On January 13th, 2025, Drew was recording the Montgomery County Precinct 5 constables rumaging through somebody's car. >> What y'all arrest? What y'all arresting for? >> None of your business. >> Okay. It is my business. This is my community. >> Interrupting my traffic. >> No, I'm not interrupting my search. >> No, I'm not. >> Back up for me over there, please. >> Drew didn't address the constables, but one of the constipals saw him recording and asked, "Hey, is there something I can do to help you?" He said, "Why are you arresting her?" Constible says, "It's none of your business." He says, "Yes, it is because this is my community." Most people in society would agree with the conible. This is none of Drew's business. This is what we hire the police to do. They're doing their job. Let them do it and leave them alone. Now, there are circumstances under which getting involved and trying to figure out who's who, what's going on in your neighborhood, and who the potential criminals might be would make you a good community member. Maybe a convenience store in your area has been robbed multiple times. A good community member might keep their eye out for suspicious people or suspicious activity in the area to inform their neighbors and other people in the community. I think most people would agree that being aware of what's going on in your community and potential threats to you, your family, your homes, your businesses is a good thing. But police and governments are what protect us from these threats. Therefore, they are not the threat themselves. Never in the history of humanity has a government been a threat to you, your family, your home, or your business. So for Drew to claim that what the police are doing in his community is his concern is just absurd. They're doing what governments do. They're doing what police do. They're protecting the good people from the bad people. So why is Drew so concerned with what Montgomery County precinct 5 constables are doing in a situation that in no way relates to him, his family members, or anyone he knows? Well, about 4 months ago, Drew's wife was pulled over by a Montgomery County Precinct 5 constable. The video's gone viral multiple times with multiple former police officers, prosecutors, attorneys, every single one of them agreeing that this precinct 5 constable blatantly violated the law, violated this woman. She even called the DA to get legal advice. And the DA told her, "Look, you're the one who's broken the law here. This woman hasn't broken any laws, but I'll tell you what, if you're going to arrest her, I'll prosecute the case for you anyways." So, four months ago, Josh's wife was a victim of one of these one in a billion situations where the government actually hurts the innocent instead of helping them. You going to rode on the window? Why not >> rode on the window? >> Yes. May I help you? >> Officer Nort McGomery County Con's precinct 5. The reason I pulled you over is your license plate is is obscured. I cannot see your license plate. Um, you're full of crap anyway because it's got my bicycle things on it. >> It still can't be covered. >> Yes, it's not covered. It is, but that's >> it's obscured. >> Legal. >> No, it's not. I cannot see your license plate. I cannot see your license plate. >> I'm sorry. >> Okay. So, it's obscured. Do you have your your license on you? >> Yes, I do. >> Okay. >> However, it's not obscured. >> Okay. It is obscured. >> You can call officer Simpson um Sergeant Simpson and ask if it is not obscure. >> So, me not being able to see your back license plate. Don't roll up your window on me. >> Oh, watch me. >> Okay. with an accident to begin with. So, don't threaten me. >> I didn't threaten you. I said don't roll >> Don't roll up your own on me. It was an accident to begin with. >> Okay. That That's all I said was don't roll your window up on me. Where's your license? >> Um, it's not obscured. >> Okay. >> You can read. >> We can we can agree to disagree. Where are you coming from today? >> None of your business. >> Okay, cool. Any weapons in the vehicle? >> None of your business. >> It is my business, actually. No, I don't have to answer any more questions. >> Yeah, you do. Are there any weapons in the vehicle? >> Here you go. >> Are there any weapons in the vehicle? >> No. >> Okay. Any illegal narcotics? >> I'm not answering any more questions. >> Okay, cool. Go ahead and hop out of the vehicle for me. >> Excuse me. >> Hop out of the vehicle. >> Excuse me. >> Go ahead and hop out of the vehicle. >> Um, say that again. >> Go ahead and hop out of the vehicle. No, get out of the vehicle. vehicle. >> Yeah, you are. >> Oh, no I am not. >> Yes, you are. >> No, I'm not. >> Yes, you are. >> No, I'm not. >> 8520, can you send me another unit? I have a occupant that's refusing to get out of the vehicle. >> I'm not getting out. >> Yes, you are. >> I do not have to answer any questions and I am not getting out. >> It's a lawful order. >> No, it's not a lawful order. >> Yes, it is. It is a lawful order. hear me telling you to get out of the vehicle. >> I am not getting out of my >> You can open up the channel. You can get out of the vehicle >> or you can go for interfering. Okay. Well, we we'll sit here all day until Okay. Well, we'll sit here and all day. All I asked was for you to get out of the vehicle. >> I am not getting out of my vehicle. >> I don't know what's in this vehicle. You're not telling me if there are weapons. I asked you if there are weapons. You said I don't have to tell you. You said I don't have to tell you. So, for all I know is you have a firearm. >> There is no vehicle. There are no weapons in my vehicle. >> Uh-uh. You said I don't have to tell you. >> Exactly. But I also told you there was no vehicles in my There is >> There's no weapons in my vehicle. >> Okay, cool. >> Well, I do not have to get out of my vehicle. >> Yeah, you do. It's a lawful order. >> No, it's not. >> Okay, we you again, we can agree to disagree. >> I'm not doing anything wrong. There is no reason for me to get out of my vehicle. And I gave you my driver's license. Okay. But I again I'm asking you to get out of the vehicle and you're still refusing >> getting out of my vehicle. >> Okay. Well, we can either pull you out, >> call Sergeant Simpson. >> I don't need to call Sergeant Simpson. >> There is no reason for me to get out of my vehicle. I have not done anything wrong. >> So me asking you is a lawful order. >> No, it is not. >> Yes, it is. >> It is not. >> It definitely is a lawful order. >> My vehicle is not a lawful order because there is no reason for it. >> Okay. She already locked it. That's all right. We got we got a sergeant on on the line right now. >> Assist route. >> See, he's in route. So, you can sit here or you can comply with our orders. >> There is no vehicle. There's no reason for me to get out of my vehicle. >> I don't know what's in this vehicle. You were hesitant on me asking if there were any weapons in the vehicle and you said no. I don't have to tell you. So, >> no weapons in my vehicle. If you're not shining your flashlight in my eyes, I'm deaf. >> You're deaf? >> Well, that has nothing to do with a flashlight in your eyes. >> No, it doesn't. But I can't see you in order to hear you. >> You're not even looking at us. >> I can hear you because you're loud enough. >> You You can hear us. >> But you're not looking at us. >> No, I can't. Not now. I can't. >> Okay. Anyways, I'm going to run her. So, hands on the hood. You have anything on me that's going to poke probably me? Pat you down for officer safety. >> No. >> Hands on the hood. >> That's not a pat down. That is pull my bra. It is a definitely a pat down. You We can argue all you want. I don't know why you are being so defensive. >> You are not patting me down. You are peeling up under my bra. >> Is Is that I'm allowed to? >> No, you're not. >> Okay. Where are you coming from today? >> Not going to answer. Okay. Anything in the car that you're not supposed to have? >> No. >> Okay. Have you ever been in trouble with the law before? >> No. >> No. Except for that I got pulled over like um I went to jail for inspired inspection registration like a long time ago. >> Okay. So there's nothing inside the vehicle that you're not supposed to have? >> No. >> Okay. Do you mind if I search the vehicle? >> Yes, I do. >> Okay. Okay. Stay right there. >> Do we have any canines? >> Bro, no. Do you have any canines on your home? >> No, he's swimming. Can you make note that the occupant got out of the vehicle? And do we have any K9 narcotics available? >> Huh? >> Yeah. >> Too many of us. >> Yeah. I'm going to um wonder if that's enough for me to cuz technically she was interfering. >> Oh, yeah. I've done it. >> I'm going to call the DA. Did you call the DA before you? Yeah. >> Yeah. Well, mine guy had to physically had to remove him in the car cuz I >> Yeah, but how many times did we ask her? You know, it took it took four units. >> I only asked mine three times. I took it. >> All right, I'm going to call the DA. >> Hello, this officer Norton with Montgomery County Council precinct 5. I got a question for you. >> That's clear. Um, so out on a traffic stop um for obscured license plate. Um, she has like bikes covering her license plate. I can't see the license plate. Um, when I told her that I wasn't able to see the rear license plate, she argued with me and says that it's not obscured. Um, this, this, and this. I asked her multiple times to get out of the vehicle. Um, cuz when I asked her, sorry, hold on. Uh, when I asked if there were any weapons in the vehicle, she said that she didn't have to tell me. And I said, "Well, it's for officer safety. Um, this, this, and this." And finally, after asking her multiple times, she said, "No, there's no weapons in the vehicle." I then asked her, "Okay, well, do you mind stepping out? That way I know, you know, for my safety, your safety, everything's okay." She then uh rolled up the passenger window, said it was an accident. And then, um, she refused to get out of the vehicle when I asked her multiple times. It took four other officers to ask her verbally. We didn't have to physically remove her. Um, but she finally got out of the vehicle and then, um, as I'm patting her down, seeing if she like, you know, stuffed anything anywhere in her bra, she said that I was not doing a pat down, that I was illegally searching her. Um, so I was going to see if if that's enough for um interference. >> Give me a second. I want to look at something. >> Okay. >> Okay. Here's here's where you're at. I'm with you. Technically, yes, you have the violation if you want to file it. However, there are some problems that will make you look terribly bad if you have to defend this case in court. >> Okay. >> The first one is the first one is this the statute that I wanted to look at is that bicycles and motorcycle racks attached to a vehicle in normal and customary manner cannot be used as a basis for obstructing a license plate. It's actually spelled about it's actually spelled out in the statute. So, what the DA is telling the constable is that there is no gray area whatsoever. The way that the statute is written, you had clearly absolutely no authority whatsoever to make a traffic stop at all. So, he just told her her stop is completely illegal from the beginning. He's probably going to tell her, "Hey, you need to just let this woman go because anything after that is fruit of a poisonous tree, right?" No. The DA says, "Constible, you've totally broken the law, but don't worry. I've got your back. I'll prosecute it anyways." >> Okay. even even with the bicycles on it. >> I'll read it to you. >> Um, subsection A7, which is obscured license plate, may not be construed to apply to a bicycle or motorcycle rack that is attached to a vehicle in a normal or customary manner. Now, that's problem number one. Problem number two, it sounds like she has a valid point about the search in saying that you patting her bra is not a pat down, it's a search. Um, so the long and the short of it is I would not do it, but if y'all really want to bite off that fight, yes, we'll file it. >> I know you're shocked, right? He clearly articulates, hey, here's the law. She hasn't broken it. You have broken it. If you want to file charges on her, we'll prosecute her. >> No, I mean, if I'm I'm gonna go with with obviously what you say because I'm I'm calling you to get your opinion on it. Um >> Yeah. I mean, that's that's where I'm at. You could you could easily make out the case for interference with public duties for her refusing to come out of the vehicle for an extended period and requiring a number of officers to get involved. However, a defense attorney, in my opinion, is going to eat you alive with the other two issues at a trial on that case. So, I'll go whichever way y'all want to go, and I'm certainly happy if you want to talk to your sergeant about it and make a decision that way. >> No, no, no. I like I said, I I called you to get your kind of approval on on the >> the stuff that we got. >> I think is legally you're right. Morally, I wouldn't take that fight if I were you. >> Yeah. Now, as soon as she's told she conducted an illegal stop and an illegal search, she does immediately go and get the victim's driver's license, give it back to her, and tell her she's free to go. >> Do you have any questions? >> Nothing. >> All right. Well, the sergeant's right here if you want to speak to him. If not, um, you're more than welcome to >> go on about your day. >> Thank you. >> Um, do you have any questions for me, for him? No. Okay. >> So, this woman went home, told her husband what happened, and he was pretty upset about it. So based on what happened to his wife, he has good information that there's a certain group of people going around the community in that area wearing matching costumes and doing illegal things to innocent people. A few months later, he sees a group of people wearing the exact same costumes as the people that shook his wife down illegally a few months earlier. The situation looks eerily similar to what happened to his own wife. He sees an innocent looking woman standing helplessly at the other end of the parking lot while multiple people in the same matching costumes as those who shook his wife down rummage through her personal belongings inside of her car. He knows that if he sees armed individuals in his community harming others without a badge that he could shoot them and likely be hailed as a hero, but that if those who are illegally taking life, liberty, and property are wearing badges, that the normal rules of society and right and wrong completely go out the window. The rights that you normally have to defend yourself and to defend others are not recognized by your government or most of your community when the armed aggressor is wearing a badge. However, the government does claim that you have a right to video and audio record what they're doing. In other words, your government says that you are not allowed to stop them from committing crimes, but you are allowed to record them committing crimes. But just like a criminal or a bully doesn't like it when somebody stands up and defends themselves, they also really don't want you to record what they're doing. I've seen videos where people record the police and the comment section says things like, "Why don't you go try recording a biker gang or a cartel and see what happens to you?" They instantly compare the police to the most vicious and violent gangs of criminals out there, claiming that those people would also violently attack you if you recorded them. >> What y'all arresting? What y'all arresting for? >> None of your business. >> Okay. It is my business. This is my community. >> No, I'm not. No, I'm not. >> Back up for me over there, please. No more for me on the grass, please. >> The hell is wrong with you? >> Thank you, sir. I appreciate you. >> Y'all like going through people's [ __ ] She's sniffing underwear now. Get out of her stuff. >> What kind of men are y'all? Concerns all of us. Interrogator. >> Back in the grass, please. >> Why? >> Cuz I told you to. >> I'm not detained. >> Back in the grass. >> I'm not detained. >> In the grass. >> I'm not detained. Am I? >> You are interfering with my >> How? How am I interfering? >> I cannot conduct my investigation. >> YES, YOU CAN. I'M RIGHT. I'm way over. >> I'm way over here. telling you to do. >> I'm way over here. >> I'm asking you not. >> You don't get to tell everybody what to do. >> Thank you. >> Off. You understand what interference is, don't you? >> Every time I have to talk to you. >> You don't have to talk to me. >> Yes, I do. >> No, you don't. Stop. >> You don't have to talk. You don't have to worry about me. >> You can't turn a right into a crime. This is protected. >> [ __ ] ass mother. >> At this point, the victim of the search feels empowered by this man recording and starts recording herself. back up before I get back. >> It's okay. >> You stay calm. >> I know. He doesn't want us to see what they're doing in there. He doesn't want us to see what they're doing in there. This man just empowered a woman who consented to a search because she felt intimidated by the officer. But the search yielded nothing. And once again, the stop was illegal. So, they couldn't even give the woman any citations for anything. Pissed off that they just got caught doing the same thing to this woman that they did to this man's wife a few months ago, they choose to retaliate against him. >> Uh-oh. >> We're in trouble now. Cops are here. Arrest >> for what? >> Can I give him a phone? >> Yes. The arrest was illegal, but the same prosecutor that was willing to prosecute his wife on a case with no probable cause prosecuted him for almost a year. The charges were finally dismissed in November of 2025, but he'll never get his $2,500 bond back. and he spent a year of his life being prosecuted wondering if he might end up serving jail time for recording people breaking the law. The truth is most people don't want to get involved when they see something wrong happening, especially if it's happening to someone else and not them. And I don't say that to be judgmental. I think that generally it's in most of our nature to avoid conflict. Most of us will have a dialogue and negotiation. And if we just can't agree to get along, we'll stay away from one another. Most people when they come across someone that's willing to murder them over what they want in the moment will just submit. And I'm not saying that's a bad thing either. It's a good survival technique. But there will always be people in society that recognize this goodness in most people, that recognize that most people want to avoid conflict and will constantly prey on that. So on the rare occasion that somebody's actually willing to stand up to one of these bullies, you may call their behavior stupid, reckless, dangerous, you may say that they should have just handed over the money or obey the bully's directives and just do what they tell you to do. Yeah. And I think you're generally safer if you do just do as you're told. Put the money in the bag like I told you to. Stand on the grass like I told you to. But bullies prey on the knowledge that most of us want to avoid conflict and don't want to fight. Things change when somebody finally has the balls to shoot back.
