hey everybody it's james freeman this video was recorded august 8th 2020 outside of el paso texas on interstate 10. this is an inland border patrol checkpoint that means i did not cross any international borders to get to this checkpoint i was simply traveling from tucson arizona to dallas texas straight shot on interstate 10 within the united states in 1976 the supreme court of the united states ruled in a 7-2 decision that internal checkpoints were not a violation of the fourth amendment the court went on to say that it would be impracticable for officers to seek warrants for every vehicle searched and that to do so would eliminate any deterrent towards smuggling and illegal immigration my translation of that is that not violating people's rights would inconvenience the government as a result the united states border patrol claims the right to stop any individual traveling within a hundred air miles of any u.s border and ask them questions since nearly two-thirds of the people that live in the u.s live in this hundred-mile border zone the results ended up being daily harassment for residents who live within the us and have to travel through these border checkpoints on a regular sometimes daily basis traveling to and from work i've tried the diplomatic approach before but the truth is these guys are being given money to do what they're doing and they've got the backing of the courts and the entire legal system i'm not going to be able to talk them into changing their life decisions to violate people's rights for money so now i just screw with them what's up man what's that need my papers here i got papers there you go oh no thank you sir i just have a question for you are you a citizen of the united states my papers are right here what kind of papers you need here yeah you can eat them you can eat the whole bag i don't want the bags i just want to know if you're a citizen these are my papers right here take them or leave them can i read it yeah sure you haven't been invited to eat a bag of dicks yeah do you want to eat it or no they're delicious yeah have you ever eaten a bag of dicks before no sir okay would you like to today united states citizenship am i free to go hey while i'm here man i got a bunch of bugs on the windshield here i got some window cleaner okay sir let me grab my glass cleaner will you clean up the windshield for me or okay yeah let me get that glass cleaner for you buddy give me one second am i free to go yet okay free to go all right hey can i get my window cleaned before i go though can you okay can i meet you up there and have you do it for me go oh now you're in a hurry you hold me here for like three minutes now you're in a hurry eat a bag of dicks boy have a good one guys yes i was offering him a actual bag of dick shaped candies that i ordered from [Music] eatabagadix.com i didn't even get my damn windshield clean what the hell am i paying for i don't even know why i paid these guys so the courts ruled that they could stop everybody with no suspicion of a crime and ask stupid questions but they didn't rule that we have to answer their stupid [Music] questions [Music] you
