everybody it's James Freeman this video is body cam footage from a Greenville County sheriff's deputy who was responding to a medical emergency call at a house and ended up shooting the 62 year old resident folks a free people are responsible for their own safety and security there will always be potential danger in life but for myself and my family we've chosen to try to reduce that potential danger by never ever calling the police and making sure that none of our alarm systems will automatically dial out to them we have chosen to use other options such as having emergency contacts that live closeby to us that we can call if we need help with something these are folks that know us personally and know who does and doesn't belong in our home these are folks that we trust to show up and not recklessly spray bullets at everything that moves the argument that if you don't like cops next time you need help you should just call a crackhead is absolutely absurd to me it shows that the only thing that you could think of they could possibly be worse than a police officer showing up is a crackhead showing up you the deputy was soon greeted by the homeowner who immediately jerked open the door presented a handgun and pointed it directly at the deputy at which time the deputy fired at least one shot you Sheriff's Office drop the gun now let me see your eyes yeah throw the gun out the door let me see your hands yeah you putting a gun at me the Sheriff's Office because we got an alarm call I am the cops people are so heavily indoctrinated to believe that in a bad situation you call the cops how many videos like this will it take for people to realize that is not a logical solution to your problem unless you truly desire to be physically harmed killed or oh my god [ __ ] weapons guy okay Angela Sherman I'm gonna die you're not you're not gonna die why did you do that because you're pointing a gun at me man you came to my house at 12 o'clock at night I'm sleeping god damn I gotta protect my house oh my god I'm gonna die they're coming they're coming yeah can't believe he did this to me how much you want to bet this guy claimed to be a blue line supporter there's also a good chance that due to Stockholm Syndrome he still backs the blue but this isn't about hating cops this is about making logical decisions to protect your life liberty and your property sometimes cops show up and help people even save lives but when the lives of yourself and your loved ones are on the line is it really worth the gamble you could step outside of your house talk to and meet your neighbors you could create your own network of private individuals that you can call on and that can call on you when in need you just need to make sure that these other individuals also understand that you don't want to deal with the threat of random individuals that nobody knows showing up with guns it may also be worthwhile to put signs up in front of your property warning law enforcement to never enter the property without a warrant under any circumstances whatever you do you have got to take responsibility for your own safety and security as well as understand there's never an absolute guarantee of safety and security welcome to the land of the fees in the home of the slaves where we comply to survive
