was doing 50 don't come before that and it was my warning so it's pretty cool it's 40 right here it is 40 so you got him coming down Valencia is that okay I thought we saw another one up there so he's probably up there waiting we're working a detail how many of you everybody for what sometimes cops don't show up to work while it's enough it's [Music] one of our hot spots we're trying to slow people down there for like I said I gave this guy warning I just say hey you're doing pretty good please can you slow down a little bit more check in the warning right on but as far as everybody else doing is 60 70 80 miles an hour you get that a lot here we do you gotta be out here for a while then we'll be out for a little bit it's not too much probably two hours okay it's just kind of we kid try to hit our ten spots we were just up there is there fatalities or was supposedly you know what I just came on so that's what I thought I heard I mean by the way they were doing the investigation I figured it probably was I just came on so cool Iron Man will be around just say no yeah we'll just be I'm doing while we were chatting another victim was flagged down by one of the costumed armed men so he [Applause] he told me he's giving out warnings and they get people that'll go about 70 to 80 miles an hour down this road he says he says them it's 40 and usually anything under 55 he won't ticket but when you're going 70 or 80 he gives you a ticket and says these signs don't get anything you know whatever they feel no yeah and he told me they're trying to prevent accidents like what happened up the road there but you know what they've been doing this for a long time right he told me it's a detail that the state is giving him a grant so the state is actually paying for these city officers be out here doing this but they've been doing that for a long time and there was still a fatality accident while they're working their speed traffic detail I don't know about you but it looks to me like it ain't working I find it hard to believe that somebody could do 70 or 80 miles an hour up this road during rush hour I just don't think it's possible even if I tried maybe in a Lambo because you can get up to you can get up to 80 real quick and then slam on the brakes little huh oh what a clown what do you mean I mean oh is this the airbase yeah got you appreciate that heads up right there probably got a warning or a ticket on that one warning there a ticket on that one warning what's the speed there's a lot of cars out here man about how many yeah man how many you think are out here how many you think are out here what a dumbass you guys be purple there's a lot of colors out here as soon as we get across the street the costumed men to found another victim this time someone engaged in commerce which appears to be a violation of 18 US Code 1951 interference with Commerce by threats or violence you're just trying to make a living he's gonna steal your money you just want to steal from you whoever in any way or degree obstructs delays or affects Commerce or the movement of any article or commodity in commerce by robbery or extortion or attempts or conspires so to do or commits or threatens physical violence to any person or property in furtherance of a plan or purpose to do anything in violation of this section shall be fined under this title or imprisoned not more than twenty years or both government can't help but obstruct and interfere with the private sector it's the only way they make money cuz I know because I was next to the other away from you a little bit yeah we see him do it all the time you'd be gone with the flow of traffic and What did he say how fast you say you were going this I think they're just giving out warnings but I'm beginning to think that they're actually making it up that they're literally pointable yeah there has you know I got another one right behind you but uh yeah in this heavy rush hour traffic though it's kind of hard to speed you know what I mean unless you're weaving in and out of traffic in your Lambo or something I'm gonna get this guy because he's triggered I think they're just given warning so that's what they've been doing I hope that's what they do for you I know oh you gotta have a CDL to drive this okay but you've got one hope I hope you don't steal from you nevermind that guy's nicer I'm gonna stick with this guy cuz he's not so nice got a warning or a ticket on this one don't want to answer are you serious man from work from FedEx so he's looking up your whole life right now huh who did you hurt nobody so for you it's not even just a ticket it's 30 days it's just unpaid sorry dude all right we'll see you later man hey did he get a ticket or a warning you know you ruined that guy's month right not just his day you feel like a worthless parasite at all this guy actually contributes to society you understand that he works in the private sector you're nothing but a reach elite and that's okay with you isn't it and you wonder why cops drop and nobody cares because you're a leech he gets a 30-day suspension from FedEx just for getting a ticket and guilty or innocent even if we go to court tomorrow he's off work for the next thirty days no money for his family because of this this guy was a lot nicer that guy's an [ __ ] they'll both put their finger in their butthole FedEx you get a 30-day suspension from work on eight yeah but what if you kill somebody you didn't kill anybody [Music] what about the cop and Richardson that was speeding and ran a red light causing an accident and creating a victim do you think that he'll get a citation sorry buddy but we've got a documented history of police being far more reckless and dangerous on our streets than any private citizen since police recklessness doesn't seem to be a problem don't try to convince me that this is for safety all the time we try to make sure that we go and we beat those debts so we can keep people safe it's not just about actually trying to help I just have hard time buying it and I can get a few examples of why do I get your side I mean I got a wife and kids I don't want to be out here and have them at risk of getting killed but I mean from what I've seen most of this stuff ain't changing anything I see well here's the deal so the speed limit per se is 40 miles an hour right ideally I could give a person at 41 miles an hour tickets right we give them we give them 12 sometimes 15 but it's just sometimes it's just too much it is what it is man this is my job you guys don't like it to be well we have to do what we do I've been that motor cop for 12 years this is what we do stop investable presence on two collisions duis stops and we're trying to do our best have you ever looked at the stats then on on how your traffic enforcement has er hasn't changed yes for our top ten that we have on the south side it has affected I ain't positive for slowing people down and causing less accidents in our trouble areas such as Valencia and so there's been some other studies done across the whole world that at reducing traffic accidents and fatalities all kinds of things like putting up site markers right that make it look like you're going faster than you are which mentally makes people slow down without even realizing that could be something yeah you know it's residential neighborhood speed bumps the I mean the thing is that there's been enough studies that show that there's there's non-coercive ways to solve the problem so that we're wanting to solve you know I don't know if we had all the ways we can stop the world from being so bad and illness and everything else that's everything right but you know you realize that if we actually solved problems like this a lot of people would be out of a job right exactly a lot of I would be out of it and that's why a lot to be honest if you wouldn't be your video yeah right but that would be a good thing right well I mean Julie if we're helping people yeah I would but if I'm telling you there are other ways that actually are effective that have been proven effective more effective than this and we're intentionally not doing it because I'm gonna lose a job and you're gonna lose a job then are we really helping people are we actually hurting people for profit and it goes back and forth you know so after one half-dozen to another I'm not gonna argue with you at any point what is that this is what I do I got maybe one more year left before I retire so I'm just trying to for the money right hey hey I'm with my family I ain't hatin on you or my job you just be nice to my guy he's doing his hair you know what you were nice to me that's my nice yeah you've been nice saw the nice to
