had returned
the golf cart to the same place she took
it from but when the police checked they
didn't find the golf cart key there
anymore instead they found a car key on
her keychain which nah was unclear about
but it was out front you left it
somewhere where it was not originally
placed no I'm asking cuz now I'm no well
I'm I'm asking did you did you you drove
it right you drive it and leave it right
in front of 7 so one of the problems
that the maintenance guy has is
apparently took the keys with you the
police then in investigated the people
in the apartment and confirmed their
keys they then decided to arrest the
woman for motor vehicle theft in Florida
the crime of grand theft of a motor
vehicle is defined in Florida Statutes
812.014 this crime involves the theft of
valuable property and motor vehicles are
typically considered high value property
this crime is classified into three
levels based on the value of the stolen
vehicle additionally factors such as the
use of a weapon causing injury or
endangering others during the crime can
increase the severity of the charge the
offender may also face additional
penalties such as compensating the
victim probation and license suspension
or revocation
good all right everybody I'm assuming
you don't have shoes because we saw you
were Barefoot at the green so do you
want to go to your room and grab some
shoes sure and then
yeah I have
are you one of the roommates as well
saying she needs to be with me at all
times walk up with
me
yeah no I just wanted you to grab shoes
so you can come do you want me to just
grab I can take your shoes the woman
began to cry likely out of fear of being
charged she called her friend out of the
room to explain the situation showing a
desperate effort to mitigate the
consequences of her actions and seek
support in this difficult time however
she had done wrong and had to accept
punishment for her actions I'm
struggling to understand how I'm acting
in West anyways you're right you
admitted that you took the golf cart
however you didn't have permission to
take it on
assum and the theft is temporary or
permanent coordinator or worker said he
wants to press charges because that was
his property that was temporary deprived
and when I don't know honestly
realistically it's whenever he left his
keys in and I as stated before you guys
both already said this so it's
unrealistic to repeat it but I will
anyways tell you that I was the one who
yes sat down I'm just curious when he
would have G
he after being arrested for motor
vehicle theft when leaving the building
she started yelling at the maintenance
worker claiming he was lucky she didn't
drive re l ly or cause any damage this
Outburst showed she had no remorse or
accountability for her actions her
behavior could also lead to charges
defined as
follows disorderly conduct according to
Florida statute Section 8 177.0397
although lack of remorse or
accountability is not a separate crime
it can affect the trial and sentencing
process the court may consider the
woman's behavior and attitude when
determining the severity of the
punishment in Harris V State the Florida
Supreme Court confirmed that lack of
remorse could be considered in
determining the severity of the penalty
this means the defendant's lack of
remorse can be an aggravating Factor
when the judge decides the sentence
ultimately the girl was convicted of
Motor Vehicle theft thank you for

insisting that her boyfriend was
responsible for property damage
particularly a broken door her
frustration intensified as she pleaded
with the officers to inspect the damage

anger she repeatedly emphasized that the

in trouble she's going for domestic
violence no matter what now she's going
from resisting and obstructing well
here's what you whenever she gets out
she won't be allowed here if you're on
the lease right you're allowed
to she won't be allowed to live she
won't be allowed to live but if you he
explained that his primary intention was
to retrieve his belongings and leave not
to press charges or have her arrested
his Focus he claimed was on deescalate
the situation rather than seeking legal
action against her the woman now faces
serious legal repercussions due to her
actions during the incident she has been
formally charged with domestic violence
which is classified as a criminal
offense under chapter 45 section two of
the domestic violence statute possible
outcomes include monetary fines
mandatory participation in counseling
programs or even a jail sentence the
decision on the penalty will ultimately
depend on the Court's assessment of the
situation and the level of harm
inflicted in addition to the domestic
violence charge the woman has also been
charged with resisting arrest of
violation under chapter 12 section 7 of
the criminal code this particular charge
can carry significant consequences with
penalties ranging from a fine to a
potential jail sentence of up to 12
months depending on the level of
resistance displayed during the arrest
and any aggravating factors
involved moreover the woman is now
facing an obstruction of justice charge
under chapter 73 section 1,
155 which adds another layer of legal
complexity to the case obstruction of
justice is considered a serious offense
and could lead to further penalties
including substantial fines or
additional jail time this case
underscores the Cru role of mutual
respect and cooperation with law
enforcement and preserving public order
by adhering to the law we help Foster a
more just in harmonious Society what's

that phelps's
cups away from on June 11th
2023 police observed a vehicle emitting
a loud scraping noise with a gas pump
hose visibly dragging behind it despite
initi attempts to pull the car over the
driver did not stop right away but
eventually parked at a nearby apartment
complex I turned on my lights on sirens
and you didn't stop or turn on my lights
usually like if it's a traffic stop you
just kind of stop where you are there's
a lot of raids around here a lot of
raids you said raids as in like there
was just a bunch of police that was over
there and what not they're to my spot
what's up okay um I pull you over if you
want look over here to your the side of
your car you have a um were you at the
gas

he hadn't put it back in there I
literally just like drove off I feel
like him the are you kidding me this has
been writing on me the entire block
that's that's what I saw and nobody has
said anything
yeah oh I'm about to C
the how far how far away do you think
that gas station was less than a mile
less than a mile away honestly a couple
of blocks I'm so sorry
okay okay so I'll be honest with you um
so so this is a traffic stop so I'm I
need your license registration and
insurance just
already stopped I had already parked I
had not even pumped the gas okay but
because I stopped you initially it
doesn't matter that you parked your car
this is a traffic stop so I need your
license please that's perfectly fine I
don't have it on me okay I have reason
to believe that you're impaired tonight
while you're driving your vehicle uh
like under the under the under the
influence of a substance correct um so
would you be willing to do volunteer
filter bodyy tests to yeah I'm fine okay
awesome the officer found the woman
visibly agitated she explained that her
boyfriend had just pumped gas at a
station and she accidentally drove off
with the gas nozzle still attached to
the car despite the officer pointing out
the dangling hose she became defensive
questioning why she was stopped she
admitted delaying her stop to park in
her designated spot like a walking test
and things like that I want you to
follow the light with only your eyes and
not your head only my eyes and not my
head so meaning I can't move my head I
can only move my eyes correct remember
to follow the green light with your eyes
okay I am Keep Your Hands On by your
side for me okay so keep keep your head
this way point your nose towards me
there you go good job good job and then
just follow with your eyes okay I'm
sorry I'm tring this is going to be just
a walk and turn test what I want you to
do right now is just imagine I want you
to put your right foot on that line with
your heel touching your toe just like
this and when you're ready you can begin
1 2 3 4 5

four-year-old at home she took my mama
but I got to get ready to go back to so
you're getting ready to go back to
Florida I am okay is this all you have
is this bag this backpack right here the
officer growing more suspicious observed
the woman struggling during the field
sobriety test losing her balance and
showing clear signs of impairment
despite her visible difficult ulty in
performing the tasks she continued to
insist that she was fine expressing
frustration with the officer's actions
at one point she even apologized for her
inability to walk in a straight line yet
remained adamant that she was not under
the influence so well right now
you're I can't I can't no no no I need
y'all to understand can you stop I am
not pulling against me but I need to my

persisted she refused to comply with the

she's this is's refusing to come out
once the female officer was with her the
woman began to assert that she was an
adult continuing to justify her actions
without admitting any wrongdoing she
attempted to provide excuses and showed
little cooperation which significantly
hindered the
investigation she was eventually charged
with DUI resisting arrest and reckless
driving all serious offenses under the
state's legal system the primary charge
against the the woman was driving Under
the Influence du a violation of chapter
322 of the State traffic code a
firsttime offense for DUI in Most states
typically results in penalties such as a
fine mandatory DUI classes community
service and possible suspension of the
offender's driver's license if convicted
the woman could face these penalties
along with court costs and possible
probation additionally her refusal to
comply with officers in her aggressive
behavior during the arrest could lead to
further charges of resisting arrest
which carries additional penalties
resisting arrest can be classified as
either a misdemeanor or a felony
depending on the circumstances and in
her case it is likely to be treated as a
misdemeanor resulting in additional

the importance of mutual respect and
cooperation with law enforcement to
ensure Public Safety and Order airing to

so if you want to just work get me your
insurance registration you are going to
have to get out of the car you are going
to jail can I go call my mom I don't
want to be here of course I don't want
to be here take my arms off on April 9th
2023 the police responded to an
emergency call about a hit and run
accident the victim reported that his
car was struck by a woman's vehicle
after which he followed her to a parking
lot and called the
police hello hi hi um so what happened I
thought somebody was following me okay
and scared me a little bit where'd you
come from downtown downtown okay I was
uh leaving my friend's place and uh I
was trying to get home but I felt like
somebody was following me yeah they I
mean someone was following you um did
you crash into
anything more than enough I guess maybe
not what would you say more than enough
is drink an hour a drink an
hour so that how many how many hours
would you drink I was there for at least
3 hours so three drinks three drinks
wine glasses or three beers were shots
probably probably three beers one shot
can I see
it if I was at Walgreens earlier does
that mean anything else what's that why
do you have to hang my license oh
because I'm going to need your
information well you can't have my
information too without my license right
I have your license I need your
registration and your insurance as well
can I also give you that without my
license yeah I already have your license
so if you want to just work get me your
insurance registration when the police
arrived at the scene they immediately
approached the woman Alysa to
investigate she stated that she felt
someone was following her while she was
driving home from a friend's house and
this made her scared causing her to
drive away quickly during the
interrogation the suspect admitted to
having consumed alcohol before driving
but could not clearly recall if she had
collided with another vehicle she when I
when I came up to her she I was going uh
I was coming this way on um past the red
light there was another car here on the
turning lane and it went and she went
and she was in the middle of the road so
you know I was I was barely going cuz
the light you know turned green and so I
went and I stopped and I was like what
the hell and then I I was about to take
off but and Idaho it's been in Idaho
which way was she driving what direction
she was going that way towards so she's
going south and there's another car next
to me I don't know I'm sorry can you
explain she she was stopped at the red
light okay we in this other car were
coming cuz the light turned green and
she was like H in the middle of the road
and just waiting for her to go so I when
I was about to take off she hit me and I
guess cuz she wanted to go for that
other car and then that's when I
followed her and I chased her all the
way over here she hit me again I pulled
I tried to stop her I wasn't you know I
didn't want her to get away cuz she hit
me I got her license P but so when I
pulled out in front of her she hit me
again and she tried to push me out of
the way and when I was following her she
was driving kind of weird so okay you're
going West she's going south and then
did she run the red light or what the
police then took the victim statement
According to which the woman had run a
red light caused the Collision twice and
attempted to flee the scene the police
then returned to continue interrogating
the suspect that's fine you know um are
you willing are you willing to do uh
standardized field Spar tests only
because I'm not um
actually able to do those I have a
weekend told um I have a severed
achilles are you willing to do
alternative tests what does that mean h
it's going to it's it's a different set
of tests that's not going to require you
use your legs or anything to your
injured ankle what does that mean for me
it's just a series of tests to to help
me determine your your uh if you're um
you know intoxicated I just need to get
I mean I'm not able to do c no like I
said you these These are the alternative
test and they they don't require you to
use your your your feet are you sure so
it's I've been told otherwise it's a yes
or no if you're willing to do it what
does it mean if I say no I mean I can't
make you do them are you willing to do
the
test0 dri can you I need you to still
step out the car can you step out the
car I don't feel comfortable going to be
male versus female male is so on phys
well you're a male and I'm a female I
don't feel comfortable doing that scar
me it's ala right Alissa you're safe
okay I'm not going to hurt you I'm not
trying to harass
you the police asked the woman to
perform sobriety test but she refused
citing a leg issue as the reason she
couldn't comply the police then offered
alternative tests but she continued to
refuse and began crying I want to be
honest with
you ala you are going to get arrested
for d I
okay you you are very
intoxicated you hit a vehicle and you
fled anything anything else yeah like
like I said I'm not going to hurt you
you're going yes you are you're going to
go to jail okay on my phone is dead so
okay well let's go I'll give you that
opportunity once we get once we start
the booking process okay but you what do
you mean you start the booking process

somebody I I'll I'll give you no no no

may I use your phoney listen you're
making this bigger than it needs to be
okay I don't want you to get any in any
more trouble than you already are you
are going to have to get out of the car
you are going to jail okay can I go call
my mom there's no way around this like
call my mom now like I just said I'll
let you make a phone call okay and once
we get to the station I'll allow you to
make that phone call okay I don't
appreciate that if you could loosen your
grip I don't want you trying to start
your car I don't want to start my car I
just want to get away from you due to
alysa's refusal to cooperate in
suspicious Behavior the police decided
to arrest her on suspicion of driving
Under the Influence however the arrest
process was challenging as she
repeatedly refused to comply with the
police's requests despite their very
polite
conduct no just BR my car
that is doing
whatever get the out of here and I don't
want to be here of course I don't want
to be here take my arms off I'm going to
do a death why would I want to be here
why would I want to be
here through this through this this is
killing you're killing me
you're disting my shoulder and you're
killing me you're killing me you are
killing me guys children is dislocated
and you're wrapping me up and just kill
me
likee this is like this is what this is
really like un conservative
just kill me kill me already just kill
me why you you mean jail why need me in
jail you don't need me at all tensions
escalated as the woman began to resist
more aggressively she continually
resisted screamed and expressed concerns
about being harassed by the police
claiming she was being treated unfairly
it took some time before the police
could restrain her and bring her back to
the station for a medical examination I
can't tell anymore okay if you can't
tell if you look at me what kind of
plane do you think I'm in I'm not sure
I'm in distress I'm in distress so then
why are you asking me why are you asking
me because I'm trying to help you
distress that's what kind of pain I'm in
I'm in distress distress is just TR a
breath yes distress do you not know this
I don't yell at them okay okay well then
you yell at her ask them why don't you
and then ask them why they restrain you
this
way do you have any medical problems
look at you well you don't have to look
at me I can't why don't you ask them
those same questions well they're not
here for them they kind of came AC okay
that's exactly why I'm here right that's
why they're here it's not that bad why
did why are they here then I kind want
they're not here to Watch Over Me Do it
dude brought me in here would you
keep and I can yeah it's for your safety
once you calm down completely that comes
off so if you calm down what explains
that Cal down want to be here well let
me explain again why don't you just kill
me like why would we do
that I'm a beire not a
[ __ ] even at this point she continued
to be Troublesome constantly screaming
she showed strong resistance Ed vulgar
and offensive language despite the
officer's efforts to remain calm and
reass assure her hey Alysa are you going
to
chill what to
do come take a seat and
show right come sit down and
chill Alyssa was then processed through
all the necessary procedures before
being taken to jail she was charged with
aggravated DUI failure to provide proof
of vehicle registration resisting arrest
and failing to fulfill her Duty after a
property damage accident these are all
serious charges according to 18 us code
111 it is illegal to resist obstruct or
threaten a Federal Officer while they
are performing their duties although
there are no specific federal
regulations for the other charges they
are typically governed by state
laws I'm not sure which state date this
occurred in but if the incident took
place in Idaho aggravated DUI governed
by Idaho code
18004 which imposes harsher penalties
including longer imprisonment and higher
fines additionally under Idaho code 49
to
432 drivers must present valid proof of
vehicle registration when requested by
authorities in the case of an accident
causing property damage the driver is
required to stop provide information and
Report the incident to the authorities
as per Idaho code
49131 this story serves as a powerful
reminder that impulsive decisions can
lead to severe consequences not only for
yourself but also for the community
around you driving Under the Influence

the deputy noted her inability to walk
straight and the strong smell of alcohol
as she struggled to maintain balance his
suspicion of intoxication was confirmed
when placed under arrest for DUI the
