Sean was nominated for the support person of the year because of his diligent and exhaustive work on implementing our new payroll system Sean is responsible for keeping the checkbook balanced for 2 800 people keeping those numbers in a presentable form on a simple thing like a check everybody gets every two weeks to making sure that IRS regulations are followed the Fair Labor Standard acts are followed you know when Sean came to to our agency we hired him as a fiscal Clerk of course we got promoted very quickly because he was excellent and then of course you know a couple years later he got promoted to manager because of his skills when emergencies are blowing up and things are going haywire and everyone's freaking out Sean has the same demeanor as if everything was going fine he's the guy that that brings that steadfastness stability to the table because of his knowledge with payroll and before the conversion he did that helped the whole process work more smoothly it took several years to get it done and he was instrumental in making sure it was done correctly configured right on time without much disruption to the agency actually he did a fantastic job of training putting together all the documents for the training materials and it was a great success when he won that award I was relieved I mean the we have seen other individuals rightly so receiving Awards and just knowing how much work he's put into this project and how much he has entrusted us to help him it's it's really gratifying to see that type of recognition for simply the the sheer amount of work that's been done and the size of this project foreign [Music]
